I had another local pizza place cancel my large catering order 20 minutes before my event. I called Little Caesars and Chris was able to get 8 hot pizzas out the door in 15 minutes! Chris and her team literally saved my event. The pizzas were a hit with my group! Thank you!

I put in a big order today 11/13/24 I love the new general manger Chris!! Ever sense shes stepped up the pizzas are even better then before . The crew is much nicer. Atmosphere so much better , wait times a lot less. she really is and seems to be turning things around in the store. Highly recommend giving this new crew in GM a chance if you haven't already!!

I always have a fantastic experience at this pizza place. The staff is super friendly and always greets me with a smile. My pizza is always hot and fresh, just the way I like it. I order from them twice a week for work for our clients, and they never disappoint. Been ordering from this establishment since April 2024 and the management is great. Highly recommend this spot for a delicious and reliable experience!

Great staff. However, hot n ready pizza should in fact be hot n ready especially during lunch n dinner times. Additionally when someone orders crazy bread extra crazy they should be covered and considered a heart attack lol

Good pizza cheap and fast. But be warned it can get very busy..very fast. And there's not much standing room so it can get a bit crowded. Otherwise a consistent experience.

I don't know what happened with all these other people who says something was wrong with their pizza or their bread, but this place is not a TERRIBLE place like a lot of people say it is. It's not the best pizza place I've ever been to, but it's definitely up there. The service is absolutely amazing, even giving us free stuff if something happens! The pizza could be a little more flavorful, but for a place where you can walk in and order a pizza with no information prior to walking into the restaurant. It's much better than everybody says it is, but it still hasn't reached its full potential.

It's nice to be able to walk in and grab a couple of pizzas and go! More variety would be nice, though. We ended up with just 2 pepperoni pizzas and didn't have time to order anything else. Having some pizzas available with more toppings and specialty crusts would be super!

Pizza was very hot and very ready in and out in under 5 minutes. The spices that they put on the pizza or good however there are some spots where it seem like they might have just dumped the Shaker on it so it wasn't very good in that respect.

The pizza is getting to more addictive. It's been so good lets just say I've been eating it a lot more. The bread sticks however are still good but lacking in size. They used to be long and thin with nacho cheese on the side (not available anymore) now they are small and short. Boo. I'll keep eating it tho. 😃

Had ten kids at a water park. Tho I came at a busy hour the service was still adequate to the order and the employees are polite and helpful as always. I've been going to this same one for at least 12 years. Also side note: if you travel through states a lot and happen to like the zap packs they are one of the very few that still have them.

Store and location are great, employees were friendly, I decided to splurge and get a whole bunch of toppings as I usually buy the extra most bestest Just like anybody else if you go in there at dinner time and are looking to get a extra most bestest or others You're going to be waiting for it if you don't order and you might be waiting in line with 20 plus people so I waited 20minutes went in and got my pizza as I was instructed when opening my pizza the crust was not done at all it was very chewy and gooey spent quite a bit of coin on my pizza not happy and I also ordered bacon on it and there were very few pieces of bacon on it! If this sounds like your experience please like!

It can be hit or miss. I grab a Hot n ready or two a month whenever I'm lazy and driving by. Sometimes the crazy bread is incredible with that gorgeous golden brown color and sometimes I get a bag of dough. The hot n readies are never undercooked but they can be super dry. In any case with a local school's discount card the bread's free so getting a large pizza and breadsticks at 6 bucks I'm never mad, you get what you pay for.

Pizza is great for the price..... But I found not one but 3 black or brown hairs in my bread sticks then In my pizza. Never again. Any other ones I've had no problems, but Mount pleasant isn't the good one.

The pizza was dry and nearly tasteless. We usually love Little Casars but even asking for extra sauce didn't get us enough sauce. The crust wasn't even orange. It was as though they were out of sauce and preparing the pizzas without it. Even the deep dish pizza Dinner was dry and horrible without sauce.

Its clean. Cheap food. not the first place to get food.

Only kind of pizza my kid wants. Not always bad but experience but always a very long wait. They could benefit from a second location in town or a bigger location with a few more workers.

I went there and was there after I placed my order for almost a half hour waiting in the lobby, and the staff doing the cooking well they did not care they made the food for the orders they wanted to. The only good part was the manager who was trying his hardest to make his team listen and honestly he’s the only reason I’ll go back if I do

I'm at lost of words. When I got it home it was over do to be in the trash. But I guess when you buy something like that your taking a gamble. Plus it was the first time I went in there and thy had a pizza ready, should of known.

So thought it was a good place. But after tonight I will not go back. Rude said they lost my ticket but said they could remake my order then a guy walks in that had just got his pizza it was missing 2 slices. Like really. Super disappointed.

Pizza is slightly undercooked and bread is overcooked. Seems so simple yet it’s not, not very good. I’ve been to several LC and this one is just not good.

Good, cheap pizza really fast. However their customer service is HORRIBLE. The older heavy set guy running the counter was awful. It seemed as though everything was an inconvenience for him and he was just plan rude. 5 stars if that guy wasn't there.

The staff was very rude. To top it off I ordered two orders of wings and they gave me one. When I asked about it, they did not acknowledge the mistake and just told me it would be 45 minutes.... Would not recommend little Caesars in Mt pleasant. Service is very poor.

The cheese bread slaps, no complaints there. But do they put vegetables on their pizza after they bake it? The mushrooms, onions, and green peppers on my pizza seemed to be lightly heated and sprinkled on top afterwards. When I go to most other pizza restaurants, the vegetables are cooked well into the pizza and the flavor is brought out, I got the opposite. The vegetables instantly fell off my pizza and were a different temperature than the pizza itself. I get that Little Caesers is not supposed to be the greatest pizza the world has known, but I've had better pizza at a high school cafeteria.

Ordered our pizza ahead of time so it would be ready for pick up when I arrived. My husband went in and waited 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up time and said the inside had blaring rap music cussing. Said he felt like he walked into a club. How about make pizzas instead of jamming and you might get stuff out on time. Terrible!!

Due to Covid I have not been getting any to go orders. It has been a year since I have ordered food. So, I was pretty excited. However, I had a couple of simple requests...I asked for the order to be lightly cooked and uncut...it came cooked normally and cut. Very disappointed that simple instructions could not be followed. So much for looking forward to my first pizza night in over a year.

Waited for a half hour for a 2 hot and ready pizzas.. really wasn't to busy. Sure would have been faster if the employees wasn't standing around talking with each other and was doing something to help the one who was busting work hard wish I could have gotten his name cause I would have put it out there he was doing everyone's job...

Just visted and I was appalled. Anna H barely spoke a word. It was like talking to a wall, a smiling fake wall. I asked for a large pizza and she said nothing. My slip doesn't say large, did she hear me? Is it one size fits all? It would of been nice if she said so. Smiling is not the end all be all of customer service. Get those men back out front; they know what they were doing.

Very slow service lately, and I hate to leave a low review for this reason, but it's been pretty bad. I DoorDash, and today I had to wait 13 minutes for 2 customers infront of me to order a couple hot n readys, while my order was ready when I got there. There is never more than 1 person at the register.

This place is pretty consistently bad. When it's good it's pretty good. Wait times for "Hot and Ready" pizza of 15-30 minutes. This time I thought I'd beat the wait and order ahead. I still waited 30 minutes for my order when I got there. For my ridiculous wait they offered me absolutely nothing. Watched them fail to rotate the pop in the cooler by pushing the old cold ones to the back and putting new ones in front of them.

Today, I visited Little Caesars, and unfortunately, it reaffirmed my previous disappointing experiences. This chain seems to consistently fall short in delivering quality food. From finding hair in my pizza to receiving breadsticks that are either undercooked or burnt, it’s clear that quality control is lacking. If you're looking for the cheapest pizza available and are willing to compromise on quality, Little Caesars might suit your needs. However, based on my repeated negative experiences, I cannot recommend it for anyone seeking a satisfying and well-prepared meal.

The atmosphere is blah, the service is always good enough. Can't beat the price. I feel the employees do make an effort to be polite and attentive to customers. I don't think they are properly trained on customer service I believe. I don't think I will come back again. Every time I have gotten any pizza or breadsticks for some months now it is underwhelming. Dough is always thin and sloppy and too much sauce. I got a pizza a couple nights ago and it had spots the dough had disintegrated from the grease and cheese and too much sauce. Really not good but I needed to eat. I would have been better off to get a frozen pizza and put it in my oven.

I did an online order with an in the future pickup. In that order was three orders of crazy bread. How can you incinerate all three batches and still give them to me like this? I drove 25min back home to find almost inedible bread when I got there.

Well, not sure if this is a new thing or something, but back in the days of running pizza joints we'd cut the pizzas for the customers. Things have changed alot over the years but please bring back the pizza cutters in the store and start cutting them again. #bringbackthepizzacutter

Asked for light sauce, looks like this pizza and breadsticks have been sitting in their warmer all night. Dry as hell and plain out nasty. Pizza was bread was so dry it hurt your jaw to chew it. Will not come here again.

About the Salt....I usually order online to use delivery service. If you choose this option you will need a debit or credit card. I would like it if they offered salads because i like the pizza but would enjoy a salad with it. I recently tired the garlic parmesan chicken wings. I find that flavor is way to salty that anyone with normal blood pressure may need BP meds after that. There is enough sauce the wings are half way soaked in it. I WOULDN'T recommend using it as a dipping. I will probably call the company and let my opinion be known due to health concerns for myself and other people. Who wants to die by to much salt?....not I. Though i like Little Caesars pizza taste i will give 3 Stars. I prefer healthy choices and may consider my next order where the salads are. If they care for their customers as the commercials says, Little Caesars pizza will be switching up the menu. Update: i spoke with a worker and manager on shift. They were nice and understood my health concerns. In return i was polite to them. The sauce comes in a bottle , liquid form. The sodium is....480 mgs! ⚰️ The bottle contains 128 servings. Little Caesars Headquarters, you most certainly do not give a D*** how many people will go to bed with migraines, HBP, thirsty and with other issues. Your wings are not all that and i am changing my 3 Stars to 2 based upon your Headquarters menu and commercials of having your customers best interest is off fetched and deceiving with a bunch of hype.

I walked in to order two hot and ready pizzas, and the guy at the register rudely said "15-20 minutes." I waited in the car for the 20 minutes, and went back in to the same and even more rude anwser yet again.

Everytime I come here they get my order wrong. Or they will tell me 45 min to an hour for a pizza that takes 10 to 12 min to cook. Then when I go back it still isn't ready. The one guy up front is very rude everytime I go in. I wish there was another one closer since it's the only pizza my daughter will eat🙄

Never anything ready, always says the company doesn’t send the stock. Too many people mad because they’re all been waiting too long for the orders. I didn’t spend money there because they had no pizza’s ready 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Supposed to be "hot and ready", got told 30 minute wait. I get its Friday night, but it takes 7 minutes to run a pizza through that oven. Maybe fill up the warmer on the busiest night of the week?

this place is a joke! anytime i call to place a order they don’t answer and you have to call a couple times for them to answer. tonight they have lost my service for good! i was in there to pick up my order, i asked this guy with blondish brownish hair and glasses if i couple have 3 cups of jalapeño cheese when he decided to get rude with me, this isn’t the first time! i blew it off, THEN when he told me my total i handed him my money and he ripped it out of my hand, he gave me .75 cents back and threw it at me with my pizza. i will not ever go back there again.

This place sucks. Absolutely an abomination to the little Ceasars name. How are you NOT going to have pizza ready at lunch time? Why does everyone have to wait 10 minutes for a pizza. They're supposed to be hot and ready. This is NOT hot and ready.

Asked to count my own change out by manager (brought a bag of change and added more from car) sure not an issue. Place was not busy, I was short a quarter and had a pile of my change still on the counter, so, went to slide one over and it slipped under the till while manager grabbed a quarter from my change pile. I asked him to get my quarter from under the till and he flat out said no, it was impossible. Resolved, I didn't budge until he listened (I mean at least try) and he finally got it out. Was unapologetic and acted like I was being a burden. I feel like I was treated poorly because I looked poor. Meanwhile I was depressed and in a fog, had missed the bank (card not working) and wanted to treat my son to pizza.

So many times I have ordered light sauce on my pizza and not once have they followed through. They usually just give me a regular hot and ready. I have called many times and even complained to the corporate office as well. Worst place to get pizza!!!!

Ordered through the website. Tracking showed a 20 minute wait. It took over an hour to get my order for a walk-in pickup. Whoever runs this store, manager/owner, needs to quit. Do not order from here!

Rude workers, food is never ready, they NEVER have the lunch special available on time "20-30 minute wait", so many unhappy customers sitting in lobby and their vehicles as the workers only care about what music is playing in the kitchen. You walk in there and the heater fridges are ALWAYS empty. Not likely to return.

This is the worst little Ceasars I have ever went to. Our first time ordering here and we just wanted crazy bread, because it is usually so good, but this location gave us burnt bread with no butter or cheese in it. Most disgraceful bread I've ever seen. I wish I could post the pic I took of it, will never go there again. 👎👎

They’re always standing there talking to eachother and never have any pizzas ready. Such a joke. I decided to go home and order because I had frozen groceries in my trunk and couldn’t wait 30 minutes for them to come out of the oven. Ordered and was told 30 minutes. It’s now been over an hour.

One of the female employee's was texting on her phone in plain view of the customers and did not wash her hands putting it in and out of her pocket. She then proceeded to use her unwashed hands to put toppings on a pizza. Gloves were not used and according to the night shift manager they are not required but I'm pretty sure clean hands are.

Have been eating Little Caesar’s for my whole life and it has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants. However, after receiving their pizza last night I was woken up a few hours later with one of the worst food poisoning episodes of my life. Be CAREFUL ordering/eating from here….. will not be going back.

Pizza was awful and cold slow service and rood I will starve before ever going there again

I called into this location to place an order for carryout. I made a special request to have Garlic and Parmesan added to one of my pizzas, on the entire pizza (not to be mistaken with simply flavored crust). In response, I was greeted with hostility from a gentleman who claims to be the Store Manager, and who stated to me that this practice was never allowed, despite myself successfully receiving it on multiple occasions from multiple Little Caesars associates from multiple locations. The gentleman's tone was combative and agitated, and left me wondering why I had called in the first place. I subsequently canceled the order. Needless to say, I voted with my wallet and took my business elsewhere, in this case, Pizza Hut. In the future, I will only patronize Little Caesars if it was the last Pizza establishment on the planet, and I suspect that will be a tall order indeed. Perhaps someone in upper management could counsel this Store Manager in what Customer Service entails? Based on my experience, his ability in such is sorely lacking. A simple request such as Garlic and Parm. on a pizza (which I would have gladly accepted an extra charge for and have previously) should not have been more than what the store was capable of providing.

Little ceasar mt pleasent terrible experience had to wait forever to get my order in because the man with the beard is to busy flirting with some lady making one of the people in the back come up and take the order for the lady who came in after me first. Afterwards I have to wait even longer for my pizza because I hear the one say he forgot to send back my ticket. Finally as I'm the only person in the establishment I hear them snickering about the pizza.

The people behind the counter treat customers like theyre pests. If you politely bring a wrong order to theyre attention they throw a fit and the food. I called and placed an order for lightly cooked crazy bread with extra parm and garlic butter when i received the order the sticks we're extremely well done almost black and had little to no parm or garlic butter. When i brought it up to the cashier they snatched the sticks out of my hands aggressively and threw them at the wall and grabbed new ones out of the hot box. When i told them that i paid for extra they said "we are extremely busy and youll have to deal" keep in mind i was the only person in the lobby. Ive worked in a pizzeria and understand dinner rushes and be overwhelming but it is no excuse to treat paying customers with this kind of disrespect. Ive been to multiple locations around Central Michigan and this is the only one that has issues filling orders and treating customers with respect. PS someone should call a health inspector. The cashiers shirt was 90% made of loose animal hair.

The last three times i have went here expecting a "hot and ready" They tell me they wont have anything ready for 15 minutes and they are the busiest store in Michigan that is why they never have anything ready when you arrive. If you are looking to grab a quick pizza do not go here you're better off ordering somewhere else it will take the same amount of time.

first off i’d like to say everyone in the kitchen the numerous times i have visited here to get pizza are so dirty and gross to the point where i had to actually walk out and not pay for my food because of the poor hygiene some of the employees have. i had ordered ahead yesterday 2 stuff crust pizza’s at 4:30PM to be DONE and PICKED UP AT 6:45PM we showed up at 6:50 and the cashier stated they were “still working on our order” which came to find out they eventually gave our order to another person who ordered the exact same thing as we did so they had to prepare a freshly new order which we didn’t get until 7:18PM which is very disappointing.

When you order at 5:30 with an estimated time of 6:00 and receive a refund at 7:15, in a lobby of people in similar circumstances, it is not on an individual employee trying to work within a failed system. That type of systematic failure is a failure of leadership that should have corporate considering the value of the franchise and its local ownership. If Little Caesar’s values their trademarks they should not allow the level of incompetence at an ownership level on display here.

Ordered a pretzel pizza with bacon,pep, jalapeno. Ended up with a regular cheese pizza, not a pretzel pizza. They offered to remake and said they heard all ingredients this time and still only gave me pepperoni pretzel pizza. The staff here show absolutely no interest in customer experience, even when offering to remake the pizza they were short, not listening and still got the pizza wrong the second time. Calling corporate in the AM. The hygiene and safeserve etiquette is horrible.

Horrible service and staff give away your food to people that came after you. told 8-10 minute wait for cheese bread wait 20 minutes just for them to give away another part of your order to someone else and say it’ll be another 8-10 minute wait. Mt pleasant needs a different location or something better because this place sucks. Every visit there’s something we have to wait for because “hot and ready” is never actually ready or is burnt to hell. Not worth the money at all.

Arrived at store and encountered an employee smoking next to where i parked. Not a big deal, but kind of set the tone for how this store is managed. Also bumped by an employee taking garbage out the front door-- really? When placing my order, I was told this location is not a corporate store, so they charge higher than advertised prices. "Best Mostest" $6 pizza was $6.99 plus tax at this store. Also, advertised as "hot & ready" but not the case here. I had to wait for it to be prepared and baked-- about a 10-15 minute wait. Other customers also had to wait for other "hot & ready" items as well.

The pizza is as disgusting as the manager's attitude. You'd think they'd cook the pizza, but you get them pretty much still raw dough with toppings slapped on. Terrible location. Do better

I have to change my star rating to one, I visited this establishment yesterday, a guy that was making pizza from the back came to the register to take my order. He was wearing a pair of gloves that he was making the pizzas with, he took my order and my money wearing those gloves then afterwards I witnessed him go right back to his pizza station and start touching the pizzas with the same exact pair of gloves that he just used to touch the register and the money I gave him. That is disgusting!!! Needless to say my dogs had a good dinner since I refused to eat the food after witnessing this.

If you order ahead, do not trust the tracker. You must ask them at the counter if your pizza is ready. It is not uncommon for them to put it in the pizza portal without putting your name in so that it just sits there.

Really irritated. Called in a pizza and asked for the pretzel crust with NO SALT they not only put salt on it, but never wrote down that we asked for no salt and it seemed like there was extra on it and theywould not replace the pizza with what we asked for because they didn't write down no salt like we asked for. Highly dissapointed.

Called here to order a hot and ready with bread sticks to be delivered for my son and I could get anyone to answer the phone. I called a total of 4 times in about an hour span. I ended up ordering from a different pizza place. Will not call or order from here in the future

I didn't park in a parking spot because I have a longer than average vehicle. The lot is very small, and I didn't want someone backing into me. I placed an order for a Hot N Ready. I was told it would be 15 minutes. I left and came back to pick up my pizza. I parked in the same spot when I came back. I was told to move my vehicle to a parking spot. I was refused service unless I complied. I asked for a refund. I'm not risking my vehicle getting hit for a 6 dollar average at best pizza, because your parking lot is small. I'll never go back.

This little Caesars in constantly slow and disorganized. There are members (usually back of the house) that are disrespectful, ride, and callous. I've gone in, waited in line for 30 or so minutes and left without getting anything on 2 separate occasions. Picking up DoorDash deliverys here are a nightmare, I know now if I accept something from this location, my on time or early percentage will suffer a noticable loss. Domino's is right down the way, I recommend avoiding this place, unless you enjoy employees projecting those job dissatisfaction onto you, and inappropriate comments about your girlfriend or outright under par quality.

My son loves the crazy bread sticks from little Caesars but today he didn't even touch them because they were nasty. They didn't have any butter or Parmesan cheese. They were so dry it was like eating a plain piece of bread. And they workers that was they today looked like crackheads and they seemed not to care about the customer or the business.

Why aren't zero stars an option? Terrible service, and most of the time the pizza is terribly made or cold. For a college town, you'd think they would have pizza "HOT AND READY" but it's either a 45 minute wait, or a cold pizza. Not to mention how terribly you get treated when you ORDER pizza or breadsticks the way YOU want them instead of the junk that is already made. 👎 10/10 by far the worst pizza establishment in Mount Pleasant.

The guy on the phone was super nice same with the man who took my money but…. The pizza and puffs were pretty bad:( I get it no one takes pride in their jobs anymore but damn I was so excited for it. The pizza cold forgot our flavored crust and didn’t do extra cheese when I brought it back in they did the crust and pretty much said to bad about the extra cheese… fine but got home and all the food wasn’t even a bit warm so disappointing.

Used to order all the time for the convenience, but lately every time i go the pizza just sucks. The pretzel crust never has much cheese sauce and the one time i tried asking for extra they put none on it whatsoever, and the pepperoni pizzas are always overcooked.

If you are considering grabbing a hot and ready be sure to call 4-6 hours before because they never have hot and readys. Costumer service if absolutely awful. They should not be allowed to have this franchise. It’s nothing like the other little Caesar’s 0 out of 5 stars.

What an absolute waste of $20!!! The pizza box was literally dripping grease, there was a puddle inside the box. The crust was soggy and the toppings fell off immediately. Could only eat one piece before I felt sick. They also messed up the order and put all the toppings on the entire pizza instead of the split side option that they offer. Thought I’d give little Cesar’s another chance because they’re cheap and I’m broke, but I should’ve ordered anything else. Do not go here!!

I don’t know if this lady is a manager or just a crew worker but she has purple hair and she is beyond rude. I ordered two order of garlic parm wings and they barely had sauce on them. I asked her if I could have more sauce on them and she told me no. I used to work there for years and it’s not hard to put extra sauce on some wings. Those two orders of wings cost more than my pizza. The service has become even more terrible than it used to be.

Showed up 2 hours before closing and they were already cleaning up for the night. Asked for a couple pretzel pizzas and was very rudely shut down. "Sorry, we are not making any of that. We have some classic pizzas that are only half an hour old though" kind of attitude and is basically what was said. Being a low income family we don't eat out much but Little Cesar's is usually a favorite. Love their food but don't recommend this location. Plenty of other great locations including Midland and Alma

Pizza was so undercooked that the bottom crust was raw dough and was sticking to the box. The crazy bread was just as raw and had a terrible odor. For the love of god please close this place or replace whoever is in charge of running it before more people get sick from ingesting bacteria they're not suppose to.

This store is the most irresponsible food establishment in Mount pleasant Michigan. They are NEVER PREPARED at dinner time for the rush. They completely fail to prepare every single day. They literally just yelled into the crowd of people that it would be an HOUR for any new orders! #notsohotandready

First time in, inpatient , give us time. Ordered crazy puffs, hard crust. Couldn't even bite it apart. 1 box was sealed, other 2 weren't. Was going to give to sick friend, but when I, a 75 year old couldn't bite it I figured my friend would not be able to either.

I rarely go to Little Caesars but thought I’d get it tonight. I ordered a 2 topping pizza well done because I’ve had bad experiences of pizza dough being severely undercooked in the past. Not only did they get my toppings wrong but the dough was barely cooked and no exaggeration falling apart when I picked it up. I also got it straight out the cooks hands freshly cooked so it’s not like it was sitting there. Terrible experience just go somewhere else I don’t know what else to tell you.

For some reason , they could never hear me when I call in my order, i talk on my phone 50 times a day. And never have a problem with people hearing me. But every time I call them there's these long pauses. ............... I order again........And they ask me if I'm going to order....... and I tell them my order,again. They never say I couldn't hear you or anything like that. They just ask me to spell it..... lol , like you want me to spell my order? Or........, it's very confusing. I would Think they'd get a lot of calls every day and that if there was a phone issue , they would take care of a it promptly. So why has this issue been going on for months?And I call at least four times a week

I am highly disappointed in this location. Whatever happened to greeting every customer? I never here welcome to little ceasers what may I get started for you. Or anything with a smile. I ran a little ceasers and stood proud on 3 second greeting everytime. No matter how busy we were. Yes the job can get overwhelming at times. Especially if you are not staffed properly or set up for good service These adults need to learn to smile and welcome all their guests Not to mention they were at least 10 minutes behind. Pizzas cook roughly 6 minutes. So to tell me another 15 on an order that should of been ready. Let's me know you were not prepared.

At 2pm I put in a pick up order for a single pizza at 6pm. When I got there at 6, they told me I would have an additional 40 minute wait for my pizza. Why were they fulfilling the newest orders before one placed hours beforehand that they had ample time to prepare for?

Ordered a cheese only pizza. Feeding three kids. They will not replace or refund unless the entire pizza is sent back into the store. We live 15 minutes away. I offered the photo as proof. They will not refund or replace and the one slice of pizza that has cheese on this had already been eaten by one of my hungry kids. Do better. Make pizza with ACTUAL TOPPINGS ON IT!!

Come on mt pleasant little ceasars get it together! Everytime I order the crazy bread they suck they’re either burnt or half the size they’re suppose to be or our order gets given away or messed up.

Not Impressed.. Lobby was packed with people waiting. Pizza was soggy and falling apart (both pizzas)…. Tried again the following thinking maybe it was the cook. NOPE. 2nd time pizza was still soggy and trash… and multiple breadsticks were the size of a number 2 pencil 🤦🏻‍♂️
