I came in with some friends today and my experience was amazing. I believe her name on her name tag was Vanessa Sanchez General Manager. She was extremely friendly and had a great smile. Took out order and it was pretty fast. Food was hot and fresh. It's always nice to come to a place where you fell welcome. And she did just that. We will definitely come back.

The girl that helped our family out was awesome. She had our food ready to go and provided good customer service. I wish I remembered her name. I have gone twice and both times were good. I have had a good experience. Definitely going back!

This place is older than most newer locations, but the service is awesome so it doesn't matter. And the staff are very friendly and helpful! They have a good atmosphere for friends and family and a good size area to reserve for parties. The pizza is so good! It's a bit more pricey than other pizza places, but definitely better than most!

Ok so we order an extra large pizza from this place every week in the afternoon about 330 pm. We order online so I can pick up after work. Usually on wed or Thursdays. If someone asked for the pizza to be ready at 330 pm that means 330PM NOT 310pm It’s not worth losing a customer because people Want to get ahead or are bored they need something to do. Please stick with the scheduled time not after and definitely not before… Thank We will keep going to eat there .. Thank you

I really can't pinpoint exactly what it was but the overall experience did not measure up to the quality that I have experienced in the past at Round Table..I paid as much for the buffet and soda as I would have paid for a medium sized pizza. So where is the savings? The overall experience simply did not fill the bill this time. Plus I had to ask for things individually and one at a time and these were basic things that should have been provided automatically, i.e., silverware, salt and pepper, peppers, parmesan, and other similar items.

So where is the savings? The overall experience simply did not fill the bill this time. Plus I had to ask for things individually and one at a time and these were basic things that should have been provided automatically, i.e., silverware, salt and pepper, peppers, parmesan, and other similar items.

My mom and I went in for lunch on a Thursday. We decided on 2 lunch specials based on their menu standing on the counter, in 2 different places. Personal up to 4 topping pizza, salad and a drink for $10.99. It took the woman at the register 4 minutes to even figure out how to input our order into the computer. She asked our name and if we were eating in, then 4 minutes of silence while she fiddled with her register. She finally asks us what we want, we begin to order. She stops us 3 times to confirm what we want. She then tells us it's not a salad bar included with our meal, but a pre-made salad. We both wanted the salad bar. She told us that was the lunch special #5, which wasn't even on the menu. She then points to a piece of paper taped to the counter top and says those are the lunch specials. Well the one she's telling us we have to get is only a 1 topping pizza, while my mom wanted 3 toppings. My mom asked if she could get the #3 and upgrade to a salad bar. She was told no, they can't do that. We were then told we would have to do the 1 topping and just add extra toppings. She says it'll add about 50 cents for the extra toppings. Well it added $4. She gives our total, asks if we want ranch for our salads, we say yes. She hands us the salad plates, no range. We mention the sodas and she says that special doesn't come with sodas and it's $1 extra. I tell her maybe she should remove the menus that are standing on the counter if they're not correct. She said it wasn't her decision. We pay for 2 sodas. She still doesn't give us ranch. She then tells us our lunch special is only allowed 1 trip to the salad bar. It took 10 minutes to order 2 lunch specials. After we get our salads I go back to the register to get our ranch, as there's none at the salad bar. She acted very inconvenienced. I don't mind if they switch up the lunch specials and change the prices, but you can't have 2 things on the counter saying 2 different prices for the same thing, and just pick the more expensive one and say we're out of luck. I gave it 2 stars because the lady who delivered our pizzas was very kind and friendly, not the same one who took our order.

Never seen a Round Table so thin and they forgot the cheese…

INSPECT YOUR PIZZA BEFORE ACCEPTING! We’ve been customers of this location for 25+ yrs and have noticed it’s quality and service is in a steep decline. Our last order was the last straw. The pizza was uneatable. The crust was burnt, the few toppings only lightly covered 2/3 of the pizza , the ham was as tough as jerky and the pizza was cold. The delivery driver left it directly in front of the outward swinging screen door and did not ring the bell. (Our Ring Doorbell notified us of his arrival) I contacted the store manager who did say they would “remake” the order but after already waiting an hour and a half for delivery I’d already started making something else for the family after opening the box and was not looking for a remake pizza. I really hope the restaurant owner and manager addresses these issues but after reading previous customer reviews and the manager’s replies I see this has been an on going issue for sometime now with no positive resolution. Sad to see. Update: Received the standard reply from the “Owner” regarding my review and was asked to email them and they would contact me. Did so and never heard back from them.

I came in the other night after ordering my pizza online. I guess you don't have delivery? I drove over there and walked in. No customers and about 12 employees. The girl on the phone never once turned around or said anything to me. About 4 employees just looked at me and didn't say one word. I stood there for about 12-15 minutes before FINALLY out of the back the manager came. He said sorry and no one else could be on register. If that's the case then be up front and I'm sorry but you have amazing pizza but you need to rehire your whole staff. Or teach them to say hi, let me get you someone or something! Say something! If you need help let me know. I was a restaurant manager for years and I totally miss it.

I waited for my pizza for 1 hour and 30 minutes I waited like 45 for my pizza and if it wasn’t for to get up and ask I would of waited longer cause they told they not even made yet only they started to make after I asked them were MY PIZZA and even get a sorry or an apology or an extra item order for the hour plus wait. I want to give a recognition to the African American chef cause he was working hard and all the others were slacking off. Last and not least bad customer service and experience

Get to the register for an order placed it comes out to 70.00 for 2 pizzas and the manager wad so rude I asked for ranch she wanted to charge me more money after 70$ on pizza. I asked her to wave that fee since ranch is a condiment for pizza she said no. She was very argumentative so I left with no pizza so unfortunately they lost a 70$ sale and had to throw the pizza away all over ranch. I decided to come down the street to a little pizza shop better pizza better costumer service and complimentary ranch. I will never return to round table pizza twist is my new go to

Ordered delivery from this store last night. Waited 40 minutes past the expected time. Called and they said they are waiting on driver. I told them I would pick it up. The csr said they were waiting for door dash to pick it up. I didn't order from door dash! I ordered on RT website! Mind you they had a delivery car parked outside and 4 people behind the counter! I will never go back to this place again!!

Staff was great, but the quality of the food has gone down a lot over the last year. I got a medium King Arthur and couldn't finish it because it was disgusting. If you're going to serve pizza that awful cut your prices in half to make up for it. I won't be returning. I have always liked Roundtable pizza but the last 7-8 years there pizza is becoming more and more doughy so whenever I go into any location I ask for my pizza to be cooked well done I tell them I want to see a good chat on it. Well today I asked for it the way I like it and it isn’t cooked the way I like it I guess this location will not get my business no longer I will just keep driving to another town at least they cook it the way I ask .
