I often grab lunch here and wanted to thank several workers for always doing a great job and making customers like me satisfied. Today Mike, Nate and Iman helped me and made me a DELICIOUS #8. I also met a nice new employee named Connor who was very like able and in a good mood. These 4 are the best I’ve experienced at this location and should be recognized for doing a fantastic job. I appreciate you guys today and I look forward to more sandwiches in the future.
Great Subs served with a smile. This is by far the best Jersey Mike’s in the greater Phoenix area. Manager Tyrone was so welcoming and friendly as was his lovely team members Shania and Jerell. Thank you all for making my experience a great one. There’s a variety of subs or skip the fresh baked bread and get it in a tub instead. The Club is my fav. Vegetarian options. Free parking. Fast, Friendly service. Go today. You’ll thank me.
This is the best place ever! As you guys know I can be harsh critic. These guys are always consistent. Best quality meat and veggies and the best quality bread. Need I say more. They are real sandwich artists, and the manager Mike has been there since it opened a few years ago.How many other places take an actual butcher cut roast beef, cook it in the store and slice it up for your sandwich? Anywhere else you’re going to find a processed roast beef. Other sub places are using frozen veggies now. Don’t forget to sign up with your email for a free sub on your birthday!

Came here to get a sandwich after a long day at work. Crystal and nate took our orders and made the most amazing sammy I've ever had. Crystal she had amazing customer service! Thank you, Crystal and nate, for taking pride in your jobs!
I love coming to this location. The service is always fast and the food is consistently good, but what really makes the experience better is the staff. Mei and Niah always make me laugh they’re so fun, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel comfortable while you’re waiting for your order. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it shows in the energy of the store. Definitely one of my favorite locations.
UPDATE: Customer service was important and management remedied the situation. I'm so happy to be back in the store, the food is so good. Customer service was So disappointed that I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Literally get lunch there 4 or sometimes 5x a week (at least 2 if not 3 orders at a time). Today, the diet pepsi was out of order, not the 1st time, no big deal. When I went to fill my cup I saw the out of order sign and asked if I can grab a bottle instead. In the past, no problem and grabbed a bottle. Not today, the young gentleman at the register told me no 3x, and said I had to pay more. I said I had no idea it was out. He didn't care and I had to cut back in line to pay extra. Such a shame that we spend so much money there and that's they way customers are treated when I had no knowledge or control that the diet Pepsi was out. Disappointed - I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.
I love coming here! The staff always remembers my name and my order number 13 for life. Every one in the staff is super friendly never had a problem. They make getting my order so easy and fun, and it just feels good walking in and being greeted like that every time.
Again, I don't really go here for the service or atmosphere. Be honest I haven't tried most of their sandwiches as the one I always get is the big kahuna and it is phenomenal. Can't speak for the other ones but this is worth the drive alone.
Nate is an amazing efficient worker … he was literally running circles around the other 4-5 employees working with him at the time of our visit - “ Team Work “ training might be helpful !!! Give Nate a raise ….

They greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and took my order quickly. It’s was a fast process, from making my sandwich to wrapping it. They asked me if I wanted extra add on besides Mike ways (which is my favorite) without even having to ask. The overall experience was great and I definitely will be coming back again.

Overall a standard jersey mikes. Upset that my sandwich somehow took over 20 minutes to prepare. Sat in the restaurant for over twenty minutes while everyone in my party had their food. I understand warm sandwiches take a little longer but they clearly just ignored my order as I watched several others get cooked before mine from people who came in after

I just got back with my sandwich. The bread must have been old. It was hard as a rock. The cashier was handling things other than food & then went back to making my sub without changing her gloves. I am very disappointed

Ordered for pickup. Never again. You need to watch them make it. Ordered giants x 3 Big kahuna Turkey provolone Club Both ends of turkey provolone and club had zero meat or cheese in both end pieces.

Ordered online for pick up, added another order for another sandwich when I arrived, no problem waiting for the second one. Went home and as soon as I open the paper to take a bite I see a black hair sticking out - comically so visible. Frustrating but sometimes happens. I called and let the manager know what happened and they said they really can’t do much but just remake the sandwich. It’s just a waste of everyone’s time to drive back just to have it made how it should have been the first time, but I did go back and bring the sandwich back for a replacement. The manager on the phone wouldn’t acknowledge me or make eye contact, someone else had to take it back, I showed them the hair. Got my new sandwich. Went home to finding out the second sandwich I had ordered ten mins apart had multiple blonde hair in it. I’m not even bothering to call the “manager” because there is nothing to say. Hairnets would be my suggestion. My two sandwiches ten mins apart both having hair I’m sure is not just a one time coincidence and I’m sure the orders between had some issues too.
I went in this location at 10:10 this morning at opening. My sister and I waited for acknowledgement for 6 minutes. So I finally Siad good morning for someone to say hi. Gast for finally get to order waiting again for 5 min foe service. Look at the lettuce they're serving. First thing. The man who I think was the manager comes over swaps out this welted brown lettuce for another exact . Now anger is developing. He says "IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU BUT I DONT SEE THE LETTUCE IS BROWN. THE LETTUCE WAS TAKEN OFF NOT A NEW SANDWICH. I BROUGHT IT AND TURNED AROUND AND REQUESTED A REFUND! THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL! HOW DARE YALL!
I walked and stood there for about 10 minutes, waiting to place my order. I was never greeted, and no one acknowledged me or the other patron waiting to order. There was zero communication amongst the staff. I told them they should just close if they are going to ignore customers and refuse to greet people or take orders. The staff is usually rude here but this was beyond. The patron ahead of me left as he had been standing there for some time prior to my arrival. I followed his lead and left to get food someplace else.
