I had a great experience at the KFC on Dale Road in Modesto. The food was hot, fresh, and quickly prepared. Angelica, our server, was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making the visit enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. I’ll definitely return.

I had a great experience at KFC. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered the Original Recipe chicken, and it was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy and tender on the inside. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and I noticed the staff working hard to keep tables wiped down and the dining area tidy. The service was fast and friendly; the cashier greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was correct before handing it to me. I also appreciated how quickly my food was prepared, even during a busy time of day. It’s clear that this KFC location takes pride in providing great customer service and maintaining high food quality. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit and will definitely be coming back soon. This location is by far the cleanest restaurant I have ever visited. I actually thought it as new. The service was great, delivered by William. He was professional and helpful, pointing out the specials., one of which gave me more items for a lower price than what I was planning to order. The food was very hot and delicious. I'm so surprised to see the negative reviews, as i had an exceptional experience. The managing partners were in the dining room. They introduced themselves and made me feel very welcome. If you've had a negative experience in the past, I encourage you to give this location another try.
They have specials 2 days of the week made to order....folks are backing up waiting for food to be brought out to them.the chicken fried steak meal on special is Awsome!
Sooooo, If we dine in, how do I get a refill on my fountain drink?!! The fountain machine is still broken/not working and it’s Been like 5 months or so ago since I’ve been here…. I’m waiting at the counter and nobody comes over to ask what I need…. Guy is preparing the food in the back and he can see me or can’t see me but doesn’t say anything. Girl working the drive thru sees Me or doesn’t see me? The other girl is in the back hiding somewhere cause she’s the one that handed me my mobile order… Soooo everyone just hides in the back and dot help current customers with their refills? Got it
The worst experience I’ve ever had tonight. I will never eat from KFC again. People that work are the worst bad customer service here never go here trust me ! Asked for new Biscuits they refused to replace them. I was super nice the whole time. They wouldn’t help me they wouldn’t give sauce napkins They deserve not even a star! 5/8/22
