Went with a large party of 10 service was excellent. We had a few bottles of wine , and they had a nice selection of Mexicans wines by both bottle and by the glass. The food was delicious and on the table they had a selection of homemade sauces and chips all very good

The pulpo was delicious! The beef tataki too! The servings are small. The dessert made up for it. Get the churros with ice cream, they are great. Very nice atmosphere and Great food!

Today we went to AIDA - in Coconut Grove- for lunch: what a great surprise! Food delicious, nice ambience, very clean, good service and nice waitress. Valentina explained to us everything about the menu and we ordered 5 different plates: all delicious! I recommend AIDA and of course we will return to repeat this great experience.

One of the best tacos I’ve ever had. We tried the carnitas, pulpo and carne asada and they were all great! The mescal margarita was super well made. Loved it! Ah! And the guacamole was great too. The servers were so sweet and attentive.

Very nice place, friendly staff and very reasonable waiting time for the food to be prepared. The place serves fabulous food, very authentic and the portions are just right so you don't leave stuffed like a thanksgiving turkey :) And be here for tacos Tuesday!!!

I recently enjoyed some delicious and authentic Aida tacos. I would definitely return for more! However, I found the price of the chips to be a bit steep at $8. Given that all the hefty meat tacos are around $5.90/pcs, i opted to add one more. I would recommend offering chips at a more reasonable price—perhaps around $3, especially if they are served without salsas. Overall, a great experience with room for improvement on the sides! Recommendations: Try the Villamelon taco and the Bistec y Queso. And remember , a splash of good ol' lime juice is like giving your taco a refreshing little spa day ;)

Aida one of the gems of Coconut Grove. Love the atmosphere, the globally inspired music, and the cuisine is fresh & healthy. Authentic Mexican seafood and flavorful sauces. One of my favorite places for lunch… Takes Taco Tuesday to an elevated elegance!

Really spectacular. Came to Miami hoping to find some great places. A lot of highly rated places were overrated. But today we found a few winners and this was by far the best experience we’ve had in Miami. Impeccable service and incredible food. Authentic and modern. Not pretentious but refined. They really know what they’re doing here. Stellar and will definitely make its mark. Got the tomatillo ceviche, fried shrimp tostadas, whole fish and a pineapple ginger drink. Aromatic corn tortillas to accompany. Caught my eye when walking by a couple of days ago. Great design.

Mexican is our family "go to" celebration food, Aida did not disappoint!!! While delicious food is always important, an above average basic margarita is a MUST! For our family it is a cornerstone of our experience. The margaritas were awesome! You can choose from a couple of flavors, whether you want them spicy or not, and if you want salt, sugar or Tajin on the rim. They were well made and, most importantly, I didn't wonder if the put in the tequila (which lately has been an Issue at other places). On top of the great drinks, the food was delicious and ample! Four of us ordered 3 delicious tacos. From a fullness perspective I would have been fine with two but, I ordered it, it was delicious, and I refuse to regret eating it! On top of all of that the service exceptional! All of the necessary stuff that needs to be done for a good meal was done very well but, what put the service over the top was, and this is such a rare happening, they made us feel wanted! Kindness and GENUINE smiles are PRICELESS!!!

Really fresh flavors, the green ceviche is probably my favorite from all the dishes we got but everything in general was delicious. The green salsa with the chips was really good too. Nice cocktails as well.

Great service; Great Vibes! I learned from my server (shout out to the latina from the east coast NY!) that the place is kinda new and upcoming. I had the lasagna azteca which was different but flavorful due to the sauce. I wish y’all prosperity in this economy!

Great Mexican food in Coconut Grove! My husband and I decided to try this place because KoKo had a 45 minute wait. What a pleasant surprise! The food here was absolutely delicious. We actually came back multiple times during our stay in Miami. It was a casual atmosphere so we could come after a pool or beach day and grab a quick bite. Highly recommend the burrito, queso fundido, and fish tacos. They had a nice selection of tequilas as well. The male bartender (I can’t remember his name) was also very friendly and gave us good recommendations.

An amazing Mexican culinary experience. As a lover of Mexico and Mexican cuisine, I have got to say Aida is one of the most authentic spots in Miami I’ve been to. After visiting and enjoying multiple times I want to shout out their tacos, getting the sampler platter allows you to choose multiple meats, all the sauces, and other toppings to make your own. This is my favorite way to go, and I also need to shout out the meat juice for dipping (delicious)! They also have 3-4$ beers during happy hour along with tasty margs for a great price, hard to beat prices all around for the quality and location! Love the grove, thank you Aida!

M
Moshe

Great place. We were not into tacos that day but the place had space so we tried it out. Wow, the food was so good and fresh. We tried fish, chicken and lamb tacos. All great. Drinks were awesome. We even had a quasadia, yes it too was tasty. We thought we had no room for desert but how can you say no to churoes. Only small negative, as a gringo the staff did not understand our humor and some orders.

This is one of the latest gems in coconut grove. Amazing menu, decent prices (the lunch menu is unbeatable!) and great service. Everything tasted amazing and authentic and the staff was extremely friendly. If I had only one suggestion to make: please make this babies/toddlers friendly and install a changing station in the restroom :)

Absolutely great all around. The ambience is nice and modern, the service is super nice and friendly, and the prices are right in line for this type of restaurant. Full service bar, the food is spectacular. We had the tuna appetizer and the sea bass and tempura fish tacos for entrees and we would have ordered seconds if we could. The caramel cookie for dessert was spectacular! Will come again for sure.

We had the Shrimp Tacos and the Red Snapper with garnish sides and tortillas. For dessert we had Flan Aida. Food was very Fresh and Delicious. We'll go back to try more of Aida's delicious food.

Best Mexican restaurant in Miami by far! The tuna tacos, scallop black aguachile, and swordfish are to die for! Not to mention the churros with dulce de leche ice cream and caramelized apples! Will definitely come back more often. The service and ambiance were also top-notch! Highly recommended.

Amazing service! Food and cocktails were great. One of the employees, whom I assume was a manager, was enthusiastic to share with me recommendations on some mezcal. Additionally, my wife wasn’t feeling very well by the time our food was delivered and the staff was happy to box it up for us to go. Excellent service and food. Definitely recommend this place!

Incredible dinner and service. The fish was very fresh and they were able to accommodate the fact that we were a party of 3 with dishes that normally only had 2 of each item. That being said the salads aren’t worth ordering they are very salty both everything else was incredible.

Sunday afternoon after a trip to the beach, we decided to try this new place. As soon as we walked in we were greeted very friendly and we got a table right away. The decor is great, it literally makes you feel like you are in a place in Tulum. All the food here is done in house, so the quality of the food is superb. I had shrimp chicharon tacos, highly recommended. My daughter had the pork belly tacos, very tasty. My son in law had the burger and he said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. My husband had the Huachinango a la Talla. Let me say this if you love red snapper, this is the most delicious snapper I've ever tasted, the way its prepared and the way its presented, hands down best dish. Desserts, they have a flan that is delicious, churros with ice cream and an apple syrup that makes ypu want more. Tgey also have a Mexican cookie brownie with ice cream that is a must try. I enjoyed this place very much and will be back. Hope you guys give it a try.

High quality unique ingredients masterfully prepared. Have been there twice and both experiences were flawless. The scallop tangerine ceviche and whole butterflied snapper most recently.. I've never seen so many imaginative ceviche offerings. I have a feeling you won't go wrong with anything on this menu. Impeccable service by Alberto both times; he remembered us from the 1st time and closed the deal on our next visit as well! He is an asset to the restaurant to be sure!

The popcorn shrimp taco was delicious and just the right of spicy. The ceviche sauce was sweet to the taste! The lasagna was interesting…the base is made out of corn tortillas. Aida has a great atmosphere! Wish they had their liquor license.

Upon arrival we were concerned because there was only one other table of two people seated! However, after around 6PM, this place filled up quickly! It seemed like a nice mix of local regular customers, and people like us who were just visiting and decided to stroll in. We were warmly greeted and made aware of Happy Hour, which we took advantage of to order an excellent margarita and a frosty La Rubia draft beer. The server also provided a small bowl of chips with salsa roja (spicy) and salsa verde (tomatillo) sauces, both of which were fresh and excellent! I even used them on my main course! My wife had the Poblano chicken, which although good, could've been cooked a bit longer to give it more of a sear. I had the Tuna carnitas, which were excellent, and fun! I had to make mine by combining tuna bits with fresh guacamole, onions, and cilantro on a tortilla. To be honest, although I enjoyed the tuna, I wish it were in slightly larger pieces or chunks. I'm also used to a smoky flavor from bacon and red sauce or maybe some refried beans with carnitas, but that's just a personal preference. It was a very fresh taste, so I can't complain about it too much! The inside of the restaurant is very bright with a lot of art. Overall, it had nice ambiance with mellow music and a great vibe. We'll be back on our next trip to Miami!

Aida Mexican Restaurant rocks with awesome guacamole to start. The tacos are crazy good, I recommend getting the Baja fish tacos. Their Churros con Cajeta dessert is the bestttttt! Those churros are one of the best churros I’ve ever tasted!!

We found extraordinary service. The gentleman was kind and patient to walk US through the menu when the restaurant was very near closing time. The ceviche with green Cilantro sauce was really good! And the snapper was incredible. Nonetheless, the feeling was that the restaurant is fast food. Possibly suggesting that the dishes are pre-cooked and ready to assemble and serve. Worth giving it a try...

Went for the first time tonight to Aida excited to have a Mexican seafood restaurant in the neighborhood. Found the menu and the food disappointing. I had the shrimp tacos and it was just a bunch of fried shrimp in a taco with some chipotle sauce. My friend had the octopus which was fine but didn’t strike her as authentic Mexican. We shared some very sweet churros for dessert which were ok. Service was fine and the decor also fine but it’s not a place I would go back to. Sorry to say that as it’s close to home and seemed so promising.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, without taking into account the positive reviews it had received. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Firstly, I found the restaurant to be quite pricey considering the quality of the food they offered. The taste of the dishes was below average, and it even left me feeling unwell the following day. I couldn't determine if the tuna used in the tacos was fresh or not, which was concerning. Moreover, I felt that the food was overpriced for what it was. As a result, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.

I used to come here for the tacos because they used to be delicious, but this time I was disappointed 😕. The tacos had no flavor, and the guacamole had no salt… it’s definitely not what it used to be. Now the place feels more like a bar with big screen than a traditional Mexican restaurant. I get that they changed the concept, and I’m sure it’ll work well for them, but it’s no longer the spot we came to for the food.
