Stopped by Fruitimania today for a quick lunch after a walk I’m in my health girl era & trying to stick to lower-calorie meals🥗🏃🏽‍♀️. But I was hungrier than usual after a longer workout, so I called ahead to place a pickup order & I decided to treat myself to the Supreme Pastrami Sandwich (a hot sandwich) & a tropical mango smoothie🥪🥭. The sweet lady told me it would be ready in about 10 minutes, which was perfect by the time I drove over my order was ready to go. Super quick & great service! Both were seriously delicious! The pastrami sandwich was packed with flavor cream cheese, pesto, turkey bacon, pepperoni, and pastrami & the portion size was perfect. Not too big, not too small. It totally hit the spot, & I can definitely see myself ordering it again. The smoothie was also super refreshing. I got the medium size (20 oz), & it was the perfect complement to the sandwich.🥤🧊 Side note: This isn’t my first time coming here it’s actually my third or fourth visit. I usually go for the açaí bowls 🫐🍓 because they’re also really good. But today I wanted to try something new! Here’s a photo from one of my previous visits when I enjoyed a bowl out on their outdoor patio 🌞🪴 with my friend who tagged along. If you’re looking for something tasty that still fits into your health-conscious goals, I definitely recommend checking this place out!🤌🏽✨

Ok ok ok... FABULOUUUUUSSS!!! You ever want an açai bowl and don't really have time to sit down and enjoy it? Look no further. Frutimania has....... yep, you guessed it, açaí smoothies and they are perfectly delicious. I love that the actual bowls are a bit smaller than the average out there which I personally think are way to big and can never finish. They also sell sandwiches, salads and other goodies like tostilocos, fruit salad and corn among a few more. Customer service is extremely kind, friendly and prompt. Lastly, don't judge them by my picture, I am probably one of the worst at taking pictures of anything, lol. ¡ provecho ! Edit- still the best. New pictures.

The freshest fruit salad in town. Big, chunky pieces of fruit. Clean and welcoming area to enjoy your purchase comfortably. Above all, good customer service. Wife and I split a JJ's sandwich and it was amazing. Fresh ingredients in a super soft and warm bread! Chicken was super juicy and tender. Right amount of chipotle. The service was perfect, she was super polite, patient and sweet. Felt like home in here. The papaya drink was super fresh as well, absolutely delicious!! I literally gobbled up the sandwich before I could take a picture of it. 10/10 recommend, I will come here again.

A cute little spot in a quiet parking lot of Escondido, run by wonderfully kind Latina women. Not only does this place sell Acai bowls and smoothies, it sells drinks, foods like tortas, and they sell fun small items such as toys for kids and home items like nail clippers and flashlights! Quite an interesting place! The inside is pretty small and cannot fit many people inside at once. I'm not sure if they have a restroom but I would imagine it to be small as well. They only have seating outside (covered so there is shade), and the chairs are moveable so It is wheelchair accessible. This place is cheaper than Ever bowl and I think it had more flavor. They don't put a huge amount of acai in the bowls but instead fill it up with delicious fresh fruit. I will be back! :)

I went here with my siblings and my mom, have to say, the BEST acai bowls, and the best bang for your buck! Everything on the menu is well priced. The owners are really friendly and make sure that their customers will enjoy what they order.

Update for 2024: The first time I visited here one of the owners told me I'd be back after remarking on the other places like it I had been. She was right. I'm back every month at minimum. I'm getting breakfast sandwiches or fruit salads, getting tortas or acai bowls, or maybe the occasional crepes loaded with fresh fruit. They continue to be an excellent place and one of my favorites in the area.

It took us a long time to stop by for a Saturday lunch and I regret that because now it is going to be one of our go to places! It is a family business and they are so deserving of our local community support. There is an outdoor dining area with adorable benches and flower arrangements, we had a great time out there with the dog. They even brought us a water bowl for the pup which was super sweet.

The service here is wonderful, owner and workers are super friendly. I got a fresh green juice with kale celery and green apple, asked if I could add pineapple and they did, it was wonderful! Will definitely be back for more green juices. They also have a clean bathroom for customers. I also got a pico fruit salad, some of the pineapple and jicama were overripe, did not enjoy it as much as the green juice. I am sure if I had gone back they would have reimbursed or traded for something a little fresher because like I said the owner and workers are very friendly. I will keep coming here for the fresh juices and maybe give the pico fruit salad another try.
