Hello!!! Happy New Year and thank you for the amazing food and service this evening. We made a reservation super easily ahead of time. Well, my husband did. He’s so sweet! It’s our wedding anniversary today and he’s so thoughtful knowing I’ve been dying for some fondue. We had the most amazing service. Becca was our server and everything was absolutely perfect. If you appreciate amazing service -ask for her by name. Beyond that -Jazmyne was so welcoming as she greeted our table. You can tell this place runs smoothly based on how perfect our experience was. Everything was just effortless allowing us to focus on our amazing food and experience. Everything was clean and orderly and we had absolutely everything we wanted and needed and so much more. Thanks for everything! We can’t wait to come again. :)

First time here. Loved cheese dip, but would have liked bread toasted. Salad was good. Hubby liked the raspberry vinigriette. 4 minutes is a little long to cook the teriyaki steak if you like it more medium to medium rare. Chocolate dip was fantastic. Dion was our server. He was great!

It was AMAZING!!!! A bit pricy yet worth every penny for what all you get! We got the 4 course meal and just had a fun time putting it all together. What a wonderful experience! The food was great quality, good portion sizing, and very well seasoned. We'll definitely be going back!!

Delicious! It was fun to cook our own food. The waiter was very professional and friendly. I asked for a drink that wasn't on the menu and the bartender came out and told me that she could make one similar and she did. It came out SO good. I thought that was really kind of her. Over-all great experience.

Had such a wonderful anniversary dinner here tonight. Alana took such wonderful care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and was an amazing server and conversationalist! It’s been a few years since we were here, but so glad we’re back for good, and had an amazing night. The service provided really made it special, for a special occasion. Thank you again Alana!

We took advantage of the locals discount deal and decided to try the restaurant for the first time. We had a great date night, it was such a fun experience and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly!! We had a great time.

Awesome experience for both of us - wonderful, helpful service, excellent food prepared in front of us and so fun! Wait staff happily answered questions completely and provided descriptive, detailed responses. We had Classic Alpine cheese fondue, 1 California and 1 Bacon Parmesan Ranch salads and 1 order of Classic selection of protein, which we split Clean, stylish and comfortable interior. Loved our evening here!

We’ve done birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines Day, and date nights here. Plenty of ways to customize your meal so everyone finds something they like. Kids 8+ will love how interactive it is.

Another excellent experience and bonus points for the half off happy hour deal! Loved my birthday treat strawberries in 3 chocolate types too!

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for the first time for Valentine’s Day. Jupiter was such an amazing server and we had a very pleasant experience. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. A server like that is very hard to forget. The food was amazing and the environment was awesome. We can’t wait to go back!

Went there last night, their valentines theme was on point. Food was amazing, it was my first time there. The Love Martini is delicious highly recommend trying it out. The service is top notch. Everything was explained easily at the start. Will return again.

We went to the Melting Pot the Friday before Valentine's Day. We made an appointment online and received a reminder via text message. It wasn't too crowded and we received prompt service. The food was perfect and the drinks were great. We sat at the bar while we waited and the bartender was very nice. Overall an very wonderful date night and experience.

Always a delicious and fun stop! Fresh food, quick service and a variety of options keeps us coming back. Brandon was our server this evening and he took great care of us, even as we took our time enjoying the evening. Definitely recommend stopping in to this location for a unique meal.

Me and my husband came in wanting to have a nice dinner while one our honeymoon yesterday and our server Grace was nothing but amazing and patient with us as it was our first time going to a restaurant like this. She walked us through everything and answered our questions and overall was an amazing server. Even the next day we talking about how much of an amazing experience we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back.

The Melting Pot has always been a favorite when we are in Destin. Tonight was no exception. We had a table of 10 and Michael, our server, handled it all seamlessly, efficiently with a great attitude. He topped our evening off by offering to take our picture. We will certainly request him on our next trip.

Dion was amazing! We had a huge party with a ton of kids and he did a wonderful job accommodating us. It made our last night of vacation stress free. Food was delicious- portions were huge.

Neither boyfriend nor I had never done fondue so there was a huge learning curve for us. Visited for their Prix Fixe Valentine’s Day menu and had no idea what to expact. Thankfully, our server (whose name escapes me) was very patient and thorough with us! I recommend hanging onto a menu while you dine to help guide you with the process; there are explanations of the sauces as well as a cheatsheet for cooking times on there. Not sure how the special menu differs from their regular menu but the amount of food we had was crazy! Even though it didn't look like a lot of food while on the table, we were absolutely stuffed when we left. I really enjoyed the first course which included bread and a couple of raw vegetables (I think it was baby carrots and broccoli) that we dipped in the "Loaded Baked Potato Cheddar" sauce. The sauce was very thick and rich but delicious. I probably shouldn't have eaten so much bread but it was too good to pass up! Next course was the salad ... I had the Strawberry Caprese and boyfriend has the California. The fresh mozzarella was good on mine but the rest was just OK, it possibly needed more dressing? The California was definitely better and had sugared pecans and a creamy balsamic dressing. Boyfriend and I both opted for the Cupid's Feast entree which had Roasted Garlic Shrimp, Teriyaki Marinated Sirloin, Wild Mushroom Ravioli and Honey Orange Chicken. (I don't eat chicken or beef so I gave boyfriend my meat and we shared the rest.) We chose the Citrus Mojo hot sauce because it was supposed to impart the most flavor? To be honest, we couldn't really taste much of anything on the cooked food, citrus or otherwise, other than on the cooked broccoli? The dipping sauces definitely helped in this regard. I liked the Green Goddess and the Gorgonzola Port sauces the best. I think the other sauces were Ginger Plum, Teriyaki, Yogurt Curry and Sweet and Sour? I really liked the shrimp but couldn't taste any garlic on them after cooking? The ravioli were delicious though! Last up was the dessert feast ... definitely needed to save room for this course! We chose the Tiramisu Milk Chocolate, chocolate with small chunks of Ladyfingers swimming about. The assortment of fruit and sweets were all delicious, very hard to pick a favorite here? The Melting Pot was definitely an enjoyable experience even though we felt like we weren't sure we were "doing it correctly?" It was fun feeling like we were conducting a weird science experiment while we ate! It was definitely a special treat though and I did like the fixed menu for our first time there; I feel like ordering off of the regular menu might have been a little overwhelming having never done fondue before? Might try it again someday but the memories of a first Valentine's Day with an incredibly special guy made it extra memorable for me. :)

We went to the Melting Pot on Valentine’s Day and did not have a good experience. Christian reached out as soon as he heard to apologize and offered to bring us back on the house to show us a good experience. And they did just that! We went last night. They had our table ready with flowers and rose petals. Bre was our waitress and she was amazing! She was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our evening. She was very knowledgeable about the menu which was helpful also. They definitely redeemed themselves last night. They went above and beyond. We really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back!

We have dined at The Melting Pot locations all over the country for years, including this Destin location, and this experience was the best ever! The food was excellent, and service by Georgia was superb. The host, manager, and general atmosphere were all very welcoming and attentive.

Amazing all around! Every course was spot on and fun to cook the entree ourselves. Highly recommend the white chocolate champagne fondue. Service was by far the best, thank you to our server Grant for an awesome night! And shoutout to the awesome GM Gabe!!! Future ceo of melting pot!

Book reservation online and be amazed by the add-ons!! Rose petals on the table and above and beyond service with a smile. And yes, they took great care of our Vegan family!

There is nothing about this place that wasn't great. My table assistant was great. She explained the whole menu and made it super easy to follow and understand. Cooking your own food is so exciting. They give you a QR code to download with timers for each thing that you are cooking. It's super easy to understand. The food was delicious because it's pre-seasoned. And I cooked it myself. 😆 🤣 and the dessert you will have to come just to try it. There are no words. I would hug the owner and say thanks. It's that good.

DION was the best, knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Me and best friend had great time. I made reservervations. I enjoyed the music, had not heard the songs before however easy and energetic at the same time. Ask for DION. Gabe the general manager came by, he is the in his element and everything a general manager of The Melting Pot should be! 😊

My boyfriend booked us a 5-course romance package for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! Everything from the first bites, to the fondue and dipper options, fun drinks, and entrees were delicious. Our server was just the perfect amount of attentive, friendliness, and personable. The table was covered in fresh rose petals with cute heart-shaped tea lights. Our cozy corner booth in the lovers alley was just the right amount of private without feeling totally cut-off from the rest of the restaurant. Also, their Green Goddess dip is delicious and goes well with everything, I am now addicted to it. Our server was kind enough to bring me extra to enjoy with our entree.

Dion was our server and he was absolutely fantastic! It’s our yearly tradition to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Melting Pot, and Dion helped to make it another special date night for us. We’ll be back again next year for our next anniversary!

Our server was amazing. I am celiac and they help me with wonderful options. They made things gluten free and had the best brownie gluten free dippers for the chocolate fondue along with gluten free bread. It made my Mother's Day very special. We let the manager know how wonderful our time was.

Came here for my wedding anniversary. We got the 4 course meal for 2, and everything we ate was absolutely delicious, including the martinis. Our server, Ashley, was wonderful. We even got a framed picture of us at our table to take home. It was $200 including the 4 course meal for 2, some drinks, the picture, and the tip. Such a great experience, and we will definitely be back in the future.

Exceptional food experience with the variety of options for each course. Our waitress went at our pace making the entire experience enjoyable, never rushed. I was surprised by a rose pedal, stuffed melting pot character animal and 6 chocolate covered strawberries that were delicious. Thanks everyone, we will be back!

Had an amazing time here tonight for our 27th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing as always! Santos was our waiter and he was friendly, attentive and overall awesome. Devin, the general manager was helpful with our reservation and made sure to check in on us from time to time.

My boyfriend and I went Friday night and had an absolutely amazing time with our server Santos. He really made our visit perfect with his suggestions and good vibes. We will definitely be returning and asking for him! The manager Devin was also amazing and was very friendly, answered all our questions and had good laughs. It was such an amazing experience we will return the food was splendid, we grilled at our table and oh just the flavors were all spot on for the dips and seasonings. Love love love

My 13 year old daughter and I popped in for dessert only. We didn't make a reservation and they were super busy. The host was extremely friendly and told us they may not be able to accommodate us at the time but would ask the manager if it was possible. They were able to. Gabe was our server and was incredibly sweet. The service was by far, the best, especially under the circumstances. I don't typically write reviews but the staff there went out of their way to accommodate us and were happy to see us which is not common these days.

What stood out the most was how personable he was —engaging without being intrusive, attentive without hovering. He anticipated our needs, made sure we had everything we needed at just the right time, and added such a warm, thoughtful touch to the whole evening. You could tell he really cared about making our experience special. It’s not often you get service that feels both professional and personal—Dion struck that perfect balance. Our next vacation we will come back and we’ll be asking for him again!!!

Santos took great care of us! We had the 4 course for 2 and it was perfect for our evening. Santos explained how to fondue and prepared our starter like a pro. As the evening progressed, Santos took us through the courses and made sure we were enjoying our time. All-in-all, 5 star experience!

I'll start by saying: we've never had fondue, but my wife always wanted to try it. We spent a week in the Destin area on our honeymoon and made a reservation at the Melting Pot. We did not expect the level of service we received. The staff set us up in a secluded little private booth which they adorned with rose petals for the happy couple. Our server was attentive and showed great sincerity when we disclosed a shellfish allergy at the table. We opted for the four-course for two and enjoyed the first round of delicious melty cheese with an assortment of things to dip in there. The main course came with several protein options and there's a little QR code to scan that will take you to a page full of timers to use depending on what you're cooking in your broth. I will say, a few of those timers seemed to be a little short but you can safely eyeball the doneness of your meat. The dessert fondue, we went with Rocky Road, was rich and delicious! Here's the cool part: the manager, whose name I regrettably cannot recall, came and checked on us a few times. When I ordered their new drink based around a blueberry whiskey, he came back around to see what we thought of it. We recommended a splash of ginger ale or sprite to liven it up some and to allow the effervescence to open some of the other incorporated flavors up. Unexpectedly, he brought the updated drink to us for further feedback and we all agreed it was an enhancement. If the owner is reading these reviews, we want you to know that your team at this location is doing an excellent job and we felt very special during our dinner there. Our thanks to each of them for being part of our special trip and giving us a lasting memory to share together. We will see you again on our next visit!

We were here on vacation on 9-24-25. We decided to go to a nice dinner and chose this place. We couldn’t say more great things about this place! We told them it was our first time and they gave us recommendations to better help up. Our server Michael was amazing!

This was my first time and I’ll definitely be back! It was a fun experience and our server ,DION, was great! We had our toddler with us and he helped keep her entertained through dinner which was a big help, she enjoyed saying hi and bye between each course! He was also very knowledgeable on the menu so it made it much easier to make our choices since he was able to make great recommendations.

My pregnant self decided Melting Pot was the craving of the evening and man was I satisfied! We usually just do cheese & chocolate but decided to splurge on the 4 course tonight… every bit of it was so delicious. The absolute cherry on top was the service we received. Justin was seriously THE BEST. Went above and beyond, had amazing conversation, all while holding down the bar too. He was genuinely just made to work with people, can’t give him enough props!

Our server Darby was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive without hovering, kept our drinks full, and timed each course perfectly so everything felt relaxed and enjoyable. Her kindness and professionalism really elevated our whole experience. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

A unique dining experience, even though a bit pricey. Once every year or so, on a special occasion, is fun. This particular time I ordered a strawberry-something cocktail and it was delicious! I ordered it again and it tasted much different, so I asked for a replacement. The new drink was good, but then I noticed about a 2 to 3 inch crack all the way of the glass. Sent that one back and decided to just drink water. Our food was delicious and the fondue was delicious too. Wait staff was polite and professional. It did take a long time to get our first order of drinks, not sure what the delay was.

Always great service, food was decent. They now offer a cast iron option which we should have opt'd for over the hotpot. Was not overly impressed with the bar, Old fashioned was a bit lack luster and has suger that didn't dissolve, was a little off putting.

We are locals. Went for our anniversary dinner. Had the big night out with the local wine flight. Our server was exceptional. I believe his name was Zach, but don’t quote me on that. Overall, very good service. My one complaint would be that they have too many “managers” walking around doing these random checks. It was quite annoying. They would walk up and down the with their iPads and say “CORNER” very loudly. I get why they do this as everything is fast paced… but cmon for something that is supposed to be more of a romantic setting that was a little annoying. I feel like these managers might have been bored or just didn’t quite know what to do so instead just wanted to walk around constantly. I counted and the same one walked past us during our entire dinner at least 20+ times. It got to an almost comedic point where my husband and I wanted to see if we couldn’t count down to when we would see her again. The food of course is always delicious. No complaints there. They have a lovely vegan options which is new to us. Great for those who have dietary restrictions.

We came here for my niece's 13th birthday. We had a reservation at 7:45 pm but we were not seated until after 8 pm. We were a large party and it was difficult to share. The booth had a divider between us. Our server and the runners/kitchen staff that helped her were personable and friendly. They did a great job of putting up with us first timers. I suggest this experience for a small group unless everyone knows what they want in advance-which is hard to know because they'll explain the menu for you upon ordering. It is pricey! There was a bartender (I believe) in the front who stared at us awkwardly as we left. Didn't really care for that-other wise, a great experience! Again, big thanks to the sweet people who came to our table and helped us! $$$

Our server, Michael, did a fantastic job tonight. He kept our fruit full, checked in on us regularly. The atmosphere was calm and cool. Really great time with the family. We will be back!

And once you take away the appeal of the fondue experience everything else is just average at best. Money would be better spent at a Brazilian steakhouse. My kids like the experience (a lot of sugar) but I was unimpressed by the food.

The food was good, and the service was excellent. However, be mindful of where you sit and keep an eye on the light fixture above. Steam from our pot built up and began dripping back into the food. We switched tables after noticing, but the same issue occurred. Fortunately, it was only dessert at the second table, so there wasn’t enough steam buildup to start dripping again. It’s a shame that whoever designed and inspected this didn’t catch it—it’s concerning to think how many diners may have experienced this without noticing.

After entering, the atmosphere seemed like fine dining but the the customer service was far from it.. meaning there was no greeting and they were busy setting up to say welcome. Even though it didnt seem as busy since we got there for early dinner... maybe staff shortage.. don't kno. But we chose a set of menu items and the rotation of each course was really slow compared to a table next to us. Their waiter was allot more attentive to their customer than our waitress. Our waitress only visited us about a quarter of what our neighboring table so our drinks sat empty for most of the duration of the meal. The presentation of the entrees was very nicely arranged and prepared. The check was a bit pricey but expected for fine dining but without the fine dining service. I gave it three stars because of the service and the food.

I had my birthday here and it was a fun experience. The waiter was decent but didn't come check on us enough and we have never been here before so it was much needed. The food quality is definitely not worth the price. The bread was not fresh. They definitely cut it up long before we came. All the desserts were stale. I get that they wanted our order ahead of time to prepare for our large amount but it ruined the food. I would spend 100+ dollars at Domo or BJs restaraunt before I came back here. Fun as a one time thing but not again.

Sorry….My family of 4 all gave this place a 1 star. The best part of the meal was the salad. We told our waitress it was our first time there and we needed help understanding the menu. She was not very forthcoming with info. Maybe I live under a rock but I had no idea I had to cook my own food. I ordered the steak lovers platter. The waitress suggested the Moho cooking method because it was packed with lots of flavor. It was literally boiling meat in water with seasoning. It was disgusting!!! We paid a very hefty bill and went straight to Chick-fil-A after we left. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone! For $200 you can go get a real chef to cook for you. I’m sorry but filet mignon should never be boiled.

Went on a “double date” for Valentine’s Day, our reservation was at 8:15 and we arrived early and were told we can sit at the bar. Justin the bartender was so attentive and served amazing espresso martinis to our party. We were sat at 8:20 and enjoyed our fondue, salads, and our entrees until it hit 10:00. At that point, the GM, Devin, came to our table for what seemed to be a routine table touch. He asked how our meal was and then proceeded to tell us that this is a family establishment and said “we are not kicking you out” but that there were complaints from other “guests and servers” about profanity and overall complaints about our party. We had been sitting and enjoying our meal for almost 2 hours. At this point, the restaurant was closed and the section that we were sitting in was almost empty. This was appalling language from a general manager, scolding adults on Valentine’s Day, an adult oriented holiday. We immediately asked for our check, and appreciated the 70% discount that was applied to our check for the inconvenience. This was an extremely embarrassing moment for members of our party, and hope that issues like this are addressed appropriately in the future. Grant was a great server and explained the menu well to the novice of the group. Go Noles!

Terrible experience today at this location at lunch time. We were practically the only ones in the restaurant. Me and my wife were ordering 2 different pots, so we asked to be seated at a table with 2 burners so we could eat at the same time. The waiter's reply was, no because you can only sit at those tables if you have 4 or more people.. I said... but its completely empty, we're like the only ones here. His reply was, well I can seat you at that table but I'm going to charge you for 4 people, twice as much. I asked him if he thought that was fair and good customer service. When I got the same reply, I told him it wasn't and we left. I could understand if the place was packed, but this felt like an Eskimo telling me they have no ice to spare in the Arctic, however if they could double my bill they could manage it. Used to eat here frequently at my request, but those days are over.
