I live it MT and ALL the DD have closed in the PNW. So, anytime I go somewhere on the east, I make it a point to get DD. Service was fast, and the location was not as busy as many of the other DD that I have been to. The tables were not clean, but as soon as I sat down the girl working came and cleaned them all off. And I was super excited to see they brought back the Chocolate Creme as it was my favorite 25 years ago 🩷🧡
Very good service. Excellent place to spend time. Comfortable and quiet atmosphere.
We had to try this shop on our morning visit. Nice and large selection of donuts and breakfast foods and all kinds of drinks.
Loved the Halloween deco on this spot. I ordered a Combo and my coffee tasted amazing! Alvaro has a great welcoming vibe too! 🍩☕️
Caution, but the donuts were spectacular! It's convenient and there's parking.
Been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for years Excellence service best coffee in town
Good.
One of the best donuts I've ever eaten!
This updated rating is a bit overdue. So first off, let me say a thank you to the staff at Dunkin Donuts HQ's for actually caring about their customers, and taking our issues seriously enough to respond back. When I wrote my complaint on Yelp, and contacted the Dunkin Donuts office, the response was immediate. This is the response that I received on March 12, 2017: Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your experience at the Dunkin' Donuts restaurant in Miami Beach, FL . I am sorry that you had a bad experience and will alert the franchisee and our field operations team immediately to let them know what happened. We have very high standards for guest satisfaction and I am sorry that the restaurant let you down. I hope you'll give Dunkin' Donuts another chance and come back again soon. Thanks again for taking time out of your day to let us know. Rachel Support Center Coordinator Once again, a big thanks to Dunkin Donuts, and let's hope the one I visited in Miami, FL has turned things around.
Great Dunkin Donuts in Miami Beach!!! A++
Donuts have always been my favorite dessert...very good prices and the donuts...super yummy
good way to give your day a good start, happy every time, croissant combo is a good breakfast option on our way to school
Great little Dunkin
Good, simple American-style donuts, cheap and fast, it's the best. Friendly servers
The coffee is very good.
Best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited. The store manager is one of a kind. So funny and recommendable service. Visit this place to taste delicious donuts.
I liked it there. I love the donuts and Coffee there. Would like to die four it.
Good service
the paradise of donuts and sweets, an infinite choice of flavours, spectacular beautiful colours and flavours imitated by many but I would say inimitable
Happy birthday to Miss.Bee!!!! She’s an excellent worker, she’s happy, energetic and always positive! Thank you for the great experience(:
The originals. Cheap and very tasty.
Professional staff and decent coffee.
I go specifically to this location because I love the staff who are always ready to serve me with a smile and they are super friendly. The manager, Bea in particular has always been kind and sweet to me and the same with everyone I’ve seen her interact with so I’m not sure where the other negative review is coming from. It looks like someone wrote negative stuff about her using different names to make two separate reviews. I, for one, have never had anything but excellent service from Bea and the entire staff.
Very good Donuts, Dunkin' Donuts need an donuts for lactosa intolerant. But the have free Park. And customer service is very good.
10/10
Breakfast is the best, don't miss it if you travel to Miami
Fresh coffee every time, even in the afternoon!
Morning breakfast was fast. NO LINES..host was very friendly.
Polite staff, clean. Location even had superbowl themed decoration and one staff member had her face painted football teams colors. Very, very nicely done.
Best DD I've been so far and fast service
The girl at the cash register was very fun and lively, made the visit enjoyable
Top notch paint badazz costumer service y'all players got it packdown!👍⚡✨😍
Good
Very attentive personal
The older guy that works at night is so nice and professional. Only place open late at night besides McDonnalds.
Today was crazy- dozens and dozens of boxes ordered for Valentine’s Day work breakfasts, etc - the women handled the overflow of customers with hard work and a sense of humor.
There is an employee during the morning that is so energetic and funny that I recommend you go just to watch her in action.
Fantastic customer service. Order always fast and on point
Very good cold brew
Beast coffee place on the beach! Sure wish there was one one the east side.
I love Dunkin' Donuts
Well
They treat you like family, so if you want to be treated like a customer, go somewhere else!😊
Little variety in Donuts
I love the coffee here they have great flavors and they always smile
Very nice and helpful staff
Staff here really are great & full of personality! It’s in a unique location in terms of what’s going on with all the building and construction at this location. A new building recently was constructed around and above the existing Dunkin’ Donuts that also includes a rooftop movie theater. so at times, parking can be very limited with the construction vehicles, cement trucks, etc. as this project is still ongoing.
Longer wait for service, service one after another, very loud. Otherwise, regarding donuts and coffee, excellent. Of course, as everywhere, clearly arranged rooms.
Great donuts!
The best menu item available is lemon tea. It is so smoothing and makes you feel light. Doesn't matter at what time of the day you are drinking it, this will make you feel awesome.
They serve you quickly...but there isn't enough space to sit...
Whenever I come to dunkin it’s usually for the donuts and never the coffee. This time I wanted to try it and see for myself if it was good or not. I ordered a cold brew with caramel drizzle and it was alright. Not my favorite but I would rather pay more for Starbucks. The service was nice and quick. I got a free donut because It was National donut day. The donut was good as always. I would give this a 7/10
Pretty standard Dunkin. Nice to see everyone wearing masks. Also, appreciate the paper straws.
It was awesome, good vibes and fast food..,.
Coffee and donuts with a wide variety and good prices, great for breakfast.
cheap donuts and coffee
Donuts donuts donuts
Cozy corner spot at 16th Street and Alton Road 🌴 Miami Beach, Florida
Nothing special
We got muffins for breakfast on new years since most places were closed and they were the worst I’ve ever had!! So try I couldn’t even swallow them. I took a few bites and threw them away, and I’ve never done that.
Dunkin is there when you need a coffee and donut.
Everything was delicious, too bad. The Cuban girl was very unfriendly and very poor service.
Delicious donuts... cold attention..
The service was unenthusiastic, but the food and drinks were as expected.
The girl who serves is extremely extroverted, but she's not bad, it's just that way, the service is good
Restrooms are “out of order” For paying customer. Where restroom are the employees using, then ?
The place was dirty.
It's simple, the daily morning appointment, the waitress was really cool and funny, the donuts are good as well as the Bavarian cream beignets, the prices are reasonable, but you shouldn't be diabetic to eat there, the sugar level is too high, you can easily overdose, but hey, that's why we go :)
Dirty place - the toilets were horrible - had to wash the tables and chairs myself to be able to sit. The products were as expected - good. The service was OK.
I like it, but the truth is that their muffins are heavy, and their donuts are not the best.
Ok I guess donuts are usually stale but at least the coffee is good
This Dunkin’ is absolutely AWFUL. The employees are extremely unfriendly and do the bare minimum. Almost every order I’ve placed here has been wrong. Either how the drink was made or how much I was charged.
No working restroom available. The staff just doesn’t want to clean and lying it is always out of order. Shame on you guys. No respect to your clients. The toilet constantly out of order? Call the plumber)) stop lying
Homeless hanging out inside talking to themselves with no shoes and no shirts on. Disgusting. Short fill on the cold brew as well.
Old fashioned donut was just an old dry donut.
As soon as I walked in it felt old and a bit grungy, seating torn and messy. I asked for a hot latte and they said the COFFEE MACHINE IS BROKEN. This is a coffee shop and I was very under impressed with this response. No hot coffee??? Then the cashier was horrible, didn’t respond when spoken to and gave an attitude when asked if she could give a different donut then the one previously asked for a second before saying “well you asked for the glazed” … was a horrible experience overall and had to leave to get hot coffee across the street
Coffee is great, donuts are not good at all
Almost no choice of donut at 4PM We just had the feeling to bother the employee who didn’t even toast the toast and was to busy talking on the phone to even notice our online order
Very friendly...needs to be cleaner
Lady at the counter was really rude. Maby a hangover....but not custumer friendly.
So Miami doesn’t get cold often, so I decided to go into Dunkin’ Donuts to get a hot chocolate, so pretty simple request a hot chocolate and a glazed donut, so I ask the woman at the register who was taking my order how do u guys make the hot chocolate, she replies with water, I request to have mine made with milk then just to finalize I ask, do you guys add cream, and rudely she replies “you didn’t pay for cream” it was just a simple question, the professional thing to do is just reply, “no it doesn’t come with cream unless you request it” but it’s just the nasty attitude of this woman who clearly has demons she is battling, and wants to take her anger out on innocent “paying” individuals, the other lady working there was cool no complaints about her, asked her if they had any smaller straws and she replied in such a more friendly tone. To be specific the individual I’m referring to who made this experience really awful was the black lady with the blonde hairdo, don’t want to make everyone there look bad but she needs a lot of work to do, stank attitude working in a professional setting. Sad that Dunkin’ Donuts hires someone of such low caliber
I went today to this location and it was a horrible experience. I wish I had not even wanted Dunkin today. The server was extremely rude and had so much attitude. I am a tourist visiting Miami and I did not excpect this kind of customer service from this male server. He was not patient at all while we were deciding what to get, he was making rude gestures. I have been so many Dunkin’s never had this bad customer service. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but it’s not my fault. I hope that this store takes some action against this young man that is extremely rude to customers and not helpful at all.
First time holidays in the states, my family and I wanted to try Dunkin. The staff was not only super rude but we have to wait a long time till she took our order. Coffe was so watery it tasted like absolutely nothing. If you speak spanish she might be a bit nicer to you but the experience is still very miserable Sad that this experience is what defined our image of Dunkin. Not coming back
Coffee tasted like trash and the staff was very rude with so much attitude towards us. I don’t know if he was being racist or he treats everyone like that either way that’s not right. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
My husband and I got food poisoning after eating at this Dunkin’ Donuts today. We ordered cappuccinos and a ham and Swiss croissant, and shortly after we both started feeling very sick. This was a really unpleasant experience and very concerning. Please be careful eating here.
Stay away of this place, the people that work here are very rough, the food quality is very bad, workers don’t care about customers at all. Bad reputation for recognized brand.
The food was terrible... Bagel was like 1 month old and everything else was tasteless because of it ...as for ice coffee 🤦 sock wash!!! Avoid!
Why are the lids different from other places I'm driving coffee all over the place....smh i dont drink coffee until I get on the job but half of it in my cupholder...😬
I really try not to come here because every experience is subpar at best but it’s the nearest location to me. I’ve finally learned my lesson though. On top of not being able to mix a matcha latte if their lives depended on it, the staff continues to be miserable and treat their customers as such. It’s the same older woman in particular that continues to provide crappy service UNLESS you are a spanish-speaking gentleman. She might finally say good morning if that’s the case. Food and drinks here are always lacking no matter what you order. I’ve even catered for my team and was embarrassed at the quality. I’m begging management at this point to please retrain your staff or bring on people that actually want to be there!
Always mold in the ice machine. Former maintenance tech. Company is not concerned with your well being. Sad that this is place is visited by people from all around the world. Avoid at all cost.
Be cautious when using this parking lot—it's a scam! Despite appearing to be a public parking area, it's actually a paid lot. However, the catch is that all the signs are facing away from the entrance, making them impossible to see as you drive in. The towing company monitors the area with cameras, and if you leave your car for even a one minute coffee, they'll tow it immediately. I'm shocked that the city of Miami Beach allows such deceptive practices. Dunkin I'm disappointed to see you associated with this kind of behavior. Proceed with caution!
I walked 2 miles to this location because I run on Dunkin -- upon arrival, I literally entered the Twilight Zone. The store's oven was out-of-order for the 6th day and the only available food items were a scarce selection of donuts. The only drink items that they had the ingredients to prepare were coffees and lattes. Worsening the experience was the Dunkin app not working -- the cashier was rude, absent of minimal customer service skills, unhelpful, unpleasant, and frankly, an angry, unhappy person. At one point she became unhinged when I attempted to pay using the app, screaming that I "was trying to get stuff for free," After handing her cash, she refused to give me my change unless I handed her my cell phone so she could verify that I had not take a picture of her. Upon my refusal, she called 911 and made a false report that I was trespassing and she had told me to leave. Of course, I was still waiting for my order and change. I did ask for her name -- of course, she refused to provide it. Safe to assume that it is Karen.
Durty, durty !!! Angry ! We went to breakfast with my 2 daughters it was the worst experience
I guess dunking donuts should just state they are open for breakfast only usually this location wont have donuts past 5pm whats the pointof having a place called dunkin DONUTS AND BOT SELL DONUTS THEY CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT FOR NO REASON
So I placed an order for croissant with sausage egg and cheese paid for extra eggs and extra sausage hash brown s fresh off The grill and a large apple juice to my dismay I received my order which only had a regular croissan'wich with sausage egg and cheese extra cold and hard hash browns with a bottle of zephyrhills water all my items were cold and hard instead of returning my money or correcting the order they just left the order as is. I do not recommend this Dunkin donuts on Alton road I recommend the dunkin' donuts on 41st Street instead. The service there is way better and items made fresh
There is a manager named Miss Bee, black woman a little heavy set, works the morning shift. Yes her, the one EVERYONE complains about! Yes after this I am calling CORPORATE if no one decides to do anything about this problem! She is very RUDE! She picks and chooses who she wants to serve and for no reason you walk up to the counter and she screams for some other staff saying, “I ain’t serving you today.” I have never done anything disrespectful to this woman and I used to come in and spend at least 5-10 daily! I choose not to go in anymore because of her and I now take my money to the grocery store and buy my own coffee and make it at home. She calls people names, calls them fat, ugly, whatever! She is very disrespectful and is always demanding as if she owns the whole Dunkin Donuts! DUNKIN, you neeeeeeeed to get rid of this witch because she is costing you money and good customers!
I love DD coffee and try to find it whatever city I’m in. It’s hard to be civil with the people that work the weekday morning shift at this location. It’s really unpleasant, absolutely the worst I’ve seen in any other the stores that I’ve visited nationwide. I revisited this store today 3/28/23 (two weeks later). It was a completely different experience. There was an entirely different crew working the morning shift. I don’t know if all they bad customer service reviews during the last 3 months had anything to do with the change, but it was pleasant and 5***** today!
We came here at 10pm they said next order for donuts is 5 am. Why in this case thus shop is 24 hrs... This not a first ocassion, if they dont have donuta it will be better NOT to be called Dunkin DONUTS ...
Here you will find by far the rudest cashier in the "whole world!!"
Didnt serve us, cuz we asked the prize of how much something cost twice while she was busy
Horrible customer service
The person who attends has very bad treatment and bad manner with customers. A very unpleasant person. It is not worth buying something in a place where there is bad vibes bad service and where you are disrespected. I never go back to this branch!
The customer service was terrible! The girl who served us was disrespectful because she didn't understand the promotions, so I just left the store. I don't understand why they hire people who do such a bad job and don't appreciate having them... with how tough the world is these days...
We've been there many times and they don't have donuts...too bad...
Very rude!!!👎👎👎
This incident happened today (Feb 5th) at 10:50AM ET: I made an online order and walked into dunkin donuts like I usually do. I went to pick up my order but i noticed i was missing my 2 maple donuts. So i waited patiently on the side and when i was able to approach the employee I politely said "Hi, I'm missing 2 Maple donuts" and she screamed at me from the top of her lungs "YOU AIN'T MISSIN' IT!!! I DIDN'T PUT IT YET!!!! WE ONLY 2 PEOPLE HERE YOU KNOW?!!?!???" (Her colleague was witness to it, she was right behind her) and it really shocked me, and i said "Ok... I really didn't mean it in anyway bad..." and she left us waiting for 10 minutes until her colleague saw that we were still waiting and saw was happened and said in spanish "come with me, don't worry i'll get your donuts for you". My husband told her "we're going to have to call customer support because your employee made my wife cry" and she said "Yes I'm sorry, keep your receipt and call tomorrow". Honestly, this is not the first time people have been so rude in this dunkin donuts location. Today she really made me cry because it was just so uncalled for, and you never know what people are going through, the employee was witness and i spoke in the most polite way ever. Just horrendous By the way they always forget our donuts in that store. I come here ALL the time and i know they always forget our donuts so I'm always patient when picking up my food here. It was so unnecessary, mean, and embarrasing that it made me cry. This person should NOT be serving people
Everytime you call they never oick up the phone🙄 their service is the worst
Terrible experience at Dunkin' Donuts. Staff had a bad attitude and were not friendly. Consistently got my order wrong, no matter how simple. Coffee was overly sweet even though I said no sugar and not up to standards. Overall, would not recommend this location to anyone
The service is horrible. Lady is standing like npc and does not care about the customers. When I wanted to order, she was mean.
It’s useally a great visit but today I went In and the lady behind the counter told me she wouldn’t serve me. I’ve been going their everyday I useally send an avg of 5-10 dollars a visit, I like to go their to enjoy my food/drink and charge up my phone. I always mind my own business and am very respectful. I never write bad reviews but this really got me mad. I understand theirs a business to be ran but I do/did spend a decent amount of money each day their. You guys have too do something about that loud lady that works their, I don’t even have to say her name everyone knows she’s the loud one that likes to poke fun at everyone. Or you will lose a lot of customers, stanrbucks is right across the street and I know when I walk in their I would never be treated like that.
The worst service ever
Trash service! The lady who make order is the meanest one I ever met with awful attitude.
Staff was really careless in serving my 80$ order unattended in the take away area so that some one took it already and had to wait another hour for re doing the same order. Poor service mentality asking for a refund right away rather fixing the mess they already created.
This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in United States it’s very dirty location the food was terrible and cold the hash browns was still frozen and raw the 3 lady’s working on this location have very scary attitude and they have no Gloves and they using them phone while they doing your order and you have to wait for your food it’s took for ever . So dirty
I wouldn't step in this branch. Manager ( with the name Bayyina) is, obviously, improper and not well trained to work in a public place. You can easily notice that she know nothing about ettiquette and how to keep a distance with customers.
