Misleading advertising… I chose chips with melted cheddar and bacon from the menu, based on the description with a photo. What arrived was something very different: chips with a different cut, instead of melted cheddar there was a cold sauce, and the bacon was like fried ham… I was very disappointed. (The portion in the second photo was larger.)

A very modest kebab, €13.90 A sad vegetarian sandwich… €14.90 (same price as the meat version) Two Cokes, and obviously a cover charge (two tiny tacos), totaling €40. Had we spent half that, it would still have been too much, never again.

I was staying at a hotel on a business trip and decided to order takeout from this roadhouse (something I often do from other places). I called them to order and, in an annoyed tone, they told me it was better to use the app (done). I ordered 2 steaks, 1 medium rare and 1 well-done. The result was 1 burnt and 1 almost. (Note the charcoal spots so as not to compare them to anything else, as shown in the photo.) The fantastic bag arrived without any condiments, no sauce whatsoever, not even for the fries, and last but not least, without the 2 Cokes I ordered (luckily I noticed, even though I got two regular Cokes 🤦‍♂️). Final result? After spending €30, I left the hotel, drove back, and got a Burger King sandwich. The overall environment was dirty and poorly maintained.

This is terrible. I ordered something, but they brought me a different one. There were four of us, and they brought three glasses. We asked for another glass three times, but they didn't bring it. I had to go get it myself. Then they brought it to me. The dishes are expensive, the portions are small, and the photos and food don't match the food. The waiters are slow and not particularly friendly. There's a price, and I want it to live up to my expectations. This is the first time I've been in this situation.

A terrible experience to say the least! Unclean environment, rusty tables that were almost unhygienic (€2 cover charge), meager portions. (All of this is proven by photos). I pointed this out and went to the cashier after being asked, "How did it go?" "Everything okay?" Absolute indifference! The answer: "It's like this here!" I feel like saying: sorry for the inconvenience, sorry for helping pay your salary! I've been here before and it wasn't good, I wanted to give it a second chance, but I saw it got worse! I won't bother you again! Thanks anyway!

Shame! "All you can eat ribs" is awful. Ribs that were barely warm but charred, all this for €40 for just ribs, there were 4 of us, plus drinks, cover charge, and two embarrassing portions of fries. The predominant flavor was garlic. The fries were cold, perhaps they were salvaged from some remote corner of the kitchen. Just because you do these promotions doesn't mean you should poison people. First and last time. Never bring charred food to the table; it's literally carcinogenic!!! Not recommended.

I've bin at a few roadhouses in italy an this one definitely was the worst one!!! I have to say that it was really full, but that's no reason to be unfriendly!! The first thing: we got our drinks like 15 minutes after the food und had to ask several times, some answes were "this is not my job" Second: the food itself was not as good as in other roadhouses Third, and most important: we wanted to pay seperatly because each of us needed his one receive and the girl at the desk got us wrong and divided everything by four. She told us that she cant get back and we asked for the manager, because we were pretty sure that this was possible in other roadhouses. After about 5 to ten minutes the manager (a woman) came and opened a second desk, so we had to wait again. We told her the problem and she started a big discussion, ran away asked everyone, came back.... more discussion, that is NOT how you treat customers!!!!! Even if it was really not possible to get back (and we really doubt this) then you have to try everything to have a solution in the end and happy customers!!! End of the story: each of us payed 28€ ( 112€ in total) but the original price i saw on the monitor was 86€. I don't know how this is working, but we didn't want more discussion, because the manager got kind of angry and really loud und her opinion was the only way. So at least you lost customers for the whole company, because we're never going in any roudhouse again even if the others were ok. Good job. Gratulation.

After my menu ribs for the dinner I passed all my Sunday night at the toilet to puke,even this morning im unable to walk ,happy that my kids was choosing other menu DONT BUY THE RIBS !!!!!!!!!! U CAN DIE !!!
