Wow, so refreshing to go to a restaurant, it was very clean, fast and courteous service and the hamburger (Hungerbuster) was so delicious with hot fries and a very great tastings chocolate shake, my wife loved the fish plate. I observed how great everyone worked together as a team, when I asked them for tarter sauce, the Mgr immediately asked if I received any at all? I responded no, they handed me some and with a smile she instructed the young man to remember to always give out tartar sauce, ketchup and she did it with kindness, not humiliation, now I know why her crew work heard for her, she treats them how she would want to be treated. She's a teacher and a leader, yes she was also working as they were busy. Dairy Queen will be my new favorite hamburger place to go, of course Texas Burger also. No more Sonic or Whataburger.

The employee that I dealt with was super calm! Shorthanded like everywhere in the Midland/Odessa area but she handled it with dignity! Had to wait a bit but didn't mind!
I pass by this store often. The employees are courteous and friendly. Not once have I had a bad experience there. The food always comes to me hot (or cold for that matter). I suggest going in not the drive thru. It usually cuts down on wait time.
This franchise is still one of my favorites. You can go to the smallest town in the middle of nowhere here in Texas and still find a Dairy Queen.I can say I travel a lot and every location has always has met Dairy Queens standards!
Decent ice cream stuff I did not even know they had burgers and fries till recently. I would suggest the blizzard with mint ice cream and broken up Oreos mixed in. The price is ok but free would be best, can someone look into everything being free? Also they should make ice cream eating an Olympic event, the dude with the highest brain freeze tolerance is the winner.
The staff here are friendly and the icecream is pretty good! My only complaint at all is that the staff is allowed to wear acrylic nails while they're serving food which is pretty unappetizing. I also noticed that they don't wash their hands after handling the money and touching the food right after. I worked in food safety for a long time so this is my one pet peeve. Other than that I look forward to coming back for another dipped cone.
Food is good although the staff is usually not engaging at all. Never ride but just seem like they hate their job, which I do too at times but you gotta put on your work face. The blizzards are always perfect and the burgers are good as well.
It was really good once they got our order right. They gave us 2 items that we didn't even order and charged us for it. Then, they put the amount back on our card and finally received our proper order.

I like dairy queen and this is the one my papaw and mamaw use to take us to. Unfortunately the cooking was sub par this last visit and the gravy was extremely watery. I personally will still go back though. Hard to beat a blizzard!
Happy hour monday threw Friday 2 to 5 they have very good ice cream shakes and sodas I went threw drive threw decided I wanted another shake the employee told me it's to late had to go back and get in line I don't think so but other then that the rest is a nice place to eat or take your family for a quick bite .
the only good thing about dairy queen is of course the Blizards. Every time order Burger from here, the cheese not melted, the bone is cold. Again jonathan good here is the star ice cream.
Geeeezuz!! I don't think they could take any longer if they tried. The customer service is so bad! It took almost an entire hour just to get dessert for 4. Ridiculous. 2 workers were on their phone, one of which was just standing around on her phone. Sticking her hand in her shirt, her nose. Playing with her hair. No wonder it took so long.
It was ok, paid for a large blizzard and only received about a medium in a large cup. Ordered extra mix in’s and didn’t get them. Drink orders or ice cream orders always have drink spilled on the sides of the cups, lids aren’t always on properly. There’s always some kind of issue there.
They were very slow. Took 25 minutes to get tacos. Then did not give me enough taco sauce. There was a man that came in while i was waiting he said he was there earlier an he was the only one there an it took 20 minutes to get his order. It's so hard to find good help know day's
Went there for a meal and some blizzards. I think their drive through microphone is kinda messed up, because I only received/was charged for one. This happens on a semi consistent basis. Walk in, don't use the drive through.
Service through the drive thru was quick, but my blizzard was not made properly, it was missing something. It was good but not great. I will try again at a later time.
My brother bought a ice cream cone that tasted like perfume and asked could they give him another one and the African American manager lady told him that they wasn't allowed to wear perfume and that she wasn't going to replace the ice cream cone. She have very poor manager skills and putting people in that position should know how to handle problems. I rated this place at a three because they struggle on customer service.
Food took about 30 min to get to us, the blizzard poured out when employee turned it upside down. The order was wrong and the staff was reluctant to fix or give us condiments. The bathroom was dirty. The floor needed to be swept and counters could have been wipped off. There's was an employee standing beside icecream machine not workkng the whole time we were there.
The service was good. That line at the dairy Queen is always insane. But that's why I do mobile orders and then pick up. Everything was good and fresh.
Would’ve been a normal drive through experience, but the manager made it a pain. Took 10ish minutes for two blizzards, they had me pull in to a parking space, which is not a big deal. But when the blizzards came out one was wrong, so I told the dude that came out and he immediately looked distressed, and after meeting the manager I understood why. He went back inside and came back out to tell me that the manager was not allowing them to fix the order and to come inside to get it figured out. I went in and everyone was really nice… then came the manager. Rudely blamed me for the order being wrong and the blizzard only started getting fixed after I argued with her for a minute. Also! All of the employees seemed stressed working with this horror of a manager.
Prioritize their online orders over customers standing at the register for around 10 minutes. Had a man ask for service in front of us, who had been waiting even longer, only to be told off by a staff member very rudely.
Not the best experience. Dine in was closed an hour early due to being "slammed" in drive thru. No sense of urgency. Ice cream was good. Food orders were taking forever.

The workers are soooooo slow!! A few of them on their phones, standing around. We waited 45 mins for dessert for 4 people! 2 cones and 2 brownie desserts. One girl kept putting her hands in her shirt, and picking her nose. She was only taking drive through risers, not making them or doing absolutely anything else. The service was terrible
Food seems to be ok if you can get it ordered. I know some customers are slow on deciding what to order and questions on what different items are available. Twice in one day when I came in there was only two people placing orders. Both times It seems , a lady ordering for her family was trying to decide on what to order and what went with it. Me, all I wanted was an order of tacos to go. That’s it , 30 seconds and it’s done. I waited 15 minutes for her to place her order to the one employee taking orders. There are two registers so you would think another employee would use it to get the orders of the person ahead of me and the rest of us that knew what we wanted. I gave up and spend 5 minutes getting to Whataburger and ordered right away. 5 minutes later I had my order and another 5 getting back to my motel next to this DQ.
Very bad visit. First our Blizzards were made incorrectly. When we took them back to the register (Crystal) looked completely confused and disgusted. She pulled another employee to the register that was willing to listen and help out. At that time another employee (Ladeya) walked up rolling her eyes saying it's only her first day and then continued rolling her eyes asking if we had to be so rude. This was flat out wrong. at that time the shift manager stepped in and pulled the two very rude employees away and made it right. After we sat down Ladeya continued staring us down. the shift leader then took her to the back to talk with her. The shift Manager and the rest of the employees were very friendly and helpful!
I sat around for 20 minuets waiting for my blizzard. Then when I stepped up to the counter the manger said it was all my fault because the girl at the counter charged me for a large drink not a blizzard. So why didn't she give me a cup in the beginning and I could have told her she got my order wrong? All after the I had to wait five minuets for the girl to get change the first time. Then after everything the blizzard they finely give me isn't even mixed. All the toppings are clumped on the top and the bottom is all soft serve. AND this is not the first time they've messed up my order! The last time I ordered a Strawberry Cheese Quake they gave me a Birthday Cake. The service and quality aren't worth getting run over when you leave the front door right into the drive-thru.
I love dairy queen! We stop there often, at this particular location off of Wall street we stood line for about 20 minutes as there were at least 5-6 girls working and talking... The girls made rude faces behind the counter about customers orders and needs. Not one to leave a bad review, but just makes the ice-cream experience less enjoyable.
Food is decent, service …super slow and they messed up 3/4 of our order but I didn’t notice till I got home . Paid for bacon didn’t get it we ordered large meals , got large drinks & small fries . But I ordered onion rings, ordered two tacos got 2 3 taco meals. What we got was for the most part good but the fries were old and cold. 🥶 n their defense they appeared to be super busy. Atmosphere gets one star because the place is old and needs serious updating.
The cashier takes my order, and I pull up to the window. He says "$16.23" I pay. He closes the window. Comes back a few minutes later, opens the window, and says "$6.16". I look at him, he looks at me, squints his eyes and says, "Did you already pay?" I replied "yes". He closes the window, a few minutes later, hands me my food. Closes the window as I sit there wondering where my drinks are. He soon opened the window, asking what else I ordered. I told him I'm waiting on my 2 drinks. 5 minutes later, hands me one and closes the window and proceeds taking orders. So I drove off. I expect this kind of customer service in this region. Smh. Do better Dairy Queen, do better.
It was not as good they were a little disrespectful when I had brought my burger to have more bacon added on and they were a little in organized however once I brought the problom to there attion they fixed it
Yall are a sad excuse of a fast food restaurant. Made me wait 20 minutes for my order. For what so it can be super cold and everything wrong.! The whole order was just wrong.! And cold.! Like why. Yall need to step up yalls game. Get real employees, some that actually work and arent just talking and laughing
Why does the website say y’all are open until 11? I walked in at 10:30 and they say they are closed and wouldn’t serve me. Change your hours on google if they aren’t right. For anyone reading this GO TO DENNY’s - they will serve you no matter what time it is!
If your looking for something simple forget about this place I ordered a burger and fries and waited 30 min while they told me to pull around front while my ice cream didn't even look like ice cream anymore. Lost my appetite for dairy Queen will never go there again
I ordered a belt buster. She gave me a cookie dough sundae thing. I tried explaining it. I gave up. Will never go back there unless they have people who speak better English talking orders
Is it a family restaurant or a trap house? Employees making out in the dining area, drug addicts getting high in the restroom with the door open, a man selling tamales, a homeless guy passed out and reeking of alcohol, cold, hard, tasteless burgers.
Place was dirty no where to sit. Asked if they could clean table was handed a rag to clean ourself. Then gf was bit by a spider which we needed to leave get medical attention!!
Horrible food. The burgers looked and tasted like they were precooked then frozen and steamed to warm up. Will never go back, would rather eat McDonalds than here.
Waited in line only for them to tell me it’s cash only they did not have Signs put up so a lot of people are wasting their time waiting in line just to be told it’s cash only poor management rude personnel. Also I called corporate to file a complaint.

I had the WORST Hatch Burger in the world tonight... it had about 6 SMALL pieces of Hatch Peppers was dry with lettuce It was NOTHING like you advertise!!! This was rated -5.
My wife and I went Sunday may24th around 8pm and our steak fingers were not cooked at all forgot the gravy non of there staff had gloves on and since when are you supposed to wear nails longer then your fingers at a restaurant couldn’t even grab my change and dropped on the floor they need health inspectors and different workers
They are sorry my mom couldn't even enjoy her burger. Meat was hard and something tasted and smelled sower. Manager and worker rude and disrespectful.
These people have zero worries about customer service. I went here because it was convenient. Ordered chicken strips. After 20 minutes, I just left. Did not even wait for my 10 dollar fried chicken strips. I watched hot food being placed in the window and set for 20 minutes. Gross.
I am usually never one to leave bad reviews. But considering my experience in customer service, this is a store I will never give my money to. I came 45 min before close and I watched the girls roll their eyes at the approach of my vehicle parking right in front of the store. As they anticipated my arrival walking up to the doors to get ready to open them, I see their grim smirk as I try the locked doors. One of the employees signaled and mouthed the words "we're closed". I'm all about fair treatment of employees and their work schedule as far as patrons overstaying their welcome, keeping the doors open past operating hours. But this was 10:15pm and they were scheduled to close at 11..i was pissed. I wasted my gas, for I do not live close to this location and I will NEVER come back here, just based on this experience expressing poor management and employees customer service. It was my first and LAST experience at this establishment.
My mother and I went there and she ordered a large cup of icecream. However, the woman didn’t tell her the price. It’s a small thing but part of what made me give the 1 star. The icecream is great, but the staff is always horrible. The place is slow and they run out of things like brownies very frequently. My brother was once ordering us some icecream from there and he has a southern drawl. The woman pretended like she couldn’t understood him. I know she could. She was just making fun of him. He just drove off angrily.
Got 5 mexicans working in there and can't even make a Deluxe nachos correctly. Had one chip with half pound of beans.. Another chip with all the meat and all the rest of the chips were dry.. Also asked for Xtra Xtra pickles on my belt buster and they gave me 5 pickles and no cheese. Sad part is... they weren't even busy.
food poisoning, attitude from the Manager when I asked for a cup of ice water after waiting in the drive thru backup line FOREVER, food was cold, OLD french fries, butter on toast tasted funny, gravy tasted like styrofoam that had been microwaved too long (thanks for the toxins!). My stomach hurts bad and now have diarrhea and food poisoning. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Incredibly rude manager, but the team was helpful and nice. You can tell she is a hindrance and negative energy to the workplace.
Worst service ever. So i go in with my kids and my mother for dinner. We get there at 9:30 ordered and we dont get our food til 10:00, that i dont mind what pissed us off was they took our food in to go bags to us. when we clearly stated we are eating here so i tell the employe sorry we are eating here! She replys sorry we are closed. Really first of before driving there i checked time of close it said all dq in midland closes at 11. So we get up and drive home when we get home get our food out and our burger patties are raw they also didnt put cheese in all burgers when we Were charged for it. I will never go back there again its just horrible.
Can't wait to talk to the manager of this place, terrible rude female worker called my husband stupid for asking a question. There was a bunch of people waiting in line inside and no workers greeted or asked ANY customer what they needed. Would give negative stars if allowed. I ordered on DoorDash and I did not receive the two blizzards I ordered and I did not receive chili on my hamburger that I paid for. I’ve tried to call them. They won’t answer their phone.

I make this review after multiple visits to this location this past year. Only once can I say things were great, where staff seemed to pay attention, talk, listen and actually look like they enjoyed doing their job. All my other visits have been, not getting what I asked for, told me that's the way it is, and sorry folks... poorly groomed staff, and once a frustrated and tantrum throwing child that was forced to be their while their parent was working. I love Dairy Queen, but this location needs an internal overhaul.

I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen for YEARS. Tonight was my first bad experience with them. As soon as I start ordering my food the lady taking my order kept cutting me off. I told her I wanted the meal, she asked what I wanted to drink and I told her no drink. She sarcastically replies to me “so you don’t want the meal”. I would’ve paid the meal regardless if I didn’t get my drink… as I pull up to the drive thru they’re telling me my card was declining. I called my bank and they told me they didn’t even see a declined charged and that it was on their side. I called my mom to come by to just pay for this food so we can leave… she tried 3 DIFFERENT cards and my mom told the lady that it was on their end. The lady didn’t even let my mom finish and slammed the door on her! I don’t know who this lady is, all I can say is she was a Mexican lady with long nails and dark hair. She doesn’t need to be treating customers this way. If she doesn’t like her job go somewhere else! That’s all I have to say about this place!
We went to DQ for the 1st time in a few years. My wife ordered a beef taco salad. We paid 7.99dollars and the taco bowl wasn't even one third full. They put more lettuce on a burger than there was in that "salad". Definitely not worth the tip there and back home. I don't advise a taco salad there. Taco villa is a better value and a good taco salad
Horrible. Only two customers inside, but took me twenty minutes to get two milkshakes in drive-through (with only one car in front of me), and then they still got the flavor wrong. Update: STILL slow, and service hasn't improved. Twenty minutes to get a milk shake. Flavoring wasn't completely mixed, but it came with a spoon (my job to mix it, I guess). I asked for a straw, and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. "You want a straw?" YES, I want a damn straw with my milkshake
I just picked up DQ -I am appalled at the price increase….1-4 piece chicken strips (no drink), 6-piece chicken strip with a Dr.Pepper and 2 mini blizzards for $32.00!!!!! My son and I, took it to go and my chicken was hard and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours-no flavor and my toast was burned! I could have eaten a steak for less! Do better!

This Dairy Queen is usually always a hit or miss for us but this time was just NOT IT I guess my order to them was “complicated” the lady at the window named crystal was completely rude! One of the ice cream seemed basically melted at the bottom but it was “just juice” but never have I ever received my ice creams so watered down the way it was. IF THESE LADIES WORKING IN THE DAIRY QUEEN CANT GIVE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE WINDOW maybe they belong in the back. I didn’t catch the other girls name just crystal cause it was on my receipt.
The absolute worst customer service. Don’t go to this Dq. Waited in line for 20mins just to buy the box of dilly bars that melted before I even left. There was a lady that went up to ask for a fork for her salad and was given a spoon and was told oh well that’s all we got. The cashier was so rude, the girl on drive was eating ice cream at the window. What ever happened to service with a smile?
The worst service ever... every table was dirty and food and trash on the floor. The manager was standing around with the crew talking instead of making sure the dining area was presentable for customers. My food tasted old not even hot. And the crew just had a look on their faces like they didn't even want to be there. Just looking mean and like the customers were a bother. I go to Dairy Queen often and this is the first time I've ever been so appalled by the service and the appearance.
The worst service and the on duty manager said she could not do anything about it. Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Just to be told that they were closed. I told her that i had been in line . She said that she did not know that there was a line and that i should have gone inside to order. That is the purpose of the drive thru, not having to get off your vehicle. All she kept saying was that she can't do anything, the kitchen was already closed and ice cream machine was already off. But yet the vehicle in front of me got to order. Will never go back.
ordered through door dash and only half of my order was delivered driver said this place always gets the order wrong... both are at fault driver should have looked at the order to assure it was correct and employees need to verify the order was complete horrible
We ordered door dash, and Dairy Queen failed to put 1 of my meal in the bag. I called door dash and no one answered so I called dairy queen and all they could say was Door dash should have checked the order. Instead of saying, it's here come and get it, I would have driven to pick it up to keep customer service good. This use to be my favorite place to eat, but there customer service has gotten worse
Went here today to order lunch and the lobby was full with no food on the tables but several orders sitting behind the counter under no warming lights. The gentleman next to me was complaining that he was still waiting for his order after 35 minutes!!! When I got ready to order I politely asked how long the wait might be the supervisor said that she couldn't tell me because all her associates were new and that it would probably be a while. Needless to say, I turned around and walked out. I have been to this location before and have had wait times before, still got cold food, unfresh fries. I try to give places chances but this was the last chance I can give. I will not be back to this location again. Someone should really look into the staff and operation of this business.
Go to this location and order a salad and other food. We were charged 89¢ for dressing to go with the salad. Asked for no tomato on the burger, but was charged full price for a burger, so why charge for something that should come with a salad? The salad was starting to wilt a little bit. Did not get utensils to eat the salad with. I guess we’re supposed to use our hands.

The workers had no customer service.They did not greet.The food was sitting there ready for at least eight minutes , and they just kept walking past it. very rude. UPDATE OCTOBER 29, 2025. After I made the review last month and recieved this reply I was never contacted. HEAVEN FORBID do NOT CHARGE your phone in the store because per district manager Marla "its not a charging station". Call me old but I remember when customers were welcomed to sit in the safety of a cool or warm and welcoming environment to spend their HARD EARNED MONEY and were treated like they were valued. WHAT A SAD DAY. There's a few great employees there that are very hard workers. They just have to follow the narrative of the no accountability of bad management... or be fired. Seems like a hostile place to work. I hope some employees will find the courage to seek a better job. I have only visited this site a couple of times since my review. AND today was one of them, I was treated badly, served cold food (which is on purpose obviously) and the icing on the cake? ...management called the police. My crime.. I asked the MOD for her name. No screaming no scene no reason. She replied 'I dont have to give it to you". So I accepted that and I sat in the corner eating my cold food. As I was leaving I saw police car and had a gut feeling about it which was then confirmed by MARLA who called me soon after and said she watched 'the footage'. I want their so called footage to be released to me and everyone for that matter because theres nothing and would only validate that I was not doing ANYTHING to anyone there. She let me know that she looked at footage of me from yesterday and she said that I was "filling up my cup" and "water bottle" after eating my blizzard. I had asked to buy tea but the tea had been thrown out before I arrived at 9pm. She said that it was a "used cup and was nasty' so by her standard NO ONE SHOULD be filling up a used cup. Not sure that I am the problem here. Sounds more of a customer service issue. A MONTH AGO... I do not understand why I am being treated like im in kinder. I was told that I could not put my melting ice cream in the freezer. That it was nasty. Oh wow, I'm confused because everyone is welcome to open that door and purchase items all day but I'm the health risk. I work I.T. in the back of restuarants and they are disgustingly dirty. I'm not the health hazard.The mod here has something to tell me i cant do every time i see her. Already have to ask permission to wash hands/use restrooms. This is a good way to ruin your business. Food is so so and simply CANNOT get hot fries. The old crew was great. This new MOD has issues. Control issues.
ordered banana split blizzard didn't want to flip it since as soon as she started to flip it it poured out same with a oreo blizzard we ordered the oreo blizzard was not mixed fully ordered some nachos and the nachos were all burnt idk how you burn tortilla chips but they had them all dark brown tasted like straight up burnt chips don't recommend
Had to repeat my order multiple times because the girls at the window kept messing around. They also kept blocking the window so i couldn't see in to make sure they didn't do anything to my order because if how frustrated i sounded. They also mocked me for asking for a drink carrier. Worst experience I've had at this location ever.
I have been here 2 times in the past 2 months. Got Deluxe Nachos the first time and they were nasty, couldn't eat them. I went today hoping it would be okay and got a Beef Taco salad, it was nasty I couldn't eat it. The beans were runny and the meat was greasy, you could see the grease under the shell ugh. I have ordered this food before at the one on Grant Street in Odessa and I have never had a bad batch of Nachos or Taco salad from from there. I will never order from the Wall Street DQ in Midland again. It was a waist of my money
Worst DQ I've ever been too. Don't have food items, have to repeat yourself constantly, drive thru is a 30 min wait just so they can give you the wrong order, worst experience ever. Avoid this location at all costs
This isn't the first time the manager and drive-thru cashier charged my card for the wrong order, then claimed they couldn’t refund it to the card. Instead, they handed me the cash difference and refused to provide a receipt showing the card charge, only one indicating a cash payment for my order. Yes, two visits in a row, weeks apart. When I questioned it the second time, made excuses, became hostile, and told me not to come back. These repeated incidents raise serious concerns about possible credit card fraud at this location.
So this is a second time that I've been disappointed in this location last night.I went in some blizzards for my family and I.And the lady at the window was very rude and rushing the order.And then when I got my blizzards , they weren't even mixed well. Today when I got meals and my meals were not complete there. There Was bacon missing in one of the burgers. The lady at the window, assuming she was a manager. She was an African American women super super rude. I mean, you could tell she didn't even want to be at work. Definitely will be My last time at this location!!
So my mother and I just ordered from this place and got only HALF of what we ordered. We ordered chicken baskets, a burger, drinks, and blizzards. No blizzards or drinks though! And they wanna charge $110 for an order we didn't even get! We called many times and didn't get a single answer. So I guess don't order from this place.
