Our first time in Miami and our first food is Cuban sandwich at this restaurant . It was so delicious! I had frozen margarita that is so amazing and large portion! And we had Cuban coffee for the first time also and me and my husband really enjoyed it! We came back for breakfast everything was excellent!I will recommend this place! We were walking past but the staff got our attention and convinced us to come in. It was around 7pm and we were probably the third group of customers. The place was pretty empty excluding the staff. The restaurant has high ceilings so it feels bigger than what it is. It was Karaoke Night there was a large lively group in the middle of the restaurant that participated. There were some seem to be locals who also performed. The waiter was very nice. He brought my fiance a candle for his birthday and surprised him with a cute cupcake. Because of the red lighting It was hard to take food pictures. The food was Mediterranean (I believe) it was good but the selection was limited on the things we thought sounded good to us. Drinks were good. The restaurant sits in South Beach. Around 8:00 or 9:00pm more and more people started to come in. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

NICK !!!!! This guy had amazing stories, an incredible background , amazing mimosas and excellent customer service. I would love to see him in a higher position next time we visit next year. I’m a police officer and this guy exhibits all the traits of a solid , trustworthy and excellent overall worker. Also food was great and atmosphere was nice. For the door to be open the whole time the entire venue stayed nice and cool. 5 stars .

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have fun time after hours. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the vibes are top tier. I will definitely return in the future. There’s an inside and a patio for those who want to be outside. There’s a full bar and large tv’s for the sports fans.

We went here while in Miami for my 50th birthday. We had a bad dining experience that morning but the speed of service, the courteousness, hospitality and quality of food helped make up for it. Went in for a sandwich and came out drunk off of the best mojitos made by Camilo! The food was delicious and the mojitos were even more delicious. Ended up returning the next night for karaoke and thankfully Camilo was there again. Definitely try the mojitos!

One of the best restaurants in South Beach. I highly recommend it for Latin food but it’s not just let food. You’ll be surprised because it’s basically American food with some Latin flavor. You would love everything about this place. The decorations and styling is very Miami and very cool. Your friends will be very impressed on Instagram. You really should try the lobster dishes since they’re amazing. They have great outdoor seating for birthday parties and other events. It’s very cool place indoor or outdoor. In addition it becomes a club at night and they have a 4 AM liquor license which means you can party there till the wee hours of the morning. Why pay such high prices at a club when this is much cooler and much better. The owner is Marcelo and he’s an amazing guy. You will know him because when you go there he’s always making sure customers are having a great time and he’s just such a good guy. I promise you will make friends with them within five minutes. I went here on a Friday night with a big group of friends (10) for my girlfriends birthday dinner. I asked the kitchen to make paella and a few different appetizers for the group. The size and flavor of the paella was mouth watering. My friends were very happy with the food ;especially, since they are Spanish origin. The atmosphere was very inviting and clean. Very cool lighting. Extremely helpful staff and most importantly my best friend had a great party (no wait time). Also karaoke was so much fun they had every song and wow what speakers. 9beach is my new favorite place for food, drinks and great times! I must be honest!! First of all, the place is absolutely gorgeous with a huge outside patio (perfect for social distancing without feeling isolated), great inside decor and lighting, the food is superb and not that expensive and the staff is super attentive, we never had to wait for anything when we needed something, super clean, even the bathrooms are clean!!! The drinks are strong, music is great and the owner, Marcello, is always there to greet you with a warm smile and extra service. See you at 9Beach!!!!!

This is the most lit karaoke bar I've ever been to. Went there on a Thursday night, there was small crowd and everyone was hanging out and singing together (including the staff) for hours. Then we had an impromptu jam session on stage. I may have just happened to go at a good time and lucked out by meeting insanely talented and fun strangers. Either way, it was good a time and the margaritas were muy bueno.

This place was welcoming and the staff was friendly! My husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the sangria (yum!!!!) and the food, which was delicious. It was our first time there and we will visit again before we head back home to our cold winter in Canada.

We got soups for take out, and they were very good 👍 People were nice too. One issue though - they included 17% tip for takeout! That’s not right, and I’ve never seen anyone doing it! Don’t do that if you are decent.

The food here is outstanding I got the lunch special with salmon three times while on vacation so it pains me to leave 4 stars, but the were quite slow especially the third time we went. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and there was only one other party in the restaurant. They also charged us three dollars more than the lunch special was an the waiters were a bit rood(got order wrong due to not speaking the best English and tried to tell me I told her wrong. I wouldn’t recommend for dinner since there a plenty of restaurants with great staff and food in the area, but would definitely recommend the lunch special it’s a great deal for the money

I usually do karaoke here but my guy works somewhere else. I went to get there'd snapper but I got a filet instead of the whole thing. It was trash and it stank. Nothing like what I was used to. I've had the snapper several times. They allowed me to send it back but still wanted me to pay even though I didn't eat any of it. I will return for the snapper in the future but they definitely ruined my out of town karaoke experience

The service was inviting and great, but the food I got the red snapper was semi decent Just seemed a little over cooked A bit on the dry side. The sides Mashed potatoes were. The mixed vegetables just OK Evalvating the whole evening not horrible as a whole but not great either!

We came from a fine distance because we were told the food was wonderful. We were sat down at our table promptly our waitress was sweet but she was very slow and not accommodating. I ordered a side of shrimp with my salmon but the shrimp kabob was undercooking and literally was jiggling in my mouth I instantly spit it out and waited for the waitress to come back we finished the entire rest of our meals by the time she came back to check on us. She refused to remove it from the bill so we asked for a manager she said the manager was not present and there was no one else we could speak to so we decided to go in and check for ourselves low and behold the manager herself greets us and takes care of us right away with a refund . It took way too long to receive 18$

I never write reviews but I feel the need to do so. Me and my wife went to grab a quick bite and the server tried to upcharge us for somthing we didn't order. We ordered a small mojito and he tried to charge us for a 60$ giant mojito without us asking and he said it was for the "pictures" which we said we didn't want. When the bill came he threatened to call the police and took pictures of us until a nice waitress came and said we could just pay the original price. The food was good but the place is sketchy.

I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times it’s also MY favorite go to spot but today for some reason I came in and I went to the bar to order my favorite frozen Pina colada drink and I know the PRICE because it’s says it clear as day on the menu. So the bartender told me 30 the drink is actually “20” and she told me “Service Charge” and “I DON’T WORK FOR FREE” You’re making a drink lady not a meal wow I would never visit this place ever again because I never went to a restaurant and someone will outright disrespect a customer! Also the 3 times I went I was “NEVER EVER” charged a service fee so that says alot!!!

Came here due to their Facebook promotion. Multiple times tried to lie about not doing it until pulling it up and it being showed to a manager. Once they gave us one drink they ignored us the rest of the time, couldny even get attention to recieve a check despite our waitress coming by multiple times. Avoid! Shady people. Keep an eye on the bartenders when they are mixing your drinks. They switch bottles to the cheaper stuff. We noticed this, they apologized and wanted to make us new drinks. We decided this place wasn't worth our time/money and walked out.

If you are not a Latino don't go there, a waiter name CAMILO tricked us into ordering a so call "SPECIAL" OF THE DAY, so as he brought the food a army of flits started flying around our food and the smell we went inside, one bite of that Lobster we know that was the reason why all those flits, the all time he was rushing us so his people can have the place all to themselves and he ask us to pay in cash "because he'll have go back and forth" if we use a credit card like we be working around with thousands cash on us, our bill was $248.75 he even included his own tip of $35.75. We didn't want to create a scene we decided to pay and work out it was around 10 pm and we had to flight back home early the next morning so we couldn't go back there, that little bite we toke give both of us diarrhea for 3 days I still get it at least once a day and we both have been calling every day since we Friday July 5th, 2024 to speak with the manager but every they tells us to back the manager is not in yet. I hate to say this but those people are racist when we got there it was only 7 peoples there hour and half later the place was packed but we're the only black in there no white no asian only LATINO, my advise is if you ever in Miami Beach no matter what don't ever eat in there please specially if you don't want to get sick.

I was visiting Miami for the Labor Day Weekend and came over for a late breakfast and met this Brazilian lady, such a nice person. She made me one of the best caipirinha I had ever had… other than that, she was by herself but even though she made sure to go to the door and greet every single person who stopped to read the menu and as per as I saw, every person greeted by her ended up getting in and eating in the restaurant. Of course I got back there every single day along my trip. However, this weekend I was back in Miami for work, and of course I would come to the best caipirinha and treatment and surprisedly I was told that the Brazilian girl was no longer working there… I order a caipirinha drink again with the guy who was assisting me, totally on the other side from my previous one this weekend I had one of the worst ever, I don’t know if the lime was old or whatever else but the drink this guy did is not even close to what someone expects. The service was really poor, server barely come to check it on the table and my plans to get back to the place every day during my time in Miami needed to be changed and I needed to find out another eating option for my trip…

Ordered king crab legs and they served me snow crab legs. Server tried to convince me they were king crab. Then he pretended to go back ask cook and came back apologized. Food was bland and had no taste. It’s suitable bar food, not restaurant level.

If I was able to give -1 I would! Don't even waste your time nor money. My husband ordered wings, first the wing's were unseasoned and undercooked. We informed the waitress ( which was her first day) she apologized and gave us cheesecake ( which was moldy).

How did an establishment botch chicken noodle soup?

I was there on Friday afternoon with my girlfriend and best friend, the food was extremely horrible. First the server asked us for beverages..we replied a lemonade and two sprites..server brought back a lemonade, Mountain Dew a Pepsi...after that the server took our orders and the food was uncooked and raw. Once we decided we weren’t eating food this nasty we got out check and was forced to pay 80 bucks plus a 18 Buck tip..my girlfriend went to the manager and explained what happen the manager of the restaurant said in Spanish to workers " hurry and fix the mistake so they can leave” Now that’s extremely rude, disrespectful, and way u professional. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN ! I CAN MAKE BETTER FOOD THEN THESE PEOPLE. And also I’m going to report this to better business bureau .

We came here because the server “Ximena” told us the “Bulldog” drink (a huge frozen margarita with 2 corona beers) was $36. Once inside, the waitress told us it costs $45!!! We decided to stay and pay the price, margarita wasn’t even frozen, they put a lot of ice cubes but not blended, and almost NO tequila!!! They filled it up with club soda. We ordered food also, a whole Red Snapper and a Branzino, side orders were mixed, I know it’s not a big deal but we didn’t even get an apology when we told the waitress. Funny thing is we got charged $45 for a Branzino filet that was $35 on the menu. So, later on “Ximena” came to our table to ask if everything was ok, and we told her about the overpriced Bulldog drink, she told us that it was $36 with only 1 corona beer, BUT when we asked our waitress she told us the price was still $45 WITH or WITHOUT the beers!!! To finish this lovely night, we were forced to pay %18 tip. Please don’t come to this place, you’re gonna get scammed, if you’re gonna pay that much just go to Ocean Dr., it’s expensive but at least you’re gonna have a good time. I’m just waiting for that cc charge to clear, I have a bad feeling that I’m gonna get overcharged again.

This review is for "Craziest Pool Parties in Miami - RSVP through Eventbrite" and not directly related to 9beach restaurant. If you are looking for a pool party, DON'T USE THE EVENT LISTED AS "CRAZIEST POOL PARTIES IN MIAMI". Period. The tickets and promoters (different ones) advertised the tickets to include round trip bus to/from the pool party. Before the day ended by 2 hours, we were told there is no bus to pick us up. Different guests tried contacting their promoters and we ended up with either them not answering our calls or sending a text saying bus was broken. Me personally, I was told through a text that bus was cancelled as most of the guests left the party which was not true. P.S. even if there is 1 guest remaining, out of courtesy and professionalism, they should still provide the option of going back and/or alternatives. The guests ended up getting Uber back to their hotels in multiple cars which added to the whole cost of the day ($40+ per car). Extremely terrible organization even from the start (no correct event information provided - event advertises bus to move at 12pm sharp but when you go they tell you it is 1:15pm and they didn't update the description, the bus condition is worn out; can't even sit properly). There is no courtesy to the guests, and the "secret pool" is about 35-45 minutes away (one way) which wasted a lot of the time in the day. In 2 weeks vacation in Miami, this has been by far the worst experience ever. I would never use them again and they represent bad image on Miami Beach.

I came here to have a quick breakfast . I told them that I have only 20 min to wait. I ordered eggs Benedict with salmon. Instead , they brought me eggs Benedict with ham ( I don’t eat meat) and put salmon on a side and charged me $20 extra for it . They also don’t accept gift cards.

Absolutely shocking place. They said free shots if you buy a around so we asked for vodka.. they ordered the most expensive vodka to the bill at $14 a shot! 189 dollars later unbelievable never be back.. avoid and be careful of shady sales tactics

Total Rip Off!!! We were the only ones in the entire venue, and were told to get "happy hour" meaning drinks of double size. I had a Margerita for 16$ (which turned out to be just sirup and ice) and my buddy had a jack for 16$ as well. The bill for this came at 132$ (where they included gratuity themselves of 100$) What the actual f????

We asked the difference between fried seafood and the seafood parrillada. We ordered one and thought that it was a lot of food. Finally, we realized that the waitress got wrong our order and brought both plates, even while it was food for 4 people been us two. Had to pay for everything.

Worst takeout ever. I’m not trying to be mean but couldn’t eat a bite. Had to throw it out, be careful ordering. Wasted $50…

The bartender his name is will is the most here against disrespectful person I ever met in my life, I will never come back to this place, I spent 700$ and he treated me like a joke. And at the end he said your not a good tipper, guys watch out for this bartender will.

The server named Camille was such a con artist. He was extra extra sweet with us and keep on telling us that he will bring the best sea food for us. Food no doubt was good but he added so much of food without our consent and our check was unbelievable high for two adults. Lot of things he added without letting us know that he is charging us extra and on the top of that the amount of gratuity they charge was out of the top. Guys please check the prices before you order. Don’t get robbed like us….

The grilled octopus was extremely chewy and sea salt tasting. The rice it was served with was undercooked. The tomatoes it was serviced with weren't fully ripe. My fiance's drink was so strong it was undrinkable. My drink was mediocre at best. My stomach the next day was completely tore up, undeniably from their poor quality of food. Go elsewhere and find better service.

Stay away from this business. I would advise anyone in Miami to not give this place any money. The server Iuliia P. (at least that's what the receipt said) Lied to us. She told us drinks were 2 for 1. My friend and I split one round of drinks and we're charged full price each. After asking her she said it was only 2 for 1 per person. She misled us from the start. She then rolled her eyes at us and would not fix the issue. This place is shady and not worth the business. I hope anyone reading this stays away. The food is overpriced and bland, and the service is not nice and will lie to you. Please stay away from this business. Do not let places like this operate it. It would be better for mankind if no one came here stay away.

Not sure who’s cooking here but the rice, flavorless. Tostones were ok but the pink sauce, what even was that? The empanadas were dry and had ZERO flavor. Is the meat being seasoned at all? Beef and chicken were both blander than a cup of water. The Cuban sandwich, you’re better off making all of these things at home. This place doesn’t believe in salt, pepper, adobo, Sazón, garlic, or onion. Spent $60 on everything and wound up throwing out most of it.
