~2 Oreo Frosties... They were awesome! ~I had 10 piece nugget meal. Nuggets were barely luke warm @ best! Fries were good. They were warm but we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for them to "cook" some!
Just a normal Wendys night!. Chicken nuggets are still the best around. Maybe more deals lol🤷🏾♂️😁🎁😇
The food never seems to be hot or even warm most days. Chicken nuggets shouldn't be like rubber and cold. The staff is hit or miss just depends. The location in cedar hill is superior is food and staff.
Chili wasn't cooked properly. Some of the beans were completely uncooked. Cheese didn't even melt
One word sums this place up. TRASH If you want your order messed up a bag full of trash food that’s Ben slopped together this place may be for you. As for me done with it won’t be back food stinks service poor and you will get home with a bag of disappointment.
I drove there for breakfast. I got there at 10:10 AM, but the doors were locked. Then I saw they didn't open till 10am. Fifteen minutes later after knocking on doors & windows & seeing employees ignore me intentionally, they finally let me in only to confirm what I already suspected...that they don't serve breakfast. By then it was too late to go anywhere else. I'm Pissed.
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever seen. The employees will look at you then ignore you standing at the counter. On several occasions a black girl with braids has just looked at me and didn't even acknowledge I was even standing at the counter. If you place a mobile order you have to wait to pickup even though you order 10 minutes before arrival. Worst wendys in texas!
I came around 10pm after work, and I was the only car in the drive thru. I had to wait to get my order taken for nearly 10 minutes. I got a small flurry and a large water. I got to the window and they gave me my flurry and water, but no straw or spoon? I tried asking the girl but she walked away from the window. I then asked again and she gave me a thumbs up and handed them to me. The entire interaction she didn’t say a single word to me? It was the most bizarre customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m not one to post reviews like this, it was just so awkward and strange I had to say something. I get the worker could’ve been tired, after all it was pretty late, but I was just getting off work too. However, not saying a single word like “how are you?” Or “have a good one” literally nothing. This was my first time going to this restaurant, so not a very good first impression on their part.
The worst Wendy’s in DFW. You can be the only car in the drive-thru and still wait long. They don’t even open up for breakfast anymore.
It is no surprise to open the reviews and see how poor they are after my experience today. I pulled up. Asked for 5 biggie bags and told him I didn’t need the drinks. He rang it all up separately and the total was $40. I told him it should be $25. He said he had to ring it up separately since I didn’t want the drinks. I kinda giggled and said okay..well to save $15 I will go ahead and order the 5 drinks. Immediately a lady came on the speaker and asked how she could help. I told her I will change my order to add 5 drinks since it is $15 more to order them without drinks. She started getting an attitude which I calmly interrupted and said when you are done I will complete my order with you because I’m not finished. She then told me to pull around the front. I said I was not done ordering and she screamed at me and said “you said your order was complete!!” Clearly she didn’t want to listen to me or speak to me respectfully so I just quietly drove away and went across to Chick-Fil-A where the food and service is undeniably better! Everyone can have a bad day but none of that was necessary or even provoked!! My family will never ever go there again!
Omg. The kids running this place are so rude. They playing around while waiting at window. Never greeted me. Never told me it would be a wait. Sat for over 10 min and I was only one in line. Horrible horrible service. Today is October 4th 2025 at 7:00pm.
When I ask a questions about $8 meal and cashier don't know what I'm talking about but tells me to go read the sign from outside windows, then as I walk away says rude things to my back is unacceptable. I went outside to verify the meal combo and when she saw me I saw fear in her eyes because she knew I heard her vulgar remarks. I still ordered the meal and when I was trying to fill my cup with a beverage the dispenser was empty of majority of choices including sweet tea. I went back to the counter to inform employees of the problem only to find all of them on their phones. I asked if they would fill my cup with desired beverage I could not get their attention. I don't know what type of management was there but they should all be written up for being on the phone and poor customer service. This Wendy's is really bad! Do not waste your time or money.
I ordered my nuggets and fries on the app. However, when I got to the window I was still told to pull up and wait. After 10 minutes I went inside. Note that only one customer was inside the restaurant. My nuggets were just sitting in the rack out of the grease. I stood at the register for 60 seconds, but the worker didn't notice me because he was on his phone. No one was making my order. And the manager dropped fries after my nuggets had been sitting there. The manager took no accountability. He said he was too busy to notice, but no one was in the restaurant. No one was in the drive-through. He just shoved my food toward me and walked off. This is the absolute worst service. Do not go there if you expect to be treated good, timely customer service. Do not bother ordering on the app because not even the manager will bother to see if anyone is making the order.
Update: Just tried to give them another chance, now a year later, and I asked them for a #1 with extra vegetables. The fries werent even filled and were VERY old and chewy and they barley put any veggies on my burger and what lettuce they did put on it was rotten. NEVER again. This place needs to be shut down. To start the employee taking orders in the drive thru started taking my order and then asked me to give them a moment, which is fine, but then let me sit there for over 5 minutes and I said hello and they again asked me to give them another moment leaving me again for so long the cars behind me started driving off and all the cars in front of me where gone. Finally got my order taken and the girl working drive thru was so rude and just snatched my card out of my hand and wouldnt even make eye contact. They gave me bags and then asked me to pull up to wait for my salad. They made me wait another 10 minutes while i counted 9 cars get their food and drive past me, just for a salad! When i got home, and i should have known better, i had ordered a chicken pretzel bacon pub meal, they gave me the beef bacon pub, and this is the second time i have tried odering the chicken one and they gave me beef. They clearly dont know the difference between chicken and beef! Now i have tried to call the store twice and no one will answer the phone there. I am very frusted because their food is not cheap and they continue to give terrible service! I will be contacting corperate as well.
In my 40 years of living this was literally the worst experience at a Wendy's I've ever had. 40 minutes in the drive thru, the inside is closed so no customers there. They were out of things, forgot part of my order, and when I went inside they were all circled up laughing and telling stories. Then I got my fries which were forgotten from a guy who was obviously high, only to find them burned beyond edible. Do better Wendy's! Take pride in your company! Better yet hire me as your store manager and I'll double your business!
Spent over 60$ on order. First off was put on hold halfway through the order in drive thru for about 15-20 minutes. They made me aware that their was no potatoes. Once I paid they told me they didn't have any sprite. Waited another 15 minutes for my order. Once I got the drinks, she said thank you. I said you didn't give me all my drinks, I'm missing one. She then took another 3-4 minutes to give me my drink. She then gave me my food and I was missing a burger. I didn't even get to finish telling her which burger it was and she shut the window in my face. She then came back 3-4 minutes and I said sorry but you didn't even let me tell you which one I'm missing. I said I was missing a chicken sandwich and she said well we made a cheeseburger. I said well that's not what we are missing. She rolled her eyes and shut the window. Once I checked burger I noticed they didn't even add the bacon I had paid and asked for. In all, horrible service and horrible food! That Wendy's is a complete mess. Picture taken of last burger received.
Horrible! I was so hungry I started eating in the car; once I was able to see it fully at home I became sick and vomited everywhere. They refused to call a manager when I returned but gave me a number. No one has called me back. Moldy bread… now I’m sick to my stomach and never returning there!
