We’ve been coming back to Di Mauro’s Italian Restaurant for years, and it never disappoints. You can feel the authentic Italian touch in everything 😻 from the warm, welcoming service to the overall vibe. It also makes a big difference that the owner is present and truly cares about the guest experience. I had the grilled octopus, and it was outstanding: perfectly charred on the outside, tender inside, served with potatoes and vegetables and a bright, flavorful herb-oil sauce. Di Mauro is truly one of the best Italian restaurants in Miami. The food is absolutely amazing — everything tastes authentic, fresh, and made with love. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and very welcoming. It feels like a little piece of Italy right in Miami. If you’re looking for great Italian cuisine, beautiful ambiance, and a place where you genuinely enjoy every moment, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!

Best Italian in South Beach. Bartenders make a good Martini. Appetizers were eggplant parm (absolutely delicious and they use REAL and good cheese!) and Bruchetta (also great). Owners are very friendly and this night made a special dish for us (seafood fra Diablo) over spaghetti. Also had the cacio e pepe - it was the fave of the table. Ended with homemade tiramisu and we were practically licking the bowl. NEVER DISAPPOINTS HERE. I could eat here every night.

This Italian gem did not disappoint! The food was incredible, service impeccable, and the ambiance was calm and has the right amount of lighting and music. We ordered the Bucatini Cacio e Pepe Truffle pasta, Frutti di Mare risotto, Frutti di Mare seafood paccheri, and the Regina pizza. The star was the bucatini. They bring it hot swirled in a pecorino cheese wheel and coated in creamy cheese and truffle sauce. Incredibly delicious. Second favorite was the risotto. Perfectly cooked rice al dente with the most delicious red sauce. I highly recommend this place for families and small groups alike!

I really loved the decor. The wall was beautiful. Service was great and I enjoyed my food. I believe I ordered the frutti di mare. It was great. Everything was fresh. The noodles where hearty,unfortunately I dont remember the type. They were big though. The oysters were nice, just a little pricey.

We dined at this restaurant two evenings; We were served by two different waiters. The service was very pleasant. We were greeted by the chef, who offered culinary advice and was very attentive to our needs. A restaurant I highly recommend; the value for money is exceptional. Here are some photos.

Fantastic pizza: thin crust from wood fired oven - delicious! And the truffle pasta was the best pasta I’ve ever had! So filled with excellent mushroom flavor! Mixed INSIDE A CHEESE WHEEL at the table before serving for extra richness and flavor! Yum. Very Cool vibes and big windows.

In a city filled with overpriced and overhyped restaurants that promise the "best in Miami", Di Mauro's stands out by delivering it. A couple of blocks away from the hustle of Ocean Drive, this gem is worth the 5-10 minutes walk. Actually, it would be worth a longer walk. Food was fresh, tasteful and absolutely divine. The restaurant is well appointed, making you feel like you're in Italy, and the staff makes you feel like you're at home, with family. They are celebrating their 20th anniversary, and it's easy to see why. I only have one deception, I discovered Di Mauro's on my 5th trip to Miami. I really wish I had discovered it before and I will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor, eat the best Italian food in Miami, right here.

We are visiting from Toronto and decided to try this place out for dinner after having a lovely conversation with one of the servers earlier today. The ambiance in the restaurant is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and welcoming making sure you feel as if you’re at home. I ended up getting the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and my goodness it was easily the best pasta I’ve ever eaten in my life. 10/10 would recommend everyone try this.

I highly recommend this restaurant. We ordered steak, seafood pasta, and grilled squid. Every dish was delicious. And after the meal, my friend and I had so much fun that we forgot our credit card in the restaurant until the next day. The kind Betiana and the restaurant manager took the initiative to contact me and returned my credit card. I am very grateful to them. The food is delicious, the staff is attentive, and the boss, manager, and chef are all very friendly. For me, who is visiting Miami for the first time, I am deeply moved and highly recommended.

I found this restaurant because I do not eat pork and have found that in the States a lot of the "meat sauce" in bolognese contains pork. So, in each state, I look for Italian restaurants without & I found Di Mauro's. I'm so glad I did. Di Mauro's is such an incredible place to eat. It reminds me of food I've eaten in and around Venice - super authentic, with such an un-rushed ambience. Whenever I go, I sit for hours, having food, drinks and aperitifs - just like in Italy. It's nice to be able to unwind in such a busy city after a long day of exploration. The food is extremely consistent - this is my first review. However, I've eaten here multiple times, each of my visits to Miami. I continually return because no matter what we order, we know it will be consistently great each time. I have brought people from all over the country, and they have loved it - even bringing friends and family to dine there. The staff are some of the most attentive, kind, and genuine people I've met in Miami - they always ensure you are well looked after and can advise you on what to eat. Finally, Mauro - the owner - is a great host. Professional, friendly, and a great conversationalist. We were so honoured to have him personally cook for us on our last day. Not only is he a great owner but also an exceptional chef! I will continue to return and recommend this restaurant!

There are no words to describe such experience, because amazing is too short. Very tasty food, and an excellent atmosphere, and the service of our waiter, Mirko, was excellent. We ate pasta, and two glasses of wine, all excellent. Sure, we will come back again!

I absolutely love this restaurant! My favorite part about it is not only the delicious food and service, but also the fact that they are open later than most until almost 3 am. Perfect for a late night dinner for night owls. Our server Nicolo did an amazing job welcoming us and waiting our table, props to him for being so kind to us tonight! :)

Food was delicious in person for the first time a few weeks ago. The pics are from that visit. Then today I ordered take out because I was craving the chicken Milanese with white sauce spaghetti (I got red sauce the first time) and I was impressed with the take out service. Aside from the chicken cutlet being soggy at the bottom from sitting on the pasta, the food was great. They even give you a side of red crush peppers and Parmesan cheese which hit the spot! I highly recommend eating here or getting take out. The service and taste is top notch for both, which is hard to find in Miami. I can’t wait to order again. Update: just ate for the second time in person and brought my little sister for early birthday celebration and we both ordered the chicken Milanese. Delicious! Mirko was our waiter and he was attentive. Even their bus boy was super attentive and brought us everything we needed without asking. Lovely service all around. Highly recommend you stop by for a great meal by friendly and wonderful staff.

Out in Miami with my girlfriends and had a fabulous time at Di Mauro’s! Our waiter Gabriele and manager Candela were outstanding—personable, warm, and beyond considerate. Service was excellent, and our drinks and food came out at the perfect time. Everything we ate was delicious from start to finish (especially the black truffle tagliolini!) We would highly recommend and come back again!

This restaurant was truly exceptional! I stumbled upon it on a whim during my visit to town, simply looking for a place to grab a bite. Despite the bustling crowd upon my arrival, I was seated promptly. The service was outstanding—quick, attentive, and incredibly friendly. The waitstaff were clearly in tune with the guests, gracefully pacing the space and ensuring everyone was well taken care of. I started with the bruschetta, fried seafood and zucchini platter, and shrimp pasta alla vodka, complemented by a passion fruit daiquiri and a mule. Every dish was bursting with flavor and freshness. My only minor critique was that the daiquiri could have used a bit more of a kick. Additionally, I was slightly disappointed not to receive any bread, which I had been eagerly anticipating. Despite these small setbacks, the overall experience was so fantastic that I returned the following evening. This time, I ordered the same dishes with the exception of the pasta—opting for the chicken pasta alla vodka—and a strawberry daiquiri, which was definitely more robust and satisfying. Since the end of my trip, I've found myself thinking about this place often. I will certainly be returning on my next visit!

In the heart of South Beach is this cute and cozy Italian restaurant. The staff is friendly and smiling. The pasta with ragù reminds me of Italian cuisine, and you must try the tiramisu too. Great selection of wines and other drinks... and if you want to watch a sporting event, you can stop by. So, if you are in South Beach, give it a try.

Had a great time here when I went 4 days ago. It was a very nice place to eat. The food was excellent. The portions were good if you don’t eat too much. I had the fettuccine with prosciutto. It was so creamy and filling.My mother had the risotto seafood, she really enjoyed it as well. The wine I share here in the pictures is something I enjoyed very much. An Italian Cabernet Sauvignon “Breganze”. The service was great. I had a great experience. For everyone might be different. I had the opportunity to sit and relax. The place was not so crowded which made it perfect. Overall, definitely recommend.

Mauro was so sweet and very attentive. He helped me choose an entree, which the black truffle tagliatelle was a must! It was table side and very tasty. We had bottomless mimosas, which were fresh. The clams pasta was also delicious. The tiramisu was also table side, and it was the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing experience!! Servers and hostess constantly checked in on me ever 5 to 10 minutes to ensure I was having no issues at all. The food was fresh, filling and more importantly, packed with flavor. The atmosphere felt a bit upscale yet cozy and inviting! The staff make it clear from the hostess to the servers to the cooks, that you are not simply eating food at this restaurant. Rather, you are taking your tastebuds and mind through a journey to Italy as you savor every bite. Simply put, if I am ever in South Beach again I will be returning back to this restaurant!!

Well Everyone on my way to work so I stopped at my favorite fast food restaurant and what a joy. Ordered my cheeseburgers fresh from the grill and took them no time to make them, large fries (fresh) and my diet coke. From the cashier to the food expediter/manager it was a great experience. As always if you want a great restaurant you hire a great team and you’ll have it. Ray Kroc would be the founder would be jumping for joy over this McDonalds at 200 NE 167th street. From the incredible cashier who took my order to the manager it was an awesome McDonalds experience as it was meant to be.

Fantastic food, service and ambiance. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and hospitable. Chef Mauro personally took our order and shared his passion of food and Italy with our family. Jasmine, our server, was so friendly and made us feel like guests in an authentic Italian home.

Comfortable, intimate classic and extremely tasty Italian food. We started coming here in 2009 when it was just a food counter in a loose SoBe Internet cafe. A friend brought us over. He was friends with Mauro. There was lore about the places he’d cooked at before opening his own joint. And that’s what it was back then - a little counter joint. Over time, Mauro expanded and improved every aspect of the restaurant. It’s our favorite Italian restaurant in Miami. It’s definitely worth a visit.

Swung into Miami the night before we were leaving for a cruise and needed somewhere to eat. Place was great. Clean and very friendly atmosphere. Service was awesome. Food was on point. Owner was very involved with his restaurant. Seating people, running food. Taking drink orders. Would definitely go back.

This place is a gem, a true delight for any day, whether it’s sunny, rainy, or anything in between. I love the warm atmosphere and the charm of the restaurant. This restaurant was a fabulous experience in South Beach! Mauro and his team gave us A+ customer service and authentic Italian dishes with amazing seafood pairings. The cacio e pepe took us immediately back to Rome, and the chef’s special combined a Tuscan truffle to lobster. Absolutely amazing meal. The tiramisu was brilliantly assembled with baked crunch, smooth coffee, and the lightest creamy cover I’ve ever experienced. My family and I had dinner here on Christmas. It was fabulous! We loved everything about it. The food was great! Service was perfect. Our waitress gave wonderful recommendations. Chef/Owner was everywhere! It's so nice to see the owner out checking in with guests and doing it all! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food! The pasta tasted so authentic and fresh, a rare find. Mauro was so attentive and kind, customer service was amazing. He even went out of his way to make my friend whose stomach was hurting a nice tea. I got the seafood fruitti de mare marinara pasta and it was soo yummy. Food here is amazing, everything that we ordered was super tasty. Staff very nice and friendly but... They were slammed. And so understaffed o man... It was delays on food, we waited for someone to approach the table for so long, then for drinks, then for food... Some of the items never hits the table... They give us 10% discount because all of that but still... If you want to enjoy in amazing food, go before the rush hour

So we decided to eat here as they had a nice, pretty looking place and friendly staff. We were originally tried to eat at a Japanese restaurant a few restaurants down the street, but after sitting in there, we realized quickly that it was a tourist trap kind of place with awful food. We promptly left there and ran to this restaurant, also attempting to avoid the torrential downpour outdoors. We were promptly seated by friendly staff, and the venue was dimly lit with comfortable seating in a nicely decorated place. The staff were attentive. Some of the items that we ordered were excellent, and some were a letdown. My lasagna was made well, but perhaps not worthy of the price. The calamari was one of the let downs as I felt it was of the level you would find at Chili’s or Applebee’s. Overall, we were still happy to eat here, and felt it was head and shoulders, much better than the place next-door that we almost ate at.

Great door guy.. Ravioli and spinach side so too was good. Should have left it there. Clam pasta not so tasty and seafood soup was fairly average to not great. I'm always suspicious when a dish is over spiced which was the case here. Service was barely adequate, what's with taking plates away during a meal? Why is that a done thing here? Maybe a Miami thing but a pet peave of mine. One main dish was very late. This was the deal breaker. Nice atmosphere and small bar area looks inviting for a nightcap and casual meal. Ciao.

Seems like they made my food 20 minutes before I ordered it. This was 5:30am in the morning. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t served hot, more like lukewarm. This was the first time I stopped at this location because it was on my way to my new job. Will give other McDonald’s a chance before I come back to this one.

Food was okay, nothing special. Service was kinda slow and the place was a bit messy when I went. Not bad for a quick bite, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

The hostess outside was very nice and friendly, and we were seated right away. They bring bread and “olive oil” to the table, but it tasted more like vegetable oil. A person in a chef’s coat took our order — also friendly — but we never saw them again. The restaurant had maybe 15–20 guests, yet our food took 30–45 minutes to arrive. We ordered a salad, wine, pesto, and penne alla vodka. The salad itself was good, except for the croutons, which tasted a week old. The pastas unfortunately, just wasn’t good — No one checked on us the entire meal — no offer of pepper, cheese, drinks, or water refills. The wine never showed up until we flagged down a busser. Basic service was completely missing. Flagged down another host for the check. Thankfully I have exact change to avoid the wait. They also add a 20% automatic tip, which makes the lack of service even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning

Fast service but they rip you off. My medium smoothie is 75% full. I asked the drive-thru lady why it was so empty and she said, "it's the machines." Riiight, like you don't control the machines. 🙄

We had a reservation and got the worst table at the enctrance, where it was very cold. Even we got the reservation, we still had to wait. When we asked for another table, she said they hadn‘t another one. Even they had other ones (they were free for a long time after we askes for another one). We ordered an appetizer and a main course. The main course came before the appetizer. After that they brought us the same main course again, but it was cold. The service was insufficient except for one person that represents the soul of this place.

I was strolling down the street earlier on Feb.4 and was looking at restaurants to consider for dinner tonight or another night. As I was looking at the menu outside the very attractive employee was kind enough to answer a few questions and even gave me a business card for 10% off my meal at this and 2 other restaurants they had so she left a good first impression. Later that evening my family went there for dinner thinking we were in for a enjoyable dining experience but unfortunately that was NOT the case. When we entered we were seated promptly and brought water and a basket of bread and butter which I did not have. Things started off ok or so I thought. I had a few questions that I asked to get my servers recommendation and ordered the gnocchi with spinach and beef ragout. My mom ordered the spaghetti bolognese and my sister had the lasagna which she said was great. Unfortunately my server took forever to get my sugar, ice and lemon for my tea but they were VERY SHORT STAFFED with only 2 servers for the ENTIRE RESTAURANT INCLUDING THE OUTSIDE PATIO. I had to enlist her coworker to assist me or it would have taken forever. When my gnocchi came out there was NO SPINACH and I couldn't SEE ANY BEEF even though she said it was there. So she took it back and remade it and lo and behold I could see the spinach. I still couldn't see or barely find a scant amount of beef. Additionally the sauce was BLAND AND HAD NO FLAVOR. While my mom and sister's pasta came out first they were offered shaved Parmesan cheese but I NEVER WAS!! Finally toward the last eighth of my dish I had to ASK FOR PARMESAN CHEESE AS THE PASTA SIMPLY HAD NO FLAVOR. I tried to be understanding of the fact that after we arrived they started to get busier and thought I'd try and make things easy for them by getting up and speaking to the male server to have him bring me a few tall straws, some ice and a few bar napkins. As I was doing this the bartender came out and offered to help and then when he came to my table he proceeded to berate me for having so much stuff on the table. When I attempted to explain to him the situation he offered to put me hot tea on ice with the tea bag inside and I told him I prefer to do it my way. He then became disrespectful and rude and said if we don't do it MY WAY FORGET IT. He then proceeded to BLAME ME FOR THE TABLE NOT BEING MAINTAINED AND FURTHERMORE INSULTING ME AND SAYING " YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THIS IS A RESTAURANT" as if I was CLUELESS OR MENTALLY IMPAIRED!! Later I found out this " bartender" is the MANAGER so I was REALLY SHOCKED BY THE CONDESCENDING WAY HE SPOKE TO ME. Our server said something to the effect to my sister that they were going to charge me for napkins because I went through a whole pack which is ludicrous as I didn't use THAT MANY!! I told my sister I'll handle the situation and my sister and I got into a heated argument over it. As it turned out that was NOT the case but when I handed the discount card to my mom and she put it into the check holder along with her credit card the server told my sister we'd have to talk to the manager about the DISCOUNT CARD THAT THEY GAVE ME 4 HOURS EARLIER. I was thinking this is 50 SHADES OF CRAZY AND WAY TOO MUCH DRAMA FOR ANYONE TO BEAR!! No discount was applied to the check and then after a few more minutes our server " MAGICALLY" reappears with the discount reflected. We paid our check and FYI THEY ADD THE GRATUITY AUTOMATICALLY which PERSONALLY I'M NOT A FAN OF BUT WHATEVER!! Before I left I decided I wanted to let the manager know I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE WAY HE SPOKE TO ME. I THOUGHT IT WAS CONDESCENDING AND DISRESPECTFUL and his response was " Sorry but I felt you were BEING DISRESPECTFUL TOO"!! So I decided I NEEDED TO LET OTHERS KNOW THAT I WOULD NOT RETURN AND TO STAY AWAY BUT RESPECT IS NON NEGOTIABLE AND TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THE TABLE NOT BEING MAINTAINED IS LUDICROUS AT BEST AND RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE AT WORST!! P.S. - For what it's worth my sister LOVED THE LIMON CELLO CAKE!!!!

Peak hours 2pm and no frappe??? Young kid at the drive through talking on his phone with a Bluetooth in one ear and the drive through headset on the other ear. Needless to say we were yelling at the speaker for 5 minutes with no response but the employee says the speaker works. This is Our future!!!

This McDonald's was the armpit of McDonald's. There wasn't any toilet paper in the bathrooms. It was in a sketchy area as well.

After receiving a cold sandwich in the drive through I went inside & asked for another cheeseburger made fresh they gave me sliced onions instead of slivered, when I asked for the manager, she sucked her teeth, dragged her feet across the floor, and handed me another cold burger overloaded with enough onions for five sandwiches. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and the staff on shift tonight should not be representing the McDonald’s brand. I expect better from a company of this size — this needs to be corrected immediately.

There has been a fly in the bakery box the past few visits, I think the fly checks in daily or permanently resides. Unfortunately, no one has taken notice or cares. I don’t recommend the cookies, unless you want McFly sauce.. Yeah, I’m thinking I probably shouldn’t eat here too. Also, closed the dining room at 10:30 pm, although the signage says the dining room closes at 11 pm. Franchises are not reliable, they lack the standards.

Place was very dirty, employee drinking soda while attending a customer, garbage can was full so easier to throw trash on the floor. Very poor customer service, employee should be wearing gloves and face covering while preparing food!

Walked in about 2p was kinda crowded, when it was my turn to order the Cashier SIDEL walked off had to get some to find her to take my order. Then she act like she didn’t know even wanna take my order at all. I should have left then, so I FINALLY place my order. I asked to speak to the manager I heard her talk SIDEL and I quote : these people AlwAYs want something . She never came she REFUSE to speak to me, when I asked her name she said why. I asked other employees what’s the managers name and EVERYONE refuse to give to me. She and that staff needs to be fired. This is not the last step for me, I will for sure talk to General Manager District Manager whoever.

Bathrooms smell horrible! Dirty, no running water on sink!! Should be closed down! Imagine employees hands how nasty they must be!!!

Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated and then another 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our table. A cocktail that was ordered never arrived, and the wrong bottle of wine was brought out. Service was nonexistent for the rest of the meal. The food was extremely underwhelming and nowhere near worth the price. To top it off, our plates were cleared while one person at the table was still eating. The music played was loud club music. The waiter was nice, but this did not make up for the negative occurrences. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Hands down the worse McDonalds i’ve ever visited. I wait for 10 minutes with no one to help me, I show my order to the cashier, who has a headphone in and not even acknowledging the screen order. Asks me again in another ten minutes what my order is, to get it completely wrong. A large drink and fries, and ten nuggets, and they give me a sandwich. I recommend saving time and money. Not worth it to come here.

I went to this McDonalds today 10/22/2025 around 1:15 pm. The lady at the drive-thru had terrible customer service. I confirmed my order at the 1st window and I asked if I had entered my code. She rolled her eyes at me and told me what I had to pay. I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing. I told her why you have bad service. She rolled her eyes at me again and told me the price I had to pay again. I left McDonalds and went to another restaurant to get something to eat. People like that shouldn't be serving at McDonald's

I visited the McDonald’s at 200 Ne 167th on September 16th 2025 around 7:25am, and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the manager on duty. When I approached with a concern about my order, the manager was dismissive and spoke to me in a rude, unprofessional tone instead of trying to help. I asked her name she barely wanted to give me her name. I asked her to spell it for me she told me no call corporate and tell them the name I gave you. This left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I expect better treatment from management, and I hope McDonald’s addresses this with better customer service training, because no customer should be treated this way.

I ordered a number 4 MC Crispy and they didn’t put any of the toppings on there , just gave it to me plain , I really don’t appreciate that I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal ….. I ordered during late night shift 2Am …..🤦🏽‍♀️👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

If I could have gave a zero review that's what I would have gave. I went to McDonald's at 9:20 and ended up leaving the McDonald's at 9:50 all because they made a mistake the night crew which was a dude a young girl. I was charged for the 6-piece Nugget and the fries as well as a Big Mac that I did not ask for and it was such a big confusion to the point where I paid with my Apple pay and he had to give me the difference in change in cash and then when I ask for the receipt the young dude proceeded to tell me that he could not give me the receipts. To tell you the truth is is very unprofessional and very unaccommodated I was in the line for over 30 minutes all because of the mistake that they made I checked my order and realized that they gave me a Big Mac and then the young dude and the girl comes and make it seem like it was my fault after I check my my order. I will never come back to that McDonald's if I could give a zero star review I would unprofessional.

Terrible service do not order a happy meal here ever! You will get toys from last year the employees do not care.
