I had an amazing dining experience at Earl’s Restaurant in Dadeland Mall! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was fantastic. But what truly made my visit special was Sydney, our waitress. Sydney was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made excellent recommendations, ensured our drinks were always topped up, and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. Went on a girlies happy hour date night & was surprised of the variety on the happy hour menu. They have happy hour twice in a day if I understood well. Their evening happy hour began at 10, with my favorite cocktail available on their menu, Expresso Martini! I change it up a bit, so it was little more than what the price was on the happy hour menu. My girl friend ordered the Passion Fruit Martini which I’ve heard her rave about for the longest, she’s a casual Earls happy hour diner. For our meal, we ordered the Wagyu Beef Oahu Press, Aburi Salmon Sushi Press, Spicy California Roll and the 4oz Steak Frites. Service was fantastic, I believe the servers name was Alex or Chris, he was a recent new hire that previously had worked at Cheese Cake down stairs. He was wonderful. The ambiance is always fresh & upscale, with high ceilings bringing in fresh air and breath with how packed it may get at the later hours. Though on the “more expensive” side of dinning, it’s a fun dine out venture.

The level of care and attention I received from the manager, Rosario, was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even thoughtfully securing my suitcase and personal belongings in the office so I could relax and enjoy the bar with ease. Went on a Saturday night after a meeting, and our server Eva was so nice and funny. The strawberry cosmo was absolutely delicious — a must-try! The tofu chili was incredible as always. Any type of fry is so fresh and crisp- I’ve been here more than a few times, and it’s consistently great. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went to Earls at Dadeland Mall for the first time on Sunday and let me tell ya, we had such an amazing time. The food and ambience were incomparable, but most important of all, the SERVICE was phenomenal. We sat at the bar and Juan was our bartender. He was very attentive and interactive with us; we told him it was our first time and he was kind enough to guide us thru the menu and made terrific recommendations on both drinks and food. Juan made us a delicious Spicy Strawberry Margarita which honestly was the best margarita I have ever had. We will definitely be going back soon!!!. This has to be the highlight of my miami experience. The ambience, the vibe, the food - Lord have mercy!! The pork chop with bacon jam was nothing short of perfection. Dessert was a palatal bliss with the seasonal order: Bourbon and pecan pie with chantily cream. Just amazing And our server, Leia!!! Someone please give that lady a raise - she sold us on all the menu options and guided our choices- and I’m so glad we listened to her. Definitely recommend this restaurant and would certainly be back!!

We have come to Earls a few times but today we were blown away by Niska who sat us down but was so attentive to our party with kids. She made sure we had our table set up properly and everything. My friend suggested this place for happy hour. We aimed for Friday at 5 but both were caught up in rainy traffic and arrived later than anticipated. I walked in and snagged the only chair left at the bar. The restaurant too was busy, with plenty of people already waiting at the hostess stand for tables. Since we were a party of two with only one chair I asked if we could sit at a high top near the bar, but was told those tables were seated by the hostess. So we put our names down for a table. The happy hour menu had both food and cocktails. I thought it had a good selection of both. We could not order from that menu at our table. But it was fine and we ordered off the regular menu. I genuinely loved my dish, the Spicy Calabrian pasta. I don’t eat pork and substituted it for shrimp. The burrata included on it was a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t expecting sooo much of it. It was a delicious dish, very rich and flavorful.

We came for happy hour and we were sat with Sydney. The food was very tasty, the drinks were fantastic and our waitress was spectacular! She was friendly, approachable, always smiling, checking in on us and making sure we had a fantastic experience. When I return, I ’ll make sure to sit in her section. We hosted a group of 45 at Earls and Delia and Amanda we're wonderful! Delia was so helpful in planning the event and was great hosting us as well. Everything was seamless and everyone had a great time. Its been almost a week since we were there and I am still get compliments and rave reviews from our guests. They acknowledged the situation, took it seriously, and offered a thoughtful gesture to make things right. But more than that, they opened a real conversation about how to improve communication moving forward and that means a lot. I also want to highlight that our server that day was truly excellent warm, respectful, and attentive throughout. The miscommunication wasn’t about attitude or effort, and I sincerely hope it’s seen as a learning opportunity, not a personal fault. It’s clear they have a bright future in hospitality. Mistakes happen what defines a place is how they respond. In this case, Earls responded with integrity, and that deserves recognition. We’re looking forward to visiting again and experiencing the care that made us loyal guests in the first place.

Diego was amazing. We had already order drinks and appetizers in the table assigned to us but another table came available more to our liking, we asked to be moved and without any hesitation, he immediately moved us and took care of transferring everything to our table. The recommendations he made were excellent from drinks to dessert and everything in between. Outstanding customer service like we haven’t had in quite a while.

Dinner here was awesome! The food was spot-on delicious, and Diego, our server, made the whole experience even better—super attentive and professional, plus he nailed our drink orders with his recommendations. The space is relaxing and beautifully decorated, with that kind of aesthetic that makes it feel inviting without being over the top. It’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a tasty meal, and sip on some expertly crafted drinks. Honestly, everything about this spot just clicks—from the food to the service to the vibe. I’ll definitely be back soon, and I can’t recommend it enough if you want a chill night out with great food and drinks.

My boyfriend had the Sticky Korean Ribs and I had the spicy salmon crispy rice sushi. Both tasted great like the chef was cooking with passion for a high quality dining experience. Diego, our server, did his utmost best to accommodate us in the best way possible. He was very charismatic, energetic, and passionate about the customer service that he provides to this restaurant. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this restaurant if they want a some of the best dining experience in Miami , especially during happy hour.

I was very impressed with the atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Wonderful place, delightful food and superb service. Our server, Ignacio, was absolutely fantastic. He was very amicable but above all, very attentive and very helpful explaining all the details on the menu. The food came fast with very nice presentation, and the cocktails were on point. I will definitely bring my friends here.

Phenomenal food and service. We sat outside for brunch and I got the spicy margarita and my boyfriend got the bottomless mimosas. I got the corn and guacamole dip and it was spectacular! I loved the experience. Diego was an awesome server and made the experience even better.

Delia was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever making us feel rushed. I had an outstanding dining experience at this American cuisine restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the ambience was excellent. warm, inviting, and perfect for a night out. Our server, Max, truly made the evening special. His service was phenomenal: attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the drinks were absolutely phenomenal, creative, balanced, and perfectly crafted. Between the exceptional service, fantastic drinks, and comfortable atmosphere, this place is a must-visit.

Went to Earls tonight with me and my friends. Every time we go, Katelyn is most likely at the front. She’s always super kind and funny and always sits us with the best servers. She sat us with Andrea and she was super cool and attentive. The food is also always never a miss.

LV was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we sat down, her energy was warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. She has that rare balance of being personable without ever feeling intrusive. Her recommendations were spot on, drinks were perfectly crafted, and she moved with confidence and grace even during a busy shift. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Service like that elevates the entire experience. LV is a true asset to Earls Kitchen + Bar, and I look forward to sitting at her bar again.

1st time at Earls and we enjoyed a few things from their vegan menu. Everything was delicious and honestly we were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed two non alcoholic beverages that were divine! Honestly can’t wait to come back and the fact it’s open so late is very convenient. Amanda attended us, she was wonderful!! She was super attentive and always kept such a super welcoming vibe. My girlfriends and I had an amazing time at earls! It was my first time going and the vibe there was just so nice. The host at the front door, Katelyn with the pink glasses was so kind and welcoming. We didn’t have a reservation but she was very helpful with giving us the table we wanted. The girl who took us to our table was very sweet too. Our servers name was Annelise and she was very kind and helpful with any questions we had about the menu and happy hour. The food and drinks were amazing!! We definitely enjoyed our night out. I definitely will be suggesting this place every night we want to go out and eat again, for everyone’s kindness and good eats!

This was a birthday celebration for a 92 year old lady, which I stated on the reservation form. Under special requests, I asked for a few balloons. I understand if special requests can't be fulfilled, but there wasn't even an acknowledgement of the birthday. It was New Years Day, a holiday which should have had the brunch menu available. There were only three items available from that menu. The birthday lady wanted the berry pancakes but that was unavailable so she ordered the chicken and waffles. It arrived looking like an appetizer; small and lonely on the plate. The steak with tortellini arrived overcooked. This was taken care of swiftly and the steak was replaced. The seabass was nice. The spaghettini was a bit salty but well cooked. The Korean ribs were tasty and the calamari was delicious. The desserts were OK. All in all it was fine. Mid at best. I can't say I would celebrate anything here again but I can say that there wasn't anything that would make me want to go back. The prices were high for what the food was. Meh UPDATE: We were invited back for a redo. My son's birthday was a couple of weeks after so I thought that would be a good time to go. I am glad we did. This was a complete 180° to what we had experienced on our previous visit. It was like a different restaurant. The food and service were top notch. I highly recommend the crab cake. The pork chop I had was beautifully cooked. My son loved the birria tacos and my mother loved the salmon. The calabrian spicy pasta was a hit and now a new favourite for my other son. Everyone enjoyed the meal and it was a great celebration. Thank you Josie, you have made Earl's a new favourite spot for us!

No words can describe how awesome and very friendly my waiter Caysy was. Meal was excellent and the vibe at Earls is very lively! If you ever have the chance to visit Earls and Caysy is your waiter, I highly recommend hearing her recommendations!

The pasta was delicious, food is a little pricey but I loved my dish. Went back a second time for it. The atmosphere is nice for a date night or having a drink wirh friends after work.

My husband made reservations for us to celebrate our anniversary at Earl’s Kitchen and Bar. We were newbie’s at the restaurant so we were excited to visit. The ambiance and service was great. The restaurant’s mood was great and the vibe was just right. The food was also delicious and the sushi was the best I ever had. However, I gave this rating 3 stars because I DID NOT like the drinks. The first drink I ordered had a distinct taste that I couldn’t quite catch. I remember telling the waiter that it tasted like seltzer water, so they changed it with no problem. The second drink was a don Julio margarita and when I mentioned being more of a “dark liquor drinker” the server suggested Reposado brand Don Julio which I agreed to, but she failed to mention an almost 9 dollar up charge. So basically I paid about 25.00 for a drink I didn’t enjoy. I didn’t want to send a second drink back so I kept it to not seem too picky. On another note, maybe it was just the bartender that night, because I saw another party send their drink back too. The second reason I gave the restaurant three stars is because something I consumed made me extremely SICK! I woke up the next day feeling horrible! If you’ve ever had food poisoning than you know what the symptoms are, so there is no need for me to list them. It took almost three days for me to recover. I would consider giving the restaurant another try, but I would stay away from sushi and try a different dish. Our experience wasn’t bad at all, but something I ate really messed me up. On a positive note, they did send us a treat in celebration of our anniversary, which we greatly appreciated.

I've celebrated multiple birthdays/date nights here because the food is great and the service is usually decent. I figured let me go for my birthday again this year. However, last night 12/29 was not my usual experience here. My boyfriend and I check in, having made a reservation prior, and are told to wait 20 minutes. Ok cool. As we're waiting I notice a couple of ladies get sat before us. I had a feeling they didn't have a reservation, come to find out I was right. If I knew I would've gotten sat quicker without one, I wouldn't have made one at all. When we finally get sat we let our server know about the situation and she insisted she would speak with her manager. Which I doubt happened because it wasn't until I asked for him directly that he came to our table. Also, at first I assumed I had to wait because it must be a busy night. Meanwhile, throughout my dinner I noticed half the tables were empty all night. I even watched one guy walk up in there and seat himself. Servers in the past were nice enough to give me a dessert on my birthday. Luckily my boyfriend bought one while I had left the table. Happy birthday to me!!

Rude front desk hosts!!! Went by with my date to have dinner and possibly see some of the UM Indiana College game. They had plenty of tables in the area with no TV’s, but there were no tables available in the bar/TV area. My date stood by a table in the bar area while I tried to see what the best option was for at least a partial view of a TV, and while one of the hosts was double checking availability. While I was doing that, they went to my date, and loudly and rudely, told her to leave that area and wait in the front. I tried to talk the group of 4 at the front desk, one male and 3 female, to ask about a table in the front with a partial view of the TV in the bar area and they just ignored us. It became apparent that they were not going to help us, so we just left, while they loudly yelled “goodbye” at us as we left. I have also had a friend with a bad experience with a bartender there. Needless to say, I will never return to Earls, or ever recommend it to someone else. We were actually able to find better food, great seats, huge TV’s and great service, at Udon’s, across the way from Earls. Even at its best, the food is mediocre, and with rude staff, no reason to go there. As you can see below, I got a follow-up message from Earl's corporate to contact them about the matter. However, they have not responded to two emails that I sent to them to discuss the matter.

Yesterday we went to this restaurant to say goodbye to a coworker. We were a group of 12 people, and I was the one who organized the dinner and chose the restaurant, so I felt very embarrassed with my guests because of the experience we had. The food was actually very good, and I want to recognize that. However, the service was extremely poor. Our waiter would disappear and take almost 30 minutes to come back to the table. Every time we asked for something—drinks, napkins, or anything else—it either took a very long time or it never arrived. For a group of our size, we expected better attention and organization, but unfortunately the waiter was rarely around and didn’t seem attentive to our table. Everything was very slow, especially the drinks. It’s a shame because the food was good, but the poor service really ruined the experience. I hope the restaurant can improve their customer service, especially when they are hosting large groups.
