The place is very nicely decorated, only one thing is the outside bathroom that I don't like, high quality homemade food, super honest price, very nice outside setting with the Po (river) three steps away from the wolf's den, then very helpful service.

Excellent food, plentiful, fast service, generous portions, and the option of second and third courses. Locally produced wine. More than friendly staff. The place is on the banks of the Po River. Very reasonable prices. The bathrooms are a minor flaw. Highly recommended.

Today, my husband, some friends, and I had lunch at "La tana del lupo." It was truly a pleasant surprise! The place was neat and clean, the staff helpful and pleasant. The cured meats were very good. The two risottos were truly remarkable, and the ravioli were also delicious. The main course, side dish, and desserts were also delicious! Thanks to all the staff and compliments to the kitchen! We'll be back!

You get there after a nice hike, steep at first but then easy. We found a place at the Tana Del Lupo refuge by pure luck; it's always advisable to book before climbing. We ate very well, from appetizers to dessert, and their cheeses were also very good. For us, it's a once-a-year stop. Try it, it's worth it.

La Tana del Lupo 🐺 "da Pistu" is an unmissable stop, both for its spectacular and affordable business menu and for other convivial occasions. Geographically located on the right bank of the Po River in a non-place on the border between Lomellina and Oltrepo. Highly recommended!

Sunday, December 17, 2023: A lovely table of 11 people, it was our first time, we had a great time, a truly delicious lunch, not to mention the service, wonderful people (including Miss Camilla, who generously served me), a simple, family-friendly atmosphere, and finally... the price was truly fair and affordable. Thanks to all the dining room and kitchen staff. Congratulations, we'll see you again.

It's a bit out of the way, but it's worth a visit. I went from Milan on the recommendation of a friend who'd already been there—excellent advice! I was there in 40 minutes, right on the banks of the Po River. So, there's free parking and plenty of space. The food is home-cooked, and we ate very well. It seems family-run. I even brought my furry friend, who came in with us without any problems. The people are kind and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.
