Food was excellent. My husband got Churrasco with fried bananas and salad and I got eggplant parm with a salad (didn't want pasta). Yummy garlic rolls too😋 Enjoyed my pina colada! The only downfall to this restaurant was the bathroom needs attention ( why 4 stars)

This place came recommended by a few people so we had to try it out. Picked out the Philly cheese steak pizza and the chicken quesadilla. Service was fast and friendly through GrubHub and the qaulity of the food was exactly what we needed after a day of traveling. Highly suggest eating here and we will definitely eat here again before we leave.

We pretty much had one of each on the menu and everything was excellent! I had a burger which was great however the people that got pizza also said it was amazing! Great spot right by the water and near everything else that you're going to be doing in Miami

Me and my partner went to this restaurant 3 times as it was very nice, first night we went , I had got a steak which was lovely with fries and salad, my partner had got a Alfredo pasta with chicken and she loved every bit of it! Our second visit was for the breakfast and we had great service! Also their cafe lattee was amazing! Will highly recommend. Third visit I had a BBQ chicken pizza which was amazingly good! I could put that pizza at my top list. My partner then had the steak and was cooked to her liking which was just right! Overall we had good service even when it was busy , the young gentlemen (JD) who served us, was quick also our food arrived at a good time. We highly recommend anyone who is visiting Miami to try this restaurant because their menu has many options. Will recommend to family and friends! Thanks.

The best wings on Miami beach with a great deal on uber eats! Try the Garlic parm sauce, you wont be disappointed. Period. Mic drop.

We were scared to eat there, because of the reviews, but everything else was closed, and we had a late flight. So we decided to give it a try and it was actually very good! The waitress was super nice, we order the beef fajitas and burger. All was delicious, big size and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place!

This place is a 5 star all around! The staff are so kind, hard working and efficient we really appreciated their energy! The portions are huge and we were happy to leave with extra food. Florence took care of me and another young lady from the time I looked at the menu standing outside. She came out, greeted me, answered my questions about the menu and I decided to have breakfast. The place was nice. I liked the bar area and the food was what I needed to power me through my day. I had the breakfast burrito, which was as I ordered, the "Cuban fries" I can't think of the name, a salad and all was delicious. It was ice cold in the restaurant and it was great from the Miami heat and humidity. I would visit again and recommend to others. I will say, the bathroom could use an overhaul but aside from that, mimosa, champagne, food and service was amazing.

My wife and I love our Cuban Coffee "Colada" and this place makes the best AUTHENTIC Cuban Coffee with (La creme/Espuma/Azucar foam). If there is ever a miscue it's due to a language barrier, as EVERYONE is exceptionally nice!! These places and people are hidden treasures, enjoy while you can!!😊

we were in miami for 4 days and we ate here everyday. thank goodness we found it on our first night — so many food options and so yummy! you need to try the garlic rolls! the staff is also so nice, special shoutout to yamila for taking care of us 3 nights in a row and helping when were in an uncomfortable situation! i will definitely be coming back here when i visit miami again<3

I really appreciate this spot—it’s one of the few restaurants open late at night, and it’s come through for me more than once when I was working overnight and starving at 4AM. My go-to order is the sirloin steak with white rice and the house salad. It’s no steakhouse, but it definitely hits the spot. For a pizzeria/bar, the menu is impressively expansive.

I went during the week. I have to admit one person serving drinks ,charging ,taking orders was a bit challenging since we had to wait a bit longer. I order all the time but had never visited before so may be is the way they work ,after the bartender helped us ( he was truly nice and trying his best ) the food was delicious ,the price was really good for the amount. First off, this place needs a 5 star rating. The 3.4 stars is insane to me. My fiance and I came across this place when looking for a delicious pizza while on vacation. We absolutely LOVED Venenzia pizza. The staff is so friendly, the pizza is delicious, we ordered it twice on our 5 day vacation there😋 My fiance and I long to find a pizza like this up in Michigan, we will be back for another pizza from Venenzia! 5 star rating of course🤌🏻🤗

Kicking myself in the butt because I’ve lived across the street from this place for 2.5 years and just made my first order. Everything was outstanding!!! Pasta w meat sauce, Stromboli and a Chicken burger w insanely crispy delicious fries. For a to go order everything was packed beautifully, everything included and everything was fresh, delicious and better priced for the quality of the food compared to other restaurants in the area. Will definitely be back at least once a week.

We never got asked about refills and our waiter came to a table about 3x, once to take orders, to serve waters and bread basket and then to bring food. We had to flag her down to anything else and to pay but she was kind and I won’t give less stars either because to be fair, it was just her and another gal running the whole floor so I’m sure they were overwhelmed. I’d still come back though because I enjoyed my food and it was a good spot. Keep in mind, we did also have to find street parking.

The service is slow but it compensates with the good pizza crust. This was a shrimp and basil pizza with light sauce. The shrimp could be bigger.

My wife and I hung out here while waiting for our flight back home. This place is located in Fort Lauderdale Aairport. The bartender lisa makes the best drinks, she is pretty generous with the alcohol in her drinks. The buffalo wings are that great but the coconut shrimp are good.my wife and I had a great time and met some nice people while we were there killing time waiting for our flight.

Food portions were really generous and the menu variety is great. My mom and I split the shrimp fajitas and the flavor of the shrimp and veggies was delicious. My daughters ordered a calzone and salmon and both were prepared well. The ambiance is a bit confusing.

We stumbled upon this place walking up and down Collins. What drew us in was the 2 for 1 cocktails. They were quite good though I wish they indicated which specific cocktails were on the special instead of always asking the staff. The food was delicious and the portions were enormous. Staff are super friendly, and it has a nice inside and outside vibe. Am from out of town but would make comeback, and recommend!

On a short stay in Miami visiting from New York City, first time staying in Mid-Beach and this 24 hour pizza shop was not only clutch but, it was actually good, genuine NY style pizza...I cannot attest to what occurs on the restaurant side. I did not dine there.

Ordered a vegetable pizza with chicken. Got home and NO chicken. The ticket clearly had chicken. It's just that you didn't bother to check the food before serving it! It's bad when you pay for food and don't get what you paid for! Additionally, why are my tomatoes, green peppers and onions DICED and not sliced or on a pizza? Needless to say, I was disappointed.

So sad to edit my previous review. We used to love this place. We visit Miami once or twice a year and Venezia's is always one of our first stops and we usually make multiple stops here. As a server, I can empathize with poor service when the restaurant is busy but this last visit on Friday was the absolute worst. The food was lousy and the service was even worse. We were one of three tables and one of them was waiting for their check when we arrived. We waited at least ten minutes for her to come get our drink order. We had a very hangry toddler with us and it seemed like she actually wanted us to leave. When my daughters took my grandson out for a walk to calm him while we waited she actually came over without our drinks and started removing the menus. I had to stop her and tell her that we were ready to order when she looked surprised that we were staying. Once the food came out I can say it just wasn't how we remembered. My daughter ordered salmon that was completely inedible. Needless to say I think after giving the service here the benefit of the doubt over the last few years, we will not be returning. Please, if you're not capable of waiting on your guests then you should not be in the service industry. You are ruining it for us who not only do this for a living but as a career. Remember: To Insure Prompt Service

Came here after a terrible meal at Gino's, almost next door. Ordered the cheesecake. It was cold and hard when they served it, but what do you expect from a place like this? The service was good, at least.

First and last time at this restaurant. The customer service from the waitress was great, the presentation of the plate looked delicious but the food was lacking flavor. It's a pizzeria & bar that also serves breakfast! I tried the French Toast breakfast, it was a total let down. No salt/pepper on the eggs, and the bread for the French toast tasted old and stale.

Rated as a restuarant - Wings were okay, coconut shrimp were meh, but strongly suggest you pass on the rubber bands.... er, calamari. After putting our order in, the employee walked by our table several times without checking to see how things were or if we needed anything. Couldn't tell him about the calamari or ask for a drink. My glass was empty the rest of the visit. Professional servers know that's a cardinal sin. There's also a service charge on the bill, which I assume is a mandated tip. Bit offensive to presume he deserved that for the level of service provided.

Getting drinks was insane. 2 of the 7 still didn't get drinks when food was FINALLY brought out. I asked for others drinks every time she came by but it took her about 30mins to get all drinks out. Didn't go back. Just careless about customers dining in.

Awful service, we arrived and she took the plates off table which was fine. Then she brought out the appetizer and asked if we needed plates... as if we were supposed to eat the appetizer from the big plate? Rarely came to refill our waters or check up. We had to ask for the bill after they cleared our table and we were sitting there for almost 10 min. Food was barely average for the variety that they had. Super burger wasn't all that. The burger patty itself was dry and the rest of the contents made it better. Chicken fajitas had good char but flavor was nonexistent and had no seasoning at all. appetizers and pizza were pretty good though.

Food was great and portions were good for the price. I got a Philly omelet and my fiancé got the Miami omelet-delicious and packed with meat! Food came out decently fast. However, service was absolutely awful. I am a bartender myself and this restaurant was not busy enough for the bad service we received. The bartender just didn’t seem like she cared much about her job, she was unattentive. She took forever to greet us, take our order and check on us after we got our food. I had to eat without ketchup, butter and sugar for coffee. Service is everything to us and we unfortunately won’t be back.

What was even more disappointing was that the server didn’t even come over to check on us once to see if we liked the meal, let alone if there was anything that could be done to rectify the issue. All she did was keep looking over at us with a look that said “I know you don’t like your food so I’m just going to wait for you to pay and leave”. My partner was so embarrassed that he just got the check and paid and had to wait outside because he felt uncomfortable. He then explained to me that the bill was $52 and he had been charged $54, so I went back inside to query it and the server said that it was an extra charge to pay with card! I assume a tip was included in the bill but had it not been I wouldn’t have bothered tipping. I work in customer service so I literally never write reviews bashing places, but jeez did these guys not even care to update anything let alone provide a service, so disappointing and still charged us full price. Food is decent with fair prices. Super Burger was good but also super dry. Philly cheese was also dry and lacked cheese but seasoning was good. Service is non existent here. Expect to wait a while on everything.

Nasty wings not even hot sauce on it 😡😡 I call the restaurant to look for a solution but the only thing they do was end up the call on me . Super disrespectful $40 for anything

Sauce and meat was tasteless. They also failed to inform us they ran out of pepperoni at 11 in the morning.

I always asked for 4 steaks to take away but something always happened one time they didn't send me the drinks and they charged me the next time the rice looked like dough or gum and after 3 days I ordered 4 steaks again and they send me this burned meat and I asked for it medium well and it tasted burned and even bitter waited an hour and 18 minutes to wait for this

Today, December 6 at 6:52 pm I Ordered a 14 inch pizza. I got a 12 inch (I measured it,shown in picture). Called them to try to fix the issue the "manager" who is the one who claims made my pizza was extremely rude, screamed at me over the phone. I told him I could send a picture to show I wasn't lying. He says it's impossible and for me to take it to him to the store in person. What kind of manager talks to a client in this way? I'm horrified and disappointed. I've been a customer for 15 years. Started buying pizza there since I was 15 years old. I was very polite on the phone and got disrespected. All for a cheese pizza. Ridiculous. I think his name is Jose. I asked again and was told if I want to know his name to go in person. Incredible.

Very bland. No flavor. Pizza thin and flavorless chicken wings have no seasoning. Very upset was super hungry and didn't even want to eat it.

Half of a loaded philly cheese steak for 13 bucks what a ripoff. Fries were cold and didnt taste great. Order a ice tea got a lemonade. They cant do anything right. You can get a footlong sandwich at publix for 8.09 and way more filling. The plate with fries is 9.99 at flanigans

PLASTIC ON MY PIZZA FOR PREGNANT WIFE!!!!!!!!! We found plastic on our pizza. Not only was this horrible, but the customer service is ridiculous. They hung up on me when we called back. Don't order from this place. It's unsanitary, and the staff is disrespectful. Worst experience of my life. The person who hung up said his name was Rodrigo.

This place is awfullll!! I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and was given a pizza with tomato sauce and chicken on it. I ordered a tiramisu and received cheesecake instead. I also ordered a desert that called for ice cream and the ice cream they sent was clearly expired. Ok top of that, when I called to let them know, the person on the phone was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be bothered. Food was way too overpriced for this. NEVER again

Have been ordering the same from Venezia for the past 3 years, used to love this place until I ordered a pepperoni pizza that came with literally 2 pepperonis per pizza. Called the restaurant back and they said this is the “normal” amount of pepperoni. Sad to have to find a new pizza place. Not paying $25 for 2 pieces of pepperoni.

Ok I call and the operator on the day hold me for one hour then I hang up and call again to place an delivery order he was rude and he ain't ask me for my information the is also oh ready in the system , mean while I'm thinking he knows who I am as a customer si they take my order and he hang up me , my thoughts was ok they got my info right,? SO time pass by 1 hour and my delivery still waiting so I call again and they said is ready for pick up lol no I never said pick up is delivery so it's being 2 hours plus drama and lack of professional customers service really bad not gonna order from you guys if this person work again in my order I'm a loyal customer

They gave me the toughest meat I have eaten in decades. I came from a long six-hour trip and I was so tired that I preferred not to return it because if they were able to give me bad service at the first opportunity, I don't want to imagine if I made a negative comment to them. I was recommended by a good friend but instead of a good experience I was greatly disappointed.

They took more than an hour to make one pizza i thought they were closed so I tried to call 7 times and no answer. Finally after more than 2 hours my pizza arrived and of course, completely wrong pizza. I was looking forward to the pizza all day l do not recommend this place whatsoever and you should all stay away

I’ve been coming here for 5 years, and everything was good. However, the tall girl who doesn’t speak English at the cashier, she has a lot of attitude and so rude. She scares the good customers away because of her bad attitude. I hope the management take action on this one coz this is not the first time that it happened

Location was difficult to find. Pictures and reviews look decent but it was awful! I'm not sure what it is about Italian restaurants in Miami but everyone is SOOOOO rude. We ordered the meatball cities which arrived 13 minutes before our Manager Fave pizza. The citizens was good, not for the price but it's what we all ended up eating because the pizza was awful! Skimpy toppings, rude staff, just awful.

Went here with friends for breakfast this morning, absolutely awful service from the waitress. Waited 30 minutes from ordering to receiving drinks even though the restaurant was quiet, waitress seemed unhappy and miserable. Advertised vegetarian options however served them with meat on the side, educate yourselves what vegetarian means! Charged extra for card payment and automatically applied service charge for disgusting service. If I could rate 0 stars I would, avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Apparently their Cuban sandwich is no more than ham and cheese with ketchup and mustard! Fries were cold and soggy, turns out they were way better than the sandwich!! Don’t waste your time with this place.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, with no sense of customer service. The food was awful — greasy, overcooked, and completely unappetizing. Save your money and avoid the headache. This place is not worth it.

If what you really want is to over pay, wait way longer than necessary, and not receive the order you placed; then order here… they actually managed to forget to cut the 80$ pie as well. This place is so incompetent that it is actually impressive.

All the staff here is inexperienced and even forgot part of my order. I ordered 2 bagels, chocolate chip pancakes, and 2 margarita pizza slices. It took about 10 whole minutes for my food to be ready. When we arrived home we realized they FORGOT to add the pizza slices to the bag in our order. We called them, they had bad English and STILL charged us for the delivery fee despite the sheer inconvenience. Everyone who works here is inexperienced and has bad English. And the atmosphere is too outdated and looks like 1980s but with the boring parts. Go at your own risk, and ALWAYS make sure you have everything in your order because I will assure you that they WILL forget part of it.

Food must be decent as Grub Hub and Doordash have decent reviews. If they had a single person that knew how to give service they might be a local go to. They aren't that!

Stopped by for dinner on Oct 10, 2025 around 8:30 pm. Food was average. Our server (bald, with glasses) was probably one of the RUDEST individuals within the food service industry that I have encountered thus far. He made zero eye contact, made no attempts to check on us and practically slapped/threw the check presenter at me. He brought over the card reader, tapped the card, smacked it on the table and walked away. Not one word spoken, his eye didnt even leave the terminal. On my way out I couldn't help but notify the hostess that I had an extremely unpleasant experience. Management needs to look into quality of service big time, since several reviews have consistently complained of rude servers.

DON'T COME!!! They'll rip you off. My order totaled $44 according to the menu, but they ended up adding another $12. I don't know why, because it's more than the tax. That's why nobody comes back. Besides, they never warned us they were going to overcharge, and we don't even know what it was for.
