I want to applaud Aarynn for her impeccable service on 03/21/22. We went for a quick lunch while waiting for our car being serviced nearby. Aarynn provided us with the upmost service. She was extremely attentive, kind, generous, sweet, and respectful. We got the service we would expect from a michelin star restaurant. She is definitely a hostess with the mostest. Way to go Aarynn. This was our 1st time dining at this olive garden and we really appreciated your service. Hope to see you next time.

A group of us 15 altogether celebrated a birthday for our 2 friends. Appreciated the convenience of the Manager reserving a table for us. The restaurant has a clean atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. Our server. Blanca was particularly pleasant and showed good customer service skills. Manager Ben was also friendly. We had another group get together of 12 people on April 5th. As always, I enjoyed soup and salad. Eggplant parmigiana and the calamari were very good. Thanks, Eric, our waiter for providing excellent customer service and friendliness. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

This place is usually pretty good, but we'd come in the afternoon on Valentine's Day and they had brought out our appetizer way too fast. As in, when we touched the fried mozzarella it was cold and even colder on the inside. Our server ended up getting us a hot new plate of them and they were much better. This visit was a special occasion with a group of 11 so we were seated in the back. The food had good flavor. The quantity was good enough that my mom and I were able to share the seafood alfredo. I'm struggling to rate our server. My husband says she did a good job but I felt she appeared annoyed with any extra questions or requests. With that said, I do understand that people have off days. My biggest issue with this visit is that we arrived 10-15 minutes before 3p, which would have allowed us to order from the lunch menu however they had us wait to be seated until after 3p. They shouldn't offer a lunch menu if they are going to keep you from being able to order from it. When we mentioned the fact that they possibly did this intentionally, it was just brushed off. Overall not a bad experience.

The food when we finally got it was pretty good. Someone at the table ordered a bottle of cider...took 20 minutes to get it. They said the bartender was backed up. All someone needed to do was pop the top and set it on the table. We used their app to join the waitlist. It said 1-10min. We get there and check in. It said our table was ready....They said we have to sit and wait 20-30min. So we took the kids to the bathroom....They called for us to sit while we were in the bathroom and almost gave the table away. I ordered the neverending pasta...They took about 25min to bring me the first bowl, and only finally came to ask if I wanted another when we were about to leave....I said yes, and had to wait another 15min....Just to get what could only be described as a tiny childrens portion sized bowl.

Showed up for lunch with some friends, server was incredibly friendly and nice, but I wanted to order the lunch shrimp scampi (perhaps it was my fault I was too quiet when I ordered) but I ended up receiving the dinner scampi instead, I didn't think there was gonna be a difference until I got my bill. I’ve been ordering Olive Garden catering for three years. No issues. I know what is included and how it should be served to feed the amount of people it says it can. I ordered the catering for 10/31 and I am very dissatisfied. Apart from the protein amount being significantly less, the sauce containers are all less than half full! The Alfredo sauce is old, reheated, and separated. It’s an oily mess that I am currently scooping out because I have to serve food right now and can’t replace it with store bought sauce. That’s the point of catering, not worrying.

Had to ask 4 times for more salad that never came. My husband's soup was extremely watered down and my pasta was so dry the noodles were hard, no drink refills, no offer of more bread sticks. Went for dinner my husband and I was told there would be a 20 minute wait.We where fine waiting our turn to be called.After about 30 minutes going by a couple came in party of 2 just like us came sat waited maybe 15 minutes they were called.I proceeded to ask if they forgot about us,she asked my name I told her.She says we called your name,I say no you did not,we were standing right in front of them,she straight up and lied. The girl was Inconsiderate, she had me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes.Just for her to bring out my ordered food I ordered online.
