Typically a dirty location but the food is on what you would expect 75% of the time. They run out of ingredients early, and the staff isn't very friendly in the evenings. Don't show up after 8pm unless you want a limited menu. They also shut off orders online, hours before the store closes.

Ordered via uber eats. This is the extent of my kids two taco meal. They left out the meat, the fruit, and his drink. How the hell do you leave out the meat??????? Seems kind of integral to the taco experience. Oh, and the cheese. Basically, they failed miserably. Possibly worse than just being f(&ked at the drive thru since I paid all the fees for delivery.

On 12/26, we first visited the Chipotle location on Del Monte Center in Monterey, CA and had such a negative experience (left a review there, too) that we left to come to this location. When we arrived, there was a small line of about 10 patrons waiting to order. There was only one employee working the food line and register. She had to make every order and cash out customers. There were other employees working food prep and to-go orders, but the store was obviously understaffed. When we arrived at the ordering area, the girl told us they were out of all meat except Chicken, and several other ingredients. We asked why they wouldn't post a sign on the door or somewhere near the beginning of the line to say they were out of most of their ingredients. Instead our time was wasted waiting in line only to leave because everything we wanted to order wasn't available. This was the second terrible experience at Chipotle in Monterey. Whomever supervises this region needs to seriously review how these locations are managed.

Rice was so overly salty it almost made me throw up, never had that issue before but it was not good at all.

Orders Uber Eats from this chipotle. Both bowls we ordered were missing the rice and my steak bowl had 4 small pieces of steak. This is the worst chipotle I have experienced and really shorted out the order since we ordered online

Food isn’t prepped for lunch hour. Provided order to staff multiple times and they still were not able to get the order correct.

One worker making all the food while the cashier guy with no workers stood there and watched. Line was long! Bad service!

This location has the TINIEST portion sizes and it costs more than other locations. They gave me a half scoop of chicken. I added basically every option they have and my bowl was still barely half full at the end. This happened to me previously at this location too but I thought it just happened to be that one employee. Turns out it's all of them. Also, the food was cold. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Opened late. Unlocked the door 10+ minutes after they were supposed to be open. Didn't open the door or apologize for the delay, just Unlocked quietly from the inside and walked away. 5 minutes after standing in line, one of five employees said they'd be right with me. A few minutes later someone else told me they were out of everything. After asking to speak to the manager, she came out and apologized with a disingenuous tone. She gave me a bunch of excuses for why they'd opened late. This was the most expensive bowl I've ever had and it didn't even have the ingredients I really wanted. She didn't care if I took the company's survey or left a review. If you don't care about doing a good job, why are you the manager? Apparently Chipotle now thinks this is acceptable. No friendly service, no punctuality, happy to increase prices though.
