Great chicken for good price! My favorite though is the double chicken tostada salad with creamy cilantro dressing. My husband and I share it.

The food is pretty good and mostbof the time service is pretty fast.

Superbowl Sunday was a bust. Almost every order was wrong. Mine was for crispy tacos, and I got soft, then my crispy tacos were the wrong meat. I have enjoyed the food several times, but Sunday was a bad day. I hope they do better next time. I even tried their review process but it was not helpful.

It's fast food if you're looking for cheap, affordable, Mexican food this is your one time stop. I got a bowl of chicken, rice and guacamole. Best ever

Superbowl Sunday was a bust. Almost every order was wrong. Mine was for crispy tacos, and I got soft, then my crispy tacos were the wrong meat. I have enjoyed the food several times, but Sunday was a bad day. I hope they do better next time. I even tried their review process but it was not helpful.

I got a 12-piece family meal with three large sides. I remember a large being taller than what I got today also the chicken was cut up and picked apart.

Dulce is a superstar! This young lady is the reason this place is still in business! She greeted EVERY single customer warmly and was helpful before, during, and after the sale! Additionally, she provided recommendations and options when they ran short on order items. The service was extremely slow,even when the store had only 8 customers inside. Dozens of chickens were in various stages of doneness on the grill but they just couldn’t crank out the orders. I waited over 20 minutes for my order! The dining area needed to be bussed and cleaned as tables had straw covers, salsa drippings, and bits of chickens on tabletops from earlier diners. The trash bins were also topped off and needed to be emptied. Competition is fierce, not just from neighboring brick and mortar restaurants and especially from all the nearby food trucks . El Pollo Loco needs to step up their game!

First they don’t understand what you’re saying and try to sell you stuff you didn’t ask for. The taco deal is only on Tuesday and so I bought 4 taco 🌮 way too expensive. $16. When I went to eat there was hardly nothing in the taxi shell. Last time I bought chicken 🍗 it was dry and so now the chicken deal is over. They are a rip off. Period

It should be illegal to charge $10 for a burrito that is almost nothing but rice. What few pieces of chicken existed were also not good... somewhat dry, and extremely salty (but otherwise bland flavor.)

After waiting for 30 minutes without any updates, I returned to the drive-thru to inquire about my order. Initially, the staff claimed they could not locate it, but after further checking, they managed to find it. Unfortunately, the order was finally delivered to me late and cold. This experience was quite disappointing, as the purpose of ordering online is to ensure convenience and timely service. This situation has made me reconsider using the online ordering option in the future.
