The restaurant was very accommodating to fit me in at the last minute on a fully booked out night. The pho was delicious and I only wish I had more dining partners so I could try more. The servers spoke Vietnamese and the food tasted very authentic.

Pretty good. Large Pho is not like a large in California. Same bowl 🥣 for all sizes, just filled up to a different level. Friendly server, snug seating Worth a shot. Enjoy!

Nice Vietnamese restaurant. It’s small but ok. The taste is better compared with some another Vietnamese restaurants in Italy but still not really authentic because lack of ingredients from Asian

The Bun Cha Hanoi is decent. Pho was on the bland side. The waitresses were very attentive and accommodating as we did not have a reservation. Place is small and when busy is very tight.

Really good char grilled pork with rice - highly recommend! Had pho no cha tin - mixture of sliced and lean beef, wasn’t too bad but wasn’t great either - best you could find with slim pickings in Milan. We also had a side of bok choy with mushrooms (pretty average), and fried spring rolls (they don’t use traditional rice paper but filling is pretty decent - however €2.5 per piece was pretty steep.

As a Vietnamese, the food is good in taste and portion, especially rice with grilled pork and noodles with lean pork belly. Pho is ok. Mango salad is not very well mixed. Affordable price. We came with a group of 3 at late night, and this might be the reason the waitress was not happy at all. Not feeling welcome at the restaurant operated by a compatriot.

I had made a reservation in advance, but the staff completely ignored me in order to serve walk-in customers. Ninety minutes after my reserved dining time, they told me I had to leave — even though I had already wasted 20 minutes just waiting to be served. I don’t understand: what’s the point of making a reservation then? Why shouldn’t I just walk in like everyone else? Extremely disappointing. That said, the food was indeed delicious.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. The environment was very cold, which was uncomfortable. I ordered a vanilla ice cream, but they brought me a chocolate one without informing me beforehand, only to say that vanilla was unavailable when they brought me the chocolate one. The pho was overly salty with a strong MSG taste. My friend and I ordered the same dessert, but it was served in completely different containers. When I asked to borrow a phone charger, I was told it wasn’t an option. Despite all this, they still charged a service fee, though I’m unsure what service was provided.
