So good and always fresh! They always make my food exactly how I order it and are always so friendly at the intercom and at the window! There food doesn't ever taste weird like some places, there food is always so good and fresh. Recommend there chicken tenders soo good.
Fast, friendly, and as busy as they are they are still cleaner than probably 90% of our other local fast food business's. The only down side is inside dining space, no where near big enough. Heard they are expanding, hope they dont go with the tiny playground the andrews hwy one has!
Always great food, the staff is always amazing and they are blazing fast in the drive through. This is the only chain I have ever been to that takes money off your meal if you tell them no cheese on something that comes with cheese. Great all around.
I Have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for breakfast, for over a yr now. When I sit and wait for my order, I notice that an employee (David Carr) knows pretty much every customer by name as they walk in. David is an outstanding representation of Chick-fil-A. Just thought y’all should know.

What can I say! This Chick Fil A is always top notch. Regardless if it's lunch hour rush or a slow 2pm afternoon, they will serve you fast, accurately and with courtesy. In recent months they have renovated the drive thru and parking so now it's even better than before. I definitely recommend this location!
My first time going to a chick-fil-a, gotta admit it didn't not disappoint! Food was great the service was awesome and the restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. The food was delivered very fast and with a smile. Great place definitely recommend this place.

First time ordering from Chick-fil-A was for my son's school christmas party! We ordered some chicken nuggets for all his class! They were very nice and had our order out within minutes! I did order through the phone and picked up before heading to my son's school! Kids loved them! Would come back and do recommend!

What can I say? The most polite fast food workers in the world. Food is always good and a great value for the cost. Drive through lines are a bit stressful, because you don't want to squeeze in to the wrong place in line.
Mr. Curtis was awesome. I've never seen anyone more committed to customer service. He kept the dining area spotless and worked very hard to make sure that everyone was happy. I won't forget him. And the food wad good as well.

Even though this Chick-fil-A is stuck in the corner of the Walmart parking lot just off of 250 loop where there is a lot of traffic the line moves faster than any place that you can go here in Midland Texas the staff is friendly, professional and on top of their game!!! Out of the many many times that I have gone to this establishment I can count on one hand how many times they have gotten my order incorrect! They have the Customer Service game lock down anything that is wrong or not to your liking they will ensure that you leave a satisfied customer
Chick-fil-a is so delicious. I always come for my usual which us a number one with cheese. A entre order of chicken strips and a large chicken noodle soup. Its my favorite meal to get. It is always fresh and hot and delicious. I never had a bad experience here. I used to work for them and even was treated like a customer as an employee. Always a family and that means alot to me
This CFA is a little tricky parking lot wise but other than that, service is great! Good people serving great food. Definitely enjoy coming here.

My son wanted Chick-Fil-A after surgery so we stopped here! He was groggy and grumpy but Mr. Curtis talked and interacted with him and brightened his mood!!! Thank you Mr.Curtis! I wish more people were like you!! The food and environment were also amazing!
I was in town for a high school graduation and went in to the Midland Drive 00976 store very late on Friday night. I was apologetic to the cashier Hunter for making my request of ordering a nugget tray so close to their closing time. He was very nice and responded positively and was not bothered by my order. I saw that there was many employees cleaning up after an obvious busy day but none of them gave me a dirty look or an eye roll for coming in late and placing my last minute order. The employees were actually really nice and smiled at me. You should be very proud of this team. The manger on duty, Amber I believe, kept communicating to me about the statues of my order. Great service from the top down.

Went inside for the first time. Was pleasantly surprised with the service. They bring food to your table, get you refills, and will give you more of their beloved sauce upon request. I got the cob salad with the avocado lime dressing which was great!
As always, Chick-fil-A operates as a well oiled machine. Many other places could learn so much from how all of these locations are managed. We were recently under a "water boil" restriction. Other restaurants in town either closed their doors or stopped serving beverages. Not Chick-fil-A, within hours they had what appeared to be a never ending supply of canned drinks. That was extremely impressive and deserves more stars than I can give. My only issue with this chain is the lack of Sunday operations. I understand it stems from the owners beliefs, and more power to you, this is America after all. But, from a customer standpoint, it feels like a slight. Especially in this area of Texas where "routine schedule" doesn't apply to many jobs and craving a delicious chicken sandwich (or whatever) shouldn't only be fulfilled on certain days. Lastly, the only gripe I have (besides the 6 day week) is the brownies are horrible. They are very small and often feel/taste old or stale. Not sure how that slipped through the cracks, but it does need to be addressed.
We came in and ordered our food (like at a normal restaurant) and I am not kidding, they had the food out in under 2 minutes!! We were shocked so we ate and left and of course this was better than McDonald’s. That’s why I rate this place 5 Stars.
So I eat here pretty often. It’s a great family atmosphere and the food is good and quick. The ability to order food from the table in their app and have it brought to you is fantastic for wrangling kiddos. Being your family here and enjoy great food and other families. It will be packed and kind of loud. But we love it and are their probably weekly.
Okay so I ordered my fav food today so it wasn’t the place it’s was the lady and the service I hate being rude but this made me a little mad, she got lost anyone can do that so no blame on her but my cup being broken at the bottom and half empty really be careful next time and my food was cold like bro my mom spent money on food and it wasn’t even what I expected and I was so happy to get my Dr Pepper but made really had to mess it up and break my cup literally filled my smaller cup with ice so barely any drink * I believe I should get a coupon 😞* anyways look at the photo and the size of the cup the ice was at the little like parting or wtv
I take my son there to play when I need some me time. The employees are extremely sweet and helpful, food is delicious, and it is well maintained. Even when it's a little messy, people stay on top of it and still are really nice to customers, which is SO refreshing. If I could tip them, I would.

I love this location! They staff are so friendly and attentive. The cashier was so patient and gave my three year old the chance to order his own food! What a kind and helpful person she is! I love that we can come here and have great food that meets our needs, gluten and lactose intolerant, and be treated so kindly! Thank you!

Was having a really rough start to my day. I walked in and Mr Curtis was greeting customers and cleaning and helping who ever he could. He was upbeat and cheerful. He instantly changed my mood with his contagious happiness.

I want to sincerely thank him again for being so kind and thoughtful, his customer service was truly exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. While it was raining, Martin went above and beyond by helping us get to the complex with an umbrella. In chick-fil-a style went through the really long drive thru line very quickly. Ordered 7 meals and they were all right! Can't give 5 stars due to even though I always ask for "lots" of ketchup I always only get 3-4 packages for 5 orders of fries that means each person.. well you do the math.... it's just not enough ketchup.
This one is great. The people are super nice. However, when cars in the drive thru don't listen to where they're supposed to go, orders start getting messed up. But other than that, service is fast and food is still good.

Aside from not getting order correct TWICE in the same visit, the food is always fresh and delicious. Update: we went as a family through Drive and we had 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. They only gave us 2 sauce and 2 honey mustard. We asked for more and she said she wasn't supposed to. How frustrating we can't get condiments for our family meal.
The fries are never salted. I'm not just talking like very little salt, I mean no salt at all. Not only that, but twice now the fries have been soggy. Also, the first time I went through the drive-thru the kid at the window wasn't very friendly and responded, "mhmm" to my thanks twice. I had went to the drive thru, was getting food for someone else and well I saw the drinks were wrong. All they had to do was switch the cup size because the lady got it wrong on the order. Went through the drive thru and got the #2. Arrived home and my sandwich was just fried something and little to no meat. The staff is friendly though.
Went in and got a chicken sandwich meal and a 12 ct nugget, most of my fries were the ends of the potatoes and way to big of a cut, food was way too greasy and had to have been cooked a few hours before I even went in, I could tell by the way the bread felt and looked and the whole sandwich just tasted like it had been waiting on the rack for way to long, it Litteraly took 10 seconds for the little girl to give me my order from the moment I ordered it, I was very surprised and not a good surprise either, I knew it wasn’t going to be fresh. Every chic-fil-a I have ever been to takes at least 3-5 minutes to get you your order. cheese wasn’t melted on my sandwich but at least it wasn’t cold. Quality of the chicken nuggets was very good definitely not as greasy as the sandwich. Would have gotten 4 stars if the little girl that took and gave me my order didn’t have such a bad attitude, and knew the difference between bbq and Polynesian sauce. Definitely won’t be going back to this chic-fil-a again! Only thing they had going for them was the nuggets.

I go to this Chick-fil-A location usually a couple times a week because of how close it is to where I live and out of convenience. I can’t think of the last time that the fries from this location were fresh. They are always soggy and taste like they were made in old oil. I’ll order other sides sometimes, but every time I order the fries hoping they’re better, they aren’t. It’s really disappointing to have to throw my side of fries away every time I decide to give them a try again. The other food I order is usually fresh, so that’s why I’m rating 3 stars. If I rated based only on the fries, it would be 1 star. The attached picture is not what a fresh, crispy fry looks like.
I love ChikFilA, but this is the only one in town that has given me old, cold dry chicken. Not to mention the only one that has messed up my order every time. I still love ChikFilA, but there is another one off the loop that has fresh chicken and they pay attention to detail, and repeat your order back. Wish I had a picture of the cold, dry nuggets my 12 & 7 year old got. The staff is very sweet, but if they’re not very busy... the chicken is always cold and dry.

I usually have a positive experience EXCEPT when the girl with the braids works outside taking orders. The other line was getting 4 cars through to her one. She can’t take cards and usually my order is wrong. She did not disappoint this time! I had a diabetic at home waiting for food and the delay was unacceptable.
Customer service is bad. These food chains are known for having pleasant employees, not the case here. Neglect of dining area results in trash and food all over tables and floor. The food was good but it over 30 minutes to come to table.
Received the wrong drink in the drive through. I informed the boy who was serving me that I had the wrong drink. He proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. I finally gave up and left. I will never go to this location again. And that pretty bad because I am a huge chick-fil-a fan. I have never had this happen at any location.
Started off visit with trainee that could not get order correct. Got home had to go back across town. My order was incorrect. I know I put too much faith in the location. So I got home and had to eat cold food. You’re right if I go to this location ever again I will check my order, so I will not have to eat cold food. Me and my children frequently come here and also have the same experience; excellent! Now personally nothing bad or offensive has ever happened to me or my family. We usually get great customer service, sometimes their a little busy so their patience is thinner but they’re always friendly. Now, with that being said, I am absolutely discouraged, disappointed, all the dis! One day a homeless women walked in and asked if they had any scrap food, one of the workers walked away and asked the, what I assume to be, manager and the manager comes back and says “No, we only have those at the end of the night.” The women then asks how much are drinks. The manager says “$5” and the homeless woman leaves. What makes me so angry is the fact that I know drinks are only about $2-$3 and water is FREE! And to add insult to injury, the manager then proceeds to tell the worker “and she’s not suppose to bring dogs in here.” The manager was so oblivious to what was happening. It was truly saddening to see the manager lie to the poor woman. This happened a month or few ago but it’s been on my heart to tell what happened. I feel terrible for waiting so long to talk about but I’m happy it’s finally off my chest. If this ever happens in your viewing please don’t be silent like me, speak up, but the drink or meal for the woman, pray for them even, just do something. This will forever change my opinion of Chick-Fil-A
Stars just based on experience this morning. I ordered drive thru pick up on the app. I have never had an issue.. morning crew was not a vibe. I found a literal long black hair in my sons sausage biscuit… also wanted to note that the food was lacking presentation and looked thrown together. Was overall an odd experience & I’ll skip breakfast at this location.
Just wanted to give a side by side comparison to our experience at this chick fil a. I used to work for chick fil a for many years and knows the procedures very well. (Was bring groomed to inspect locations) my wife sandwich next to another customer chicken biscuit. I complained to the manager about the size of my Fila For those who don't know it's CFA's policy for a 3 point breaded chicken. As in the chicken should stick out the bun at 3 points. As you can see my sandwich does not meet that standard. This is actually my 2nd sandwich from them I told the Manger about it and this was my replacement.. I even told her it looks like a breakfast Fila. Everytime I come here I keep finding things this restaurant is breaking Chick-fil-A cooperation policy's. We are always dissatisfied with our food or they get our order completely wrong. I will be reaching out to cooperate about this location. It's honestly the worst one in Midland. Then kitchen staff should really go though the E-training videos again.

On Wednesday April 3rd 2019, @ 9:00pm I ordered fish and waffle fries. The fish was greasy and hard on one side, the fries were underdone with a raw potato taste. What a disappointment. Usually Chick Fil A is good but I think the staff at this location is poorly managed. This was my dinner and I had to throw it out.
Without a doubt the most disappointing Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. My wife specifically asked if they were still serving the Bar-b-que bacon sandwich and the server said they were and rang it up. She then came to the table and said they were not serving it and asked if she wanted something else and she ordered the chicken Cobb sandwich. My real frustration is that I asked if they would bring me change, and was told that they were the same price. One is 8.99, one is 7.39; that’s not the same, and we didn’t get change. I’ll never be back!
We have had countless issues here and EVERY TIME we come here they ALWAYS get our order wrong. My husband was being trained to work in the corporate part of Chick Fil A and used to go undercover at different Chick Fil A’s to make sure they were doing everything according to the books. This place goes against health code and their food is never fresh or the proper proportions. We have reached out to the owner and he has never gotten back to us with the countless problems we have had here. He’s not a good owner. The only reason I still go here is because it’s the closet one to us and it’s convenient. Today I ordered a breakfast bowl meal but said I didn’t want the drink and then they only gave me the entrée and forgot the side of hash browns that comes with it, not only that. I ordered it with sausage. Eggs and hash browns and I got chicken mixed IN with my sausage and I had fries in with the hash browns. Its like they just threw everything in there. I also ordered a Cobb salad (which normally costs $8.99) with the nuggets on the side and they charged me the salad and THEN charged me for the nuggets so it then ended up coming out to over $11 in total just because I asked them to put them on the side. Not to mention I had BEANS in my COBB salad and I was missing the eggs as well. When I questioned them about it they said “oh yeah, it’s because you ordered just the salad. Its actually cheaper that way” Seriously go to ANY OTHER Chick Fil A in town. This is by far the worst one. Never have I EVER had such a horrible order. This location is honestly embarrassing
I frequently purchased large to go orders for customers. At this one I have had to wait every time I come at my pick up time. I always call the night before and still I have to wait. The manager that works in the morning is rude!!!! Incredibly Rude. She is the Hispanic one. Not a racial thing just a description. But when I am having to drive up to 2 hours for a meeting and I schedule a pick up time, I should not have to wait for them to bag up the food and then ask me the same questions they asked me the night I order. Terrible customer service and I will not be using chick fil a anytime soon for customer orders.
I can still hear the girl say THEY THINK THEY'RE SPECIAL and laughing. Disappointed. I ordered my usual big order for my family of 4 kids, 6 meals. I have never had a problem or had ever been parked to the Texas Roadhouse parking area. I did that without complaining. I didn't know how to park sluntil I saw someone behind me. The girl who brought my order laughed with the other employees and said THEY THINK THEY'RE SPECIAL as she was walking towards my truck. When I get home I had only a few of the sauces I had asked for. If I buy a big order I expect the 2 sauces that I asked for per meal and one for the child one. This was disappointing.... I have never had this type of service at this or any Chik fil a. What's worse is the the guy at the window had a management shirt on and laughed when the girl commented.
This is a terrible chick fil a. I ordered the cobb salad and the chicken was old and dry, the greens were wilted and disgusting, borderline rotten some of them, and it looked like it was just thrown together without any care. Also, they forgot the crispy bell peppers, which is a huge letdown. Not that it matters this time, because the salad was so terrible I couldn't even eat it. Also, the kid who took my order didn't seem very happy. I got the strong feeling that he hates his job and that I was a major inconvenience to him. Overall I am terribly disappointed in this location. I will definitely be going out of my way to go to the better locations from here on out.
Very upset. Picked up a mobile order (#672884) around 6PM. We arrived home and discovered we were missing a full meal - 12 count grilled nuggets. I called the location and spoke to Justin. I was told they would not give me a refund over phone. Sorry, but I think Chick-fil-A should stand by their product and customer service a bit more.
This place wasnt that bad before they rebuilt it. Now they are stingy with all sauces and have to double check every order due to missing food. I went again got treated poorly by management and have it recorded this time and will report it, this is really uncalled for to have these many bad reviews treat your customers right. The morning management is extremely unprofessional and should be reported
So I went to pick up from here for lunch. I had been on the road all day and this was the only food I had been able to eat. I will say, the service was great, but later that night I got severe food poisoning. I was throwing up all night long, and I almost had to go to the ER. So again, the service was great, but whatever happened to my food to give me food poisoning is a serious issue.
I agree with the poster who mentioned that this location seems to quickly be declining. This specific location off the loop of Midland Drive consistently serves soft, old, mostly cold fries where they almost look wet. Wish I would have taken a picture, but I just wanted the food out of my sight. Not sure if there is a change to the food supply, but some of the nuggets were gray/black inside. Additionally, when asking for condiments, they are not very generous. 4 meals were ordered and I received 3 ketchup packets and only enough sauce to cover for half of the people who needed the sauce. They can sure go up on their prices; can I opt to pay less for non - edible food? The whole experience was a waste of time and money. When I lived near Andrews highway, my family would stop there. When it first opened, never had an issue. Maybe driving a little further out is worth it. 🤷♀️ They wanted to up charge me for condiments. Lol The guy already had them in his hand and someone stopped him holding up the line. This owner must be hurting to have to start up charging for condiments. 🤣
This location sucks. EVERY time I come here the service is unorganized and inefficient. I only come to this one because it’s close to my job. Otherwise I would never. It’s the same issue EVERY time.
Won't be going back our food was cold, absolutely no flavor at all, no sauce on anything not how we ordered it and the service sucks. I haven't ate at a decent Chick-fil-A in a long time and I won't be returning to this one. Oh and the cost was way too high for garage
I simply ordered a large Chicken sandwich meals i asked for no pickles on my sandwich and to add bacon? Simple, right? WELL NOT TO THE EMPLOYEES!!!! i got medium fries and PICKLES ON MY SANDWICH!!!! I AM UNBELIEVABLY frustrated right now. I crave a sandwich with bacon and NO PICKLES!!! i haven’t ate all day and all i wanted was for a perfect sandwich. incompetency is a disease and it’s spreading right here.
Apparently 4 chick fil a sauce is all they'll give you even if you pay $30 or you have to pay for a bottle. Why can't I buy 2 more packs ? Why wasn't I told that I couldn't get 6 when I asked for 6 when ordering? You guys hurting for money that bad? So annoying
The woman taking our order was rude. When I asked if I could order two fries to go with our breakfast she flat out said no. I said I had done that before just was advised it would be a 7 minute wait. Which I gladly wait to keep the kids happy. She told me that was not an option. Really since when?!? So now I have an upset 4 year that I needed to be content just long enough so that I could respond to some emails and make some calls. Thanks Chick-fil-a 🙄
The managers are super rude and they think messing up your order is funny. Especially, the morning breakfast shift. I asked for a number 1 meal, sub biscuit for a bun with extra extra butter. I even made sure to let the girl know at the window know to make sure they added the extra butter, because they never do. So, I wait for my food, just for me to get a cold, non toasted bun with a dab of butter. I gave it back and the girl at the window was super sweet about them remaking my sandwich. The hash browns were cold too. So, I go sit and wait for my sandwich, for about 5 minutes or so, and this male comes out with my sandwich. They gave me the same sandwich back, and just pressed the bun down and it was still cold even the chicken. I didn’t even eat the bread. It’s not funny nor is it right to play with someone’s food.
We went through the drive thru and ordered a food. I’ve never had a staff member at chick Fil a tell us they can’t give us the dipping sauces. We bought 4 meals and wanted 2 sauces per meal. They said their manager told them no. I asked for her name and they didn’t want to give it, i read said here she is. She was acting busy… so I said I just wanted her name. Amanda is her name. I told them I just wanted her name and she laughed. Why??? I’ve always had polite servers but today was not!! We had to sit behind 3 cars that didn’t have food yet. I asked if they can move up so our car and the ones behind us could get out. They said, they had to get food to them first.
The chick fla on loop seems be quickly declining. Was just there this afternoon and the employees have gotten really rude. Not all but some. Hopefully whoever is in charge can get a handle on this, as this use to be the best one in town.
Cant believe they dont offer veteran day specials at this location.
I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but the male drive-thru attendant working around 7:30 PM 02/07/26 was extremely rude. When we pulled up, he barely acknowledged us, only said “what’s the name,” handed us our food abruptly, and turned his back without a goodbye or any basic courtesy. On top of that, part of our order was missing, so we had to turn back around to get it corrected. Overall, very disappointing service and not the experience I expect from Chick-fil-A.
Service was HORRIBLE from Willy, the blonde headed kid greeted everyone but me. It was 4 people in front of me. I stood in line an watched him. I ordered 4 coke floats, This guy was rude !!!
I sat in the drive through on the right lane for 15 minutes while the left lane was letting people go. They were not rotating I pick Chick-fil-A beacuase it’s quick and my son was hungry. The two people were just standing there and petting a dog. It’s frustrating seeing people that got there after you get their food. At least the guy that gives out receipts, Ryan was understanding and super sweet apologizing.
Accidentally ordered from this location. I was under the impression that the location I ordered from was by default my favorite, not the closest in my proximity. After ordering, I tried to cancel through the application and could not. After calling up to the establishment, they stated they were unable to assist me. Horrible customer service and will be filing a chargeback.
Extremely rude manager! My teen daughter went in asking about a job, the man didn’t even bother to respectfully give her a proper answer; it wasn’t even rush hour. Where are people’s’ manners nowadays.
Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry in the morning. Line moves quickly because they have everyone go park in the lot next door. Took a while for them to acknowledge me at the order screen. 3 other cars went through the other line before i spoke up and was helped. I don’t have 10-15 minutes to wait for breakfast in the next door parking lot. Definitely not the chick fil a standard. No review on the food yet as this review was written 13 minutes into waiting for it in the leasing lot next door. Ridiculous.
The salads at this location are always lacking and often completely missing ingredients. I brought this back to the counter to ask for more berries, but was told they were in there. If you go to any other location in town, the market salad has strawberries and lots of other noticeable ingredients, not just 3 blueberries and 3 apple slices.
