I love this place. The coffee is tasty, the baked goods are tasty, and the atmosphere is cozy. The only things are that it can be a little pricey (but it's a treat) and I bought a can of their creamed coffee from their fridge to go and it was spoiled. Paid over $6 for it and was a little disappointed. I only had it in the car for 20 min until it was put in the fridge at home so I doubt it would have spoiled during that time. Opened it two days later and it was sour and fizzy. But!!! That won't deter me from going again. The chocolate croissant is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼!!! The drinks are large and not overly sweet so if you are a coffee lover then it's just right.

Extremely good coffee, pleasant atmosphere and friendly service; I love stopping by here for my morning cup of coffee when working in the area. The dark roast is always fresh and piping hot, absolutely perfect for my taste, and is surprisingly inexpensive for the quality and quantity being served. This place feels so genuine and chill, I wish I could hang out in its cozy vibe all morning. For reference, I do not enjoy Tim Horton’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, or Scooters coffee at all. Skip those terrible coffee places, and take a little trip into downtown Milan for a truly delightful coffee experience.

This is the perfect spot to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning or to relax after work and have one of their many amazing cocktails. My favorite thing about The Owl, Morning 'til Night, is that I can bring my fur baby with me! The staff even spoils her and gives her a special treat. I also like to go on Tuesday nights for Opinionation, or on Wednesday nights for trivia, it is so much fun!

Great drinks. I frequent here on date nights with my wife or when I am working remote. Its a great place to focus if you need to or talk with friendly staff. It seems to be a staple in Milan. I come up from Dundee to come it is is more than worth it.

It was our first time there! We went to see our favorite band The Wake up Jamie. It was nice neat place. Not many visitors but there were a few kids. Not very broad selection of baking goods but I found sweets I liked. Coffee and beer was good. Look at their blackboard! Do you see huge selection of different drinks and beverages? I wish we lived closer to this lovely place to come more often and try most of this place can offer! Come and check yourself! You won't be disappointed! Good job, girls! And the band was amazing!

Love the atmosphere and the baristas and the snacks they have here. I love coming in to get a coffee but my only gripe I have is that the decaf is remembered about 80% of the time, which isn't bad and human error happens, but it happened two times in a row (first time was remembered and caught before I left thankfully), this time i drank that whole thing and my stomach and anxiety was not prepared. Maybe I'm just destined for the hot chocolate lol Tried the cheesecake today though and it was amazing, and every snack I've had has been so good!

We were in Milan to shop, our last stop downtown was The Owl for a glass of wine. Very nice atmosphere - lots of dark wood, booth and bar seating as well as sofa and chairs. Decorated for the holidays. Nice little retail section.

Place looks awesome and has a wonderful staff that we met. If it were just that, this place would easily get 5 stars. It's chill, comfortable, and everyone working there is joyful. However, I went there for the drinks and was very disappointed. I got a chai latte, and my girlfriend got a cappuccino. Both drinks were awful, and unfortunately, not worth drinking. If it were just on those drinks, the place got a zero.
