Bahama Bucks is the best. There are so many different flavors it's hard to choose. I love anything cocoanut, but my great grand -daughter likes Sour Blue Raspberry. She allowed me to try it and Wow!! it was delish! You can get small, medium, large/original, and avalanche. Whatever you get.....YUM, design your own.😊

Love these snow cones in the West Texas heat!! Bahama Bucks is so great and they measure up to the old snow cone stand from my childhood. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Drive thru is usually a decent wait but really it's worth it! Great place!!!

Best snow cones you can get in west Texas. It's really like snow, nice and soft. Not like shaved ice where it's all crunchy and hard. They have an assortment of flavors. Go with the baby size it's more then enough In my opinion and get rounded not flat.

Always come here and always enjoy it. Even today, they got my snowcone size mixed up and added toppings I didnt want. Still 5 stars for me because customer service. They fixed it and apologized, they were busy and I'm sure training someone new. But I come here 2-3 times a month and love it everytime.

I have been wanting to try a Mangonada since moving to Midland last year and Bahama Bucks did not disappoint! Sweet (but not too sweet), slightly spicy & sour all in one. It was the perfect cold treat on a warm day. I will be back for sure!

Drinks are awesome! Unfortunately they did away with my favorite drink, funky monkey, but their other treats are tasty.

A year round snow cone stand you always know where it will be. Normally run by school kids who are not so in to customer service or speed but once you get your order it is good stuff.

Would be 5 stars if the service was any faster. The products and flavor selection are fantastic though & the rewards punch card is perfect.

This place is sooo good! Only 4 stars because of the long line. Everybody loves them too. Very popular place especially on very hot days. Expect long lines when temps over 100 degrees.

Long line but it moved pretty quick. The staff were great and the snow cones were delicious. The only complaint is the price. For shaved ice with sugar water it is too high. If we didn't have a coupon three regular snow cones comes to sixteen bucks.

Love this place, the shaved Ice is my favorite of all the items on the menu. Granted, they are kind of slow and even I could probably do a faster job, but at least I'm getting the drink I paid for. They've never messed up my order and have always punched my card when the temp was right. I think the only complaint I have about this place is that they're a bit slow.

I really liked this place. When I got there, there were (not exaggerating) like 20 people including the drive through, and we got the snow cone in about 5-6 minutes. So we got 2 Buck’s signatures snow cone and it was GOOD. So when we got there, I noticed the trash left there and broken spoons and what not but that isn’t their fault. I am saying if it looked cleaner, this would be the best candy snow cone place in West Texas. That is why I give this place a 4 stars.

The product was excellent but the service wasn't great at all. It took a half hour to get through the drive through with only 2 cars in it. They didn't offer walk up service or if they did they completely ignored us. The staff wasn't very friendly or apologetic as well. I usually love Bahama buck's and this was my first visit to the one in Midland so I was pretty disappointed.

Waited almosr 40 min in drive through for 1 basic snow cone,couldnt get out of line. 5 cars ahead,didnt move at all for over 20 min. The snow cone was good,just not worth the wait

Always tastes good but has the slowest service every time we come. I understand being understaffed having worked in similar environments however it’s no excuse servicing 15 cars through the drive thru and ignoring the 8 people standing in line at the window waiting to order. They don’t even come to tell you it’ll be just a moment just look at you every time they walk by and ignore you. Being that there is almost always a line in the drive thru they should be alternating taking the orders. Drive thru, window, drive thru, window, etc. It seems they are trying to get the drive thru line done before the walk up customers but like I said there is always a line in the drive thru so that is impossible to do. Definitely need some customer service training at this location. No other location I have been to is like this.

3 stars because I love shaved ice but the service is lacking. I guess because its a bunch of kids but don't they have a leader? Also, when its only the kids there the line moves sooooo sllooowwww. Even if you go up to the window be prepared to wait a while. Might as well take the drive thru and stay cool in your car. We're going to check out the M&Ms tasty treats shaved ice to see if the service and wait is better. Will review them as well!

No complaints about the product but standing in line for 15 minutes before you even place your order is very inefficient. And I have back problems so it's painful.. They need an adult to manage this location and improve the service times

Why does this location not use Blue Bell ice cream? I was told by the guy who took our order that they use Blue Bunny. Definitely NOT the same.

They are always so slow and more than half of the time that we order there isn't enough syrup. We went this week and it took 35 minutes for 2 smalls and 1 medium with noone else waiting outside and only 2 cars in the drive threw. I really do like Bahama Bucks, this location just needs some improvement.

Incredibly slow. Snow cone isn’t bad but it’s still just a snow cone. No idea why it takes Starbucks 5 minutes to make a latte but bahama bucks 30 minutes for a snow cone.

I love coming to Bahama bucks, but honestly they take wayyy too long. It’s like 15 minutes at the window with each car. I’m spending most of my Saturday night in the drive way. Where I’m from (Lubbock) they move a lot faster! So i know this is something that can be fixed.

Was the only person to walk up to the window. After 20 minutes of waiting, saw a young man come out of the employees only entrance with 8 snow-cones, and he left! The cars in line made it around after another 20 minutes, and we are still waiting outside haha

My husband and I stopped by for one of the Red Bull infusion drinks and my husband's drink had a dead bug in it! Unfortunately, he didn't see it until he had already drank half of it🤢. We never opened the lid and it was sealed tightly the entire time we had it. So it had to have been in there as they were making the drink!

I ordered a simple soda and they brought me a snow cone I said it was supposed to be a soda and she snatched it out of my hand slammed it in the trash and screamed really loud. It was ridiculous. Horrible customer service.

They could not break a $50 dollar bill on a purchase of $32 this makes me angry since I waited 30-40 in line!!! got change right next door(in like 3 min) and they didn't even make my snow cones they told me to get back in line and re order. WONT BE BACK ANYTIME SOON!!!

They literally made us sit there for over 1.4 hours waiting on a mobile order and waited on over 35 people ahead of us that didn't show up until way after we did. Kylee was very unhelpful and all I ordered was one nerds with sour patch and one coconut kaluna with protein. I had to finally call because I'm in a wheelchair and my daughter was fighting a crowd to get our stuff. Kylee left me empty handed and 1.4 hours wasted and then on top of it I'm $20 out because I didn't get the snow cones or a refund. Thank you for your terrible customer service.

asked for sourpatch sauce and they only drizzled it on the top... go back ask for it to be remade stated the issue... Told the girl if she could please put it throughout the cup... she only put it on the side... common occurrence with this place, i just never complained before. uhhhh.... not the brightest people i guess. I will be going to faudree from now on. the midland one is ran by a bunch of lazy children that cant get a simple order correct. One item at that.

Absolutely insane. Last time we will ever visit this location. Over an hour wait for a sno cone and employees were rude and stressed out. Cups were messy and leaking everywhere. No cup holders available. Fiasco!

We stood in line for THIRTY minutes and it took us FIFTEEN minutes just to get our drinks after ordering. The girl at the window had the WORST customer service, she didn't acknowledge us after opening the window- she just stood there and stared at us. Waited over 30mins in line for my order. Only two cars in the driver thru lanes. Witnesses 3 cars back up and leave due to waiting long. No issues with the cones but the kids working take forever getting orders out. Makes one not want to wait. Waited so long to get my order it was all melted.

Took almost 30 minutes in drive thru at 3:15pm. No cars in line. Only 2 people standing outside. I had to call the Midland location. For her to take the order over the intercoms. No apology for the wait. When I received both snow cones finally the snow was different. No flavor in the middle of snow cones. Worst experience.

Worst management and customer service in midland. The employees were lazy and put out zero effort. We stood in line for 20 minutes before giving up. There were only 2 people in line in front of us and nobody addressed the window or took orders during the 20 minutes. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, but we went 2 weeks later and it was the same story. Go for ice cream instead.

This store really does deserve 0 stars I waited over an hour on my 3 snow cones and the 5 or 6 employees that were in the store completely disregarded me at the window.. You really do give Bahama bucks a bad name. I would consider re staffing because every single one of those kids were rude and either horse playing or on their cell phones walking around. Just to save the Mgr the time I will put the receipt in the review so he knows EXACTLY who was working during this time.... so disappointed.

I have been here several times throughout the year as I come visit from Galveston. Everytime time I have been here this place has had the WORST service. Wait in.line each time for 45 minutes to 1 hours (we did leave after the hour) and the walk up is closed each time "due to short staff". Yet there were 5 people in there today. Last time I was there (about 1 year agao) there were 6 teens there and 2 leaning on the counter. Thos place is the worst- someone else should open another one and simply serve customers.

I have been crazy about bahama bucks for years, I go there at least once a month and I have always been 100% satisfied. Well today that changed, we ordered snow cones and drinks. My husband's drink was over flowing and leaking all over our truck and our snow cones were disgusting. I always order ours with cream and this is the only time I have gotten my snow cone with the cream just ran across the top. The texture was awful and there were large chunks of unflavored ice throughout out snow cones. Not to mention they didn't even give me one of the snow cones we had ordered. My fault for not paying attention before we left the drive thru. You are MUCH better going all the way to Odessa.

Literally stood outside of the window with 4-5 staff members pretending they couldn’t see me and the line behind me to take my order. The girl with long blonde hair continued to put together paper umbrellas while ignoring me standing a foot in front of her face. Went somewhere else instead. They could at least open the window and say it will be a few minutes if they’re that busy. First time visiting and will never go back.

It is truly unbelievable how slow a drink/frozen dessert establishment can be at completing orders. Wait times here are egregious and it's not because there are huge crowds waiting. The drive thru moves about 1 vehicle every 10-12 minutes, so use that as gauge when planning your trip. Overall, the quality of menu item is pretty good and consistent but it's tough to muster the courage to wait 25-45 mins for orders prone to melting. Ownership seems content losing thousands of dollars each week due to the speed of service.

The worst service in all of Bahamas Bucks. I've been going here since they opened in Salt Lake City, and today I received the worst service from the people here. Not to mention they started making fun of me because I told them I'd been waiting for over 30 minutes for a simple order. They served everyone else who arrived after me, but they kept telling me I had to wait. Terrible service!

Absolutely horrible service. We waited 30 minutes to order. It really looked like the employees inside were ignoring us. I didn’t see one employee wearing gloves or washing their hands. It also took over 30 for them to make the smoothie. Overall this place is not recommended.

Last time I went, waited in line and get to the window to be told they can't make the coffee drink. Went today, waited in the line, get to the window, and am told they can't make any of my order. Because they are out of ice. ICE. I C E..... like close down. You run out of basically the only thing you need to operate and you're still open and wasting people's time. Like you didn't know you were getting low or running out? And management can't operate a drink shack clearly. Always something when I come here.

I have had the same bad service and products everytime I have ever been. I just waited over 10 mins at the window for 1 large tigers blood. Its pink.....it is suppose to be red but whatever it's flavors good. But the entire middle is just white sno again!!!! Everytime same thing. Im sad this one is right by my house but im gonna start driving to Odessas location. I mean in the time it takes to get your order everytime I could of drove there. I am sad because I grew up with a Bahama bucks and I keep hoping I just caught them on a rough day but nope its been no joke everytime. And now I see the reviews and everyone else is getting the same service. I dont understand that. Something needs to be done seriously because doing it like this gonna cost you money and customers.

This location always stays short staff... girls here are extremely rude and will not take your order even if you're in the line before closing... they refused to make my smoothie because they mentioned that everything is washed and did not want to re wash... they denied a lot of customers service just because they wanted to leave on time... please hire more or close this location as a whole... if you don't like what you do then look for another job...

12/27/25 9pm Went to the window to make an order and they told me no walk in’s. When I got in my car, two teenagers walk up to the window and get their order in literally 1 minute (saying they know the people that work there) while the drive thru line is crazy long with people waiting for 30 minutes.

drove over here tonight and when i went to the window, it had a sign saying no walk-ins so i went to the drive thru, no big deal. after i got in the drive thru, they decided to take orders at the walk in window.. okay whatever. there were also two boys who literally opened the walk in window and it seemed like the worker had a few spare minutes to chitchat with them. not to mention people were coming in and out of the building (maybe staff?? either way all of them were off shift so why are they coming in and out of the place). i sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, not a single car moved up within those 20 minutes (they were busy but it’s quite hard to have patience when not a single car is moving within 20 minutes). i ended up just leaving the drive thru, who knows how long i would’ve been there.. not sure how many people were on shift but either way clearly the staff aren’t trained well enough to handle rushes, do better👍

Never have I had to wait so long in a line in my life. If I could have gotten out of line I would have. There was about 5 cars ahead of us and we waited a solid hour. We were blocked in or I would have left. Every car took what felt like 20 minutes. Never have I experienced anything this slow in a drive through. They made Dairy Queen look fast. I would go to the Odessa one even if you live in midland. It will be faster

Ok ! The last three times that I have gone to Bahama bucks- the Bahama Rama Cinnamon has been cheaply made it was 9.00 dollars for a large and the syrup didn’t even go through the ice. It tasted watered down….all 3 times what’s going on managers? And servers. I’m adding photos. Very poor !

Waited 15 minutes with 1 car in front of us to even get our order taken. Then they tried to give us the wrong order before we had to correct them. Then I get my snow cone with hardly ANY syrup. Just ice. Absolutely awful for a banana bucks. It was supposed to be Tigers blood and instead I get hardly any syrup mixed with a lot of ice.

I took my son to get a tigers blood Piccadilly. It had no pieces of pickles in it. The ice had a bad taste like the city water 🤢 it didnt even taste like tigers blood. He was pretty upset. It took a while to get our order and then to be disappointed 😞 we went to sonic to get something sweet from there. Better luck next time if there's a next time.

This is how long it took me to get my shaved ice. I’m unsure how an establishment can so consistently take so long for your order AND get it wrong. My birthday cake shaved ice was missing the cream and barely had any syrup on it. They are lucky that I was too tired from waiting in line to demand a free shaved ice but there was zero apology for the wait and I will never be returning because what the heck

I drove all the way from big spring with my wife I got the rainbow nerds, and her the blue coconut I got very little nerds and my snow cone taste only like ice!!! there is very little flavor compared to other times. I am very disappointed . On top of that we both got avalanches thinking that we would enjoy it but no we ALSO both ordered extra cream and received very little I am very frustrated!😡

The workers that you had scheduled today at 5PM were ridiculous & very obviously weren’t there to work. Ignored the customers, had the entire place in chaos and got the orders completely wrong. They were very obviously more worried about chit chatting and gossiping. Almost 1.5 hours in line for sno cones. Gave us sno cones, then asked for them back and gave us others…asked for those back within seconds too…then finally gave us ours…and they were wrong and they completely missed giving us 2 of them and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to make the 2 that were missing. 20 minutes….for 2 missing sno cones. Every last one of them should be fired.
