Tried the Laksa burger and Pulut Hitam pie, wow I’d highly recommend them! The Laksa burger is very fragrant and sauce is well blended with sufficient Laksa soup ingredients, unique taste! Now I’ve another seasonal delights with the Samurai burger!

Honestly, they are the ones that have to go through the crowd from all the post-concerts, really impressed with the service and how they can help so efficient.

Nice place with huge sitting arrangements and they have very good staff who cares alot about their customers not just a average Macdonalds as comparison to other thanks for breakfast treat.. In affordable prices definitely visit again.. Thanks for service.

Well located near stadium & very spacious McDonald’s, seats are located quite far from each other following the covid regulations. As always, experience top notch service from this global chain. McCafé was like cherry on top.

One the most efficient outlet, plenty of space indoor and outdoor (shaded of course), plenty of car space. Right next to decathlon. One of the old skool Maccas that still retain the yesteryear ambient with improved efficiency.

This is a 24 hour McD if I’m not mistaken. It’s very close to the MRT and the bus stops. It’s very spacious with ample parking lots and seating area. There was a baby changing room as well. We opted for the self ordering service which was super easy and fast. We ordered some burgers, milo and Iced cappuccino from the McCafé. The burger was fresh, juicy and delicious. The cappuccino did not fail to impress me. It was superb. Would definitely recommend.

Always a great place to chill or work, last time round with my family here as there's a huge decathalon beside it, hence we swing by mcdonald for a bite.

Literally one of the best MacDonald outlet I’ve personally been to. Huge indoor & outdoor dining area, kids play area, drive-thru and decors all around. Be it order by cashier, kiosk or mobile app, this place covers it all. Overall this Mac restaurant is filled with great ambience and parking space. Perfect for a chill nights out.

Unfortunately didn't take any pictures. It's sad that on Monday afternoon lunch time, there are plenty of seats. I remember never ever being easy to get a seat here. While I'm happy that I found a place to sit and it's quiet enough for me to even work there, the emptiness is a reflection of how their business is doing.....

Macdonalds is pretty much a staple in our fast food culture in Singapore. I am just taking away stars as the service for Macs have significantly dropped in standards because of the self serve kiosk and the lack of manpower to handle the high volumes of order. My friend was rudely dismissed by one of the staff when he was asking for some tissue paper. I feel and I never expect service standards to drop to an all time low and the least I expect is staff to be of decent standards but the dismissive nature was definitely off putting.

Thank you for leading a wonderful McDonald’s birthday party for my son on Labour Day! The party hosts, Haida, Farah and Sutirah were super patient and wonderful to handle the 18-kids without almost any parent and adult involvement, though as a disclaimer the youngest kid present is 5 years old. The only pity is that the aircon in the playground beside the party room was down and worst on a hot day. There was fan but all the kids were perspiring alot right before and after the party. Hopefully it is resolved by now. The outlet is a frequent outlet that we will patronise as it comes with a free playground to let the parents take a chill while slowly enjoying our food. The food ordering with the staff was quite easy as we had taken all orders from our guest beforehand. The only challenge was in sorting out the food order. Nonetheless, we are thankful that even though some food items were wrongly taken by our guest, the staff were kind enough to redo some of our orders without extra charges. Ad hoc add-on orders were duly prepared too without the need to order from the counter. Days and probably 1-2 week before the party, a staff will call to confirm the number of guest. We were advised to arrive 15 min before the party to place the food order. On the actual day, several outdoor seatings outside the party room were reserved for my adult guests. Nonetheless one of the fan near the reserved area was spoilt too. - Party Schedule - During the party, adults are advised to enjoy our own time and meals outside the party room. While occasionally going into the party room to observe the party, the kids played several games before food is served. Game prizes were handed out too. Before mealtime, all kids had to line up to wash their hands at the sink in the party room. Then food was distributed with the help of the staff and the kids had their meal while some shows were played on the screen. After that, we had some photo taking with the help of the staff before cake-cutting. The party ends with the birthday child handing out the happy meal gift and a McDonald’s party goodie bag (a book, a toy, a card set, a free random redemption coupon for corn, hash brown or ice cream) to each child before they leave. Thank you McDonald’s Kallang for our first birthday party held at McDonald’s and thank you once again to Haida, Farah and Sutirah! Note: The cake was not from McDonald’s but arranged separately on my own.

If you are a food ball and McD fan, then this is the best place for both. Good is it's accessible 24/7. A drive through option is available, so you can enjoy the meal at the car.

Among the many McDonald’s outlets in Singapore, this one is exceptional for its generous space and pleasant atmosphere. It never feels crowded, making it an ideal place to enjoy a calm breakfast. I regularly had my breakfast here during my stay in February 2026 and always had a good experience.

I accidentally left my iPad at the restaurant and didn’t realize until later. I called right away, and the restaurant manager Angelito was incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time to check and managed to find it for me. I’m so grateful for his honesty and quick response. It really shows the level of care and professionalism here. First time compelled to give a review for MacDonald's. All the staff were greeting everyone good mornings and very attentive to every small detail. I'm truly impressed! Never seen such level of customer service at a fastfood place.. till now..

Had a great experience at McDonald’s! The food was fresh and served quickly. The staff were friendly and polite, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I especially liked how efficient the service was, even during busy hours. Always a reliable place for a quick and satisfying meal! 🍔🍟

Booked their party package for kids (15 pax min) for my daughter's birthday on a Saturday. Added on the cake and balloon sculpting. Party room is located away from the main area near the indoor playground. Environment was clean, cooling and private enough with a basin in the room convenient for handwashing. The room accommodated 13 kids and around 20 adults comfortably standing, and around 20 pax comfortably for eating. Bill came up to $600+ inclusive of food for the adults, balloons, happy meals and a party pack for each kid (Drawing Pad, Illustrated Book, McDonald's Table Mat, Minecraft Toy), and the session was for 1h 45m. Only comments I have is that the games played are more suitable for ages 6 and up (Charades/Musical chairs), and the toilets are limited. I would also recommend bringing your own cake as well as the McDonald's chocolate cake was basic. Jiha, Friya and another lady supervisor (didn't get her name unfortunately) were assisting us and facilitating the party. They were accommodating with our requests, friendly with the kids and pleasant in our interactions! You can't go wrong with the food (they take your orders and it's brought out to you), there's ample parking, the location is easily accesible and there's a baby care room just beside. I'd definitely recommend having a party here for a no-frills experience!

One of the best MacDonald (24/7) in Singapore. Opposite is 24 hours KFC, and Decathlon is right at the carpark. Drive through is available and popular. It's even very crowded around 11pm to 12pm.

The food was lovely and filling, I had a great meal there. The service was also lovely, with one of the waitress Pauline Tan recommending foods that turned out to be delicious. When I asked for a takeout bag, even thought she was on the way to somewhere else, she immediately went into the kitchen to get it for me. I am very grateful for the efficiency.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Shakira and Naziha for their excellent service during our McDonald’s children’s party held back in July! They were both warm, professional, and incredibly engaging with the kids. Their patience, enthusiasm, and ability to manage and entertain the children made the celebration smooth and enjoyable for everyone. It was truly impressive how they kept all the kids happy and involved throughout the event. Thank you, Shakira and Naziha, for making the party such a wonderful experience! Food was served to us efficiently. Crinkle cut fries were chunky delicious and goes well with chilli and ketchup. I like that the whipped butter is concealed and have the option to put my preferred amount of butter into the corn. Generous amount of tartar sauce in the fish fillet burger.

Today I had an amazing experience here despite only coming to dabao supper on my bike. From the moment I stepped in with my foldie, Syirah greeted me with a smile saying “Hi welcome!!!!” Ordering on the machine was fuss-free as usual, and after a short wait, she called out my number and packed my order carefully with a smile on her face; asking if I wanted chilli or ketchup with my food, making sure the order was right and I had the happy meal toys I wanted. It was just a really simple interaction but I felt the genuine hospitality from her, very much like a five star hotel. Keep it up McDonald’s, staff like Syirah make our experience so good. Brings me back to the days when your slogan used to be “We love to see you smile”. I guess we’ll all go to bed happy tonight :) Thanks Syirah and thanks McDonald’s

Been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a small child. Decades later, I still come here on occasions. Lots of happy memories here! They’ve kept up with the times with the technology which makes it efficient for customers even on a busy day. But the staff are always friendly and helpful if any customer needs help. Lots of ample parking, especially with the extra car park around Decathalon. The drive-in is often busy so be patient if waiting in line. Will be back!

Very popular for drive-in. Food is tasty and quite consistent with McDonald’s signature taste. For French fries though it’s sometimes abit tasteless (like they forgot salt). Other times it’s salty enough (not overpowering). McSpicy there is highly flavoured and warm. Nice. Lots of parking space on weekdays and off peak periods. Not sure about weekends though.

The barista made coffee is either a hit or a miss. On 6 November morning 11.40am, I had a really good cuppa! (As seen on first photo) the barista skills is good! Served at the best temperature! I didn’t wait long for my coffee and food. However, the following Saturday morning i visited again, this time the barista is a Viet and the cuppa is disappointing. She did the easy way out which is to use chocolate sauce instead of doing an actual milk latte art. I paid a premium for barista crafted coffee and that is for the milk latte art! Ordered same type of coffee, yet distinctively different taste. Please be more consistent.

Drive-Thru: you enter a carpark to get to the drive-thru, so if there’s a queue, you’ll end up being charged for staying in the carpark past the grace period :/ Tried the new Creamy Mushroom Double Cheeseburger — I really like the sauce, but the burger seems pretty small and they can afford to be more generous with the mushrooms. Expensive.

Came in for the coffee special. Understandably given it is $1 coffee, it was a little diluted 😊. But ok for $1 lah😅. Service from the uncles and aunties were good👍🏼 though!

Unless order a seasonal or new set, you won't have to wait too long. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for more than half an hour. Although they're short-staffed, the service is generally good.

This is one of the more iconic branches but has been refurbished. Contemporary interior and warm spot lighting make it indistinguishable from other outlets. Service is still good though. And the McSpicy here got kick!

They have always kept their standard and this is something I appreciate as I know where I can get my comfort fix :)

Great McDonald’s here at Kallang. The Pokémon promotion (2022) is awesome. You get the charizard McPepper, which is delicious by the way although prosperity burger is still better, the eevee pulut hitam pie and the scorbunny teh c frappe. All are not bad. Great packaging! Got a single patty McPepper too, probably a mistake by the staff due to the crowd. Manager gave a free burger (double samurai beef burger) for that! Kudos! The new truffle cheese and honey mustard sauce is nice! Especially the truffle cheese, flavour is perfect with the spicy McNuggets! McGriddles 2025 seemed to have shrunken a lot in size. 😨 Tom Yum Prawn Burger is one of Mcd better creations. Nice crunchy prawn patty with a flavourful Tom yam sauce that doesn’t overpower the entire burger.

Pauline Tan was very friendly and helpful. She showed that she was very hardworking despite her limping leg. I saw that she went out to dispose the garbage in the hot sun though it was part of her duties. I am sure that she would be very inspired when staff recognize, encourage and praise her for her great effort as a senior citizen.

It's been a long time since I had McDonald's, decide to dine in at 10pm, plenty of crowds but still managed to find a seat. Electronics ordering system took the human touch away, but I guess this is the future and is good during this pandemic time. I have to say the quality of the burger dropped. So much so I decided to write about it. Less salty is probably the only good point, after this is all down hill. My Big Mac is dry and just barely warm, lettuces is thrown into the box, most of them is outside of the burger than in it. Latte is nicely presented but again, is barely warm. My wife Filet O fish is no better either, tartar sauce is more for garnish than taste, so little is no longer "dripping out" from the other end of your bite. Was it because I lost touch with McDonald or others feel the same too?

After a long drive n hoping for a warm burger n fries/coffee I was disappointed with the service which was slow and nonchalant. Queues formed, customers waited for meals but kitchen crew were laughing n taking easy. My meal took over 10mins for fastfood

Out of 5 times taking away food, there was at least 3 times wrong drink order given. Ordered kopi o, but given milo / kopi with milk. As result, I need to check my order every single time when I collect my take away order to ensure correct drinks given. Phew Not a single time things are going right, when it’s the correct kopi o, the kopi o is not filtered properly and has lots of coffee grounds and it is really unpleasant to drink.

This McDonald’s is easily one of the most popular spots around, but be prepared—it is packed every single time I visit! Even the wait for the restroom can be quite a mission. To be honest, the food tastes exactly the same as any other outlet, so the 'special' draw here is likely just how convenient the location is for everyone. Great for a quick stop if you can find a seat, but expect a crowd!

Came here for spicy McNuggets only to find out it was no longer available. It was 9pm. We hence decided to settle on a Happy Sharing Box, and requested for table service via the automated machine. We had to find out the hard way not to get table service, for we waited from 9.40-10.30pm before we ran out of patience and had to approach the counter. It is definitely understandable that it was a busy night, but seeing that McDonald’s builds its reputation on the efficient service of FAST food, i find it simply unfathomable how we had to deal with its inefficiencies. Received our sharing box which had been hibernating on the table, cold and hard. Did not even receive the curry sauce we requested for. So much for table service.

I usually enjoy McDonald’s, but this visit was disappointing. I waited over 20 minutes just for a simple order, and it wasn’t even that busy. There seemed to be confusion among the staff, and no one updated me on my order status. By the time I got my food, it was barely warm. I understand delays can happen, but better communication and faster service would really improve the experience.

When you ask for delivery or pick up, the fries here are always cold and stale, like they have sitting out for more than an hour. I dont understand how they are so consistent with this.

The place looks good after the renovation, the staffs are friendly too. But the problem is that if you visit 20mins before their closing time, all our food were cold and not fresh.

The honey soy fried chicken was not fresh, slightly cold inside and the meat was dry and tough. The place can get very busy and noisy even past dinner time.

We just ordered a mc nuggets meal via drive through. We got 4 nuggets in the box instead of 6 nuggets and we got curry sauce when we specifically asked for barbecue sauce!! It’s not even a crowded day. There weren’t even cars after us.

Bought consecutively for 2 days with different meals but was totally disappointed with the fries accompanying the meals. All the fried were cold on both ends and slight warm at the center. I don't know how they were and no chance to ask as I bought them with the drive thru service. All fries ended up in the thrash after one of us had diarrhea trying to try it out. Other than this, remaining food still ok.

Ordered through deliveroo, the fries is very cold and hard like not properly cooked. Mcspicy burger is good as usual. The roasted sesame & seaweed powder for shaker fries was missed out in my daughter’s set of order. Very disappointing ☹️

Did an order thru McD app to collect within 10min. Arrived on the dot. 15 cars ahead. I went into restaurant to ask if I could collect from inside restaurant. Without listening to my full request, the senior person rudely brushed off saying I have to line up to collect. I can see my order at the window through the kitchen. So back I went and lined up in the car. Took the car 35 min to reach the line which means 45 min after I ordered. How ridiculous. You guys are worse than robots. My car lining up had slowed it down for the next driver. How silly of you to be so rigid in your process! Meanwhile people walking into restaurant received their orders much faster. Do not do a drive in if you don’t have 45 min to spare. Plus the app said they will throw away the order after 1 hr if we don’t collect. Firstly, change your process before all these threats. If I could put a zero, I would.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae at 8.07 pm and have to wait till 8.32 pm to get my order. A customer beside me also waiting for his fries for almost half an hour.1 person mending the pick up counter at peak period rush. No point putting queue numbers on display at the TV if it’s all jumbled up.Bad operations management. Buck up Mcd Kallang.

So disappointed by the service that Mac has nowadays. I had to wait 1 hr for table service. It is a breakfast order but they are serving lunch by the time i went to counter to check so i wonder where's my breakfast???? The mobile order just in front n behind me belongs to my other family members. They received theirs but my order gone missing... so many people at the counter to check on their orders or requested refund. I thought MAC supposed to be classified as FAST food?

Order number came up on the screen. Went to counter to collect. Stood in front for 15 mins. Not ready. Why did the number come up so early? Why make us go there if it's not ready? Just to meet the system KPI? Or system is just bad?

Went via the drive through for this Mcdonalds on 13 September at 1850 and asked the lady at the drive through about the difference between the new promo item (Kampung Drumlets) and McWings. This was not very clear on the menu shown at the drive through and she just said dismissively "Taste different". And to me, I said Huh, what's the difference? (You can respond with "spicy ?? same as spicy mcnuggets??" or anything) and she just said "just buy it and you will know" then she said that "one use kampung chicken and one use wings so the taste is different" and then she told me not to buy it if I don't understand her. I think the service is terrible. I did not get her name but she is so dismissive. THERE IS NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU AND NO QUEUE BEHIND ME. NO CARS! Why can't you take that 1 min to explain properly what the difference is? Mcdonalds please get it together with your staff education on the menu items - i really don't think she knows the difference at all.....I am very certain Mcdonalds will not come up with a completely different menu item from mcWings and have the difference only be the fact that one uses Kampung chicken and another uses Wings

This McDonald's is crowded, and it can't host this much people! Please don't accept this much orders when you can't deliver a normal service. We came here a few times, and often had to wait long time. We waited 1 hour today. Can you believe that? It is no longer a fast food restaurant. Suggestions: 1. Please have a sign which tells people how long they have to wait for their food to be served. 2. Closing ordering when there are too many orders that you can't handle. 3. Be fast to be fast.

Kitchen staff took their own sweet time to prepare the orders. Waited more than 1hr for just a mere order of 3 drinks, 1 mcspicy meal and 1 happy sharing set. Saw my order at the second row of the trolley, just sitting there and no one attending to it for a good 15mins. Asked the counter staff to check but it was not passed on to kitchen staff. Not sure why but the kitchen staff kept checking the receipt but could not get the drinks when the drinks were actually all done up on the other tray. Not recommending to people who wants a quick fix for supper.

What kind of service your restaurant providing..I have ordered a pancake meal. I was requesting for an extra syrup n 2 additional butter. N was told need to pay for tat. Your restaurant is increasing the price n yet unable to provide this continments.. pls review your sop in this. If not your customers will eventually be gone. This is not those cost few dollars and some customers would have a more preferences and heavy favour on food I don't see such things happen to other fast food.. Macdonald pls do some customer service suvery before implementing things which other store can do while u rejecting it.

Disappointing Experience - Almost an Hour Wait for My Order & Irresponsible & Rude Guest Experience Manager “Asyikin” I recently visited the McDonald's Kallang and was incredibly disappointed with my experience. After placing my order, I expected a reasonable turnaround for my table service order, as is typical for fast food establishments. However, I ended up waiting almost an hour for my food! The staffs seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, with little communication about the delays. There were no updates or apologies from the team, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. I witnessed other customers become increasingly upset as they waited for their orders, and it was clear that this was not just a one-off situation. I have to speak to one of the Manager - KC before my getting all my, I couldn’t help but feel that it wasn't worth the wait. The food was lukewarm and lacked the freshness I expect from McDonald's. It was disappointing to say the least. I understand that busy times can lead to longer waits, but an hour is simply unacceptable. The situation doesn’t help when the explanation given by the Guest Experience Manager - Asyikin was just purely irresponsible by saying that I should follow up earlier after the restaurant facing an electricity issue resulting the order no longer traceable. I left the restaurant feeling frustrated and unlikely to return anytime soon. I hope they can improve their service because right now, it’s not living up to the McDonald's standards I used to enjoy.

Consistently terrible experience here. I initially thought the slow service was due to large evening crowds, but boy was I wrong. I came back on a quiet weekday morning (6am) and was once again made to wait for cold food. At least they were consistent 😉

The collection crowd grew and upset. They placed a staff which not answering and kept saying wait. Which i saw the order is on the rack. Obviously is mine. Kept saying wait! Waited 30 mins then took out, cold! Which was there! Can’t collect, only can see! The lady want her flow and not flexible. The worse is they kept pressed collection numbers

WAITED 1 HOUR FOR A HORRIBLE MEAL AT MCDONALD'S KALLANG! Ordered mcdonald's prosperity burger sets for my family during the second day of CNY. Waited 20mins (a reasonable amount of time given the cfosd ) before my number was called. Approached the counter staff and they told me that their number calling system was 'automated' and didn't reflect the order status. I asked the counter staff at the 30min mark for an update but they reassured me that my order was being prepared. Approached them AGAIN at the 40min mark, but this time, I was IGNORED COMPLETELY! Tried asking nicely TWICE but the staff pretend not to hear me. They STILL ignored me even after I raised my voice! At the 50 min mark, I approached the store manager to ask for an update. HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS after I told him about his staff's poor service standards. After he assisted in preparing my order (which I finally received after 1 HOUR) , I asked him why the order took so long, he SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AGAIN and said 'dunno'. To my horror, the manager didn't even get the order correct! As per the receipt (first photo), I was short a lychee fizz drink, a large prosperity fries, and a pie. That's worth at least 7$ - COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I demand an answer and a refund from mcdonald's.

Went for a quick meal on 5 Aug 2023 at 12.10 pm. It was relatively crowded but we expected to wait about 15 to 20 mins. However, after 35 mins our food still haven't arrived at the table. I went to ask the counter staff. The female Indian manager (did not manage to get her name, for ease of ID by McDonald's if needed) checked my order and told me I had to wait another hour for total of 1 hr 35 mins. It was unacceptable. I was annoyed by her nonchalant attitude. I decided to cancel my order as my family was getting hungry and could not wait another hour. The manager told me I had to wait to cancel my order and indicated that it will also take a long time! OMG, McDonald's! You need to retrain your managerial staff on their customer service and attitude! Luckily for McDonald's, Cecilia, a senior (aged) counter staff came to my rescue and saved the day for McDonald's! Cecilia defused the situation in a jovial manner and told me the manager was only joking and there's no need to wait for 1 hour. She took my receipt and went to check my order. In less than 2 mins, she came out with my order. I am grateful to Cecilia for going above and beyond to salvage McDonald's image and reputation marred by this female Indian manager (I did not manage to get her name as she walked off twice hurriedly and dismissed me to go about her duties). Thanks to Cecilia, we got our 'fast' food after 40 mins. McDonald's is no longer the nice and pleasant place I used to know. I hope the old non-menancing McDonald's atmosphere will return to Kallang. What a pity!

The receipt is correct. Sausage wrap meal and Big Breakfast meal. But i only received more than a dozen of hashbrown. Tried contacting grab and calling this outlet but no answer. We ordered this for breakfast to fast for the day. McDonald's delivery always have missing items but this one is out of the world already.

Cleanliness of the toilet and dining area can be seriously improved. It is a Saturday night, the management team of the store should know better.

Went for a party in those small rooms. Was told told that it is a party for the adults but the games were lame and the staff couldn’t engage the adult crowd, so didn’t know what’s the difference and point of asking if it’s for adults or children. Attitude of the staffs was also very disappointing because they came in to bring the food to us while we were taking photos so we didn’t respond to her immediately but she was inpatient and rude. Manager that talked to us was also impatient and unkind, sort of ruin the experience of having a birthday party at a supposedly happy place. :(

Worst Mcdonald ever for Sunday & rude staff..all in mess and chaptic despite 2 manager..Waited 40 min for a fast food chain. Aminah customer service was freaking worst,our number was up and yet she can say no patience customer. 40 MIN & NO PATIENCE? Seriously Mcdonald! Visited on 28 Sept @8.24am Food finally got at 9.06am after a crowd start to stand in front of the collection counter.

Wants to treat myself my favorite quarter pounder. In the end i spend huge amount my patty is very dry and stick to the bread. Ingredients not fresh

Ordered at 19:31. Checked with counter at 20:10. Made to wait at counter with no updates. Food served 20:25. They weren't overwhelmed, restaurant not at capacity, and order numbers way later than mine were constantly being pushed out. Food was aerved with no apologies, no accountability. Will definitely only visit the kfc just opposite from now on.

Don’t get the chocolate peanut butter cake. It’s the size of the chili packaging. It’s $4! Totally not worth.

I went there recently after midnight. After they change the staff to new staff, the fries are not as crispy as before. Please teach your staff how to cook the fries properly so that it is crispy. The fries was so much nicer previously but now no. The fries was also messily packed. Fish fillet was packed untidily on the burger. Kitchen staff did not wear gloves when touching the box to put the burger. Staff service was also not friendly at all. An Indian guy wearing black was mopping the floor so close to us while we are still eating and the mop nearly touched our shoes. He shouldn't be mopping so close to us while customer is eating. Please improve on your overall service and food quality. Before the change of staff, the standard was much better.

Ordered nuggets, staff forget about my curry sauce. Politley ask for sauce at counter and the female indian manager claimed already given. I say no and she followed me to my table and check and went off without saying a thing. Next moment a chinese staff came with the sauce. 10 minute later, manager came with cctv. I dont even bothered to verify as i didnt even see sauce in my tray. Wow what a service especially from Service manager with no service.

Waited for 1 hour and 10 mins before I could collect my food at the Kallang (stadium ) outlet on Nov 9 Sunday Unbelievable . I chose to collect my food instead of having it delivered to my table . 1/2 hour after I have placed my order, my order number appeared on the screen but was told to wait a little longer for it was not ready. Witnessed couple of angry customers who had waited long enough and demanded to be served immediately; reason being their orders were missed out . Another 1/2 hour had passed , still no sign of my order . When I approached the counter again, Staff told me my order was already served ! Huh !!!!??? But I was there all this while ! Only then did the staff get the kitchen to work on my order immediately . Something is not right with the work flow or the system . Joke of the week - 70 mins wait for a fast food meal . Cheers !

Only reason I am giving one star is because there is no option to give zero. Waited over 30 minutes after ordering - fine since there was a small crowd. Asked the counter staff (not cooking nor serving) in both English and Mandarin if there was any update, and was blatantly ignored. I understand the pressures of food service but I think giving an update on request, after a rather long wait, should not be too much to ask for

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered my meal at 12:24pm, according to the receipt, only receive the orders at 12:56pm. There's an indoor and non Aircon area for this branch. There are too many customers here and the experience is sort of heavily dented due to the slow serving. Plus sitting at the non Aircon area while waiting for your meals is really not a good one, sweating profusely though due to the weather. Another reason why there are so many people here is because this branch is kid friendly with an indoor playground. Staff over the counter are not friendly as well. Tried to seek her service why it took more than 30 minutes for an order to be served, she brushed me off by saying there's a lot of staff who are not at work today. Go to another branch to enjoy a better McDonald's experience, this branch obviously can't handle the customer load, experience sucks to the max, Fast Food becomes SLOW food.
