The service was great. We showed up without a reservation during dinner, and the hostess rearranged tables to get us seated. The waiter was patient and helpful with the menu as well. The food was delicious. We had three pizzas and a baked ziti, and we devoured it all. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

NoiDue Cafe has been a stalwart of quality and ambience since we’ve been coming here since at least 2017. Tonight, Monica was a fantastic server, who really cared for our needs when we changed our mind about where we wanted to sit. The food did not miss, as usual. Even “simple” dishes like fish and chips are delectable with “melt in your mouth” fish and waffle cut ‘chips’. Pizzas are A+ and the tiramisu was great! 10/10.

Super accommodating restaurant. The staff was very nice and caring throughout the evening here. The food was OMG YUM!!! Delicious, and clean which is what I look for in restaurants. I would definitely come here again. Excellent spot.

Went with a girlfriend I hadn't seen in a long time and they didn't rush us. The service was great and the food was delicious! I got the eggplant Parm and is was sooo good. My friend got the Sole and liked it but said it needed a break bit of salt. For dessert we got chocolate pecan pie and it was to die for!! Definitely recommend!!!

Tamar was the SWEETEST and BEST server. She was extremely professional and patient. Overall, food was magnificent, almost no wait time, despite being somewhat busy. Atmosphere was great, chill and classy, all the service was excellent and attentive. Definitely coming back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The food was delicious—loved the Bronzino, salmon teriyaki, iced coffee, and green salad. Service was impressively fast, even though the place was packed. I did have a minor stomach ache afterward, though I’m not sure it was related to the meal. Regardless, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was great.

Went for my sister's birthday. Food was good. Service was excellent. The aracini was amazing. They don't have a full bar. The cocktails have sake, which makes the drink interesting. Overall, great experience.

Amazing kosher dairy food and top-notch service at Noi Due Cafe. Everything is fresh and delicious, but it gets really loud since it’s always packed. Be sure to make a reservation and ask for a booth so you can hear your table. Still, one of the best kosher dairy restaurants in NYC!

Noi Due, more like Noi Don't! Do yourself a favor and do not go here. While the food is quite good, the service and the attitude of the workers is unacceptable and does not make being a customer worth it. We spent nearly $200 for just a few appetizers and desserts and the waitress shamed and embarassed us for not ordering entrees. When receiving the bill, they added in a $15 sales tax, so I decided to add an additional tip. Afterwards, I got up to wash my hands and I was suddenly accosted by one of the workers asking why I didn't give a bigger tip! You'd probably tell me to take up my concern to the manager. Well, mind you, the guy who accosted me was in fact the manager. Tips are optional and I as a customer should not be questioned about how much I pay. If money is a concern, then Noi Due should pay their workers more. This is an awful business model and is an irreparable stain on the kosher restaurant industry. Being a customer here only contributes to this awful cycle and excuses behavior like this in other places. The customer should be the restaurant's number one priority-- full stop. It is clear that Noi Due only cares about money at the expense of customer satisfaction. Edit: It was a *$15 sales tax, not service fee. But this still does not excuse both the manager's and waitress' behavior. Noi Due is going to continue covering this up as if nothing happened, pretending that they actually uphold customer satisfaction. It's all bologna. The very fact that they enforce a time limit on customer dining shows very clearly that all they care about is making the most money at the expense of their customers. Shame on Noi Due. My friends and I are never dining here again and you shouldn't either.

Went to Noi Due for lunch today and left genuinely shocked by the level of service. While the food was mediocre at best, the real issue was the appalling lack of professionalism and hospitality. This was not a case of being busy or understaffed it was sheer disorganization paired with indifference. A. A busboy spilled balsamic oil directly onto my daughter’s head, walked away laughing, then returned with a rag and began patting her head. No apology. No manager. No acknowledgment of how inappropriate and humiliating that was. B. One of us ordered two slices of toast. Despite appetizers and mains being served, the toast arrived only as we were about to order dessert, rendering it completely pointless. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, I provided three cards and was never shown the screen to add a tip. Instead, an 18% gratuity was added without consent or disclosure. It was not clearly stated on the check, and we fully expected to tip based on the service we received which, frankly, did not warrant it. The entire experience felt careless, dishonest, and devoid of even the most basic standards of hospitality. This was not just bad service, it was unacceptable.

Terrible management. The service is even worse. The food is incredibly pricey and the taste is not even worth a single penny. Both managers were so rude to me and I could even tell how rude they were to the staff. When we finished eating, one of the managers was literally kicking us out of the establishment. I wouldn't recommend coming to this restaurant. Save your money, go to a better kosher restaurant, and have a pleasant experience somewhere else, because this place is everything but nice.

We had a really disappointing experience here. My family and I ordered an appetizer and five coffees/hot chocolates, and shortly after, the manager came over and told us we needed to leave because it was 5pm and they wanted to “prioritize dinner guests” which btw where were SO MANY available tables. We were told we could only stay 30 more minutes — even though we never indicated we planned to stay longer. The tone felt unwelcoming, especially considering this is a place with “café” in the name. We were paying customers and expected basic hospitality. Unfortunately, the way this was handled felt rude and unnecessary. Definitely not the experience we are ever coming back for.

The service at this establishment is without question horrible. From the moment I was sat to the time I received my food. No body came by for drinks order let alone to offer water. The individual who took my order Guillemo, was seen once and never again. When I asked to speak to the manager he looked away and drank milk at the bar. I highly recommend one of the 10 other restaurants on the block. If I could rate 0 I would.
