The best Cinnamon Apple bagel I have had!!! This is my first visit at this Einstein Bagels location. Very interesting observation,, I have noticed a total of six employees working. All male employees, two Hispanics, one white, one black, one Indian and the other Indian look like the manager. It's absolutely beautiful to see multiple cultures all working together at a Bagel 🥯 place. I recommend this place 😉
Ordered thru DoorDash and received everything exactly as I wished for. Perfect amount of everything and temperature.
Love their bagels! Place is clean and very inviting, service is fast and accurate, love going on the weekend and get my breakfast there!

We always get the Nova Lox on everything bagel. Your onions are sliced too thick. I wish this location would take more pride in their product. Their lack of quality control toward assembly. I’m sure there is a recipe standard you’re supposed to adhere to. For no waste. Capers are expensive! For goodness sake; pressure wash that patio! It’s nasty!
There were many types of bagels available. The only one I could eat was a plain bagel. I did buy an everything bagel for my husband. We had to get our bagel fix.

I do like their bagels and cream cheese flavors. I haven't had any of their sandwiches but they do look good. However, their chocolate chip cookies are awful, I specifically asked multiple times if they are fresh and baked on-site and was told yes. Perhaps they do bake on premise though I have my doubts. It was completely dry and just all around the worst chocolate chip cookie. Perhaps everyone knows that but me and that is why this cookie was older than the hills, haha. Eat their bagels but don't waste money on the cookie.
Bagels were tasty; not stingy with the cream cheese😜 If dining in, coffee bar is neglected and not as stocked as other Einstein Bros. Bagel places I've been to. Had to ask for sugar to be refilled and then they only filled half way and left a mess of sugar on the counter. Drive thru was very busy, but still. Now, if the owner(?) is here he should be wearing gloves, like everyone else, when touching the fresh out of the oven bagels or even heading out into the kitchen area! He should also wash his hands after touching his ear, curling his mustache, or rubbing his nose. 😧 I would like to say that he seems like a really cool boss. Helping his employees out in all areas and making them laugh as they work. Probably will not be back to THIS location.
What used to be love has changed to like unfortunately. Over the years, the amount of cream cheese that is on bagels is just too inconsistent. Sometimes ordering with cream cheese it’s they wipe the cream cheese off of a knife onto the bagel less than a tablespoon for both sides of a bagel, but then other times when you ask for extra cream cheese it’s like there’s half a container of cream cheese on a bagel. I typically order a six cheese bagel but even that over the years seems to have changed. Now it seems to have onions or potatoes on top as well, I don’t know, just not the same. The cinnamon sugar bagel also seemed to just have cinnamon, which was also disappointing. Everyone is always nice though.

I love Einsteins but almost every location tries to save on overhead cost by *barely* putting any cream cheese on the bagel.
I have been to this location multiple times in the mornings and every time the staff is not personable. They never smile they are so monotone, not smiling and never say thank u. Not sure if they are always sleepy or just not happy working there. Please hire people with personality. As are as the bagels go.....they were flat. Not big and fluffy like they used to be. The cheese is gross.
Decided to go here instead of the mom and pop bagel place we normally go to because this was closer. By comparison, the bagels at Einstein are much smaller for about the same price as the larger New York style bagels in our usual destination, while the price is compatible. Also an up-charge for some of the bagels at Einstein. The brisket bagel sandwich didn't look nearly as big/full as the picture, there was 1 tiny piece of meat and lacking in flavor. I'm still starving after eating it. Much better value to be had elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Ordered an egg, cheese plain Bagel and received a BACON, egg and cheese bagel. When I said something before I drove off, the manager (owner?) Insisted that's what I ordered. No way because I'm VEGETARIAN. The bacon one cost more as well. He argued then finally remade it and then shoved the bag at me. I will NEVER return to this location. He acted digusted with me. Didn't even refund the difference. I've literally came to order from this location 3 times this past week and would have returned more if this interaction didn't happen. Common decency. I was not trying to cheat you out of a bagel. I literally don't want to get sick from eating meat.
Terrible food and subpar care. They have cut so many corners (not sure if it’s inflation when they charge 6$ for a bagel cream cheese and give you thin bagels). The bagels are equivalent to bagel bites from Starbucks. Would not recommend this place.
The staff seemed upset to take my order, thats ok, some people have bad days but the rest of the experience there was not good. I give the food 2 of 5 stars because it tastes just about the same as other Einstein but not as fresh, a little cold, and skimped out on some ingredients. However, I tried the maple house and it looked different (I know its not going to look the exact same as the photo) and I asked them if it was correct and they confidently said yes. Though I guess they thought I wouldnt notice they swapped the french toast bagle for cinammon sugar bagle. At least they could've let me know if they ran out of the french toast bagle. I'll just go to another location next time, even though this store had a nice setting. Edit: Also they didn't put a lot of cream cheese on my bagel. Its like they're trying to save resources or something. Its just a really bad experience overall.
If you go there around 1:30 PM there is one guy who I believe is the manager who will tell you he’s only taking cash since the machine for the card reader is down. He’s been doing that for years now. I guess cause it’s near closing time he doesn’t want to process the order or he wants to keep the cash because if this was truly an issue with the card reader it would’ve been fixed years ago. Just close the shop at 1:30 PM instead of 2 PM if you don’t want to process orders after 1:30 because you know in 2025 barely anyone is carrying around cash. Others have complained about this too just look at the reviews below.
The Murphy location....although I have never been disappointed by the food itself, the service is sub par on its best day. From not accepting credit or debit cards on multiple occasions due to "my machine not working" (again multiple times and separate weeks) to closing early and not honoring online orders, I think I'll find a different bagel shop to give my money to. After arriving in the drive thru 20 minutes prior to their advertised closing and being ignored, I drove around to the window to see if I saw anyone inside, which I did. So I pulled to the front to walk in, doors locked. Sign clearly states they close at 3pm on Sundays. So, my online order was placed, paid for and I never received it. Will call tomorrow to get what I paid for, however I will never visit this location again. 3rd time's a charm
Ordered the all-nighter egg sandwich, which I have had before, and it was TERRIBLE. There was a half of a measly piece of bacon and so much cheese it was hard to eat. I usually love the bagels here and enjoy getting a sandwich every once in a while, but this was atrocious. This location is so bad, even the person taking the order seemed over it.
This place has really gone down hill with their quality and customer service!! Their portions are little to nothing and looks nothing like the picture they advertise. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. I’m happy to support my local restaurant but not when they get stingy on their food portions and still charge you the same price!!
Inflation showing up at this location. The bagels are getting smaller but have gone twice in price. I am going to write to Einstein bagel corporate as well about this location cutting corners. Some pictures below .

The worst cappuccino ever I had after I opened the lid. It was milk with no coffee and no flavor and I spent good 5 bucks on it .

This location is always rude and has no customer service. Even the gentleman who is supposedly the manager has no customer service either. Their card payment never works and their prices are way too high for the quality you get. Not to mention it’s very dirty inside and the employees don’t seem to use gloves when making my food. I don’t recommend this location at all.
