Went with another couple and shared everything. Food was amazing, service excellent and really good wine at all price points. Menu seems like an eclectic mix of French + several Asian countries like Thailand, Vietnam, India. Nice vibe, clean & modern ambiance, not too loud but lively! Nice cocktail menu too, but we just drank wine.

Our server was great and the person filling up my water never let it get halfway down. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the deviled eggs. The best I've had. The squash blossoms were nice and crispy and the dip was tasty. Their corn soup is really good as well. I will definitely come back.

Came to TORC last night for my ‘treat myself because I’m in town alone’ meal. I had a glass of delectable Chardonnay, the Iberico ham starter and the scallops main dish. The sauce that accompanied the scallops was a highlight! Service was excellent as the waiters were super attentive and kind. Old school RnB / Soul tunes played in the background and the crowd was mostly older, but it was relaxed and welcoming!

Had the most amazing birthday experience!! Paired with wonderful drinks and hospitality. Everyone that took care of us was awesome!! I will definitely be back when I'm visiting town. The hamachi crudo with caviar is to die for!

The menu at TORC showcases a commitment to locally sourced ingredients and seasonal flavors, with dishes that are both innovative and comforting. Every dish we had was amazing. The service was very impressive. The staff was attentive and professional. Overall a wonderful dinner experience.

Food was delicious, we walked in without reservation and did not have to wait to sit at the bar (the dining area was fully booked for the night, however). Bartender was friendly and service was good and fast. Deviled eggs and sweet potato Pakora are delightful. Buckwheat fettuccine was rich in taste and beef short rib was very tender and flavorful. We were satisfied with every dish!

Torc delivered a really memorable dining experience overall. We started the evening with cocktails, which were fantastic and set a great tone for the meal. Our server, Gabe, was excellent throughout the night. He gave thoughtful guidance on our selections, helped steer our decisions, and everything he recommended landed perfectly. The lumache was a creative spin on house-made mac and cheese and packed with flavor. It was comforting while still feeling elevated. The duck breast was the standout dish of the night and easily the highlight of the meal. It was beautifully prepared and incredibly flavorful. The only dish that fell a little short was the aged New York steak. While it was still good, it didn’t quite meet expectations for the $140 price point. We finished with desserts that were absolutely delicious and a great way to end the evening. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, making it perfect for a special night out. Food was excellent! Wine selection is also awesome. Service was good but we felt rushed to order and finish. Just when we started our appetizer the waitress came twice to ask us about the main menu. Didn’t ask if we wanted a second drink or something with dessert. Got the check the second we finished our dinner.

Excellent food - probably the best we had in Napa this trip. Flavors and preparation were good. Our waiter gave us good recommendations - at one point he made sure I realized the dish I had ordered was vegetarian (it contained "lobster mushroom", not "lobster AND mushroom"), and was super chill about changing my order when I realized. Servers were a bit in-the-way at times - water glasses were nudged in passing, plates were cleared a bit too quickly, crumbs were accidentally brushed into a lap - but nothing major. Restaurant was nicely decorated with high ceilings and an open layout. It was relatively uncrowded on a Tuesday night and noise level was comfortable, but I can see this being a bit loud on more crowded night. We were late for our reservation and had no trouble getting in, but I would likely pay more attention to reservations on a weekend. The bubbly flight was reasonably priced and would make a great brunch stop on our next trip.

We were really excited to dine at TORC and while the food was excellent, the service and overall dining experience fell short for a restaurant at this caliber. When we arrived, we were seated immediately, which was a great start, but unfortunately that was the last of the timely service. It took about 15 minutes before our waiter approached our table for the first time. When he finally explained the prix fixe menu, he spoke so quickly that we could barely understand what he was saying, which made the experience feel rushed and a bit impersonal. That said, the food itself was outstanding and easily the highlight of the night. The dining room, however, was extremely loud and the tables are placed very close together. At one point, a server speaking to the neighboring table was practically right in our space. I would strongly recommend avoiding the tables with bench seating, as it felt especially cramped and uncomfortable. Overall, it is a toss-up whether we would return. The food was truly excellent, but the service and atmosphere did not match what we expected from a higher-end Napa restaurant.

Interesting time here. Food was mid which is below average for the price point. It had high ratings so we were disappointed. Service was pretty poor, as I didn’t get my beverage until over an hour of being seated. We chose foods that the waiter recommended - the tomato salad was good 4.5/5, conchiglie 2/5, short rib 3.5/5 (nothing special), and finally the carrot cake was good 4.5/5. The waiter we had towards the end of the visit who recommended the carrot cake was good

Very disappointing experience. The food was underwhelming, and afterward our entire party felt sick. One person with dietary restrictions became seriously ill due to apparent cross-contamination, despite those restrictions being communicated. This is not acceptable, and we won’t be coming back. With so many other good choices in Napa, don't waste your time.
