Love me some Bueno! I’m a restaurant owner & the food experience made soooo much better with a high level of service, professionalism & courteous. The gentleman working the drivethru is awesome & he is always spot on!
Except for this one time, when a crazy lady tried to tell me I couldn't have one beef and one chicken chilada on my bueno chilada platter, that its either 2 of one or the other, they've been good. Love t bueno, love their salsa. Like grocery shopping, I probably shouldn't be reviewing this while hungry.
I love Taco Bueno! I especially love what they call their party beans and cheese which is actually twice the size of the Bells- no shade Bell. They always add fresh chopped onions for me. I also usually order their cinnamon chips. I used to make similar cookies- we called them pie crust cookies - out of the leftover pie crust dough and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on them and let them bake. They are so good warm!! You have to put a napkin in your lap if you're eating them on your way home! You'll get cinnamon and sugar all over yourself, LOL! I really loved the little taco cups that they had and wish so much that they would bring those back. Sometimes oh, it's just the little joys in life! No matter if it's just my little order, I'm always greeted by a very pleasant person at the window!
UPDATE BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO BE SAID: March 16 2022. This Taco Bueno has to be one of the last one on the eastern side of the DFW that isnt dry, tastes great and is always hot and tastes freshly made. I cant stress enough how much I eat taco bueno, specifically here, because of how good it is. No other Taco Bueno is as packed as this one from like 5-7. There is a line to wait but the food they make is why. The hispanics working there make the food way better than other Taco Buenos with non-hispanic managers. It has nothing to do with being critical bit just a real observance from Rowlett, South Garland, North Garland, Mesquite, Rockwall, Balch Springs and Southeast Plano. For eating over 600 bucks a year if not more, i can definitely say that with confidence. I want to say Southeast Plano is pretty close to this location. I love Taco Bueno and i criticize each and every one hard. it has been my 2nd favorite fast food chain ever here is my review. This location is the best in food compared to other ones in the area (mesquite, rockwall, rowlett) the one off jupiter in plano is also excellent! the staff here are all very nice. the guy manager, Juan, is really cool and his food is always hot and or greasy like the old taco buenos used to be. i think he might have his food be the last one in the area that is this way. ive complained to corporate multiple times about the inconsistent food tastes from each restaurant but this location is one of the best tasting for the chain. nobody has been as good and consistent about it. the location is always full of people. ALWAYS! like wow, other locations are dead around the clock but this one around peak hours is so busy and full! i want everyone to know that i spend a lot of money and time here lol and this location is well worth it. in conclusion, if you like taco bueno, this is the best in the nearby area. if you havent tried it, i suggest you try the muchaco. 2 of them is more than enough. always beefy and good. i remember when they used to be cheap when i was like 8. i am now 27.
Very polite staff and clean inside. Food was fresh with generous portions. This is one of the better Bueno locations consistently. It deserves a higher rating but has lots of inconsiderate naggy comments if you read through the reviews.
Although it did take A while for the cashier to get to me, the food was extremely fresh this day. Also to make it even better my chicken chilada platter was only $3.99! Cashier was very friendly.
I recently stopped coming here because it was always one thing or another happening. But tonight I ordered Dine in and Jason assisted me. Food was perfect, with no mess ups. I did not wait long at all. Jason was very attentive and gave 110% customer service satisfaction. Thank you for that Jason.
This location has the BEST crew. They are so friendly all of the time. They keep the dining area clean as well as the restrooms. Food is always fresh and delicious. I don't go any other location anymore because this one is the best. Im a BIG Taco Bueno fan because they really do cook everything fresh every day I can testify to it. There's 2 specific crew members who I want to shout out. First is a young lady named Nancy she is so kind and patient. The other is a gentleman named Juan he is very sweet and always greets his customers. Great job you guys! Thank you for making this location the best one.
It is one of the few locations with a drive thru, which came in handy because it was pouring down rain. I have always loved Taco Bueno. The food made in store fresh daily not from cans or frozen made in offsite factories and heated up in the stores like other fast food Mexican restaurants.
well, one thing. on Grubhub, a Bueno Burger is offered. also, a Bueno Burger combo. but three times now the local restaurant indicates they don't have it. unknown what is going on. otherwise they are great!
These guys have stepped it up big time. Those brisket tacos are a solid hit, I promise for what it's worth. The salsa bar is my favorite thing about this place because it's loaded 😋 It goes well with the brisket quesadilla. Service is quick to the punch, even on a busy day. If the mom and pop shops are jammed, come here.
I have been enjoying Taco Bueno since I was a young child. It’s a must stop when we are in the Dallas area.
Great late night stop. My friend had never tried Bueno before. So, I just had to pull in and have him give it a go. We were both very pleased. He was surprised and will be eating there again. This location had GREAT service with a smile and were very helpful. Also, it was very clean and well lit. Made for a great nighttime snack/dinner stop. Thanks all!
I haven't been to Taco Bueno in Mesquite, town east location in a while. Service was not good at all on. No one was attending the dine counter. I had counted 3 vehicles in the drive-through. I opted to order inside, me and a door dash or Uber food driver were the only two customers inside. I had counted seven vehicles passing in the drive-through lane, and still, we have not been attended. I asked if anyone was attending the dine counter. No response. The food drive indicated that her food pick requestor is asking what the status is. She indicated that her customer will be canceling the other unless a response is given. We had waited 20 minutes before anyone attended us. I asked what the policy was for attending the counter, and no response was given. The two females just looked at us in silence. The employees waited until the drive-through was cleared of any vehicles before anyone attended the dine in counter. This is the 1st bad experience at the town east location.
Delicious! And the ladies that worked yesterday are the best. The service and food were great!
Patricia was great! I saw how calm and professional she stayed while dealing with some really rude customers. She handled everything with patience and precision, and still made sure everyone else was taken care of with a smile. It’s not easy to do what she does, but she made it look effortless. Taco Bueno is lucky to have her! 🌮👏
Beans are still great...cheese sauce not like before. Lady WAS SUPER NICE!! MADE my evening!!
Cleanest and most tidy as well as updated look, probably a flagship store, whatever, a gem, love taco bueno!
I stopped by to try a quesadilla. It was so delicious. I loved the flakiness of the tortilla and how cheesy it was. The chicken was really food as well.
One of the best taco Bueno I’ve been to in sometime. Very clean and prompt to get my food after ordering. I think my food actually looked better than what it would look like in the menu picture. That was a very pleasant surprise, and it tasted as good as it looked! Whoever the team and management is, that’s running this location, they’re doing a fabulous job. Thanks!!
I come here at least once or twice per week. Sure, sometimes they make mistakes, not all of the staff are as friendly as the others, and sometimes it takes a while to get your food. But what do you expect from a fast food chain that pays minimum wage? The point is, this is one of the best Taco Buenos in the area. Some of the others around it are complete garbage as of this writing. Their food is fresh and delicious, they have great specials like Pick 3, and they have always corrected an order when I point out a mistake. Aside from the aforementioned issues, the only thing I dislike is that they sell Pepsi products rather than Coke, but I'm sure that's a corporate thing.
I didn't receive chips with my platters, (I'm pretty sure we're supposed too!) but the service and the food we're ok. I think four stars is appropriate for my last trip here.
The taste of their shells and meat...used to be a taste I loved.. but, something's different. The season and meat together seems to taste water and unseasoned. The taste of the shells has changed as well...it used to be crispy and flaky like....but, now almost like the taste of the ones you buy from the grocery store. I still go...but, not as often.
This Taco Bueno is located on Town East Blvd., and it sits on the corner of a huge parking lot.( With an ATM in the lot.)You just never know when you might need to use one. This is our go to drive through, once or twice a week. We all love it, and the food is always made up fresh and hot. The servings on all of their dishes, are big, and hot, and fresh. They will fill the whole gang up. The staff is always courteous, and kind. The inside is always clean, with the atmosphere of a little Mexican Restaurant. They offer a loyalty program, where you can recieve members only, offers, and more. Simply, more Bueno in your inbox. They are very health oriented, as well as handicap conscious, for easy access for the disabled. These people who serve on staff, are always helpful, should you have any problems, or questions. They got a whole lotta plates, with a whole lotta food. You won't be disappointed. Thank you...
Unique taste sets them apart. Wish they had better pricing for their food combos. Value menu is not much of a value. 10 party burritos costs more than $10 (avg. $13 or more)
This franchise is in a high traffic area, so it's popular and therefore the drive thru line takes a bit longer, but I'm more than willing to wait. Very good food and friendly staff!
My favorite fast food Tex-Mex restaurant! I love their bean, cheese and onion burritos. You’d think well, how can a flour tortilla and beans be that different from one fast-food to another? The answer is Quality and Freshness of the Food and produce! Taco Bueno puts Taco Bell’s nasty brans and chewy tortillas to shame.
Great service and food. Unfortunately the restaurant always has a very unpleasant smell.
The food isn't bad, but not great either. Service was good, no complaints about that. The inside needs a bit of renovations, but it was clean.
I used to like this place but today was bad. The tacos were good but the beans which I usually love had a half of an inch of grease or oil on them. I went to ask for fresh beans with no oil and they said no. This is the Taco Bueno by Town East. So needless to say I was none to happy.
Taco bueno definitely stepped their game up. The thing that sucks about this place is you have to make sure you have all your food before you leave because this place is notorious for this. Oh, and one day I saw the lady in there grabbing handfuls of chips to put in bags without gloves and I'm just like, am I really suppose to trust this random lady's hands not just touching, but grabbing all over my food... Although taco is really good regardless
I usually don't read other reviews before visiting, so its interesting to see what others have posted after eating there Sunday. It was little cooler and they had set up a portable AC unit in the dining area. Had it been Saturday, I doubt that could have kept pace with the high temps, but it was adequate for me - I run really hot. Food was as I remember, tasty. I had the Taco Salad - which was ready before I poured my drink - nice. There did seem to be far more salad than taco meat, which was disappointing. Bathrooms clean, people nice, place was almost empty when I arrived. Two families came later. Here is my only real complaint. One of the things I like about Bueno is the "Sauce Bar" - or whatever its called. They have Pico de Gallo, Jalapenos, and two sauces that you can freely add to your meal. The Pico and Jalapenos were both gone. Again - NOBODY was in the Restaurant. These should have been checked and filled before more folks arrived. Fix that, and address some of the other issues, and maybe you will see more traffic.
The food is good however, the older lady at the window that takes orders is always in a rush. Today when I order my food, there was nobody in line in front or behind me and she still got my order wrong.
So I was wanting Mexican food but I can't drive yet because I just had total knee replacement surgery a couple of weeks ago. I ordered delivery and the delivery person was very nice and polite and on time. Now to the food so the food arrived hot but one of the meals was sideways and everything was smashed to one side causing the crispy taco was so not crispy. The chilladas are very good and would definitely order them again in fact they to offer to let you add more to your platters (like sides/add-ons) now the rice was extremely dry and the beans are so very salty enough that adding things to it didn't cut down on the salt making me regret buying 2 extra sides of them. I will order from here again now that I know what to avoid. Thanks
I grew up going to this Taco Bueno, I bought a house in the area and started to come here again. The quality is irritatingly inconsistent i think I am giving up on coming here. It’s either really good, or really bad. I come here for one thing usually and that’s party burritos. The party burritos should have the chili sauce that’s what makes them so good, and the perfect proportions of tortilla, bean, cheese and the chili sauce create the perfect burrito. The problem is I only get the chili sauce 50% of the time. Goodbye taco bueno, I will never forget the old you, the you that made me happy and feel whole. It’s time for a change and I need to move on. I’m so sorry it’s come to this.
Employee at the window was less than friendly. Maybe just having a bad day. But the food was subpar. I had never had the taco burger so I wanted to try it. It was about a spoonful of meat flattened out. And I thought taco bell was stingy with the cheese... bro. Photo of how flat the "taco burger" was. And this bean burrito that looked like it was for a 2 year old. We went here because the one in garland is always so bad. Usually this one in mesquite is decent. Not today.
Usually this place is a great stop. Today I thought I'd try out paying using their pay pass terminal and Google Wallet but they turned it off. Also their napkins with out. Otherwise they did well, but the Google Wallet thing is frustrating. That also means Apple Pay doesn't work.
I loved that they had brought back the original queso from the 60’s and 70’s. It was great. I don’t eat fast food very often but Beuno seemed to be ok when I did. But now this location has even messed that up. They seem to think that adding water and whatever garbage to the queso is ok. But it’s not. It was great for the first time or two, but I can taste now that you have even tarnished the simplest of your items on the menu. When Bueno did bring back the O.G. queso I was excited. It was like a blast from the past. Now this taco bueno has ruined the simplest of things. And they cannot even get the things like a bean and cheese burrito right for my 4 year old. Who spit it out! Also the muchacho now is just a bunch of mush smashed together and taste like blamed nothingness. And the salsa isn’t even a bit spicy. Its like eating tomato paste. The chips are stale and the service is rude. Whomever is running this establishment should be ashamed of themselves and their employees. This has to be the worst taco bueno I have ever been to. Shame on you! Ha fast food! More like fast GARBAGE! Back to cooking at home.
I stopped by to get a group box around 3pm and got a very poor customer service. The lady at the drive through was yelling at me because I couldn't understand her and then I found out she didn't even know what I wanted to order. She didn't look at me at the window and was very rushing. Poorly trained! I will not be back because this is not the first time I got this kind of poor customer service here.
The restaurant smell so bad like sewage and the workers are so nice so sad they have to work in such bad smells
The a/c was broken in the dinning room! You would think the staff would say something. If they would have, we would have simply gotten our food to go. Sitting in a 80 degree restaurant eating with kids is cruel. Fix and I'll change my raring.
My family and I have always enjoyed Taco Bueno. The food tastes good. However, our past 2 experiences at the particular restaurant on Town East have not been pleasing at all. The first time we came through the drive thru. Literally waited 15 minutes to get to window and another 10 at window. The person at window just stood there by counter. Didn't even look over at us. Apparently he was waiting on someone else to bring him our food. I could see another person at register arguing with client then giving money back. No explanation was given to why we had to wait so long, not even an apology. Last night, we decided to try again. We walked in and there was two other families sitting down. I walked to register and did not get a hello, welcome, or not even can I take your order. The girl at register just stood there. So I just started speaking my order to which she just leaned her head on the register. I waited for her to look up before continuing. The team that was here before was way better at customer service than whoever this group is. These are all new faces, but they really need to learn alot about customer service!!! Maybe I should just be happy that they got my order right...Oh, and by the way, the bathrooms were horrible. Toilet paper on floor and very dirty. I understand that places get busy but I counted at least 6 employees and only 2 customers in store. Someone could have gone to clean the bathrooms.
This place stinks! Literally. The first few feet of the entrance smells like sewage. The workers are barely polite, but when they mess up your food, they are downright rude.
I like the food but the restrooms were icky and didn't seem to clean. The inside had an unappealing smell. Customer service was good we just need a little more cleanliness.
This location is horribly managed. The staff acted like they hated their entire life. They were extremely rude. Everything in there was filthy. Dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty lights. Spiderwebs in the corners and on the registers. The smell inside was terrible. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the food I have had at other locations that I know is good. We paid and ordered here but did not even eat our food because it was so nasty inside. Hopefully they can get new management that will CLEAN!!!
Place is dirty. Food is getting more expensive & smaller portions. It's also just slopped together, sliding halfway out of the pita bread into the wrap paper. Drive through attendant opened the window with an attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day? She was extremely rude. They weren't busy with only 3 cars in the parking lot & you can tell there was only one customer in the lobby, with only one car behind me in the drive through & they just pulled up. I forgot to ask for a cup of water & she got so irritated with me for not telling her with my order. She said she needed to ring it up for the cup. I told her I had cash & she said that wasn't the point. I guess she's never forgotten anything in her life. I asked her if it was painful to ring it up? To where she started yes because she had other customers waiting. I told her with all the time she was berating me, the next person could have come and gone by now.
customer service is good, but the smell of the restaurant us unbearable, i dont know how the employees can work all day with that smell
NOT STANDARD QUALITY! BAD MANAGEMENT! This place has definitely went down as compared to other locations. Namely, the food does not look, taste, or is presented in the same manner as advertised. There are times where the food is overly salty, and others where it tastes nothing like it looks. Today's order was "okay". The beef nachos and four party burritos were nothing to write home about. I just wish the management was better. The place was not crowded, but with the time it took to place and receive my order, you would have thought the contrary.
Tastes as good as it looks. (not very) I hadn't eaten at Taco Bueno for a long time so I decided to give it a try. I got their BRAND NEW Carne Asada nachos. It's still mediocre, and quite expensive fast food. Cheap, thin chips that get soggy 15 seconds after they put it together, assembled with minimal effort. As soon as I opened up the box I regretted not driving around the corner and getting nachos from Peppers. I guess you need to remind yourself every now and then why it's been a long time since you went somewhere. At least I took a picture to remind myself next time around.
Was trying to order for the first time here. The lights were already off, couldn't see anything outside or even the menu!! To top it off on the website it said that the restaurant closes at 12am. And to my surprise the restaurant was closing early at 10:15pm. Here on Google it says they close at 10:30pm so I'm just so confused as to why close early when there are people still wanting food. Just not what I expected at this location.
IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING ON THE INSIDE LITERAL BABY ROACHES CRAWLING AROUND THE SALSA BAR. MY DAUGHTER THREW UP!! Do not eat here please..we told the employees they said it’s been like that for years !! Hell no nevaaaa again!!!
It's not Bueno!! The food has no taste for the price. The service was bad, the cashiers kept asking me to repeat my order and when asking that no tomatoes be put in my tacos, they giggled. Not coming back and will think twice before even going to any other of their establishments.
Hmm , where do I start . My muchaco used to the best thing I got from here , and it was absolutely TERRIBLE , it was very hard and my tomatoes tasted sour , EVEN THE BEANS IN IT WERE HARD , like how does that even happen ??? I even called twice to Place and order ahead of time , and the amount of time I sat in the drive through it could’ve been made fresh . I really am very disappointed !
They can't ever get any orders right. Just close the whole location down! We came back last night, the whole order was wrong again. Can someone contact me, yalls phone is disconnected. Did yall forget to pay the bill?
The cashier could not speak enough English to take our order! She require an interpreter!! The unsweet ice tea was soured, none English speaking cashier could not be made to understand. Someone else from the back had to come and get tea from the back. All the tables were dirty. When we left the soured ice tea had not been removed. Will not be back.
I knew it was fast food Tex Mex so my expectations were pretty low, but wow. You will spend 15 minutes just trying to understand and correct the non English speaking employee working the drive through window, just to have your order wrong in the end. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
If I could, I would give them a 0!! Taco shells were so hard you had to break them to eat them which you couldn’t because the didn’t send any taco sauce. I’m not even going to complain about the supposedly beef burrito. Taco buena you really need to get it together 😕😕
I don’t understand how yall have a women who barely speaks English trying to take my order! I asked for what I wanted and this broad tells me a whole different order🤦🏼♀️ please get it together taco bueno! All we ask is to be allowed to order in english as we should!
Had my son go to the door to see if it was open. He came back we were going to get out of the car and go inside and eat. The lady working inside ran to the door and locked it so we could not come in and eat. Even though they're inside lobby was not closed yet. Very poor customer service. And it stinks outside of their store it smells like sewage. You would think the city of Mesquite would do something about it.
Terrible experience.... My wife and I stopped for a quick bite after spending hours trying to get cell phones at ATT... ( Whole other story ) It was around 7:30 - 8:00 pm and the staff was cleaning floors and kitchen. Floors were so wet it was dangerous to walk across and when employee performing this magnificent duty saw us sitting on the side away from where they were they proceeded to splash the foulest smelling liquid on the floor in the area we were seated without any concern, courtesy, or consideration for out dining “pleasure” or even tolerance. OH YEAH.... minor point. Took almost 15 minutes to get simple order that we have gotten at other Taco Bueno locations in less than 5 minutes. Definitely will NOT be going back to this store.... ever !
Worst experience when I got home. Mesquite Town East facility. I got the big platter and opened to find a mixed pile of whatever in a styrofoam container that couldn’t even be sorted out to eat. Ordered large chips and guacamole and large chips and queso. Didn’t get enough chips to eat even one container of sauce. Paid $23 for next to nothing and it’s not edible. Nasty as some other locations are, at least I might have been able to eat something and not have a pile of goo. Never going back to Taco Bueno.
The lady at the drive thru Iliad so rude! I ordered 6 party burritos and they hand me a bag of 6 party tacos. I said this isn’t. Then she asks me why I dont just take the tacos instead? Are you serious? I want what I ordered! This place has gone down hill. We will never be back!
NO Professionalism. I was there to correct the matter of an incorrect order using the directive given by the courteous Manager on duty the night before. The Day Mgr. was the total opposite. When I asked her to pull up her mask and then for my receipt, she told me no. I told her to keep the order and I would contact her Corporate Office. This was over a $4.00 Salad. I wasn't treated as the Customer and there was no Service. It's called Customer Service.
Window cashier was rude bad attitude and angry that she works there! Would not let me explain my request cancelled my whole order and went to Tia Rosas!
Pls don’t eat here! The staff was very kind but it must’ve been unclean. My sister, cousin and I ate at this location on Sunday 01/28/2024 and got food poisoning. I’ve had to miss work because of one meal. I repeat, Please don’t eat here.
This location is not good, I ordered the mexi chip and dip and it did not look edible. The Guac looked really weird and I'm pretty sure they mixed it with lard or something that looks like lard cause there was some weird substance on the side of the tostada bowl. The tomatoes looked like it was made days ago really off looking The queso was watery, they forgot to mix it up before serving it. I didn't eat the beans either seeing as the rest of it was not edible. It looks like they just gave up on serving food and instead are serving up inedible garbage. I'll just drive farther to avoid this place completely. The picture has the weird lard looking substance.
Read the reviews n pictures. No thanks.
They served me old beans that were dark and dried out. They hit it under a layer of decent beans. It was so obviously intentional. These people have left off food from my order so many times and they never answer the phone by policy. Taco Bueno is not even edible anymore.
I would do a 0 star review if it would allow me. Went through drive through. After getting home we discovered our order was wrong and they shorted us. When we returned, we went inside and stood in line as other customers were having issues with their orders as well. When we got to the counter, the young landy wanted to argue that we got the right order. After she got irate and started yelling the manager came over to calm her down and started to help us get a refund. The young lady came from behind the counter and stood right next to us mouthing in a threatening way. The manager had to come and get her from the customer side of the counter and other customers was telling her she was wrong and needed to calm down. I am not sure what kind of place is being ran here, but maybe I need to start carrying my fire arm when going into this place if they are going to serve us in a threatening matter. I would say I will never return, but this is the only Taco Bueno around my area. We love the food their, so I may take a break and return in the future.
this location really needs some help :( there’s not many buenos left so we chose to come to this location. there were maybe 2 or 3 employees and we waited a long time to order with no one in the lobby. there was no air conditioning and one tower fan in the dining area. tables weren’t cleaned off with hours old food on multiple tables.
This place has the rudest people I have had the misfortune to meet. I stopped for my son's birthday. I won't spend another dime. The cashier slid my money across the counter as if I wasn't good enough for her to hand me my change. She stopped in the middle of my order to talk the man making food behind her. The best thing about the experience was the food was pretty good!
Just go ahead and close this location down.. love bueno food but the quality here is terrible! Last 2 trips here the chips and taco shells have been old and stale! Why should I pay 10$+ for a combo if the foods not fresh?? Maybe give it one more try, probably not though.. it’s really sad too because the family loves taco buenos food when it’s fresh and crunchy! This location needs New management that cares about quality!
Highly advise to avoid this location you will be wasting your money and time. I placed an order for a Wholotta Platter at the drive thru. I had to correct my order several times over the whole time ordering. After checking my order they gave my something completely else. I even told them gauc yes, no sour cream, they removed the gauc and gave me sour cream only. I went inside afterwards to explain this was not what I ordered. I spoke to the same person who messed up my order and they said I had to pay for the food. When they were the ones who messed up my food even after correcting them at the drive thru multiple times to correct my order!! If you want to spend your hard earned money to receive a messed up order. This location is the way to go if you want horrible service. Because of this experience I will no longer be wasting my money at any Taco Bueno location.
This was a good place for fast mexican style food but not any longer. I had the taco bueno version of enchiladas and they were terrible. The sauce tasted like it had been warmed over and over for at least a month. The salsa tasted like it had been sitting without refrigeration for a couple weeks. The chips were stale. Service was slow, we and other customers were standing around for a while before someone finally took our order. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Ordered nachos with no sour cream. I said it, he repeated it back to me, the reciept reflected the request, but somehow the cook felt that maybe instead I meant extra sour cream. It was all over everything. Sour cream makes me super sick even if I eat a small amount. So we had to get back out in the cold to go get it fixed. Will not be returning. You make this kind of mistake when you're dead slow. No Thanks.
This place usually smells very bad. The inside seems run down even though they have redone the restaurant over the last few years. The condiment bar seems like a "try at your own risk" and you are lucky to get ice with your drink. There are too many options in this area...pick a different one.
Just ordered the 10 mix match platter and they didn't give me my rice and beans. I definitely will not be back. 17$ for 10 tacos. Plus customer service was trash. Y'all's food isn't even that great. Just over priced.
Went tonight at 6pm tried to get dinner waited 10 minutes. No one came to register. The cook saw me never said a word. They were only helping drive threw that had two cars. I could hear others talking in back and no one came to help. So we left ..so we decided to go to snuffers. To eat.
Had to put a star just to leave a review. TERRIBLE!! As soon as we walk in, place smells like sewage. Service would get the 1 star. Food was terrible. Taco meat was funky tasting. Chiken quesadilla was kinda nasty. Tea tasted like it had been sitting way to long. Had a metallic taste to it. Astonishingly the guacamole was pretty good. Threw almost 3 tacos in the trash. Would NOT go back, And would NOT recommend. 🤢🤮
Drive thru on my work lunch break at 1:20pm. I ordered the mega mixdips & chips for $12.99+. All I got was Queso and chili sauce. I am a black woman and the black lady at the drive through today July 25th 2022 did not give me what I ordered and did not give me a receipt for my order. I have called this location 10 times to count and nobody is picking up the phone. I thought the mega mexidips & chips also comes with guacamole, Queso, and chili sauce. I want my money back now and my receipt! Y’all don’t even deserve 1 star. What kind of foolishness is this. You repeated my order correctly only to give half of my order. Nope!! Give me my money back!
The workers here clearly don't know how to tell time, they said through the drive through speaker that they open at 10:30. I come back at 10:34 and they say we open at 10:30.
The place smells like sewer!! The street corn has a bad taste, and the jalapeños had black seeds, The restrooms stink like sewer and needed cleaning. Overall, I wouldn't return.
Super slow service every time I come here. Not even a sorry for the wait. When I finally get home, they forgot the Salsa 🤣
We go here alot when we are in town. When dining in everything is amazing but anytime we go through drive-thru our order is never matches. For example today we order 8 beef rolls and got chicken instead.
Yes, I got a burrito at this location it’s inside the Shell gas station. When I got the burrito home, it was all meat no beans no rice nothing else inside just all meat. And the meat was so salty like they just soaked it in salt. So I will never go back to that place and get another burrito. And that one is close to home is convenient, but I will never go back. So I do not recommend that place to no one. And the burrito was like about seven dollars to eight dollars. But it’s not the money it’s about the quality of the food. And I cannot have too much salt and they just soaked that thing in salt. I don’t know how they prepare the meat, but it was very, very salty. But everybody knows that loves burritos like I do. It also comes with beans and rice and maybe a little salsa hot mild however you like it inside of it. So again I will not recommend that place to no one. Unless they learn how to make a good burrito.
Just came here and ordered a taco platter chips were missing and food was cold so I returned it! Workers had an attitude because he had to remake it! I was saying excuse me to tell him I didn't want it he ignored me! Another young lady helped me she was nice she remade it ! This time my chips sour cream and guac was missing I couldn't get a refund because a manager wasn't here I will never come back!!!
Sat at the drive thru kiosk for almost 10 minutes with 3 other cars behind me and no one ever took my order. So I just drove thru and left. It looked like there was 2 people working … sad because I really had my heart set on taco bueno because it’s been a while.
Wife and I just went in and the right in the door the smell was in unbearable. We walked right out. I don't know how the people in the two tables l saw served can eat with that smell, I don't know how the employees can work there. It smelled like their toilet had overflowed
I can’t believe I paid money for this!!! All my food was old, spoiled, stale… guacamole was brown.. yuuuukkk. I spent 30 bucks on two plates of rotten food! I would ask for a manager, but apparently they don’t care. Someone get the health department on these nasty people!! Not to mention I didn’t get all my food. Not sure I wanted it at this point. Ewwwwwwwwww I want my money back!!!!!!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwewwwwweee Yall wrong for feeding people this!!
