Thomas was such an awesome waiter patient with us we had a grumpy baby and hangry teens and he was awesome and the food was on point as well as the margaritas light ice is always the way to go

The waitress was very good at her job. The food was delicious and they prepared my ribs the way I wanted them no barbecue sauce. It was great 👍.

Always a good time at Chili's! The food is delicious. I'm currently working my way through the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Salads, entrees, appetizers or desserts...there are no bad choices. And the wait staff is outstanding.

I celebrated my birthday lunch at Chili's. We enjoyed a lemon drop margarita 🍹 to start our meal. The lunch special we chose had a choice of appetizer and entree. The chips and salsa paired nicely with the drink. The hamburger was delicious! As our side instead of French fries, we ordered the garlic mushrooms. Sooo good 👍 The waitress surprised me with a birthday dessert. What a great place to celebrate your birthday!!

I was genuinely surprised. They made the Santa Fe smash like, and to me, they seemed perfect. Their delivery stuff comes in individual serving boxes that are incredibly clean.

Our server was great and our food and drinks came out so quickly. It was a pleasant experience at this location.

Really good food like always. Nice and efficient staff. The restaurants very clean and I like the tablets they have on the table very convenient way to pay and get a receipt. I love the food. It’s really good like always you can’t go wrong on what you ask. Chicken wings are really good

I ordered the salmon and asked to substitute the Mexican rice for loaded mashed potatoes, plus extra pesto sauce on the side. When the food came out, the broccoli was way too salty and the extra sauce was missing. I was honestly going to let the sauce go, but I really wanted the broccoli fixed. When Eugenio came back, I apologized for asking and before I could even finish, he said, “Was it the no extra sauce?” I thought that was so thoughtful that he noticed. I told him the broccoli was too salty and asked if I could get some without salt. He immediately said, “No problem, I’ll get that and the sauce,” and he did — quickly and with a great attitude. When we were leaving, he even offered to-go cups, which was another small but thoughtful touch. Our total was about $50 and my fiancé left him a 25% tip because the service truly deserved it. Eugenio made a busy Saturday feel easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service

Today I visited Chili’s in the city of Monrovia, and the entire experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the whole staff was on point — professional, welcoming, and respectful. I’ve honestly never experienced service like that before in my life. Monrovia has an incredible community, and this restaurant reflects that spirit. I will absolutely be coming back and continuing to support this Chili’s and the Monrovia area as a whole. Snowden LLC looks forward to being a positive part of this community as well. The staff here is amazing. I had the pleasure to have Pher as my waiter and he went beyond my expectations for a fast paced restaurant. It was my 1st time here and only came because I saw a tik tok. The drinks of the month was so good, my food had great favor and omg the dessert was so amazing. Thank you to the manager (Emily) who sent us the dessert. highly recommend coming to this location.

My boyfriend and I came an hour before closing and we still got amazing service from Paul. This was by far the best service we have gotten from Chilis, we will be back and ask for Paul to take our order again. Give him a raise, he's awesome sauce😀

My better half told me that we should try their $10 food special. Yeah, I've seen these things before, but I was hungry and we don't live too far away. Parking isn't very good here. There are a lot of spaces, but there's many other shops and the parking lot is too small for the number of stores. Oh boy, I'm bracing myself for a disappointment. It's busy inside. We get a seat in the bar and order soft drinks. What, they come with the special? Nice!! We ordered a couple burger specials. She got some soup, so did I. She customized her burger. So did I. I ordered some tortilla chips for us to share. It's also part of the meal? Fantastic. We ate what we could and needed to take some home. Our waiter was great the whole time and when he brought us to go boxed, he also brought us a fresh bag of chips and salsa! The bill was very, very reasonable. I joked that it would cost more going to Carl's Jr! So, my Chili's dislike it now broken. We've eaten here a half dozen or so times and we're very pleased with the food and the value. Can't beat it. And, with the lower bill, we can tip more too! Though the staff has been great and they deserve the higher tip! I can't believe I'm writing this, but I highly recommend this Chili's!

Ordered take out smash burger combo. Great taste and excellent value! Really loved the flavor of the burger, it was well seasoned, meat was tender, bun was sooo buttery soft. Nice crunchy seasoned fries too. Will be back soon.

Haven't been here for the longest time 😊😉 food and services are always great ! So today we're here again after Church and yes indeed I love their new salad, my fav now, so yummy yummy ... thanks Chili's 👍👌

Here you'll find plenty to choose from, for my family it's the 3 For Me or the Triple Dipper. There is never a wait at this location, which is always great! The hostess always opens the door before I can and greets with one of the biggest smiles. Seated promptly, the waiter and waitress move to get your drinks since we always know what we want it makes for quick ordering... With plenty of televisions around to watch your team and grab bite and a drink or both!! There is plenty of parking, so fret not. Oh and they are fast with the food so you should come check them our.

The food was delicious and service was good. The loaded baked potato soup is amazing. The chicken sandwich with the buffalo sauce highly recommend. We got the fries they weren’t very fresh so our waitress was nice enough to have them remake them. The new ones were very tasty. The tea was very fresh and didn’t taste like old teabags which we really appreciated. 10 out of 10 were totally recommend going for lunch for lunch specials were delicious and very economical.

First off Monrovia love your town. Second the hostess at the chili's bar and grill has a bad attitude .( Don't think she likes her job ) Waiting for over 30 min. For our table . The first table they sit us down at was so dirty and sticky i could not pick the menu off the table 🤢🤢. So i informed ( miss attitude) in the front we wanted a new table. Guess what she gave me attitude again. So now we at our new table we order. ( Our Waiter) My guy was the best very friendly. On point with what ever you ask for he bailed out miss attitude in the front.

Our experience at this chili was not very good.... Food took over 27 minutes for hamburgers.. I understand sometimes it get busy and it will take time. But when the table of 5 order 10 minutes after us . And eating I'm not pleased. Victor our server was very concerned checked up on it. They bought out our food. My mashed potatoes were refrigerator cold.. my friend was starving grab the ketchup bottle was bone dry. Should have been bused when they clean the table. Fries slightly warm. We were just not having a good food experience there. I just wanted to leave. I do have to say Victor was very good very concerned , and apologetic. I explained to Victor he's a very good server. And if it wasn't for him I'd be very very upset. But I still wanted to talk to the manager. She was very polite.

It's convenient and close to the freeway 210 and tbe 3 for me is always a great value.

Nashville Hot Tenders sat in container with fries. The fries sat in the sauce from the chicken. When called to give complaint I was told fries are in the same container. That’s fine, I just would think they would be separated. Side of broccoli with nothing much of a side

He wore glasses, hair parted in the middle, and rude. I am big on remembering names but this guy was not worth the time. Chili's really needs to evaluate some of these servers with a standard. At my usual location in Valencia, CA there is a server named Chuck. Chili's needs to put this man in charge of their customer service department, Chuck is the reason why we stopped at this Chili's, instead of going to In-n-Out, that is in walking distance. We ordered 2 baked potato soups, and they came cold without spoons. We had to flag down a food runner to request spoons, drink refills and another tray of chips "With No Salt". The server was non-existent throughout the visit. It didn't end there. When it was time to pay, we went to use the table device and it wasn't working, when we flagged down the server his response was, "Oh, let me bring you another device that works, this one is frozen" (he knew it wasn't in service). I will never return to this Chili's location. I will take my $200+ tab elsewhere.

I am not one for writing a review but the horrendous and negligent experience tonight at Chili's was beyond atrocious. And not the way a restaurant and personnel should behave ever. It started from the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant. We were left waiting in the main lobby for more than 10 mins with staff walking by without even acknowledging us or telling us there would be someone to assist us soon. I had to call the restaurant to get someone ...anyone's attention. I was told there was no hostess on site. I had to literally call them on the phone to get someone to even check their lobby where there was a few people including us who were waiting to be seated. We were finally seated after an additional 10 mins of waiting. We then had to wait for a server to come to the table to ask us about our drinks. Mind you the restaurant wasn't packed for there no to be more attention to the tables. The menu has drastically changed which given the pandemic we can understand. However if you're wanting a taste of that classic Chili's flavor you won't get it here. They are out of so many items. But fine we could understand it...but why not tell the customer upfront if there's an item not on the menu. And certainly not 40 mins after you've placed the food. This is exactly what happened to us tonight. The waiter came to our table after 40 mins to tell us that they were out of the mango habanero crisper. 40 mins!! This is so unacceptable. Why not have the decency to tell us with in 5 mins of us submitting our order. What made it worse was the lack of apology or even patience to let us figure out what substitution we wanted to do. Whoever is training the staff needs to be retrained themselves. To add insult to injury when the food was finally at out table it was cold, salty and you could easily tell it had been frozen. The Texas cheese fries which should have come piping hot was stiff and colder than snow in Big bear. This let's me know that they had our food just sitting there until one of the waiters deemed to give us their time and give us our food. Throughout rhis whole nightmare experience no refills were offered on our drinks or even a " how is everything going ?" you'd atleast expect one of the staff to make one appearance. There was never an apology or recognition of the long waits, the cold food or the subpar service. It is obvious that Chili's in Pasadena and even the company as a whole has given up the towel. The disregard to quality food and service is just the nail on the coffin to this once neighborhood favorite. Nothing will ever persuade me or my friends to ever venture into a Chili's again. If you ever have a small inkling to try Chili'sat this location go grab a taco elsewhere.

The soup was cold, and served without a spoon. had to ask for the spoon, when asked about the soup being cold i was told we are about to close so we cant warm it up. the server was not attentive and was more concerned with cleaning then serving paying customers. I watched as they turned away a group of 10 because it was 40 minutes to close. that is is unacceptable. i feels like this location focuses on leaving more them their customers. this store is the reason why Chili's has had problems. Wouldn't recommend!!
