The staff was very nice and helpful i orderd a sandwich with chicken and tomato and lettuce the lettuce was crunchy the tomatoes was soft i got a cookie it was absolutely delicious. 😋

These small "gas station" food places sometimes seem questionable but all good here. Staff was friendly, place was clean, service was quick. Nothing to complain about here. It's nice to see workers take some pride in their job and smile a bit. I'll visit again when I'm traveling thru there.

No other Subway has murdered my meatball marinara with black olives, so when I asked them to annihilate my sandwich with them little black critters, I was NOT disappointed. Thank you!!
It was in a store so we got it to go and enjoyed our sandwiches later at a park. They fixed both footlongs to perfection with a great attitude and did not mind that I like extra vinegar on mine. We will definitely go back next time in Murphy NC.

I liked the options for toppings and sizes of pizza, and the food was served quickly. I was surprised they weren't busy when we went there.

I do not usually eat subway maybe 2nd time in 10 years. Food was ok. Nothing special. Girl behind counter was pleasant

I'm dropping my score from 5 star to a 2 star. Reason is they are "under staffed" but yet the other crew that works there with the same amount of people doesn't close the store down early. Please fix the time if you going to close the store down earlier then 9 that says in the website

I was very disappointed my bread was very tuff, I wanted my cheese melted it was but when it was all together, roast beef, ham, chicken and all the vegetables it was so tuff I had wheat bread. I ended up just eating the meats and vegetables and I ordered 2 with coupon. 2 for12.99 ended up 18.00 dollars. Very dissatisfied.
Tall guy with hat who works here told me no when I wanted more mayo on my sub because of the manager or whatever his excuse was lol…but does the owner know he shuts down 35 to 40 minutes before they close.. he was very nice at first the few times we went but then got extremely rude. The girls that work there are nice and some other guy but the tall one with the hat is rude.
I was planning to eat at subway but ended up leaving as soon as I entered. Why? The subway worker was vaping near the cashier. She saw me approaching and quickly put it away. She didn’t wash her hands and was “ready” to start our service. I excused myself and left.
I went in with a friend of mine and she went tried to order a sandwich for her and her disabled daughter all she asked was to put bread on the side cause her daughter is gluten free and she could just give her the meat and lettuce. The girl said she couldn't do that. But she could order some type of salad thing. My friend no she would like the sandwich without the bread, what the heck will needless say we didn't get anything from there.
This is a fine location. Friendly staff, quick service. The only pitfall is that they do not have veterans discount. I'm not sure for their rationale. If you honor veterans, it's very disappointing to hear they have no discount. Nuff- Said. My food was delicious.
Service- horrible. The employees couldn't even start with "hi" "hello" or even "how can I help you"... instead we get "what do you want?" Food- worse. They keep the meatballs cold then use the toaster to warm them. Since he did it on my sandwich the meatballs were still almost frozen in the middle. I took it back and and girl was going to re heat the food I already touched with my hands... so she was going to take my germs and put them all over the counter where everyone else's food is prepared. Gross! Plud my bread would have been burnt by the time the food was hot.. When I asked for a refund I was not refunded the correct amount. Then I asked "aren't the meatballs supposed to be kept in a hot hold?" The lady said they didn't have one. So I pointed to the hot hold and said "it right there but you guys are using it for storage." They had all the bowls and stuff like that in it. So with the middle of the meatballs still not being kept below 40 or above 160 it has the opportunity to grow bacteria and give us food born illnesses. I know this for a fact because I have ran several restaurants. So they are not presenting their customers with safe to eat food because they don't have a hot hold?... then don't sell them. 😒 why can't people in small areas like this take food related issues seriously???? This is the 3rd subway I have been to in the area and they all suck!
We visited Subway today specifically to try the new pepperoni and cheese dipper and were sorely disappointed!!! It didn't resemble the picture in any of their ads. The "fluffy" wrap was brittle hard and you couldn't even see the pepperoni or cheese unless you unwrapped the entire thing and only then do you find 2 pieces of pepperoni and a smidgen of cheese. Don't waste your time or money!!

Left the sauces off my husband's sandwich as well. He also toasted my husband's and it wasn't supposed to have been. I asked for mine to be cut into three pieces. Neither sandwich was cut at all. Not even cut in half. No napkins. Worse subway experience to date. Would have went back for a refund ,but we were traveling and was a few miles away before we realized.
