Awesome service, really nice. We got the Taro Smoothie and Guava Smoothie. They tasted very delicious. The cups are really cool since they have a hole to drink from and one to put the straw through. I'll be glad to come again!

Love that there are some real food choices. The braised pork rice bowl is quite good. The portions are really good too. Usually for us, two people can split a rice bowl combo (with milk tea).

I love the hot and spicy tofu cubes and non-spicy takoyaki, my go-to comfort food! The service was also excellent! Once, I ordered the same items twice, and they helped me cancel them for free.

Had the matcha brown sugar boba and it was great (8/10). But the popcorn chicken was incredible… its really good.

The boba was good. They’ll automatically charge you $.20 for a bag even though they don’t give bags… Atmosphere was nice.

Longer waiting time than expected. The business was pretty slow when I ordered, cashier told me the waiting time was 10 to 15 minutes; however, when I came back after 15 minutes, I found the kitchen just placed the frozen popcorn chicken into fried machine...so I actually got my food after 20 minutes. Bento tastes just okay, with fried side dishes. Now I know not every Mr. Green bubble store offers the same level of bento box. Fremont store provides better bento quality.

This place is nice but is sometimes a hit or a miss. Sometimes when I go the bubble tea is really good and flavorful and the boba is nice. Sometimes when I go there is not a lot of flavor in my drink I got the mango green tea but just tasted like tea and no mango and sometimes they have no boba at all. The staff is always friendly and really nice atmosphere.

For sweets, sesame mochi balls are as expected and not bad. But custard cake and purple yum cake was not great. In particular the custard: it was a failed egg pudding that was forced to harden using gelatine or some sort of hardening. Was pretty bad. This is my honest review from my purchase today. I had a popcorn chicken here before, which was also not impressive knowing other places serving something better (from my perspective). For sesame balls being as expected quality, I would give two stars.

Unacceptable delivery experience 1. We paid extra for spicy on the side. We didn't get it. 2. The boba was NOT jasmine milk tea. It's just the regular. Boba business is hyper competitive and you just lost a customer. Please get your act together 🤷🏻‍♂️
