We were particularly craving hot pot and decided to visit Four Seasons Hot Pot. The owner was incredibly kind and extended their lunch hours just for us. The overall service was excellent! The hot pot broth was comparable to that of Chengdu, which we appreciated. While the meat didn’t quite meet our expectations, the overall experience was still quite good. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere. If you're someone that have never tried hotpot I guess it would be a good experience. But if you're familiar to hotpot and have tried every kind of Asian hotpot in Asia, you would know that the quality is not that good, especially with this price, I was shocked. The tofu choices were good though, but other than that (especially the meat and fish balls), the quality didn't really suit with the price.

Service was good, and the restaurant was very generous with the ingredients and was really fresh as well. However the soup base was a bit too bland, but still worth a shot if you’re craving for Chinese hotpot in Milan!
