Decent Thai food in the mountain view area. We had the Tom Yum soup , calamari and a railway fried rice with red curry. All food items were pleasantly good 👍

Went in for dinner with a bunch of friends and had a good time. We ordered the Tom yum soup, drunken noodles, veg pad thai, chicken wings, green curry and the crab fried rice. The crab rice was the worst and it smelled and tasted fishy. However when we complained the servers took it back and offered to take it off or bring us a new plate. A good family restaurant with decent food. The tom yum and drunken noodles were both delicious.we paid about a 100 bucks for all the food (minus the rice) and including the gratuity for 6 people.

Our first time here and the food was good however I did not find the staff very hospitable. We had the veg green + yellow curry, spring rolls and they only had mango sticky rice as an option for dessert which we had. Their cocktail menu was interesting and I had the Zaap Ver ( be cautious while having it cause in the menu nowhere did they mention that the spice level of this drink was to another level!

A good Thai cuisine place. Nothing special and an average thai food. The lemongrass lamb was amazing and the Tom kha soup with Shrimp was also yummy. The pineapple fried rice served in actual pineapple was quite nice presentation. They have enough parking and not busy on Sunday dinner.

8/25/25 Shana Thai Restaurant 311 Moffett Blvd Ste A Mountain View, CA 94043 We went for lunch on a Monday to try a new place. This place is north of Castro St. on Moffet with no access back to DT MTV across Central. It's in a mostly Hispanic shopping plaza with okay parking. It's a little dim and contemporary interior. Service was good and attentive. I had the Massaman Curry (Beef), which I usually order on a first try to compare with other versions I have had and have experienced wide variability in execution, ingredients and flavor with this dish. Wifey had the Pad Thai with shrimp, which I don't care for due to the eggy flavor. The shrimp was okay, juicy and tender. My curry was above average but not in the elite category. It had good coconut flavor, the beef was very tender and plentiful but I detected no peanut; which I consider essential for this dish. It was good but not great, so no repeat.

Excellent no fuss Thai restaurant with a large menu, fast and friendly service and very flavorful food. We went for lunch and the restaurant had a good crowd. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced no fuss restaurant.

I recently dined at this Thai restaurant, and overall, the experience was just okay. The food itself was decent—flavors were there, but it didn’t stand out compared to other Thai spots I’ve visited. It wasn’t bad, but it also didn’t leave me wanting to come back for more. What really impacted the experience was the service. It was extremely slow, and even though the staff seemed polite, the long wait times made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Whether it was waiting to place an order, receiving our food, or getting the check, everything felt like it took much longer than it should have. If you’re craving Thai food and have plenty of time to spare, it might be worth trying, but I wouldn’t go in with high expectations. There are definitely better options out there with more efficient service.

Don’t recommend: Understaffed, overpriced and very slow service (if you even get it). We were sat down and waited a good 25 mins. No water was served nor did anyone come to take our order. When I asked the server, she rudely responded “we’re busy - are you ready to order?” Rushed us to order and had to wait another 15 mins to get waters after requesting twice. Since we had ordered already we ate our food that was extremely low in quality. Wont return again.

Meh :/ Ordered pad thai delivery. It was flavorless/dry. I had to supplement it at home with sauce/seasonings and lime (would be nice if they could throw in a lime slice). I’m also generally not a fan of the ultra slim noodles. For the price, I just wouldn’t order this again.

Ordered takeout. Took 1 hour to get chicken wings. I got there 20 mins after ordering then waited 40 mins in the entryway. People came in, sat down and got their food ahead of me. For chicken wings…this place has good food but for a local ordering to go that’s just a bit absurd when you’re not busy.
