Food wise I though it would be better. Don't get me wrong, food was still very good but I found myself comparing dishes to other restaurants that had a better version of the dish in my opinion. It is a nice location and ambiance is very nice. Service was impeccable and very attentive.

It is a pleasure to share my thoughts on the experience at nuna. The atmosphere created within the establishment is truly unique and inviting. The quality of service and food provided is consistently attentive and professional. The culinary offerings are creative, delicious, and well-presented. Overall, it is a delightful place that I would recommend.

Our experience at Nuna was 100/10. Food was exquisite and flavors were balanced just perfectly. We were welcomed with champagne by our server. We ordered the salmon nigiri, tiger prawn & shrimp tempura and wagyu & truffle dumplings to start with; all were delicious but specially the salmon nigiri which you can feel how it melts in your mouth. Cocktails Nuna pisco and Wabi Sabi were so yummy. Hamachi tiradito paired with their leche de tigre was very tasty as well, their chicharron Branzino as our main course was out of this world. And to end the night we ordered their most popular dessert Cacao, delicious. This restaurant is a must in Brickell area, definitely will be coming back!!!

It was indeed a culinary experience… we were warmly welcomed and brought on a journey from appetizers to desserts, it was hard to choose! The staff were extremely knowledgeable and executed with so much flair… food was of course - AMAZING! We will definitely be back.

Dinner at NUNA was everything I could have hoped for from this concept! The menu was unique and gave me something different to look forward to in Miami. The dumpling is exquisite and the best thing to order on the menu.

We had dinner at Nuna yesterday with two other couples. It was perfection. I have not been that impressed with a restaurant in a while. We loved everything we tried. The most spectacular dish was the branzino, it was just amazing. The service and attention was also top notch since the moment we checked-in with the host. Everybody was very attentive and caring. Special mention to a lady, she was not even our server, but she was so kind and seemed genuine a couple of times we interacted with her. Unfortunately I didn't understand when she told me her name, something like Welly or something like. She took some pictures for us just outside the restaurant. There is a some room for improvement I would say in the wine prices. They are too high. They should offer some more reasonably priced ones.

The Peruvian-Japanese fusion is on point. I’m Peruvian, and I can honestly say the flavors are next level. The service is 10/10—super friendly and attentive. The wagyu dumplings were incredible, the skewers were delicious, and the rolls did not disappoint at all. I highly recommend this place 😍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Culinary Gem in Downtown Miami. NUNA is Perfection From the moment we arrived at NUNA, nestled inside the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Miami, we knew we were in for something extraordinary. This upscale Peruvian restaurant exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We were a group of four and decided to fully indulge — sampling most of the items on their menu — and not one dish disappointed. Each plate was a work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor, texture, and presentation. The freshness of the ingredients and the precision of the execution reflect a deep respect for traditional Peruvian cuisine with an elevated, contemporary twist. Our server was phenomenal! Warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, answered all of our questions with care, and helped us pair our cocktails with the dishes we ordered (the cocktail list is spectacular, by the way — each drink was layered, inventive, and beautifully crafted). Midway through our meal, the manager came by our table, and she was a delight. She shared the story behind NUNA, how the concept came together, and walked us through the menu’s highlights with passion and insight. It made us appreciate the experience on a deeper level. We chose to sit outdoors just before sunset, and the ambiance was absolutely dreamy. As the sun dipped below the skyline, string lights lit up the deck, casting a golden glow over the space and creating the most romantic atmosphere. It felt like a scene from a movie. NUNA is more than just a restaurant, it’s a journey through culture, flavor, and hospitality. Whether you’re a local or visiting Miami, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You won’t just have dinner, you’ll have an unforgettable experience.

Jaime Pesaque is an amazing chef, location it’s stunning, food is very good a bit overpriced.now it definitely needs ambience music, energy. Apart from that food is very good. Certainly would recomend, Arroz con mariscos, truffle gyosas. Ceviche Nuna. The rolls, too much rice, short on protein. The chocolate dessert is way too much chocolate.

Only 2 dishes out of 7 were remarkable, the rest mediocre food. This chef has an amazing place in Lima, Peru, but Nuna doesn’t even come close. We even got sick. Typical Miami trend, nice photos, bad food.

I had high hopes for Nuna, but left disappointed. The service was poor, even with a reservation, it took 15 minutes to be seated in a half-empty restaurant and another 15 before anyone offered water. Cocktails were overpriced and underwhelming. The tiger prawn and shrimp tempura were good but came after the maki instead of as an appetizer, the sake maki was unimpressive and on the sweeter side, and the wagyu nigiri was overly peppery and unbalanced. The short rib with truffle mashed potatoes (so watery it needed a spoon) was the only standout dish and felt like the saving grace of the meal. To top it off, the kitchen closes at 10pm sharp on a Saturday night in Miami… surprisingly early. Nice ambience and setting, but overall not worth a return visit.

The worst New Year’s Eve experience for the most incredible cost of $1400 For four people.!!!! Reservation was at 8:45 PM. We made the reservation months earlier . We were allowed to go in at 9:45 PM. One hour late, no apologies from anyone. They gave us a private room which we did not ask because we wanted to be in the restaurant atmosphere. The private room had chairs that my grandmother once had in her shack she lived in. No table cloths anywhere. That room look like something cheesecake factory wouldn’t put you in!! Quite literally. $250 a person plus gratuities that were automatically slapped on without any consideration for what we wanted to do. For that, we got an eight course meal which consisted of each plate having something on it the size of an inch. Tiny little things that you couldn’t make out to see what they actually were. About a spoonful on each plate that they would bring out. It wasn’t too bad in taste but ridiculous for the price!!! And then there is the waiter situation. Not a lot of them speak English. Problem number one ! problem number two is they didn’t have enough staff and so we didn’t get our food and we had to beg for service each and every time. Since they let us in at 9:45 PM we had to beg for them to give us our last plate at 11:56 PM… at every course we had to beg them to bring it! . Almost missing New Year’s Countdown which was outside by the pool. I must’ve asked five times for waiters to hurry up. Other people at our table asked a dozen times and nothing was done. We even went up to their station where they were coming in and out of.. I don’t see this as a waiter problem. I see that as a Restaurant planning problem….. They absolutely failed. But they charged us an Arm and a leg. When we finally got out to the poolside for the party, there was a stampede of people trying to get in which they couldn’t handle. The girls working there We’re so confused and could barely get people in with some kind of wrist band. Out of a party of 11 I’m the only one that got this wristband. Not that it mattered because nobody checked for any wristbands and it’s simply delayed me for the countdown of New Year’s. There was absolutely nothing going on poolside, other than a DJ who was simply Playing beats. No songs that anybody would recognize or would dance to. In fact, nobody danced. There were people so dressed up for this event with such high hopes and there was absolutely nothing going on. Absolutely nothing.!!! There was no champagne served, although that was promised. Total and utter boredom with nothing to do.. Some of us don’t even remember the countdown to New Year’s. I don’t think there was one. And there was no traditional New Year’s song played. It was just nothing. There was one person serving grapes in little cups that people just grabbed. We hung around for about five minutes with nothing to do, but just look at other people that have nothing to do and then went right back into the restaurant, back onto our wooden ridiculous chairs Into our boring room…. And waited for the bill. Half an hour later, the bill came. No one cleaned our table at all while we were gone. Because they just don’t have the staff. The bill for 11 people showed up at a whopping $4000 with a $600 automatic gratuity, an automatic 20% on the pre-tax amount . For that kind of service (nonexistent, erratic at best and delayed to the point of utter annoyance!) the gratuity should’ve been $100 max. And then they had the audacity to write at the bottom of the bill. What 18% would be, 20% and 25%extea would be added a little more. All the people in our party were absolutely flabbergasted at the whole thing. It was nothing but a huge money grab with nothing to offer to anyone. Total shame, shameless money grab. Did I mention the valet service outside for $48 for that night and the drinks that were extra at the bar for $25 each? Don’t go there.

Visited NUNA at the Four Seasons Miami over Christmas. Unfortunately, the Arroz de Mariscos was oversalted to the point of being nearly inedible. At this price point, consistency should be a given regardless of the holiday timing. The experience didn't match expectations for a restaurant of this caliber. Would consider giving it another try on a regular evening, but this visit was disappointing.

We been there on NYE and it was TERRIBLE. Diatery restrictions been completely ignored. glasses been chipped and dirty. Of a 8 course pre fix menue for 250 usd p.P. only 5 couses in 3 1/2 h came. Our waitress was no where to be seen for pro longed period of time and we needed to place drinking orders with bussers. Not to forget on top of all the misery a mandatory 20% tip & tax.

We visited Nuna for Valentine’s Day , they were offering a $200 per person prix fixe menu, expecting an elevated, memorable dining experience. Instead, it was hands down the worst food I have ever had at a high-end restaurant in Miami. Every single dish was a disappointment. The food tasted like it had been cooked hours earlier and left sitting under a heat lamp — lifeless, uninspired, and completely lacking the refinement you would expect at this price point and at a four seasons hotel As we looked around the dining room, it was clear we weren’t alone. Guests were quietly pushing plates aside, leaving food untouched, or sending dishes back altogether. Even the dessert — vanilla ice cream — was ruined. Somehow they managed to overcomplicate it by adding truffle, completely overpowering and destroying what should have been the simplest, most enjoyable part of the meal. Service was good , food and drinks horrible For $200 per person on Valentine’s Day in Miami, this wasn’t just disappointing — it was shocking.
