Soooo delicious. The meat on the pork ribs literally melts off the bone, but still has a great texture. We ordered by weight, getting a little bit of everything: pulled pork, turkey, and brisket. We also got three different sizes of their homemade sides to share. The value is incredible for the quality. You will absolutely dream of this bbq afterwards.

Ribs are delicious, pulled pork and brisket are great as well. The peach cobbler on Wednesday is a must! Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

We went on a lovely Saturday afternoon. It was our first visit. The man working the windows explained the menu to us and helped us pick a perfect variety that included the most delicious burnt ends (pork), brisket, turkey, and ribs. Our sides were baked beans, Cole slaw, and potato salad. All were yummy! We will be back! It was definitely worth the drive. We drove an hour to get there. 😋

I ordered from Blu’s Barbeque & BBQ Catering through Uber Eats, and it was a great BBQ experience. Even though I didn’t get the chance to dine in, the food arrived fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The brisket was probably the low point, I’m blaming the delivery time on it. The burnt ends were insanely good, and the seasoning was on point. The sides were impressive—the Cajun potato salad, mac&cheese, baked beans, and sweet potato casserole. But the star of the show was the smoked chicken.. wow seasoned & tenderness to the gods! I can’t wait to visit in person one day, but until then, I’ll definitely be reordering. Highly recommend Blu’s for a taste of authentic Texas BBQ.

Blu’s BBQ gives large portions! People are nice . Never been here before, but learned that quite often people order their food in advance and pick it up at the window or there is a screen outside where you can place your order. Since we were new to this experience we actually went up to the window and asked a lot of questions to the guy behind the counter, and he was super kind to answer our questions and help us. There is a small outdoor seating area to the side of the place if the weather is good it’s a great place to sit outside and enjoy each other‘s company and eat.

First time at Blu’s Barbecue today and I am only disappointed in myself for not going sooner! I loaded up my GROUPON, checked my dignity at the door of “Pleasure and Fulfillment” and embarked on a solo-birthday-smorgasbord! The fella inside was kind and helpful “The Jalapeño Brisket Poppers are extra big today!” Birthday banana pudding? - “yes please!” The line was growing when I returned to the window for a tea. I’m not sure if he took pity on my lonely dining situation or didn’t want to touch my saucy hands for a transaction, but he spotted me the tea “on the house!” As I was off, I stopped at the window to offer my appreciation and thanks…they forced another banana pudding upon me! Befuddled with gratitude and weighed down by pork-belly-burnt-ends, I drove home with a saucy smile. Support local business! Groupon $27-->$40 I spent an additional $10, +$15 tip. Easily 3-4 meals (for someone with dignity)

The brisket was moist and ok seasoning but the bbq sauce made up for it. Ribs were also good. The pork belly burnt ends were bit hard and dry. You may want to order online from their website to reduce the waiting time since you’ll be ordering from the same site on an iPad there.

I tried the 3 meat and 2 sides box and it was 🔥 delicious 😋. The brisket is super tender and juicy....literally melts in your mouth. The sausage is super flavorful. The vibe is nice. They have outdoor seating. The self order kiosk was not taking my card so had to order at the counter. The price was a few dollars higher but the food was worth it 👌. Amazing better a little room for improvement. Would definitely recommend 💯.

The customer service is amazing. The young lady at window was just so pleasant and sweet. . The smoked chicken salad is awesome. The banana pudding is great but there were barely any cookies. The burnt end taco was so good with the pickled onions. That’s all we actually liked from the numerous options we purchased. I would go back for those 3 things! They are getting a 4 for the amazing customer service. P.s. The stuffed jalapeño peppers was good too.

I ordered the peach cobbler which he let me taste test before very nice of him. I ordered the brisket sandwich very tender and smoky baked beans had a soy sauce tank to it. They were good just different and the potato salad wasn’t a fan of. It was just chunks of potato with a little bit of mayo, but the seasoning on everything was perfect. I only gave a three star rating because I didn’t care for their barbecue sauce. It had a very weird burnt aftertaste that I couldn’t get rid of and the pulled pork was dry and a tough, and the potato salad wasn’t really potato salad in my opinion. But the service was good quick.

OK, I got the brisket and a turkey. I found both lacking flavor and bean sauce to eat the beans baked beans or baked beans. Coleslaw is the best thing it had flavor little spiciness. It was really good.

Wish I could give a 0… I’m just soo disappointed…I was so excited to eat here when I pulled up.. The service was undeniably horrible .. You have to order from a small window I could see them looking right at me, but they just left me standing there. It was really cold out today or I wouldn’t have cared about waiting or being ignored ..then when they did come to the window I felt like I was bothering them by placing the order. I ordered the two meat two side combo Which they said was $19.99 I ordered a side of collard greens as well. Total came with the six dollar tip to about $40 after waiting what felt like a half hour for my food I got home only to Find that they overcharged me (should of checked my receipt) and when I opened the box of food no collard greens and the brisket meat .. I still can’t believe it.. The main thing I was there for, the brisket meat..was all fat ..and just hardly any meat .. I’ve never been served fat . It was so gross and soggy and very disappointing..The potatoe salad was good.. but This place is a rip off. Do not go there unless you want to be just as disappointed as I was. Or go and find out for yourselves and then you can be like.. he told Me not to go…Yea Im mad !! I’m still fuming and so disappointed.. what a waste of money and time

Ordered the 2 plate with brisket, fries, Mac and cheese and banana puddding. They gave me pretty much just fat, burnt and overcooked brisket. The Mac and cheese was bland and overcooked. Fries taste of just oil and hard to chew. The only good thing was the banana pudding. God awful food, waste of money on this meal.

This place deserves all the bad reviews and then some. They don’t even know how to run a business properly. To begin with their service is abysmal, you can place an order 30 minutes before and still have to wait for everyone who ordered at the counter even though you ordered way before them. Their food is both overpriced and subpar at the same time. This place has the worst ribs of any bbq place in the state. And if a bbq place can’t do ribs right, they should just go out of business. Somehow there is zero communication or customer service when an item is out of stock. I ordered loaded baked potatoes for my family. We sat and waited for over 40 minutes for them to then tell us they were OUT OF POTATOES. Truly a failure on so many levels,they still made us wait the entire time for NOTHING. Save your money and your time on this place. Last time I will support this establishment and I’m telling all my friends not to support it either. It’s also extremely telling when the owner harasses customers and anyone who DARES write a (honest) bad review.

Honestly, this food is disgusting. I bought some smoked chicken wings, and they came with hair and feathers. They should shut this place down. Besides, the food is cold and bland, and very expensive
