Stopped by for their Pan Con Bistec which happened to be on special ($6!?), they have daily specials. I figured it'd be a bit smaller as most restaurants are having to resize portions due to our current economic realities but NO, it was a VERY good size sandwich it tasted great!

Out of all the Cubans Guys the Kendall location is by far the best. The meat/chicken is deliciously seasoned. They are never over cooked and dry. Plus the staff is super friendly.

I ordered the Cuban Fritas (hamburger) and Mamey milkshake in their website. Friday these are 1/2 price. Received it very fast. The food was still hot and the milkshakes cold. Everything was delicious!

Love the food and price when I want my frita or steak sandwhich fix. The place is getting a bit outdated but they keep it clean and tidy.

Authentic Cuban food that is served quickly and tastes great. When you want a quick bite of Cuban food this is one of the best to get as there is no long wait like many other Cuban cafeterias. They specialize in classic sandwiches such as media noche, fritas and Cuban sandwiches. They have kids meals like chicken tenders and fries as well. Don't forget to try the great drinks like "batido de mamey" which is a delicious shake from the mamey fruit which is native to the Caribbean and other Latin areas. Will visit again soon.

I’m assuming this chain is a spoof of five guys but they make Cuban style sandwiches with the French fried embedded in the sandwich. They also serve bowl and side orders such as plaintain chips and malanga fritters. I ordered the steak bowl which looks good, some plantain chips and a drink. The price is hard to beat. Food is good as usual! Always fresh. Staff is friendly and service is great. Only suggestion for all Cuban Guys location is to stop being stingy with the drink cups. I also recommend going back to chopping the maduros for the bowls.

Cuban guys in sunset and 107 is a hidden gem! They have the best shakes in town—fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. Whether it's mango, mamey, or papaya, you can’t go wrong. But the real star for me is their pan con Bistec —absolutely delicious! The meat is tender, juicy, and seasoned perfectly, and the bread is always fresh and toasted just right. Just ate there today, I’ve came many times and I love it here so much! I love love love their fritas and fries, but today I got my toddler a rice, bean, and pork plate. The beans were DISGUSTING I’m sorry but it was. I am not exaggerating my toddler took the first bite, gagged and threw it out. I thought that was strange he never does that unless it’s something he doesn’t like. I tired it and had to spit it out, the taste of straight up bell pepper was insane tasted like nothing but bean and bell pepper it was so STRONG! Coming from a Cuban background I have NEVER in my life tasted such bad beans. The taste would not leave my mouth really nasty. Unfortunately who ever made those beans se le fue la mano. I heard from someone else that the beans sucked but didn’t Pay much attention. I should have listened had to end up going to Pollo Tropical and get a tropi chop at least their beans aren’t the best but can be eaten. Waste of money unfortunately 7$ to the trash. Please have someone make an authentic recipe I don’t know who got away with serving these beans honestly there’s no way you can eat them. This is the only bad experience I’ve had with Cuban guys but I love Their Fritas and sandwiches everything else is A+++++++++++++ just stay away from the beans please.

Excellent choice to celebrate National Nursing Home week! Cuban Guys Food trucks have been chosen for the past 4-5 times for whatever celebration we have. Previously they were more choices to choose from, including their famous Bowl. This last time, however ; there were only four choices to pick from. Regardless, it was really yummy I do recommend it if you have a big crowd to please!

Stopped by Cuban Guys for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. The frita had that classic Cuban flavor—simple, tasty, and satisfying without trying too hard. Service was fast, the place was clean, and it’s a solid go-to when you’re craving something familiar and flavorful. Food was really good! Delicious and fresh. Coffee was amazing. Service was quick. We don't speak fluent Spanish so they had one worker come up front to take our order which was kind. Atmosphere was clean and nice. Food was pricey though, but other than that had a good experience. Not sure if we'd come back though due to the price, we got two sandwiches, one had thin steak in it to be fair, and 1 black coffee, and 1 coffee con leche, came out to around $30.

My original review said they were "slow as hell". This is still true, but the food is too good to say I wouldn't come here again. It's just a tradeoff due to the demand, so beware as I had to wait an extra twenty minutes for my order.

Typically love all the food here but as of late the food is not being seasoned. We’ve eaten here for years and noticed that lately the cooks are not using the adobo to marinate and season the meats. Ordered last night and the family all said the same thing. Will update if it improves.

It's just my opinion. They have an open kitchen, and you can see all. A lot of fries by the floor, and no one takes care of it. The outside tables were dirty, and the restroom too. May be because the hours (afternoon), and a busy day, but they need someone who watch for. The food was good for the price.

Staff had an obvious lack of concern for customers, stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes wondering where all the staff was before realizing they were all on their phones in the dining booths. Disappointing because their food is usually awesome, which is why is has 2 stars instead of 1, total loss of appetite after that. Would be a smart business decision to find replacements asap!

I don’t typically enjoy writing negative reviews as I frequent this restaurant several times a week, for meals at home and for work. Today I had a negative interaction with the store. I ordered online through the website, and literally asked for 4 cilantro sauces on the notes. Mind you, nowhere in their website does it give you the option to add, pay, or request for the sauce (I just triple checked). When I arrived I asked the gentleman kindly to confirm the sauces were in there. He said no. I told him to my surprise, I frequent here a lot and have never payed for a sauce. His reply was “no we charge and your problem is, nothing I ordered goes with cilantro sauce”….which offended me of course, who is this man to tell me what my problem is or isn’t…I ordered 2 vaca frita bowls with extra vaca frita, Yuca Fries, 1 Tequeño and the corn fritters…in my opinion at-least 2-3 items ordered can go with cilantro sauce… After he went and spoke with the lead which could have been an opportunity to do right by a frequent customer and advise of the change personally, he returned and insisted I needed to pay for the sauce. I went ahead and payed $2.16 for the extra sauces which funny enough when he entered it into the system said $0 and then the manager or lead came quickly to teach him how to charge me for it and then quickly changed it to $.50 each… Which In my head made matters worst…Please understand, this is not a price issue, its a principle issue. I will gladly pay any price for a good bowl of food. What I don’t enjoy is the loss of trust and feeling taken advantage of and being forced to pay for something that was never advertised or previously advised. The least they could have done was call me and advise their store policy had changed…my order literally said what I was asking for…in any case…I hope the extra $2 made was worth loosing a customer over…

Not happy, the Midnight sandwich/Media noche was not done right at all. I took a picture for those that don't know what a Cuban Media Noche is (picture from the location wall). All my life this has been my favorite Sandwich. Never with shredded pork meat it's with layers of pork slices, ham slices and swiss cheese with pickle, mayonnaise and mustard, but too much mustard, that's all I treated, it was dripping. My husband got a Cuban sandwich, it was okay. Now, my mamey shake and mango juice was great. Clean place. For our first time trying Cuban Guys Sandwich place, not satisfied. Cutting corners does effect even a recipe. Good luck!

Waited 20 minutes for my food to be given to me. It took 10 minutes to prepare and the other 10 minutes it sat in the open waiting for the girl to give it to me. My steak in my sandwich was not hot (warm). I will not be returning back to this place.

I’ve been on the hunt for the best Cuban sandwich, and unfortunately this was the complete opposite. Easily the worst Cuban sandwich I’ve had so far. The pork was extremely dry and overcooked, with a flavor that reminded me of meat cooked on a dirty griddle with old burnt oil. The sandwich wasn’t pressed at all, no crisp exterior, no warmth holding it together. It fell apart almost immediately. A Cuban sandwich should be juicy, pressed, and full of flavor. This one missed the mark on every level. Very disappointing.

I spent a total of 60.00 dollars for take out when I decided to return and order a steak sandwich. The girl at the register was very rude. She turned the credit card device around and proceeded to touch the “No Tip” option. She was apparently upset I didn’t tip her with my first purchase. I wasn’t aware I had to tip someone who works at a fast food establishment. Really?

Highly disappointed! I ordered 2 Havana Burgers and everything was wrong. Both did not have the bacon, barely any raw onions, the meat was undercooked, which is dangerous. I had to cook it 😡 Smothered in mayonnaise 🤮 Instacart gave me a $23.00 credit but I should I received a full amount refund. I do not know what is wrong with people. Obviously they do not care about their job and others. I do not recommend Cuban Guys restaurant.
