Guyssss!!!!! I won’t come here and lie to you. If you want to have a good HIG POT service and meal, this is definitely your go to. I can’t get over that night with my classmates when we celebrated our last day of school.

Food is ok, but not good enough. The meat really few, not good as the photo. There are some sauce for hotpot we can choose by ourselves, but without any soup or fruit, not same as the other hotpot restaurants in Milan. For drinks we ordered water and plum juice，but really small bottle, costs 6 euro. Food for adults costs 30 per person, but also costs 18 for a child who is just 4 years old!! Even she just eat a bit.. Have to say, It's really inconvenient to bring children with you to have a dinner here... Not good experience anyway

Me and my friend ate here and got severe stomache on the second day. The food was not fresh or hygiene… And when we ordered for second time, the waitress just turned off the hot pot before we finished, saying that the hot pot was overcooked, but she did not replace it with a new pot…Never have this kind of experience in other hot pot restaurants🤦‍♀️Will never come again!!

I would start with the bad points- it’s night at 8:30 pm I booked and it’s cold ( 9-10 degree ). We were sent to sit outside I guess it’s because we were only two people. I had to have my coat on to eat and it was super uncomfortable. From time to time people just came outside and smoke ...while for me it’s super weird. Then I requested a spoon and never came at the end. The moveable heater was near only one side, so either ur feet is about to get BBQ or the person on another side is freezing. Good points - the quality of food is average. The meat is good. But the meatball is not my personal favorite taste, so just my opinion. Overall it’s a average place to enjoy so called hot pot.

Overall poor and unorganized. Not enough food so you have to wait a while for them to restock the fridge.

Came here for lunch by myself and went for all you can eat option. They charged me 10 euro extra for soup base because I'm only 1 person??? Now I see they charged me 10 but is 9 euro on the menu??? Meat plate is very sparse and lots of fat.

Freaking small portion So called buffet, but it took you 1 hour to find a waiter to take order. That’s a unethical way to reduce cost I mean, by hiding your waiters, so ppl can’t get what they want. Excuse me?
