Nice meal among much outstanding rock 'n roll memorabilia! The restaurant appeared to be low on staff but service didn't suffer as others picked up the slack. I enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich with seasoned fries; others in or group got the nachos & burgers-- all very good! Bought a t-shirt & Miami Hard Rock pin in the gift shop. Overall, an experience you would expect from Hard Rock!

In case there's a Hard Rock Cafe available in Cities I travel, I go to the Shop and very often show up in the restaurant, too. Simple Sporen, it's mandatory! Period.

Hard Rock Cafe is great for food and drinks, together with the shop selling all the merch and the memorabillia all around of the guitars and costumes of the great musicians. Situated right on the front of the harbour you have a great view of the bay and all the boats too. Its just a shame we dont get to hear much (if any) Rock music. I know its Miami and its not a very 'Rock' place and you have to appeal to the masses to get the crowds in, if it works it works, my opinion, Its called Hard Rock for a reason! I'd still go back its that good.

I don't usually like to rate franchise chains but thoroughly enjoyed a quick stop at this Hard Rock Café. Perfect location and beautifully decorated (as always with Hard Rock Cafés). Food came very quickly, drinks were cold and nicely prepared and service was attentive. Go for a drink and people watch those stumbling off the charter yachts. Very entertaining.

You can’t go wrong with a dinner at Hard Rock Café. Although, in this one the view is pretty unique and the overall atmosphere is great. I’d recommend taking a seat outside in order to enjoy the night life vibes of Miami as well as an astonishing view✨

Stopped in before boarding a cruise and it was the best choice. Efrain was our bartender and was nothing but the best! Greg stopped by to give us good music and historic information that I never knew. I want to visit every Hard Rock around now because of these two! Don’t waste time visiting another restaurant around and come here!

Great Hard Rock experience as always. Hard Rock has to be the most consistent experience we've ever had. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for better. The food is equally consistent, which is why we always make an effort to go in each city we are in. Today I had a Chicken Caesar salad and buffalo wings, so nothing fancy, but exactly what I expected it to be. The lady had the Messi burger and was very happy with the choice. We split an apple cobbler for dessert.

Will come back! The occasion was for my parent’s 25th anniversary, so I reserved a table here through Open Table and requested outdoor seating. The manager, Antwone, and our server Gabriella, were both VERY attentive and made it such a special day for my parents! As soon as we sat down, our table was set to the occasion and with a great view of the bay/port, especially on a good sunny day! Thank you Hard Rock Cafe!

Hard rock Nelson, Alejandro, Sage, Antwon, Donesha and Aaron were fabulous. We had so much fun. Great management that hires great people will keep the doors open. What a great experience, Cesar salad was great, and the cheeseburger was too! It’s a place to get your groove on while taking in all the memories from all the paraphernalia of the bands. The inside of the restaurant is warm for a cold night. I will definitely go back to say hi to my new friends. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Enjoyable, casual dinner at their outside cafe overlooking the busy marina. Attentive service. The grilled salmon with vegetables was delicious and fresh. The margarita was good. Only issues were that my table was very wobbly and being at Bayside, there was a cacaphony of noise.

We had reservations however had to go earlier due to an early arrival. Hard Rock Cafe was more than hospitable, giving us a table away from other patrons, honoring our reservation without delay. We received our meals within 15 minutes after ordering. Our waiter was very attentive as well as humorous, sharing a fee smiles, laughs, jokes and light conversation making this experience a top notch in my eyes!

We were there on 26 February and were greeted and attended to by Kitty the bartender and team. They were professional, very friendly, and made my mojito just right. The Flatbread was delicious. We'll be back on our next trip down to Miami Beach.

We visited from Texas and a great time. Ruben was Our server and was very welcoming and attentive. Antwan ( Antoine) the manager was my favorite though! He was the heart of the restaurant. As a manager he was everywhere. He helped servers, danced with kiddos, and checked on everybody. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole visit.

Decided to stop in here after the boat tour. No wait. The place is huge. Our hostess was friendly and enthusiastic. Our server Kimi was fun and smiles all the time. We ordered chicken wings and grilled chicken sandwich. Also nachos as an appetizer. Music was wonderful. All around a good place .

Review of Hard Rock Miami I had a fantastic experience at Hard Rock Miami! I invited a friend to join me for dinner, and we decided to try this iconic venue. We indulged in the smoked BBQ ribs, which were absolutely delicious—falling off the bone and packed with flavor! Our table had a stunning view overlooking the water, allowing us to watch the ships sail by. Our server, Jessica, made our experience even better; she was friendly, professional, and attentive, really enhancing our evening. We were also greeted by two managers, Anthony and Donesh, who were incredibly kind and welcoming. Hard Rock Miami is a paradise for music lovers and rock history buffs. With memorabilia from legends like Elvis and Prince, there's so much to explore. The great music was a wonderful trip down memory lane, showcasing videos from my teenage years that I loved. I can't say enough good things about this place. I absolutely love Hard Rock Miami and can't wait to return! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, amazing views, and a rock 'n' roll ambiance!

A new menu came out today and it was fantastic. The service was great. The staff were all friendly, polite and attentive. This Hard Rock has some incredible iconic memorabilia. Michael Jackson's red zipper jacket, EddiVan Halen's guitar, a few of Elvis Presley's things. Just an over all great time at the Miami Hard Rock. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Walked down to the water after dinner to relax.

never have i have been to a hard rock cafe, and never thought id be the type to go there. my friends and i were on vacation and we had a hankering for classic american food. we stopped by and were told that there was a 45 min wait, but they were able to squeeze us into the bar with no wait. our server cathy took amazing care of us! she made us feel comfortable and welcome and suggested other places for us to go out for drinks. she was fun and tried to hook me up with her cute friend! what a fun experience :)

I absolutely love this place! It’s cozy, clean, n beautifully designed. While waiting for your food, you can stroll around n explore the fascinating music museum, which is such a unique touch. The food was delicious, n the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Came by the Hard Rock Cafe in Miami and I loved the memorabilia. Efrain is an amazing server and bartender. Told us a lot of places to visit while in Miami.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The chef/manager Krystal is incredibly talented — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can tell she really cares and has the skills to go with it. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. This is the kind of leadership and culinary excellence that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation online for lunch. Got a nice table outside on patio overlooking the Harbour. was a tall table and we were with our 4year old, but he did fine. big menu, lots of drink options. including for kids. also coloring and a toy for our son - so he was entertained! we loved our food, service was very nice and quick. price pretty typical. inside is all the classic hardrock decorations and music history. really beautiful.

From the moment we walked up the host/hostess were very nice and down to earth. They were conversational and treated us like family. The food was good, with the exception of what I got which was a chicken fiesta bowl, which lacked any flavor. We got nachos for the appetizer and they were great as well. There is a nice view when you eat outside and they have a shop on the inside which sells Hard Rock branded items. Definitely worth the visit.

Great quick lunch. Standard Hard Rock Cafe spot. Typical food but nice outside seating area. We sat on the outdoor terrace and enjoyed the view of the boats in the Marina. Very fast to get food. Service was fast and attentive. Not the Best beer list, only Bottle Beer. Not one Local Brewery on the list. The food was very good. The best part - there was no automatic gratuity or service charge! Definitely recommend it!

I love writing reviews for restaurants that have the most top tier and extraordinary customer service, and this restaurant at this specific location DEFINITELY deserves that! Every person in the restaurant team had such a beaming smile, outstanding demeanor, and an over all excellent service. We didn't wait too long to be seated, we were greeted with a beautiful smile and they had a lovely singing voice. We asked for outdoor seating and the gentleman was so kind enough to walk us to where we needed to be for outdoor seating. They noticed my pet chihuahua in the travel backpack I had and they didn't bat and eye or judge me! They fell head over heels for my baby Chip and said they too were also chihuahua lovers. They made sure I had a great view where we sat and even pulled a seat near by so my dog could wait in the bag on it. They left then we were not too long greeted by our waitress Paulina (or Paula) who was attentive and so sweet! I loved how much she made an effort to make sure everything was fine on our end and got our food to us on time! Speaking about the food, excellent tasty food as well! This restaurant location is just the best and I absolutely loved being able to enjoy a meal here. An added bonus is they have a photographer walking around the restaurant taking pictures for you with your consent if you'd like to take a souvenir back home! The post card image is free! I 100%, 10/10 absolutely recommend coming to get a bite! It's worth every penny!

What an amazing experience! The chef/manager Krystal and her team truly knows how to create unforgettable dishes — everything tasted fresh, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. Very nice place at the Bayside. We went for lunch and had an issue with the accessible elevator to reach the main entrance, although all the staff were committed to solving the problem and showed a lot of empathy. We always have a great time at the hard rock restaurant at bayside. We have been celebrating our anniversary here for the past 21 years. It became a tradition because the staff is always so kind to us. We love that they would go above and beyond to make us feel special year after year. We normally go during lunch time and last year the manager was really good to us. Today for our 21st anniversary we decided to go in the evening and wow the staff surpassed our expectations. First, the waitress Adena Marie took such good care of us, she was so pleasant and so tentative to us. She did not miss a beat. I love how she listened to us and made us feel so welcome. The managers have this beautiful gesture that they do, they come and ask us how everything is going, her name was Samantha. When we told her about our little tradition she was so happy. She treated us to a nice discount and drinks. When the other manager came by, her name is Krystal, she also heard about our tradition she came by to tell us thank you for always choosing this hard rock year after year. They also surprised us with everyone singing and wishing us a happy anniversary and gave us ice cream. The reason we made this place our tradition was because the first time we dined in the hard rock, they were so happy for us even at year one. We love this place even though we don’t live close. God willing we will continue this tradition. See you guys next year and thanks for the memories.

We were then greeted by Kylin or Kaylin, can't remember...but she was really friendly and inviting. She was very attentive with a warm feel about her. The food was good, the flatbeead with just the right amount of basil pesto 😋 The grill chicken sandwich was good also, tender and juicy and the fries were some of the best fries. The restaurant is huge and clean. The restroom was also clean. The staff was exceptional, everyone we came in contact with was great! Even the manager visited the table. Enjoyed our visit

This was my 1st time at a Hard Rock Cafe and it was a wonderful experience. Kids friendly place. We had Nachos, wings, flatbread, sliders, beer and cocktails. Fudge brownie ice cream is a Big and delicious. There is an outdoor water front Bar with plenty of space with view of the city skyline. Will definitely recommend for families.

This was my first time at Hard Rock Cafe, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The ambiance was beautifully crafted to cater to music lovers, with a stunning collection of celebrity souvenirs displayed like a history. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly getting us seated once we registered. To start our meal, we indulged in refreshing lemon & cucumber, and pineapple mojitos, followed by the highly recommended Bangkok shrimp. This dish was a culinary delight, with every bite bursting with flavor. The shrimps were fresh, well-seasoned, and crispy on the outside, while the sauce was simply divine. It was a party for my taste buds, and I can’t help but drool just thinking about it. For the main course, we opted for the legendary burger and the spicy double patty burger. Both burgers were cooked to perfection, with juicy, medium-rare meat. The complimentary fries were also crispy and delicious, making for a complete and satisfying meal. After a long day of strolling through Miami, this Hard Rock Cafe experience was a culinary treat that I highly recommend. Everyone should try their Bangkok shrimp dish; it’s a must-try!

It’s a globally well-known place, so I decided to visit the Miami location as well. The location is great — it’s right next to the Ferris wheel, close to the beach, and offers a fantastic view of the Miami skyline. I was a bit worried after reading reviews saying the service wasn’t great, and unfortunately, those reviews were accurate. When the staff actually come by, they’re friendly, but they come by far too infrequently. If you want to place another order or ask for something, you usually have to wait at least five minutes for a staff member to pass by. Despite the disappointing service, the food itself is quite good. The steak was tasty, and the ribeye had a generous portion with plenty of lean meat. There’s no doubt that the atmosphere is great and the food is solid. It would be an even better place if the service improved.

I visited this establishment for brunch while visiting Miami. I ordered the avocado flat bread and my husband ordered the red hot chicken and waffles. His food was immaculate! My flatbread was just ok for me but that is only because I like my flatbread on the softer side and theirs is extra crispy, so that came down to a personal preference. I also ordered bottomless mimosas for $28 which was great because one was $14. The caveat is that they are bottomless for 90min. In a place like that with the crowd you're going to see your waiter/waitress every 20m at best. My waitress was Maria, and she was very accommodating, informative, and helpful. She helped us with the app as well. After the mimosas I ordered a Tiki Royale with her help that was very good and a really pretty purple and yellow. Additionally, we sat outside upper deck and had a fantastic view to people watch and also watch the boats coming in and out. I probably would not come for brunch, but I'd definitely come back.

I've always wanted to go to a hard Rock Cafe but everybody I knew had already been to one finally had the chance for breakfast at Bayside marketplace in Miami and though it was not the busy time it was still a wonderful experience there was hardly anyone there so I got to see the whole place the food was pretty decent the service was excellent but my husband's eggs were overcooked... Mine were perfect! The place is huge and there's all kinds of things to see the music was not too loud and it was very entertaining. we did not wait for an outside seat because we were catching a boat in less than an hour and we needed to get in and out of there, but the outdoor seating has spectacular views.

Told was at least 30 minute wait outdoor.. Wasn't busy, around 4. Gentlemen came over and said there were several openings. Lots of empty seats. Gave us one in the sun, we moved and ask for one that was away from it. Server was very friendly. Pizza was very good. Wanted the cute glass for drinks like others had. We got plain. Prices are high for us., same as other places though. Definitely go back. Love sitting outdoor seeing all the boats.

Only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Service was a tad on the slow side but the place was fairly busy, so it’s understandable. The food was good with generous portions. My only real complaint would be that the appetizer came out at the same time as our entrees. If you staying anywhere near the port, the restaurant is very easy to find and walk to.

They could definitely use more vegan and vegetarian options, but what they have is pretty decent quality. They make up for it in atmosphere, though. This was one of the most fun experiences we've ever had at a Hard Rock Cafe. Our 7-year-old daughter got to dance with the live performers. Fantastic overall, but minus one star due to limited menu.

Good Cafe, but very few vegetarian food option. So we take a tour of café and choose another option for dinner. There is different floor for shopping.

We went during off-hours (2pm?) And took quite a while to get addressed by the host and the waiter. The food was very good for the value though, paying 30s for steak or bbq ribs with a full plate of salad. Great location on the South side of Bayside market. Not a bad choice when you are in the area, there doesn't seem to be a lot of good sit-down meal spots there.

It took an awfully long time to get acknowledged by a server. We waited 5 to 10 mins to be seated. Which wouldn't have been an issue but no one even acknowledged us as the counter. We nearly left. After we were seated it was another 10 or 15 minutes for a waitress to stop and say something to us. Let alone to take our drink order. Food was ypur average burger joint. 🍔

Seeing Michael Jackson’s jacket from the Thriller video and a performance dress from Celia Cruz was a real treat — those pieces made the visit memorable. Overall, the atmosphere and memorabilia were the best part, but the food and building upkeep left room for improvement

Food and service was great. Like every Hard Rock I have been to. But, I was charged $14 on top of my meal because I never had an alcoholic beverage. Why? Very disappointing to be charged something that I don’t even drink. Not everyone drinks. If you don’t drink an alcoholic beverage—- be ready to pay for the honor to drink tea and soda.

Maybe I had a very high expectation, the fries had food remains, maybe that oil had been there for many days since when they tasted it they felt bitter, they handed us the plates and we didn't have napkins or eating utensils. The only good thing was the lemonade!

The nachos are delicious and the portion is huge. Burgers were ok but well done and not medium as asked. Fries were good. The apple cobbler was big and tasty. The service was professional and friendly though a bit impatient. The live music was extremely loud even though we sat pretty far from the stage. The place looks a bit run down, especially in comparison to the guitar casino restaurant

It was fine. The vibe seemed different than other Hard Rock Cafes that I've been to. I get it that they wanted it to feel more 'Miami', but the colored lights flashing didn't give me a Miami feeling when rock and alternative music was playing in the restaurant. Maybe if they had different music playing it would have helped. The service took awhile to get started, but we did get plenty of refills on drinks. However, the server directly touched the straw from my empty drink and put it into the one they just brought to the table. Took out the straw immediately. The food itself was fine, it mce again the brownie sundae is huge.

Pretty nice location, actually one of the best location on Bayside. Everything else just average. I guess you pay mainly for the name and of course location. You could do much better if you are looking for good food in downtown Miami. We had a very nice server, Elijah. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Great location for a Hard Rock, but we weren't impressed. Looked kind of run down. Mostly artwork of bands. I was expecting more wardrobes from artists. The drink we had wasn't very good. We didn't order food. The bathroom really needed to be cleaned, and toilet paper fixture needed to be replaced. This one doesn't compare to the Philadelphia HR.

Fuimos anoche. El lugar esta igual que hace 10 años, no tuvimos vista a afuera, que estaba mucho más lindo que adentro. La atención no fue buena, primero nos dieron una mesa muy fea abajo la tele y donde no entrábamos, cuando no había nadie en el local, después estaba comiendo y comenzaron a levantar los platos. Los platos bien, nada de otro mundo, precio elevado teniendo en cuenta la atención y el lugar. Se suma 20% de propina. Pagamos un montón y hubiese preferido comer en barcitos de afuera en la Bahía, mejor ambiente música y atención.

The host, food runner and merchant cashier were all very helpful and polite. Unfortunately our server made the experience disappointing. She never asked if we needed a refill on our drinks or if we wanted to order additional cocktails. We had to ask for mustard and ketchup when we ordered our hamburgers. One of us was gluten free and picked the side salad as a side then was charged additional and we had to have the bill corrected. Hard rock lemonade fountain was out of service, they offered 5 salad dressing and then came back after the salad was delivered and told us they only had two salad dressing options ranch or blue cheese , what!!!! They delivered mash potatoes not french frys which is what we wanted ( mashed potato was never even on our vocabulary. ) and when mashed potatoes were delivered on the plate with the burger, they were refrigerator cold. Would go back to sit at the bar for drink but save your money and eat elsewhere. Altogether on a receipt, it says two drinks 1 burger ,side of fries $70!!!!!! What the Heck!!!!! we complain about the mess so we got the salad for free, which wasn’t eaten at all because there was no salad dressing

Way overpriced food and drinks. I would expect the coffee for such price to be much better than barely acceptable. The service was nice and polite but disappeared for good once the food and drinks were served. Had to go to the kitchen myself to receive a bill. A wrong one, must I say. At least the music artifacts are nice.

I’ve been to multiple Hard Rock Cafes, this one was by far the worst. Service was absolutely terrible. It took 40 ish minutes before we were ever asked about getting a drink. So by then we ordered drinks and food. The shrimp appetizer was very bland, I’m sure some liked it, but we definitely didn’t. The highlight was that the burger patties themselves were pretty tasty along with the fries and dessert. Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t bring out our food, the gentleman that did was fantastic. We ran out of our drinks and didn’t get refills until about another 30 minutes had passed. By the time we were ready to order dessert, our waitress comes back, we order the dessert and then she looks at us and asks “did you get food”? Ummmm… yes hun, we did 🤦‍♀️.

After being seated my party of 2 waiting 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table then the bartender noticed nobody had been to us came over and asked if anyone had and she was very apologetic and nice. Took drink order and food order. Ordered the pulled pork bbq which was not warm and had underwhelming flavor. My son ordered a cheese flat bread pizza which he said was "just ok" I would not recommend going.

Cold and overcooked food. Servers were great but kitchen was horrible. Dry fish , chicken under the heat lamp too long, fries had good flavor but were barely warm. Never again!

No problem walking in on a Friday night for two people at 7pm. Seated inside at a table and waited fifteen minutes for a server before getting up and going to the bar to order drinks and food. Too bad the food we ordered didn’t even have what was supposed to be included because they were out of onion rings which would have been fine but tell us that when we order the appetizer not after the fact. Just not what you expected from a “Hard Rock Cafe”

My brother and I visited on Friday February 6th, 2026 as we’re on vacation in South Beach. I made a reservation online for 7:30PM as the menu looked good and we arrived on time! Yay. We went upstairs and had to figure out where to be seated as the host (she was kind but was on her second day and stated she was stressed out) said there were no tables, although there were many that were vacant. We ended up sitting at the bar, we were barely acknowledged, we were not given a menu at all. We went back to hostess to ask for one and during that time I was searching another option to have dinner! At 8PM we ended up at Black Market . We made a great choice by leaving! I would NOT recommend Hard Rock Cafe to anyone.

Terrible for a Hard Rock!!!!!! The menu is meager! Lots of burgers and all sorts of terrible food! I couldn't choose anything to eat, the view from the outside is terrible! I don't recommend it, better choose another place!!!!!!! Time to look over the menu in this establishment, it's a disgrace! It was impossible to sit outside, we went inside, there were a bunch of empty tables, they told us to wait 20 minutes. A nightmare!

We're a big fans of this company! We been in many of their locations! But, yesterday we stopped at this location and it was horrible! My burger was horrible the plate it self was just disgusting! The waitress complete out of touched!! I should had go to Burger King!! When restaurants charge $22 for a burger, do the right thing! I don't mind paying for food but treat me right!! The manager was a very decent guy! He didn't charge me for the burger. But the point is when anyone goes out to eat it ain't about the money it is about leaving the restaurant feeling full and happy! It was not a good experience date: 11/1/2025 around 4 pm!

Never had food, so can't comment on that. Initially Antoine the manager was super friendly & welcoming, explaining they were short staffed & mentioned about using the order & pay app. Tried tat but just kept on directing me to casino games, no sign of ordering drinks. We waited over 10 mins to get served & none of the many staff on came near us. We decided at this point to approach a member of staff about table service who then replied it was not his section & didn't care. I'm sorry, customer service is not about sections, areas or who you want to serve. All guests should be treated the same & on this experience we will not be back. Shame, Hard Rock used to be an iconic brand. Least merch is still good.

I’ve been here several times because the food is good and the location is convenient. Unfortunately, the service is disappointing, especially the hostess, who is consistently unpleasant and unwelcoming. The waiter took over 15 minutes to come to our table, and the drinks took more than 30 minutes and arrived one by one. This location does not reflect the service quality expected from the Hard Rock brand. I hope management addresses these issues.

Very disappointing experience – poor service and unfair charging We visited the Hard Rock Cafe location today and had a very frustrating experience. After placing our order, we waited an extremely long time for our food. The meals were only served after we complained and approached the staff ourselves — otherwise, it seems we would have kept waiting. There was no apology or compensation offered for the unreasonable delay. The situation became even worse at checkout. We were not informed that a 20% gratuity was already included in the bill. I paid and then added an extra tip, not knowing it had already been charged. The waitress did not point this out before I paid. I only realized later, returned to the restaurant, and the charge was corrected — but this should never have happened in the first place. This type of conduct lacks professionalism and transparency. Given the experience we had, there was certainly no justification for any tip at all — especially not one added automatically without proper, clear disclosure. Overall, this visit was very disappointing. I expect better standards from a brand like Hard Rock Cafe and believe some form of compensation is appropriate for the poor service and unnecessary stress we experienced.

Need some serious help!!!! The food was ok, but the portions were super small. If I pay $25 for a burger, it should be bigger than what I get at McDonalds. The table was sticky, there was no silverware or napkins, and the service was TERRIBLE! Orders were wrong, food got forgotten, drinks were forgotten or mixed up…… Had to ask repeatedly for silverware and napkins! Took forever to get anything. And seriously. If it’s the Hard Rock Cafe, why are we listening to pop and dubstep? Really? Create an atmosphere people!

Worst food I ever had. The service excellent. I ordered beef fajitas. There was barely enough for two let alone four as the normal. It was tasteless. No juices or sauces on the sizzler the meat stuck to the sizzler. The onions and peppers were 100% microwaved. Horrible

Fuimos y había un show, mucho grito y la música muy alta, no se podía hablar en la mesa. Compramos el vaso del trago y nos dieron el usado. La calidad de la comida muy buena como en otros hard rock

Para nosotros es ya una tradición visitar los Hard Rock de cada ciudad: dar una vuelta por la tienda y disfrutar de la comida. Sin embargo, en Miami no pudimos cumplirla por la pésima atención del personal. La primera chica que nos atendió nos dijo que solo había sitio en la barra del bar. Al preguntarle por la terraza, respondió que habría que esperar media hora. Como nos pareció bien, nos indicó —con bastante desgana— que esperáramos en los sofás de la terraza (desconozco si son para esperar o tomar algo, porque estaban completamente vacíos). Al rato, otra empleada nos vio sentados y nos dijo de malas maneras que no podíamos estar allí. Le explicamos que estábamos esperando una mesa en la terraza, y fue a confirmarlo con la primera. Tras verificarlo, esta segunda camarera nos pidió el nombre para anotarlo en la lista, algo que la primera ni siquiera había hecho. Después de comentar entre nosotros el trato recibido hasta ese momento, decidimos que no queríamos quedarnos a cenar. Avisamos a una tercera camarera para anular la reserva. Esta, a diferencia de las anteriores, fue muy amable y atenta, e incluso trató de convencernos para quedarnos, ofreciéndonos mesa inmediata en la terraza si cambiábamos de opinión (¿no se supone que no había?). Pero ya era tarde. Sabíamos que había sitio: veíamos mesas libres y en el sistema de reservas también aparecía disponibilidad. Esa noche perdieron dos clientes, y probablemente no fuimos los únicos. Porque, sencillamente, así no se trata a un cliente.
