The service is very fast. I usually place my order 15 minutes in advance, and they have it ready within that time or sooner. Everything is freshly prepared, so you can enjoy the fries and burger or boneless. My only recommendation would be to adjust the heat level of the sauces, for those of us who enjoy spicy sauces on boneless. The staff is always friendly and has a good service attitude. Tuesday's special, in my opinion, is the best.

I really liked the concept. The price is right for the quality and quantity. The flavor is good. I'm not much of a condiment fan, but it's the business's strong suit. I wish they could have provided jalapeños instead of just jalapeño condiment. The place is relatively small—two tables outside and two tables inside for two people each. I hope they can expand the space. The place looked clean, and the staff was friendly. My experience was good.

We ordered takeout via WhatsApp and the service was superb. The Original Burger, the Cheesy Burger, and the Truffled Bacon Mac and Cheese were all delicious. I skipped the Mac and Cheese because my burger was too filling. Highly recommended; these are now our favorite burgers!

This is my first time trying burgers, and I took advantage of the Como Comí en casa promo. I wasn't wrong. The coconut fried chicken burger was delicious, and the corn on the cob with coconut is amazing! The flavor combination is incredible. Plus, they deliver exactly what they advertise in terms of portion and presentation—excellent! We'll be regular customers!

The burgers are delicious; the toppings they put on make them special. The service is average, the place is small, and I've only seen two or three people working, keeping the cash register and cooking at the same time. It's a place well worth it for takeout, since there are only three very small tables at the entrance, so it's not ideal for eating there.

Delicious food, good value, and good quality. The owner or manager just needs to emphasize how cross-contamination occurs and what it is. Since we saw one of the employees enter the bathroom wearing latex gloves and then come out wearing the same gloves. It was okay, although I took them off to go to the bathroom and dispose of them. I put on new ones outside the bathroom and in the kitchen 😵‍💫.

Esta es la primera y la última vez que iré a comer a un lugar donde no hay higiene el lugar lleno de cucarachas estas en la mesa y luego ves como pasan caminando como si nada y incluso ya muertas, salen del baño incluso de la misma cocina , ojalá un día llegue salubridad y vean cómo es que en un lugar donde se vende comida hay este tipo de animales,un lugar terrible para comer ahí. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir desaprovéchenla!!!!

My last order was an Original Burger, and although they're small, they're usually good; but on this last occasion, the meat in my burger was practically burnt on both sides, so burnt that it made it taste bitter; they should pay more attention to the quality of service; if something is burnt, don't serve it like that and throw it away.

At the Mississippi River branch, the dark-skinned girl always serves us reluctantly. The third time I went to dinner with my wife and my son, who has autism, because he gets deafened by noise, I asked her to turn down the TV a little. They did nothing to do it. They don't provide good customer service; they don't care about anything! The bathroom is always dirty, they don't clean it. I like the food, but the employees they have don't help the place.

Horrible! We ordered a sampler and paid $384 pesos for something I couldn't even call food. The cheese sticks were all toasted and hard, looking like golden tamales. The onion rings were also very toasted and barely had any onions in them. It didn't even look appetizing. It was disgusting, to be honest. How sad because we wanted a delicious dinner, but we couldn't.
