Nothing like a Cuban pizza napolitana 😍🍕 and a mantecado milkshake to go with it 🥤✨ Already excited to go back and try the guava one! 💕🇨🇺
This place is a steal. Super cheap prices and super good pizza. The pizzas might look small at first, but they fill you up just enough. We also recommend getting a “batido” of your choice. The mango one is delicious!
Pizzas are delicious. True cuban pizzas. The fruit milkshakes are delicious too. The prices are fair and the wait time was pretty short. The only issue was parking since the food place is inside a gas station but the pizzas are worth the hassle. It was for me. Definitely going back to try other offers from the menu.
Cuban cofee. I'm assuming cuban cofee is always with milk or maybe I need to learn spanish so I can be more clear. Anyway I will enjoy the coffee. It looks like alespresso with milk added. Will need to research the caffeine content... But it looks good
Hands down!! The best cuban style pizza in Miami. We tried Vegetarian pizza (Cebolla). Very delicious and filling. Shakes are very good. All at affordable prices!
The food is simply amazing 🥰🥰 I've found a favorite place to eat here. I'll forever be a customer ♥️🤘
Pizza excellent, very good taste. And the shakes ricos.
I kinda love it
I WAS THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS SATURDAY AND MY HUSBAND AND I TRIED THEIR PIZZAS - AWESOME!!!!!!!! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AND TRY THE SHAKES CARMEN
Never Eaten here. But I live in Hialeah, and this place always has tons of people inside and outside. The Food smells amazing. Shakes are Thick.
First time trying Cuban pizza and I loved it. The milkshakes are soooo good. And the service was awesome :)
Loved it everything excellent the pizzas are so good and i love the shakes they make
Best Cuban pizza in Miami! Who would have known you'll find it inside a gas station 😂
Best Cuba pizza in town, just pick up on the way home and you are good to go
For me, the best place to eat a true Cuban pizza, its employees are attentive and for the volume of orders they have, they are very fast.
Love those pizzas. I brought my coworkers at 3 a.m in the morning after party. They love it!🍕🍕
Quick simple and affordable pizza and shakes! Easy and honest service, will come back again.
If u are in hialeah and want to try a real cuban pizza u must stop in this gas station and ask for a ham pizza and mantecado shake , perfect combination
Real good cuban stand-kiosk pizza. Throw 'em forks away, fold in half and go complain at the treadmill.
The pizza has an excellent crus and the toppings are ver tasty. The shakes are DELICIOUS.
Amazing pizza with great taste. The shakes are made with ice cream, I recommend
Excelent service, awesome pizza. I am a pizza fanatic and expert and I was impressed the attendants were very polite and professional, I recommend this pizza .
The attention was very personalized
Great Pizza. Great Staff especially Rosangel, Laura and Maileidys
All do, it was inside a gas station, the service and the food was excellent....
Great flavors, great customer service. Prices might not be what some people expect, but I rather have Palenque 100 times before Domino’s, Pizza Hut or any other franchise pizza place. Besides nothing better than to have a pizza with a shake. Best combination ever.
My friends and I stopped by after a concert the other day. I had the Hawaiian pizza and one of my friends had the pepperoni pizza. The pizzas were absolutely delicious. We also had shakes. I had the strawberry shake, it was good but the McDonald's shake is still undefeated.
Very friendly and fast with their milkshakes!
Great pizza, good service, short wait times for your order, good all round
First time here and the service was excellent. The girls were very nice and helpful. Tried a ham and cheese pizza and the only thing that was not how I like it is that the ham did not feel as fresh as I expected however was not bad either. Will be coming back for more
Literally the best Cuban pizza ever! And the shakes are great!!! I always recommend this place!!! The service is right as if you’re in Cuba and the pizza is like to get a flight to La Havana 😋
Located inside the gas station is pizza with a Cuban twist from what I’ve been told. The pizza itself was tasty and cheap so no complaints there. I do suggest ordering by phone since it can get really busy here.
I'm Crystal. I just recently start coming here and this is the best pizza i have ever had!!! They never disappoint me and every one is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Tell them Crystal sent ya!!!😊
La mejor pizza Cubana en MIAMI! This is by far the most authentic Cuban pizza you can buy in miami. I highly recommend their pizzas so you can see why I had to write this review. I have been a local for over 20 years and never had a better Cuban pizza in Miami 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
El Palenque Pizzería Cubana offers a delightful fusion of Cuban flavors and traditional pizza, creating a unique and flavorful dining experience that transports patrons to the heart of Cuba through its delicious menu offerings
Loved the pizza and milkshake 🤤
Excelente service, awesome pizza. My wife Nicky had been asking me for a while for some cuban pizza. I am a pizza fanatic and expert and I was impressed the attendants Dani's and Yohana were very polite and professional, I recommend this pizza and this location.
This place makes pretty good Cuban Style pizza. You get your own personal 6" pizza with any toppings or select from their menu items.
El Palenque Pizzería Cubana impresses with its unique fusion of Cuban flavors and traditional pizza, delivering a delightful culinary experience that sets it apart from typical pizza joints.
Excellent services and delicious pizzas wowww 🤩
one of the greatest pizza places in town for sure
Crispy crust and authentic to the Cuban pizza. This is at a gas station. You speak English not so much use that translator. Wasn't able to try their shakes.
Very good quality authentic Cuban pizza. The staff is very understanding and attentive. I’ve been coming to eat here for over 6 years. The overnight shift in particular are very hardworking getting all the orders out in a timely manner while ensuring quality food.
I love this Cuban pepperoni pizza :) I drive from Pompano beach just to come here.
The costumer service it’s amazing the employees are very friendly and attentive. Ann the pizzas are amazing. Definitely recommend going
The best pizza ever, Maileydis and Laura give me a great service, thank you!
Maileidys and Laura were amazing in the morning helped me very quick/ 10/10 as always
El Palenque Pizzería is a true gem! The pizza is fantastic—authentic, flavorful, and with the perfect crust every time. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a meal with family and friends, it’s the ideal spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great pizza and an amazing experience.
The Batidos are the best you won’t find anywhere else ! And everyone always has a smile
The owners of this establishment hit the jackpot! -Great location but horrible parking: on a busy intersection, across from Hialeah Hospital, inside of a gas station, but parking is a complete mess! During lunch time/peak hours there is absolutely no parking available, folks just pull up and occupy the gas pumps for the 10-15 mins it takes to prep your pizza. I recommend calling ahead and doing pick-up to avoid the parking situation. -Small but popular menu for the demographic in Hialeah. Quite a few different pizzas on the menu, I tried the Ham&Cheese and the Hawaiian, neither was nothing super special, I was not blown away, the dough was soft and airy, edges crispy, topping were average. I would not try again. The milkshakes/batidos I had (mamey, guava) were pretty good—these are made from fruit flavored ICE-CREAM and not the actual fruit, so if you’re on a diet, these are not the batidos for you. I absolutely LOVED the guava batido, definitely a Cuban/SoFlo flavor! I saw a guy buying an entire bucket of ice-cream there but its not on the menu, guess you can ask if you’re having a party or something. They also sell desserts, see my pics for all menu items. -Good prices : see my pics for prices -FAST service!! The girls working there should get an award or pay raise, they are answering phones, making shakes, taking orders, etc, etc. They are actually courteous and not lagging or talking among themselves, I was really surprised!! I hope they get paid well, they deserve it! -Overall: I would not try this pizza again only because it is average and there are lots of other Cuban pizza joints in close proximity. The batidos I might do again, maybe try other flavors…if they can get that parking situation right. For what I can see, this place is clean and is a pretty successful business model!!
This place is located inside a gas station. Parking is hard to find. You have to just park by the pumps and go inside and order. This is not a restaurant where you sit and eat, this is more of a take out only type of store. Most of time there is a lot of people waiting for their orders. So be patient. Staff is nice and friendly. Pizzas are tasty and flavorful.
Cuban pizza good but was away better at the beginning milkshakes delicious always busy sometimes the pizza is burned and the spaghetti with no sauce at all🤦♀️
They do take a little to get your pizza but its because its made at the time of order but that time is acceptable because the pizzas are amazing.
Pizza is great! A little bit pricy for the size, but taste is really good.
Cuban Pizza, it's great among the best in the area. However, for a cuban pizza, it feels like it's missing more cheese. This is more of a "grab it and go" or "take out." Looks like they have a lot of customers which makes parking a nightmare due to it's location (Gas Station). Overall, it's ok 👍.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEIR PIZZAS. I get the pizza with the ham toppings because it's the closest in flavor to the one from back home for me. I'm not sure what it's called in Spanish but it was my Caliente if you catch my drift ;)🥰🥰
The cuban pizza is delicious. The wait is honestly the problem but I guess since they make it fresh on the spot & have so much clientele, It must take a little while to get your food.
Pizza was delicious as usual, atmosphere wasn’t the best, I will say there were about 6 cops just chilling there and it kind of made me feel safe!
Did not compare to other palenque pizzerias. Pizza was extremely greasy and very doughy. I think they could of cooked it for a couple more minutes
Good quality Cuban style pizzas. Service is good, Cuban style.
Food is ok the service was good and quick Alrhough the pizzas a quite small considering the price
The pizza was great, the smoothies were all sugar and no flavor.
Pizzas are good flavor wise, but they keep getting smaller and smaller! They used to be the size of the plate, now they are just in the center. I picked up my pizza and I thought they had given me an empty box
It's OK. Not impressed. Pizza had barely any cheese and no sauce. Crust was excellent and flavor was ok. Pizza is fresh. But it's not loaded with cheese the way Cuban Pizza is supposed to be. I ordered 3 pizzas and all were the same.
I like the pizza here, I am only leaving a 3 star review beacuse Cuban pizzas are suppouse to be loaded with chesse or at least have more than the little portion that they use and they dont offer large pizzas in the menu, and for some reason the pizzas look smaller than a year ago, every time that I ask for my pizza to be crispy the crust is crispy as always really good but the rest of the pizza is still soft and white looking is almost like all the heat of the oven was focused on the crust🤷🏻♂️,I can understand because most of the times they are really busy and is not big deal I just put it in the oven for 3 more minutes when I get home and problem solved. But please I get that selling small pizzas can be more profitable than selling large ones, but we as custumers should at least have that option, every time I go to a friend house and I want to take a pizza over there I have to be asking how many people are going to be present and that completely spoiled the surprise. Once again I get the business side of things specially with the chesse but long term thats not a good strategy, because customers can see through that and looks silly. I will be changing my review in the future, if they improve, hope they do✌️.
The pizza, shakes, and spaghetti are very good, but the place does not have its own parking lot and remains full. The atmosphere of the place one does not feel safe.
The shakes tasted good. Pizza are small for the price. Got one with bacon. The bacon didn't taste right. Ended up getting sick. I hope it wasn't their food.
I ordered 3 pizzas they looked great...but when I got home I had to finish cooking the dough on the bottom. The shakes were really tasty.
Not what I expected after the aggressive advertising program. Pizzas are nothing special. They are smaller than they appear. Rey pizzas is a way better option still. Thanks. UPDATE: after the gentle response from the owner, would you take my suggestion: make the pizzas size a little larger and keep them as warm as possible until pickup. Mine were small and not so warm. Sitting on top of a regular shelf. Thanks for your attention.
Really busy place late nights and lengthy wait times for food and shakes. Average fare for the price with average customer service.
Pizza was ok, spaghetti was pretty good. Service was not good at all and on the ad it says dine in. Got there could not, had to eat in my car. Not going back.
Over priced,i feel like i was treated discriminated because of my color😩This was my second time ordering from them, first time they did a great job.But this time the man that was taking the order was rude to me.I sat outside and watch him bag someone else pizza, but when it was my turn i had to do it myself, poor customer service.I wont be back, but i must say the batidos are delicious.
This used to be a place to eat an excellent Pizza, but I don't know why if having everything what they need to continue in this way, the quality has dropped a lot.
The pizza was not that good.
The pizza and the place are overrated. The texture is like a round slice of white bread with grated mozzarella and sliced ham, then oven toasted. I picked the 'Neapolitana'. I believe the place has a draw due to the location and the nostalgia because of the name, 'La Pizza Cubana'. The combination of those two things has the place booming with business, at least by those who don't know a better pizza. My personal 'Neapolitana' was $14 with a strawberry smoothie. I had to wait 20 minutes, standing up, for that! I've had much better! Plus, there is no where to sit and enjoy your pizza. That intersection is incredibly noisy. The loud metro-rail, the gas fumes from the intersection, the car fumes of cars fueling up, the people standing outside and speaking real loud, etc. Not for me. Never again! Their smoothies are excellent, I must say! I gave the place two stars ⭐⭐
Food is good, the service is horrible, the girls the attitude etc. Atmosphere also horrible the embiroment is scary and unsafe. Isn't a gas station anymore. I recommend you to call half an hour before picking up.
The worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It was overly salty, greasy, and although I asked for it to be crispy, it came out burnt
Calles to place the order, they said 12 mins, it took more than 35 on the window waiting for 2 pizzas and a shake. Pizza overcooked. Was supposed to be around $20, they charged $26, no receipt. First and last time.
Pizza wasn’t cut. They told another customer they were out of pizzas, when I asked they said they just got an order in. Horrible customer service skills. No complaints on the taste of the pizza.
Very small pizzas and the real prices are not what they put on the internet menú. They more expensive. Very disappointed and I will not recommend at all.
They took literally around 45 minutes to get my food. Going to the pizza shop down the road would if been a much better idea, never go unless your not in in a hurry.
The worst pizza 🍕 I have ever tried in this country in 21 years. Service very slow. No parking. Big mistake going there.
A lot of dough and almost no toppings. Not worth the price for the poor quality of the pizzas. Polo Norte or Rey's Pizza are still the best cuban pizzas in Miami.
When it first opened it was amazing. Now the pizza is tiny, lacks any flavor, mamey shake didn't even taste like the fruit.
They make delicious Cuban pizzas, but the customer service is horrible, one of the cashier workers was super rude to me tonight. She shouldn't be working in customer service, she has no education and is very ordinary.
Im on vacation in miami, Today i desire to eat a authentic Cuban pizza in miami, very happy to order so then this blonde cuban lady extremely rude and 0 skills with customer service was so cold and disrespectful i ask for a cheese and ham pizza so she so smart told me every pizza come with cheese… on tip of that her actitud is so disgusting that i ask if the served pizza in the morning and she said 24 hours don’t you see. This is my worst experience en una pizeria cubana
If you come in person to order at the gas station, be prepared to wait at least 50 minutes!
The only steal here is your hope for good pizza and the cash in your bank account. Today, we ordered 4 pizzas, spaghetti, and s milkshake. The pizzas were Cheese, Ham, Hawaiian, and Onion. The best one was the Hawaiian. However, our pizzas barely had tomato sauce on them. Mines was the Ham pizza and it felt like I was eating some ham on a piece of bread. I did get a Mamey milkshake and that was probably the best part. There are much better places you can go. Save your money for something better.
Horrible experience. Spent an hour waiting for 1 pizza. Had to leave because when ask appropriately how much time was left, they had no estimate what so ever and could not explain why my order was taking so long. Horrible customer service. If you are looking for a good pizza place Castle Novo pizzería is what I recommend.
This is arguably one of the worst pizzas and pasta Ive ever had. There at least 10 other locations nearby that have better food. Sauce from a can, you can taste the freezer burn on dough. The cheese tastes like chemicals. The spaghetti and sauce were borderline chef boy ardee. I work a block away and avoid it at all costs. Save your money.
Worst pizza ever . This people don’t value their customers ,pizza has no flavor and on top of all this place has no hygiene when dealing with the food as we found hair on our pizza. The pizza was cold and flat ( Cuban pizzas are not supposed to be thin). Not even in Cuba you can find a pizza as bad as this.
Service horrible. Bad attitude and the pizza sucked .
I came to miami to visit and i was hoping i could eat a cuban pizza and went to this location and i could get was gas and was even lucky to get that. The atmosphere in this place feels like a hood. People parking their cars at the pumps playing loud music i thought this was a convenience store not a night club. I ust didn't feel this place safe and got gas and left. The owners shouldn't let people hang out in the parking lot and the pumps. It makes this place look like a hood. Also saw people smoking at the pumps. This place is a mess.
