It's lobby is open 24/7 it's nice if your out late night and don't want to eat in your car.

Being the fat boy that I am , I guess you know I love Stuffing myself at Jac's . A couple of burgers the large orders of course ,a couple of tacos with a large Shake and soda .and I can waddle away fat and happy , for at least 2 hours . Then I ready for the next stuffing . Your Friend John

The staff is nice and fast. Dinning area although smaller than other jack in the box restaurants is clean and stocked well with condiments.

This place has certainly cleaned up over the years. What used to be a dirty, overcrowded (with sleazy people), dark and gloomy (likely to be mugged in parking lot) avoid at all costs stop is now a modern, well lit, very spacious stop. Both trips recently have been prompt service and accurate service, both late night drive through and middle afternoon walk in. And not to mention it's the only place open after midnight for at least a 20 mile radius. Give them a try-you'll be impressed I'm sure at the noticable improvements made. One of the better Jack in box places I've been to in California.

Showed up for four tacos at 2:00 a.m. always a good deal fairly quick and exceptionally happy staff 👍

I’m just a tourist but I have to say this place’s food is no worse than In N Out. Pretty underrated among tourists in my opinion. We didn’t have high expectations for the teriyaki chicken bowl but it turned out to be pretty good! The burgers were also delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was kept clean with the exception of the sticky floor near the soda fountain.

Well, I headed straight to Jack in the Box to see what all the hype is about with the new hot ham and cheese sandwich, and all I can say is WOW! There's a new kid in town, and he's taking names. Order the new ham and cheese on the secret menu, it's great.

I know fast food isn't everyone's first "go to", so if you have to do it, I would say this is the lesser of the 2,3,4, evils out there. Lol.

I don't know how much ,but I was very surprised at the quick response & That's why I am glad The OG owner of JITB was able to get his business back a long time ago after having it hostile takeover took his business away. Thankfully he was able to take it back. Hail to the Jack 😸 late night order. I ordered a stand alone large fries they forgot somehow. It wasn't busy,I ordered online giving more then estimated time,was nice. My online order was a orange dream type drink/new D&W egg roll type things munchy type box & the large fries. It seems to happen more & more whether online or not when I order.

Good place to go when you want a good and quick meal, or a place to stop for food and coffee after the bars or the party over.

It's pretty good, I like the Spicy Chicken and Curly Fries a lot.

This has always been the only fastfood restaurant in Napa that is open all night. The food is always good. Ive been coming here since i was a child. The Jumbo Jack has always been my favorite.

The one on Soscal is better than the one on Imola..Better with what u order n faster. Imola i had to go back cause they didn't get my order right and they never answer the phone... I know I should check before leaving... really who has time for that! 😆

It was ok but they forgot the straws and we had 3 drinks & we were going through drive throw. But everything else was pretty good.

Love JB. With this heat lately have been going at least once a day for a large shake. Sometimes twice a day. That's my latest JB cravings.

Drive thru was packed decided to go inside instead but there was only one employee taking orders though she was nice and polite, it took the same time ordering inside as the line outside.

It was quick to order and food came out in short amount of time.it was exactly what I ordered.it was good.

Only drive through open and they are masked up.. I seem to be standing out in the ground because I refuse to wear a mask or cover my mouth. Iif they say anything I let them know"I have a doctor's note LOL It's medical I say. They don't bother questioning me. Listen folks it's less contagious now then last month. Your not going to catch it breathing the air driving in the car or jogging etc.. people need to take back control of their lives.. Just breathe I promise everything is going to be ok.

What can I say .. Jack is Jack .. They have everything. I mean they have brown rice for their teriyaki bowls .. Who would've known?!?! Still as tasty as ever. I haven't been to a Jack in a Box in years, my son asked me if we could get some and I quickly remembered why I loved it in my teen years. Their food and sandwiches taste so homestyle like,just like your taking them off your backyard grill at home. And who doesn't love their sourdough Jack? And their menu is twice as big of all the others. CHECK IT OUT! Cant wait to go back!!😁😋

The 'night crew' at Jack in the Box on Trancas St., along with good food, and a clean restaurant put this location miles ahead of the rest! The food comes out relatively fresh, and it's served quickly. The staff are professional, and very friendly, even at 3:00 in the morning! :) Love it! Although Jack is not usually my first choice in the fast food category, this location is consistently above average. The Panko Onion Rings, and Jalapeño Poppers are delicious, and easily the best you will find anywhere, even for double the price! Yum.

Great burgers and curly fries, depending on which one you visit. Sonoma is great, the Vallejo locations often serve with stale buns.

They have good breakfast burritos usually just one is sufficient along with a coffee or an orange juice and you're set for the morning

I hadn't been through in awhile. I asked the girl on that night a question about the menu. She go so flustered that the manager had to come and answer my question. Then after all was done. I get home and I'm missing my cheescake. Now I've got to call and vomplain. I don't want to go back out tonight. It's almost 1am. And I'm 65 yrs old. Not going back.

We got taken there on Uber which was kind of like a black tie limo was crazy that was our cab but as far as the food goes that he wasn't that great that's the only reason I'm giving it at 3 and that's pretty much it

The burgers are cold the fries are cold unless you ask for them hot i have tried multiple things on the menu and the best thing was the soda

Worker was unclear on our order. Twice got it wrong. Think it might be the intercom system. Also the screen in the drive-thru is in the sun so you can't see your order. I've heard they have a senior discount but nothing is posted.

What happened to fresh food? Everything tasted like it had been sitting out. They also used to ask if you want curly or regular fries with their combos. I’ve enjoyed fast food everywhere else, except California.

Nah...ordered combo no.1 and very poor quality. Regretted not going in n out.

Tuesday the 2nd of November as I video this 2am on my way to work they are not open 24 hours the lady said no i called a gentlemen answerd phone said yes there open not bad franchise.

Curly fries were hard... patties on ultimate cheeseburger tasted like they'd been sitting in the warmer for HOURS! GROSS!!!

Bad customer service in taking orders and maintaining the restroom, representative name start with isa*** very naive at taking orders and also being rude.

I mean, it is fast food. A cashier got a friend's order wrong, she went up and asked for a different one, guy was just dead inside and just said "thats why i said it twice" Expectations were low, but somehow got lower.

Monster tacos had ZERO flavor with the 'meat' not having the distinct spice and no taco sauce. They must have changed vendors.

The burger double jack was good but if you are going to charge me for a medium at least give me a medium fries! Who ever was working on the window tonight at 9:00pm my fries did not even make it pass the the word Jack on the box it came in. I would have waited for you to cook more and there was no line.

What can I say, it's fast food. Used to be a decent stop, but whoever runs the location does not have a care for presentation or getting an order right. I visit not that often and it gets worse each visit. Sandwiches literally come falling apart off their sides or seemingly just thrown in their boxes without a care. Items thrown in bags upside down without a care. Attitudes and dirty looks at the drive through window. I'm a pretty easy going guy, but this locations service simply stinks.

The only place that hamburger doesn't taste like hamburger maybe it's horse meat who knows one things for sure it's not 100% beef

Do not get any of the loaded true and or loaded tacos. They are not loaded. Go to the one on Imola much better.

1100 am the dining area was a pig sty. The cashier got the order wrong and then tried to steal the change. Told me my change was $7.95 but gave me $5 and .20 cents then gave me extra dollar and .75 cents and a different receipt that only had a survey on it. Then I had to ask again for the last $1. Watched him do it to 3 other people. Probably clears $100 a day doing this. Be careful and eat at your own risk.

7 years ago getting the wrong order here was an unheard-of rarity. But this Jack-in-the-Box has given me the wrong order 3 times in 3 months. They have even forgotten to give me a receipt twice. That's an astounding lack of professionalism. The hamburgers are largely lukewarm to almost cold now, same with the fries.

Have you forgotten about all the things that are wrong with fast food if you're looking for a refresher this is the place to go. I wanted a little something and just didn't want to cook. The drive thru gave some 'tude and high school sas. I pulled up to the window, paid and was given my drink. I waited a few minutes, she dam near threw the bag at me and slammed the window shut. I drove down the block to the Safeway parking lot. Neither the chicken sandwich or the burger were warm. My guess is that it was sitting on the counter for an hour some distance away from the heat lamp. It appeared they were undercooked, not made to order and sloppily thrown together not made to order. If your a risk taker, need to be sick to miss a party or gathering or would just like to practice vomiting this is the place. if you really must eat out I suggest you pop into a gas station grab a bag of chips it may not be as satisfying but at least you won't get sick. the restaurant is handicapped accessible has restrooms available for both genders is pet friendly but I wouldn't recommend feeding any of the food to the dogs.

My family went here tonight for dinner. There were four workers and only two customers sitting in the dining area. We stood at the counter for eight minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. No one said a word to us! Not even the manager who clearly saw us. When. We turned to walk out and go somewhere else not one person said a word to us. I know the manager seen us leave because she made eye contact with me! Way to go!

The restaurant was not willing to help me. The lady said she had too many things to do and it wasnt her job to fix orders from uber. I asked her for the managers phone number and when she was working. She handed it to me with an attitude and said its not her problem to deal with uber. She refused to help me then started talking bad about me in spanish to another employee. When i asked her to stop becuase i understood what they were saying they said i was being disrespectful. Then they stopped talking to me and ignored me for 20 minutes while i was on uber support until.i left. Another incident on new years the manager yelled at me for going through the drive-thru for uber when they were no cars. When i told her i was handicapped she didnt care she said i have to pick them up inside. When i walked inside she then apologized when she seen i couldnt walk well.

11 cars were at the drive thru so I decided to go inside. There were only 2 people in front of me. I ordered 4 tacos and a rootbeer float. The lady looked at me as if she's never heard of a rootbeer float before but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she may be new. It took 20 minutes to get my order. As I was waiting, the staff was taking their time and chatting around like it's recess. It was embarrassing to watch the drive thru cashier wearing her visor so low above her eyes, she couldn't see and fidgeting with her phone that kept coming out of her pocket. Three of the employees were non-chalant about the orders they were "mixing up" and laughing about it. I watched the front cashier attempting to make my root beer float. First, she used Pepsi, then she struggled to put the lid on the cup. At first I felt bad. Then I realized her exaggerated "struggle" was actually a show for her friends who were laughing behind the counter. She then pretends she forgets how to use the ice cream server...I can go on. If this was a hired team of the mentally challenged, I would understand. But it's not. This was embarrassing. If I were part of management, every one of those employees would be straightened out or fired. I'm tired of this accepted sense of laziness. And lack of integrity in Napa. Good luck.

Ordered by door dash big mistake Jack in the box don't care what you ordered they give you what they want you to have I will never order nor visit this location again it's ridiculous too much money for old food on top of being the wrong food wish it was a zero they sure earned that a 1 is to generous don't waste your time here

Horrible!! Guy wasted 15 minutes before i had to go to work. Didn't even know what half the items were on the menu. Thanks a lot jack in the box that's the second time you made me totally regret doing business with you guys. Train your employees properly before you throw them by themselves!!!!

I've had more bad experiences than good. First and foremost has been the incredibly poor customer service I have received every time I go there. There's been times I have ordered a meal with no modifications to the order and the meal came out made incorrectly. Since this last incident I have vowed not to spend another penny in this establishment.

Once I unwrapped my burger I was amazed how they were able to make a pancake style burger… Smashed down to a 1/4 of its advertised size, tomato slices still green, lettuce wilted, and melted cheese…. No not here , just some room temperature cheese slice that wound up meeting its doom on a sad burger. It appears someone took out their bad day at work on this poor innocent little buttery jack. I did what I could to make this sad flat little burger shine once again, but no matter how much ketchup and honey mustard I added it couldn’t hide its scars from its abusive past. Shame on you Jack in the box…..shame on you.

Very disappointing when you pay extra for curly fries and they are cold...burger was cold. Egg rolls tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old. Not sure whats going on at this place,used to be top-notch.
