Fast service and delicious burgers and fries

Its Wendy's. Exceptionally clean. Like I didn't notice the plexiglass until I saw the shadow created by the aperture clean. Quick friendly service. It would be unfair to take a star off because of the bad ingress/egress of the parking lot. The awesome employees had no say in the parking lot design. Not a deal breaker.

My first time experience here at this Wendy's was great. The customer service was excellent the food was prompt and on time. it was what I ordered a salad and a fish sandwich. I had no complaints about the food it was all great tast fresh and authentic. To be honest I love going to win today simply because everything always tastes fresh so great brand

Much what I expected. Quick, inexpensive. Establishment was clean. My son (2yr) loved the fries, chicken, and a few bites of my burger. He didn't mind the high chair at all which actually fit the table which is oddly uncommon.

I've been going here since I was little. I always ordered the jr. bacon cheeseburger, large fries with a chocolate frosty. Nothing much has changed since then. They have remodeled and have kiosks like everywhere else to place your order. Like anywhere else, prices have gone up. I'm sad to say for here the biggie bag, 5 for $5 or whatever it's not as advertised. Here, they charge more depending on the type of burger you want with the meal. For example, I think my jr. bacon cheeseburger meal with nuggets is $6, but if you want a chicken sandwich, it's $8. Service is decent depending on who you get. The food is always fresh and correct whenever I've ordered it here. I highly recommend going here.

I don't live anywhere near this particular Wendys. However when I do go the service is always great the staff are always fast professional courteous and jovial. Not only that my food is always fresh as if I was the 1st customer of the day. This Wendy's gets my vote!

Visited this location for the first time. Everything was more than I had expected. There was ample parking and I was greeted warmly. The food was fresh,delicious and served quickly. It was truly a wonderful visit, more than I had ever experienced at any other location. Thank you!

This location is friendly and food is not bad. We normally order: Dave single patty burger with fries. And either a bacon burger with chili’s or sometimes a baked potato depending on our mood. We even have tried their salad. Food is really not bad at all. Been going there whenever we want something fast and don’t feel like cooking.

Great food here. Everything tastes great. Always happy to fix any issues with your order w/out giving you a hard time. Last time I was there they had a coke freestyle machine in the restaurant, but only a regular soda fountain for drive-thru orders. Note, if you come during meal time, the drive thru line starts to look like that chicken sandwich place or that white and red restaurant where they serve the Double-Double.

Every once in a while. My husband and I stop in at Wendy's for lunch. Be order of variety of things from the menu. This is one of the few Wendy's next to San Francisco. So we will always grab a Baked potato Chile beans Salad a sandwich frosty's. We take our time at the tables because the atmosphere is clean and inviting.

Pretty good as far as Wendys go. My order was correct and packaged correctly. It was a regular and successful hand off. Nothing stood out as fantastic, but I didn't have a single negative issue either. I recommend highly!

Burger King could have been better, especially with the service regarding condiments and napkins. It can be frustrating when things like ketchup and napkins are overlooked.

We used the drive-thru. All of us ordered the "Biggie" meal. We all enjoyed the samplings, and, in fact, went thru the line again. We we surprised with the goodness of the chicken nuggets, yummy! The burger was good with the bun being exceptional. Fries were fine and we had our choice of beverages. When we went through the line again, our order was muffed a little. We tried the new peach lemonade. Two of us loved it, the other party didn't think it was sweet enough. We made plans to return next week.

This was my first trip to this Wendy's and the service was really slow. Not sure if it was short staff or training new staff but it took a lot longer than I would think was normal. The car in front of me was really upset with the service and the trash out of their window. The staff was friendly though. Food tasted good and that's the most important thing for me. Considering everything I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Still very good prices even now though the quality isn't top tier as it was a few years ago, the savings alone makes it worth it but just becareful as it's a very busy location at certain hours, try and go during less peak times or order ahead of time on the app.

Hi family. Trust you’re good. Well, we stopped by Wendy’s to get their new triple berry Frosty. The picture has the ice cream coming out the top of the cup but when you order it, the ice cream doesn’t even overflow, but I think it taste pretty good. So if you don’t mind getting less than what the picture looks like you should be ok.

I love the Wendy's salads, I tried the chili again, still not a huge fan. I like my chili spicy, it was definately lacking for my palate. However, the place is always clean, and the food is always served quickly and hot.

I love Wendys... The staff in the morning are a hit or miss in their customer service but the burgers and fries are always juicy and delicious. I'm there in the morning for their 2 for $3 menu and I gots to eat or I'll be hangry on the job lol

The food is just ok. For people who are accustomed to eating processed food it might taste better. For persons who are not there are a few salad and wrap options. The employees at the Daly City location are very pleasant.

Truthfully I only gave it 3 stars due to the fact this Wendy's has a huge parking lot and it's accessible from 3 different streets. Easy to get to whether driving or taking public transportation .... other than that they never have what I want when I go... as if a baked potato and spicy nuggets are that difficult to keep on hand... it's all good tho... keep trying Wendy's..

Been coming on and off for months because it's close to work every time I'm here it's 15 min wait as the people are to busy talking and on there phones and as you are putting in your order you have to stop so they can talk so more. The food is good staff doesn't care at all

This place was just AWFUL!! The order taker, Maricel, had no idea what she was doing. I wanted the crispy chicken sandwich, med. fries and a small drink. I got a kids meal and the largest drink I’ve ever seen. The fries were like mush. My partner ordered the jalapeño popper chicken sandwich, fries and a large drink.. HE GOT Baconator Double, fries and a Small drink. We complained and got no where!!!! Never again.

I just go for the frosty usually - and sometimes a salad (the salad is actually good). But the rest of the menu is more or less "forgettable" at best. Worse yet, it seems like your stomach starts imploding from eating (what must be) artificial food about an hour after you eat it (the burgers, baked potatoes, etc)... Probably all full of fillers, preservatives and artificial ingredients Realistically, no fast food is good on a regular basis. And it's not that Wendy's tastes bad or anything, but don't be surprised if you feel crappy later. So to wrap this up, this is probably the most genuine review of this Wendy's location. I started managing Wendy's restaurants back in the 70s. I even worked for the franchise who owns this particular restaurant AND worked here a couple of times. That said, today was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. First in line, I waited for 10 minutes as the cashier worked diligently to fulfill delivery orders, i.e. DoorDash. I had to, eventually, start making noise in order to get MY order even taken. A simple Dave's single combo, which was still not the way I ordered it. The cashier missed an ingredient, but I don't have time to go back and have them get it right. Extremely disappointed at this. I once raved about how great Wendy's was. Not after this experience, though.

The employees here are VERY rude! They made a mistake twice and each time I went back to get the correct item, they would roll their eyes and huff and puff. It's just common sense to hold a certain standard as an employee, and its obviously not met here.

Came to the drive through and asked for a military discount, and the drive thru cashier YOSEF stated WE DON’T DO THAT LOL. You could answer in a better way as in sorry sir but, we don’t offer any military discount in this location. The way (TONE OF VOICE) he answered back was rude. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Maybe he/him needs to brush up on customer service skills. This location definitely isn’t military friendly. Oh, but they do have SENIOR DISCOUNT LOL.

Saturday august 14 Google says this store is open at 6:30 I got here at 8:30 and the doors were closed. After knocking and waiting I decided to go through the drive through and ask and they said they open at 9 am so me along with about 8 other people waited and at 9:05 there was still no one coming to let us in so one of the other gentlemen went to ask and they said 9:30 and he tried to explain that I was told 9 and they just walked away than he decided to leave to go home and 2 minutes later they came to open the door. Their Coca Cola taste like those nasty soda bottles that’s been opened for weeks in the fridge. It does not have that distinctive fresh taste from fountain drink machines.

I recently went through the drive thru, at the Daly City location (on a Tuesday about 5-530pm.) and a week later someone attached my debit card (as a credit card) to a PayPal account. Then used it at a shoe store in San Jose. I know it was this location, because I didn't have the card that long, and this is the first location I used it as a credit card. The person at the window took my card, and I almost left without it, until she said "Don't forget your card!" Because she kept it and didn't return it right away. I thought it was fishy, but didn't think much of it until a fraudulent transaction went through my account. There had to be at least two people involved, because she pretty much stayed at the window, and had to reach further to retrieve my card, which tells me that someone else wrote it down. So there is a minimum of 2 if not more that are involved. I've tried to call the location, and it goes to a voicemail. I called several times. I left one message. I'm afraid if I go back into the location, I might be leaving in a cop car. So for everyone's safety, I will not be going. And will NEVER go there again! Or any other location!! I've Contacted their customer service hotline, and he submitted to others that needed to know. I got a return call from Cecil, and she tried to give me a line about how it could be from somewhere else, and not them, telling me examples (repeatedly) of situations she went through. No matter what I said, she wasn't hearing it. I had to keep interrupting her, to tell her it could Not be from anywhere else. She just kept saying you never know, and I kept repeating "I definitely know." So again...DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AT THIS LOCATION!!! Or any of their locations! If you choose to continue to go to them.

Always fast and clean, tasty to. Have you can see 7 years ago my review for this place was stellar. In 7 years it's unfortunate to see how far off this particular location has dropped. Upon entering there was nobody in line and we literally raided in front of the cashier for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Not a hello not a welcome, nothing. Then as we proceeded to give our order somebody came in cut in line because they had "doordash"? So apparently they are the kings of the world and can do whatever they want in this establishment. In my opinion it's 100% Management's responsibility to train their own employees as to the proper procedures when dealing with this. So I finally had to make a statement regarding who was being serviced because this was outrageous do all of a sudden have to wait for somebody right in the middle of placing our order. After frequently this establishment for the last 30 years I will never go back and I will tell my friends to never go back. Not an apology from a manager nothing we left without ordering anything. Absolutely horrible customer service representing Wendy's in the worst way. Worst Wendy's I've been to ever in my entire 54 years on this planet.

not sure whats going on at this location but i just doordashed an order and they completely forgot all 3 burgers and only bagged the fries, cookies, and nuggets. i had to reorder again and when the order arrived the burger that i had customized to have no pickles, HAD pickles. very disappointing that both experiences only 20 minutes apart were so bad.

They don’t prioritize orders by first in first out. Ordering from the kiosk seems to take longest and uber eats and doordash get their orders quickest. Ordering from the kiosk always takes half an hour to get your order completed. And every time I’ve ordered they’ve always messed up the order, lost the order, or forgot to give something I’ve ordered. Best to order drive thru or order from a person inside. Or just go to a different place altogether. It’s happened multiple times so it’s not just a one off thing.

The cooks are great . Never not once did I have a bad encounterment with my food . Unfortunately, it wasn't until tonight . We placed an order through doordash. Was happy and excited to eat it, but the only disadvantage was it wasn't near anything close to what we ordered. That's because we received someone else's order. Not only did this original person not receive their order, but their order was all wrong too. I'm very disappointed. And on another fact, they are not picking up the phone ! Called 5 times. Staff need to be better upon late hours . I was very much unsatisfied. Do better please. Got my food and it was the wrong sandwich I went inside asked for what I ordered and the lady asked for a receipt when I was just in there not even a minute ago then when I get my new sandwich the whole thing was cold and made sloppily like it was thrown together with leftover ingredients.

I order pretty nuch the same thing everytime, my order doesn't change except for if i make it a triple or double & yet they still can never get it right. They never answer the phone when they barely even have foot traffic, let alone alone a line of cars going through the drive thru. They CONSTANTLY mess up my orders, its probably 1/9 they will get it correct. They"re also rude & have poor customer service when trying to fix a problem they caused. They've alsp given my order away to another person without verifying, & when asked for my replacement they refused to remake it. Been going to this one since I was in elementary school & its def not the same nor is the service anywhere where it shouls be.

Everything on line says open at 7am so I ordered through the app go drive thru no response 715am waited five minutes no response I had to blow my horn at the window to alert them time to open. Manager looks like she just woke up.

The food was regular Wendy's food, but I went through the drive through and there was only one person in front of me. The whole process of ordering and getting food took about 30 minutes and my food was incorrect. It took about 10 minutes for the person in front of me to give their order (not sure whose fault that was) and one minute for me to give my order. It then took about 15 minutes for the person in front of me to get their food and it looked like they only had about 3 or 4 sandwiches. It then took about 5 minutes for me to get my hamburger which was incorrect as it had cheese on it even though I asked for no cheese. I will not be going to this Wendy's again.

The workers here are stealing money. I ordered a combo meal, an order of nuggets, and a cold brew. The woman gave me 2 straws and only the cold brew then said I never ordered the soda. She charged me for what I ordered. Never gave me a receipt and then wanted to charge me another 4 dollars for a large soda. Also the fries and burger I got were COLD. Audit your employees at this location ASAP

Food is wrong or missing ingredients. Fries are mush. 2 chocolate swirl shakes were both vanilla, my JBC had zero bacon. It has the correct order on my receipt but clearly Wendy's doesn't gaf about training or paying staff well. Obv this is just fast food quality now and it's all really bad. I should just go buy frozen food and reheat it at home since it's all made in the same factory anyway 🙄

The manager at this Wendy's today around 12:00, matter of fact the whole staff is very rude no customer service and very bias. I work hard and I come here to try to get a little something to eat and I don't expect to be treated like trash. The lady was yelling at me because I asked for a sauce after purchasing a whole meal, they never gave me a sauce for my nuggets so I asked for one and she said I had to buy something which I already did. And then she called me a racial slur in Spanish like I don't understand what mayate mean. I would never come to this place again I don't feel safe and if I had it my way I will close it down.

I don't know how in the world they can serve hamburgers cold, it makes me so angry!!!! I've complained about this before. For Christ sakes, don't serve hamburgers cold!!!

I'm giving one stars despite the fact that the food is fresh to order, the reason being that the customer service is horrible. I live within walking distance, and every time I have entered the restaurant, I've been totally ignored for at least 5 minutes, even when the place is empty and nobody is in line. The staff does not acknowledge my existence, not even to say, "we'll be right with you". Actually, they seem resentful, like they are punishing you for not using the self-cashier stations that will soon leave them out of the job. When someone finally arrives to take my order, they don't apologize for the delay or even ask what I'd like to order, they just stare and raise their eyebrows. One of the cashiers actually got mad at me when she couldn't understand what I was saying...because she doesn't understand English. I don't hear any English spoken. I understand Spanish well, but it was eerie for me that the staff expects the default language spoken to be Spanish and gets pissed and impatient when I ask a question in English about the menu or ingredients. The atmosphere inside the Wendy's is: GO AWAY. ORDER ONLINE OR DRIVE-THRU. WE DON"T WANT YOU HERE. It's like a packing place in a warehouse where nobody wants or has experience interacting with the public. The prices at Wendy's are also through the roof. The Spongebob kids meal was $11.99. I vowed never to come in here again unless I was dying of thirst and prepared to pay $5 for a soft drink. The price gouging is insane and I don't respect this business anymore or want to be a patron, especially after I heard how they want to introduce uber-like dynamic pricing that would increase prices at peak business hours. I really have nothing bad to say about the freshness of my orders, because they've always been piping hot. But the customer service, atmosphere, and pricing make this a place I only leave reproaching myself for having entered. OH AND I HATE THE PAPER STRAWS! One minute later and I'm eating soggy paper and can't even sip my drink anymore.
