Absolute gem of a steak restaurant tucked away in NY. We booked on for a Monday night near Christmas. Our server was really chatty & really friendly! The food was amazing! Bread was perfectly fresh and warm and steak was cooked to PERFECTION! The service was very quick too! In my opinion amazing value and you are offered seconds and an absolute must visit!

What a deal, you get a perfectly cooked steak to your liking, salad and fries for one price. And to be hit with the surprise of receiving seconds on the steak and frites made it an even more memorable experience. Who does that at restaurant these days? What a joy to get your plate topped off with more steak and fries after you finish it. That artisan bread is out of this world amazing. The servers are super great and welcoming. My only regret is not having dessert or exploring the mushroom option instead of the fries...next time!

This place is great! Food is simple and delicious, no agonizing over choosing what to eat. The meal was amazing, the service was excellent! Brendan was our server and he was excellent, went out of his way for us and provided a lot of great local recommendations! The drinks were awesome too! All around so happy we stopped here. If you're looking for a bumpin date night or just a night out with friends this is the place to be. The steak is cooked to perfection based off your request. They have a large selection of cocktails and other drinks that are phenomenally made. Service was very quick. The staff here are great, everyone is so willing to help and are very personable. Depending on the night you go will also affect what kind of music vibes you get, we had a great time! Would definitely recommend to check it out!

Atmosphere is balanced; classy, yet comfortable and fun. Bread: I could just eat this and be happy and I’m not a person who typically prefers bread. Steak: excellent and if you want more of the sauce, just ask. It’s delicious!! Salad: light, refreshing and fresh. Desserts: the chocolate cake is HUGE and exceptional. This place has a neighborly feel but still special enough for celebrations! The quality and value here are difficult to find in New York City. We will be back!

Incredible value for money for being in New York. The steak (sliced beef cut) was simple but really delicious. Portions were generous. A great little find — I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance. The only small downside: the tables are a bit small and close together.

You have got to try the bottomless brunch here. I used to go to their location in dc all the time with my friends in college and this nyc location met all expectations. It’s a great deal with mimosas, bloody Mary’s, and screwdrivers to rotate through, with unlimited coffee, with a delicious 3 course meal. On top of friendly service and fresh food you literally can’t go wrong.

We arrived without a reservation and were offered seats at the bar — which we would 100% recommend! You still receive full service as if you were at a table, but the overall experience is easily 10x better. We visited Medium Rare to celebrate our engagement and were served by Brandon, who was an absolute star. He was super friendly, attentive, and gave us incredible recommendations around the city while also giving us space to enjoy our meal. His service was genuinely 10/10, and his cocktails were next level — the Pineapple Mule and Espresso Martini were so good that we couldn’t resist having five between us! 🍸 The food was absolutely delicious and such good value for money. We enjoyed two plates of steak, crispy fries, and a rich, flavorful sauce, all served with a fresh salad and warm, soft bread with butter. We didn’t manage dessert as the generous portions of steak and fries filled us up, but the sticky toffee pudding looked unreal. This was the best night of our trip — amazing food, an unbeatable atmosphere, and service that made us feel so welcome. A huge thank you to Brandon for making our evening so special — we’ll never forget it. If you’re planning a visit, definitely ask for a seat at the bar — you won’t regret it!

I went today with friends and we had an incredible experience. We came close to closing (20 min. before) on Sunday and we were worried if it was too late to ask for a table. However, we were welcomed from the moment we went in. Our waitress Megan was amazing and the rest of the staff friendly. The food was delicious and their secret sauce is amazing. I’ve had first heard of them on social media, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. For the price, this experience is worth while. Can’t wait to come again.

We kinda ran into this lovely restaurant after our first reservation was cancelled at a different location. Was treating my son out for his 17th bday and wanted a nice Mommy and son dinner. I was able to make last minute reservation. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by our server Meagan and the owner ( wish I got his name) we arrived 30 mins ahead of time but they sat us down right away. You have a choice to sit inside or outside, we chose outside as the weather was lovely. Meagan was absolutely wonderful. So inviting and very friendly. The food started coming out right away as it was a prefix dinner. I had a wonder berries sangria that was so delicious. Never had a berries sangria and I’m glad I ordered it. The owner surprised my son with a pineapple lavender mocktail that was so good. We had some wonderful bread and butter, a delicious salad and the steak and fries were good. A little salty on the fries but it was easily scraped off. The owner overheard me say it was my son’s bday and sent out a delicious chocolate cake with a sparkler! It truly made the dinner memorable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The food was delicious from start to finish—flavorful and tender steak, starters, drinks AND desserts. Seriously, our group had no complaints. The atmosphere was dimmed with good music too. You can tell the staff works as a team which was nice to observe. Best of all, the price was unbeatable! Definitely will return for another experience.

Nice place to stop in anytime for a sandwich, donut , coffee hot or iced. Staff very friendly. Working restroom . Plenty of seating, wifi and the AC is blasting. They even sell baskin Robbins ice cream. Nice spot to relax for a bit

Everything was ok, I had to repeat myself several times to place my order. They are more organized now that they only wait on one person at a time. Overall not bad.

I had a really good experience at Medium Rare. The steak was cooked just the way I like it and had great flavor. The sides were solid too. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to enjoy your meal. The service was good overall, but there were a couple of small things that could’ve been better — nothing major, just little details. Still, I left happy and I’d definitely come back again.

The staffs were friendly, the sauce is better during dinner time because when we went during brunch it tasted a bit weird. They were accommodating enough to replace my friend's plate with no sauce. The bathroom had interesting french lessons playing different than the main dining room. The drinks were good but a bit low quality because i got a headache after. Overall chill spot and good server.

My first visit to this location, workers seem confused after orders are placed. They don't seem to remember which customer ordered what. I understand customers should be paying attention but order was mixed up with another customers.

No French rolls at this location and no Chicken Tuna sandwich. This place is kosher. Place seems clean with an open layout. Great place to meet someone for a quick coffee and talk. Cashier is the same person preparing / touching your food with the same plastic gloves. This Dunkin' Donuts location is prime and all prices are a bit more expensive than other stores. I've been here during the week around 4 - 5 PM and Saturday around 5 - 6 PM and it's always empty or with very few people (1 to 3). The bagel options are also very limited. 3 stars in my opinion.

This location is kind of "tired" looking. It's OK at best and a mediocre Dunkin location. You can definitely find better coffee and bagels in the neighborhood. They open at 6:00 am, which almost nobody else does, so it has that going for them.

Not helpful staff. The app doesn't support ordering single packets of condiments for hashbrowns, and yet they won't give a packet despite having those condiments because it's an 'add-on' for sandwiches. They don't know their own systems and I had to go without my normal condiments other stores provide as a result. They gave a bunch of attitude about it.

Came here with a group of five to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The concept—two rounds of steak frites with bread and salad beforehand—is a familiar and appealing Parisian-style experience and sounds like a great value. Unfortunately, the steak itself was underwhelming and tasted a bit bland even with the sauce on the side, and the fries were soggy. The Malbec was enjoyable, and we shared carrot cake and chocolate cake for dessert, both of which we liked. A nice celebratory touch was the sparklers they brought out with the chocolate cake for my friend’s birthday. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. Total came out to about $98 per person. While the atmosphere and service were solid, the food—especially the steak—didn’t quite live up to expectations for the overall amount paid.

Very delicious steak, bread, and salad, but the service is incredibly slow. We had a reservation at 8:15 and got to our table at 8:40… Once at the table, bread and salad were quick to be served, but the steak on the other hand, INSANELY SLOW!! We received our first plate of steak 20 minutes after finishing our salads, and received the second plate a whole HOUR later!! We told the waitress many times that we’re still waiting for our second plates, and she said "it’s automatic, they’ll be coming any minute now". It was not any minute now… About 55 minutes later, the waitress came back and asked if we wanted dessert and was ready to pick up our plates, but we told her we still have not received our second plates of steak!!! It then arrived 5 minutes later. Also had to ask to get my water refilled multiple times. Overall, food was very good, but the service was terrible.

The food was good. Our waitress was really nice, efficient and understanding about our frustrations around the wait. We had a 40* minute wait from the time of our reservation. We arrived around 7 for an7:15 reso. The restaurant was slammed. The hostess lmk we would be seated right at our time not before. 40+ min after our reso time we were seated. I checked in with her (she has a tough job) and she kept saying not yet soon. I asked why they could not put two tables for two that sat empty the entire time we were at the restaurant together to make a table for our party of 3 and she said she needed it for a bigger party. Once we were seated we were so crammed the table behind I asked if they could scooch in they said no! It was a tight fit we sat down and within 5 min of sitting the hostess came by and said we had to be done on 90 minutes. How rude considering they kept us waiting and a table of three we watched get and pay their bill and then decide to order more dessert they were not asked to vacate. The food was good, (not great) our server was great and comped us wine on our bill b/c we had to wait so long. The hostess needs more training in manners, efficiency and time management.

I’ve been going to the Dunkin’ on 34th and Lexington for the past six years, almost five days a week, and today I left feeling really disappointed. Earlier this week I noticed a few new faces, but as the days went by, every familiar staff member was gone. I was told that the entire team quit, and it honestly made me sad. The last group of employees was always so friendly and welcoming, they made the place feel comfortable. It means a lot when you walk in and the staff knows your usual order without you having to explain it, and now I have to repeat everything to new people who still end up getting it wrong, which leaves me waiting all over again. I also heard before that Dunkin’ doesn’t promote the long-time workers, and instead brings in new people to be managers and supervisors. It’s disappointing to see good employees leave and lose that sense of connection. You know what’s crazy! I have the utopia bagel place right next to my building, I literally opened one door and walk through the other and I chose to support Dunkin, now I’m sad to see the staff go. 🥹

Coffee is wilidy inconsistent. I've had to throw it out multiple times because of how bad it is. Mobile orders are ignored for customers who walk in off the street and the employee was rude and ignored me when I tried to get help with my order. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION.

This store is an absolute disgusting dump. Didn't order because I don't trust food made in there at all.

Only 2 workers on a busy weekday morning. Waited for over 30 minutes after ordering a simple coffee and never got it. A million other people standing there waiting. I walked out. Miserable experience. Never again.

Bad service with cakes. Looked at the book of cakes and the guy basically told me I cannot order anything from the book even though I came in 1 week in advance. He basically said I can only order from the fridge that they have standing.

They never get my coffee right, when I order in person or on the app, why ask how would like it and then do whatever they want. I've stopped going returned, stopped going returned, but this is it. I'll rather drink NYC mobile food cart coffee.

No Bacon meaning no maple bacon sandwiches. If you don't want to serve bacon, that's your right. It's also my right to be mad that I walk into a Dunkin Donuts and the menu I expect is cut in half with no prior warning.

This place is kosher and doenst serve any meat. Don't put up ads and waste my time waiting for your long ass line if you don't serve what you are advertising

This has happened TWICE now so I HAD to post this review. This store sells stale items. A few months ago I purchased a bagel from here and it turned out to be a bagel you would get from the coffee stands on the street, it CLEARLY wasn't a Dunkin bagel...another time I purchased 10 munchkins and when I opened th bag at work there were 7 not 10...then today I purchased a blueberry muffin and when I got to my desk and began eating it, it was dry and hard, like it had been there at least 2 days. I recommend everyone CHECK their purchase before leaving the store and request fresh items before paying

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel was stale and there was just a light covering on 1 side of the bagel with cream cheese. An attendant was sweeping up the dirty floor on top of the customers. I only enjoyed the coffee. The bagel went to the garbage. You pay more and get less.

So I’m not sure of what’s going on with this Dunkin location, one day they are closed the next day they are opened with different staff I walked in this morning no one was wearing gloves using their bare hands on everything! So I just walked out!!

I’m very confused by this location. I placed an order on the app the night before for pick up in the morning. But when I arrived, I was treated as though I wasn’t in my right mind as the workers tried to tell me how I messed up in multiple ways. Even after looking at my order on the app, which showed the time and location for pick up (granted I was early, but I would have waited), they still tried to tell me how I was wrong. The best part was being told I didn’t hit the right button to submit the order, and yet somehow I was able to utilize the cancel order function. I’m just hoping I hit it before being charged. I definitely don’t need this kind of nonsense before the start of the day. If they are not interested in customer service or selling their product, then why do it? The thing that is truly confusing, I went around the block to another Dunkin and ordered what I needed for my meeting and they were happy to help.

It seems like every time I got here they are always rushing which causes them to mess up orders. The amount of times I have ordered in person or even online they somehow seem to mess up my order every single time. I’ve never had a correct order without me having to say anything. Just today I was in a rush for work and they messed up my order and I got charged for something they didn’t even add. It’s getting ridiculous

⭐ 1-Star Review ⭐ Dunkin’ Donuts — Never Again I went to this Dunkin’ with my boyfriend, and honestly… worst experience ever. I get that it was a training day for the staff, but the wait time was ridiculous. We were standing there forever just to place an order — nobody seemed to know what to do, and the manager who was training them definitely wasn’t helping. And speaking of the manager… while we were waiting, she kept eyeing my boyfriend and giving him these weird, lingering looks like she was interested in him. Super unprofessional and honestly just uncomfortable. Then when we finally did get our food? My bacon was completely burned — like dark, crunchy, inedible. Meanwhile my boyfriend’s order came out perfect. At that point, I was just over it. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here. I’d rather make my own food at home than deal with this mess again. 👎🍩🥓
