Jack in the Box

Good place but how can we make sure people around the grill have hairnets on had a hair pop up mid burger didint feel like calling and not a complainter myself but would like to enjoy a burger hairless

EXTRA CLEAN great food not "fast foody"! cooked to perfection- crossiant breakfast jack and French Toaststicks without syrup l less sugar is best,! plus water thats the key! Allstaff all star !

1st time at the Jack in the box.... And for a Fast food chain it was really good... We ordered our burgers animal style, and that was the way to go ( basically with grilled onions and all of the fixins). Definitely would repeat and recommend...

I chang my review. After writing this review I received a message from a CS rep who wanted to make it right. They are sending me a gift card so I can have a better experience. I don't know how much ,but I was very surprised at the quick response & That's why I am glad The OG owner of JITB was able to get his business back a long time ago after having it hostile takeover took his business away. Thankfully he was able to take it back. Hail to the Jack 😸 late night order. I ordered a stand alone large fries they forgot somehow. It wasn't busy,I ordered online giving more then estimated time,was nice. My online order was a orange dream type drink/new D&W egg roll type things munchy type box & the large fries. It seems to happen more & more whether online or not when I order.

Place.was clean, staff were polite, service was very fast, food was pretty good, its been a long time since I've been there. So I enjoyed it. Chicken bacon ranch with curly fries and a rootbeer. Wasnt bad at all.

Not that great of an experience. The staff was really kind but the food hurt my behind. Sorry about the graphic comment but I didn't have a good experience the last time I ate at one buck upchuck. Jack and the crack. Try your luck and maybe you will be ok or maybe you won't. It's part of the experience.

What happened to fresh food? Everything tasted like it had been sitting out. They also used to ask if you want curly or regular fries with their combos. I’ve enjoyed fast food everywhere else, except California.

Seriously overrated. Meat taste like its from a frozen patty. Manager was awesome tho. Heard me say the burger was mid and offered me a cheesecake. Very nice of him.

Food was cold, onion rings were not cooked thoroughly, burgers were so cold cheese wasn't melted, service was fast friemdly.

Food looks nothing remotely like the photo on menu. Poor quality vs price paid. Wrote to alert corporate. No response which tells me jack in the box doesn't care about it's food quality vs prices.

I ordered a Buttery Jack combo. I was exited and anticipated having a great burger. Once I unwrapped my burger I was amazed how they were able to make a pancake style burger… Smashed down to a 1/4 of its advertised size, tomato slices still green, lettuce wilted, and melted cheese…. No not here , just some room temperature cheese slice that wound up meeting its doom on a sad burger. It appears someone took out their bad day at work on this poor innocent little buttery jack. I did what I could to make this sad flat little burger shine once again, but no matter how much ketchup and honey mustard I added it couldn’t hide its scars from its abusive past. Shame on you Jack in the box…..shame on you.

Very disappointing when you pay extra for curly fries and they are cold...burger was cold. Egg rolls tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old. Not sure whats going on at this place,used to be top-notch.

Despite repeating the order 3 times, asking for grilled chicken. I got handed fried/crispy chicken. Not sure how to fix that? Maybe assign grilled items a separate number because the staff seem to struggle with the different choices!
