🚨Update! As of February 2026: Amalia has non alcoholic beer! My sibling was able to enjoy his meal and have a beer during our 5 day stay at Lennox in 2026! I have changed my review stars but will keep the original wording as it is a testament of progress! Original review below: I stayed at Lennox for 5 nights in February 2025, I really love that the hotel has this restaurant as it is convenient. Overall the food was delicious and the service was good. My brother and I enjoyed lunch, dinner and a brunch on 3 separate occasions during our stay. I’ve come to accept that sometimes service industry lacks respectful, engaging service that is empathetic and meaningful. During our second visit for dinner, since this establishment doesn’t offer non alcoholic beer we decided to bring our own as we had done so just 2 days prior, with the okay from a staff member at the restaurant. For some reason on this occasion it was not okay and OUT OF NOWHERE comes an over excited waitress? and tells us to put the non alcoholic beer away or they can lose their liquor license. This is understandable, but had she said it POLITELY it would have made all the difference. Imagine a VETERAN who fought for our rights, someone who gives back to his community, is an amazing hard working human and is enjoying a vacation SOBER, truly making his life better and some witch comes out to ruin it all. It was truly horrible. Needless to say, I didn’t get this woman’s name but I messaged the Instagram page and was given some more explanations and then offered a non alcoholic beer to ask for during our next visit, which turns out they didn’t even have. My goal in life is to treat others with dignity and respect, to use empathy and active listening to support others and empower them. My experience here didn’t reflect any of that, I know I shouldn’t expect much from a dinning experience but if you hold your silverware, plates, food and restaurant to such a high standard why don’t you train your staff better? They can then enjoy an extra tip and the feeling that we truly want to be nice to each other. My review reflects that the service here is terrible and that it affected the atmosphere for my experience and at least the food was great! As someone who dines out a lot, I will go to an okay restaurant that has great service because FOOD SHOULD BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER NOT TEAR THEM APART. As a Chilean born woman who came to this country for a better life and during this time of much uncertainty, I hope this review can help Amalia work on leveling up their service, maybe make it as polished and pretty as your silverware. ♥️
I'll start by saying their stuffed burrata is the best I've ever had. They also have a genuinely euphoric Euphoria Spritz which my friend ordered multiple times during our stay at the Lennox. The atmosphere is a lovely floral-cute-chic vibe and they have nice indoor and covered outdoor seating. The service is very attentive (perhaps a bit too much) and the food is overall delicious with decent portions. One thing to note: we were not verbally notified about the automatic 20% gratuity (though it is listed on the bill), so just FYI for everyone else who might be the type to still be deep in conversation while paying 😅
Everything that fine dining should be. The atmosphere, flavors, service, and experience was one of the best I’ve experienced. Amalia pays attention to all the little details which put them well above the surrounding restaurants in the Miami Beach area. Each dish was light, refreshing, flavorful, and elegant. This was some of the best food I’ve had in years. I will definitely returning when I am in Miami next.
I’ve eaten here at least 6 times now between the restaurant and the pool while staying at the hotel and it’s truly amazing - every time the food is off the charts good. Get the truffle fries!
I went here today for dinner and everything was perfect. As our appetizers, we got the peach and burrata salad and the bread. The bread was fresh and the olive oil was unique. The tropical moscow mule cocktail was delicious, it had a hint of spice with the tropical flavor. I got the branzino and my daughter got the steak. The steak and the fish were both well-balanced with the sauces. The steak was tender. The service was great and everyone was friendly. The manager checked in on us which we appreciated. We were so happy with our experience that we will return for breakfast tomorrow.
I love the atmosphere of that place, especially the covered patio. I had the gnocchi, they were fine but nothing spectacular. The Dulce Lecce with creame was a killer desser tho !
Went to dinner at this amazing place. The ambience, food and service was top notch. Sofia was our server. She was attentive and an absolute delight. The manager also welcomed us. Everyone was so friendly and the food was outstanding; everything from the menus to the orchid wall was beautiful. We loved it so much we are going back a second night.
Hard to describe this restaurant in words. From the moment you step in and are warmly greeted, until the moment you leave there is some magical about Amalia. First and foremost our server Melina was truly amazing; she made us feel like we were home; with a Michelin level chef as our family member. The support staff, the manager Nelson, and everyone in between made it the most inviting of atmospheres. Kudos to you all. The food, beyond delicious, well prepared and well presented. A well thought out menu, curated cocktails and a simple yet perfect wine menu. It's impossible to choose a favorite as every dish was as good as the next. The ambiance was perfect, beautiful decor, comfortable seating, exquisite place settings - beautiful setting inside and out. We've wanted to visit Amalia for some time now, and just haven't had the opportunity; our only regret is not coming sooner. This is at the top of our list in Miami now, and can't wait to join again. Make Amalia your next stop, you won't be disappointed!
Great restaurant, I had the entire place to myself. Service was extraordinary, the food - apps through dessert - extremely well executed and tasted wonderful.
The food, the service and the atmosphere were amazing. What a hidden gem off Collins for breakfast
Such a cute spot and beautiful details! Overnight oats that were delicious
Amazing experience from the service to the ambiance to the most important- the food!! I’ve eaten a lot of beat salads in my day, but this one tops them all. Everything was superb!

Breakfast was delicious, service was 5 out of 5, and this place is very pretty overall.
Great experience at Amalia Café in Miami Beach ☀️ Martin is always kind and attentive — it’s a real pleasure to be welcomed by him every morning. The interior décor is soft and relaxing, and the terrace on Collins Avenue is perfect for enjoying the Miami sunshine. I truly enjoyed having breakfast here every morning during my stay. Highly recommended!
Amalia Restaurant offers an elegant Mediterranean dining experience in Miami Beach. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Excellent service and a charming atmosphere make it a must-visit spot!
Good food. But don’t order the tuna for dinner. 9 small pieces of tuna. Bonefish Grill appetizer has more tuna than this place. It was $36, and I would’ve felt ripped off at $21.00.
Enjoyed a late breakfast on our last day in Miami. I love the pink, gold, and floral feminine decor. It’s got a very nice ambiance that is very soothing. I love the open kitchen concept and the outdoor seating area. Service was excellent. Thank you, Alex.
The food was overall just okay here from our experience. Would not recommend the burger, but the chicken sandwich was better! Service was great and the place is super cute. I would give it another try, but will be ordering differently

Did NOT have a good experience at this Cafe. The men who serviced us were very rude! They acted like they did not want to be bothered. They were very curt when we asked questions about the pastries. I ordered coffee and clerk poured half cup of creamer in my cup. They only fill the cup to half full..... If you are in the service industry, act like you enjoy your job and be courteous to everyone. Miami has a lot of options to choose from. We did not have to service this business. They obviously did not appreciate our business. I will never go there again!!!!! Nasty, rude, people. Horrible service!
This restaurant was beautiful and had a great ambiance. However, some things to consider. The still water is $8 a bottle, $15 for two bottles. So if you are not comfortable with that ask for tap water. The cauliflower was amazing, and was rich in flavor, highly recommend. The Arroz de la Señorita was not good. It was extremely fishy and tasted like a cast iron pan. It wreaked of fish, and the waiter was soaked in a water like sauce but it was still hard, very bizarre. The restaurant had some hits and some misses.
Breakfast was just beyond average. The avocado toast was more a salad with bread than an avocado toast. The continental breakfast was not worth the price, just a yoghurt bowl and some toasts. Coffee is also not good at all, the cappucino had chocolate fudge and nobody asked us if we wanted some … there are better places to have breakfast around. Service was very good and friendly though ..

I have no idea how this place has good reviews. We went for lunch yesterday and there were only two other small tables being served. All three groups had to wait an hour for food. I saw each group complain about the wait and when the food came out, several sent theirs back because it was cold, not as described on the menu, etc. Zero acknowledgment from the staff about the wait or any effort to apologize. Don’t waste your time here!

The outdoor dining was cute but we ordered 2 steaks medium and were served completely raw meat. It wasn’t even edible and when we asked for the check were told they could give us a 20% discount. After speaking with the manager we were able to have one taken off the check but paid 50$ for the second because I had eaten a sliver of it, ended up paying 80$ for fries, bread and a coke.
