Great drinks.
Really great music and cocktails! Good vibes here, lots of dancing.
Fantastic bar with friendly and personable staff. They have a wide range of cocktails and are able to make all of the classics. Definitely recommend if you want a nice place to catch up with friends on the weekdays with a great happy hour and an even better place to dance at on the weekends. Get their game changer and espresso martini you won’t regret it!
Oscar is truly sensational, had a great time ,the vibes were awesome , me and my date just had a night to remember, Those espresso martini’s were out of this world 😮💨😮💨 highly recommend anyone and everyone to come and enjoy yourself !
Came here with a couple of friends and had a blast , Saturday night was popping with the dj downstairs, and the drinks that Oscar made us was absolutely delicious, Game Changer truly was game changing hahaha , dont think twice about coming here , bring your date your friends and have a night to remember!
Amazing drinks and good music. overall good vibe bar. Oscar makes a great espresso martini!
Top notch drinks Top notch Bartenders would recommend

Long time customer - LOVE this place! Friendly bartenders even when the place is packed which is rare. Definitely somewhere to stop by if you’re in LES, remember to tip staff!!
The drinks are delicious, the ambiance is lovely, the service is a 10– What more can you ask for in nyc?!?
Will always be loyal to this place! Good vibes every time I go especially when Shelby is behind the bar. She makes the best drinks in the area and has the nicest attitude no matter the day so tip her well, people! Will be back again and again
I always have such great nights out at Two Doors Down. The drinks are amazing and stay consistently well made. The bartenders are chill and create a fun atmosphere! Shelby keeps the vibes going!
What a beautiful bar, great music, fabulous drinks and wonderful staff. I can't wait for the next time.
Instantly cool bar as you walk in. Friendly staff, cool air, great tunes and drinks YES
It is a fun bar with a dance floor downstairs. A DJ plays on Wednesday night.
Me and my friends had a great time dancing on Friday night. Would definitely come back!
Amazing bar and even better cocktails, staff are fantastic and decor is gorgeous
My new favourite bar in NYC! Bartenders are the bomb and the drinks are 10/10
Very solid bar vibes. They own Two doors margarita is seeking serious competition…
Burger 10/10, Drinks 10/10, Service, Tunes, Vibe all 10/10? Love this bar
One of the most atmospheric bars around. Drinks are something special.
Great venue for small bites and drinks!
$10 martinis during happy hour.
Server was attentive and knowledgeable, expertly mixed cocktails.
Great places to grabs drinks! Good vibes
Good team. Looking forward to this place getting off the ground
Great vibe, great music and great drinks!
Top service and world class cocktails
As a DJ, I’m in love with this place.
Walked into this place by mistake. And what a happy mistake it was
Bartenders are on point. Drinks on point point!
Great bar. Djs are cool, and they have DJs visiting from places like Chicago. The bar workers are actually pretty friendly and helpful when not too busy. Their drinks are good but they sometimes run out of things like their lychee drink. Prices aren't outrageous. Bathrooms aren't too dirty. The atmosphere is nice both upstairs and downstairs. The cool part is that you can chill and talk to friends upstairs and also dance downstairs.
Would recommend. I got mezcal dirty martini and it met my expectations. The bartender greeted me when I entered and served me quickly after I placed my order. It’s a chill ambiance and they played a classic hip hop music. It was a little louder so you do have to sit close to someone to hear them.
Really enjoyed my time here on a Friday night . Immaculate vibes and really good music selection . Didn’t get to enjoy the basement as much because there was a private event(but I took a peek and it looked fun down there as well). Will definitely be coming back . I recommend the espresso martini
All around incredible place. Cocktails were fantastic, music was amazing, and the staff was nice. Very impressive as well, two guys running the show. Live jazz band was a cherry on top.
Unbelievable new bar in the east village. Bringing some of the best cocktails and beautiful aesthetic to the area. Highly recommend checking out the Guinness Slushy one of my favorites. The staff are the best also. A lot of fun to be had here !!
Fun bar and good cocktails. Good size dancefloor downstairs
Absolute GEM of a spot I stumbled across last week. Easily some of the best cocktails I’ve tried in New York. The music and vibe was 10/10 - highly recommend. 6 stars if they had food
Great vibe here. Really chill upstairs bar with fantastic cocktails and design. Didn’t spend time downstairs but it seems it’s more for those who prefer to dance🕺🪩
Oh how I wish I lived near this bar, I enjoyed everything about the place. The music, the cocktails, the interior design, the service… the perfect place for a date or a night out with friends.
Came here with my sister randomly and we had so much fun. It was a Thursday and they were throwing a party. The drinks were delicious. Definitely coming back.
Basement on a Friday night was a blast! Got there early in the evening which was the best move before it gets too crowded later in the night. Great little disco.
Two doors down is undoubtedly the best bar in NYC that I have visited. Make sure to try the Irish goodbye - honestly nearly changed my life.
Best bar in LES! best food best cocktails and best service. Thursday night jazz is a vibe. Party downstairs.
Smooth and relaxing environment. Staff was easygoing. Also, I love their downstairs dj set up, both upstairs and downstairs.
Vibe is perfect, cocktails are delicious. Thought I would miss the late late but so happy they took this spot over! Neighborhood gem
Great bar with good service. Love the music too. We'll be back
Did not have the food but the service and ambiance were amazing, very cool bar with dance floor downstairs and chic LES esthetic We had a blast here
Great atmosphere and drinks. The “game changer” cocktail is a game changer!
Great music....good looking people....had a great time
Great place to have a few drinks and listening to disco played by Dj lem Hernandez on weds and dance hustle 👌 😎 🙌
Love this place! Amazing cocktails, great vibe, and best dance floor downstairs. Looooovvvveeee
The bartender Von was super hospitable and whipped up an amazing cocktail. Don’t sleep on Sunday and Monday nights!
Love this bar! One of my favorite Happy Hours in the city. They specialize in martinis—I particularly like the gin-based ones, which pack a punch. Great vibes and a fun scene all around.
The best bar we were in , in our 5 days in New York. The Atmosphere, the fun, the service and the people were all fantastic. It was a great fun evening and we will fully recommend to all friends and anybody to visit this Bar for a warm and very friendly welcome and a night to remember. Gav and his team and especially Ms Shae 🌹😃are to be commended for a brilliant offering , what a buzz and what a fantastic Place . Keep up the good work . Gerry , Mairead And the Lads ..
Randomly stopped in with some work friends and the music was a vibe!
My friends and I went here for a spontaneous night out and weren't disappointed! The bar was moody and intimate, and was popular but not annoyingly overcrowded. Most cocktails were on the expensive side ($18) but we thought they were well worth it! My personal favorite was a fruity cocktail with blood orange sorbet. Shout out to the lovely bartender Stevie for making our night!!! Will be back
My wife and I dropped in "Two Doors Down" to wait for our son to meet us during a visit last October 2023. I did a google search to find a bar while walking down Houston St. They had a 5-star rating on less than 50 reviews, but we thought we'd try it. We couldn't have made a better choice. We didn't have any food, but I gave them 5-stars for food. Google doesn't have a feature to say non-applicable. We sat at the bar and loved the ambiance. Stevie, from Dublin Ireland, was our bartender. He was busy, but still spent a lot of time talking to us. My wife ordered a Manhattan and said "I don't like them too sweet." Stevie suggested a "Perfect Manhattan," explaining that it uses 1/2 sweet and 1/2 dry vermouth. My wife loved it. I ordered an Old Fashioned. Stevie said they concoct their own mixture of spices and it was delicious. We had another drink when our son arrived which was suggested by Stevie. Again, it was spectacular. So, if you're looking for a great place to have a drink or two with some great conversation, we highly recommend, "Two Doors Down."
I unexpectedly discovered this bar, and it turned out to be a hidden gem! The ambiance was intimate, making it the perfect spot for a date night. The drinks were exceptional, with the lychee martini standing out as a must-try. The staff added to the experience with their fun personalities and impressive knowledge of mixology. Highly recommended!
Me and my friends really loved this place. All the drinks were really good, which I feel like is rare for these little hole in the wall bars. The bouncer was super nice, the music was good (not edm/house music thank god) and there’s so much space!! So much seating and also a photo booth!!! Definitely recommend coming here!
Cucumber martini was amazing!! 10/10 Espresso martini was good but not a fan of the salt - however still a strong 8.5/10
Best bar in NYC - hands down! The atmosphere upstairs is sultry and intimate and the vibe downstairs is lively, fun, and energetic. Best of both worlds - whether you want to chill over delicious drinks with friends or dance the night away. Beautifully designed, excellent music selection, friendly staff, and expertly crafted cocktails (get the Paloma…thank me later.) We have a fantastic time..every time. Can’t wait to go back for another memorable night out. Highly recommend!
I recently visited this bar on the LES, and it was a great experience! The cocktails were delicious and the vibe is chic yet cozy. What sets this place apart is the fantastic dance floor downstairs. As the night progresses, the bar seamlessly transforms into a vibrant dance venue. The staff is attentive and genuinely passionate about ensuring everyone has a great time. Whether you're looking for a sophisticated cocktail or a fun night of dancing, this spot delivers.
Man it’s nice to sit at a big marble bar and enjoy the breeze off Houston, watching the crazies go by. Start with a lychee martini and move your way through the menu to either an Irish goodbye or Guinness Punch Slushie as a li’l dessert. Many a sweaty night of dancing in the basement ahead, I can feel it…
SO refreshing to find a new bar in New York that is equally fun and intimate. Terrance and all the staff are top tier bartenders and experts at their craft. Stay upstairs for the perfect date night or cozy evening with friends and downstairs to dance the night away. Best of both worlds and the best bar in east village!
Good vibes during halloween and service was on the more quicker side despite it being packed.
Honestly, truly, factually…(keep reading) the best bar in the city. Gavin is an absolute gem of a bartender. These people that were sitting next to me were kinda nuts (pictured) but I guess it can make you pretty confident that the cocktails are really good. Anyway, the vibe is tight, the vibe is loose. Whatever you want, it’s here. Xoxo gossip girl. Ps. Make sure to order the pisco sour. Gavin makes a good one. :*
unbelievable cocktail bar in a ridiculous location. sit at the open window and watch the weird go by. banging club downstairs too. drinks were incredible, innovative and interesting
Low key spot with a really cool vibe. Went for Bryan Baia’s comedy show last night and I will definitely be going back. The upstairs has a large bar with great bartenders. Downstairs was more of an underground feel. Bryan hosted a really great show with up and coming comedians as well as comedians on Netflix and Hulu. Really great show! From what I hear, they have late night DJ’s and it turns into a club. Will definitely be back to either grab a drink, see a comedy show or go dancing!
Great little spot, that seems it should be crazy busy all the time. But, it was actually nice to see something this chill in this area. Live jazz band was nice too.

This place has a really good atmosphere and vibe. Very clean bar with music decor. Food is really good, definitely not your average bar food. Drinks were spot on. We went to Karaoke night. The stage and setup were legit. The locals participating were very talented and it was a great night. We met lots of poeple and this is our new hang out.
The music caught my ear by me just standing in front. So I went in and music still was banging. Vibe was great as well. The one bathroom situation was the only push back, but I managed.
Really unassuming from the outside but definitely a great spot to grab drinks with friends! The photo booth was a nice touch
Great cocktails for a reasonable happy hour price. Loved the 90s 00s inspired playlist. Great vibe with sunlit window and cozy lounging in back. Sweet bartender.
This bar has improved year by year. It is better than ever and a go to spot in lower east side for quality people and drinks.

Great lychee martinis. DJ doesn’t take requests, bad music
Upstairs is fun bar people are attentive but bathroom sink downstairs burned my hands bad they need to fix that to avoid further injuries
Stopped by to grab a few drinks on a Thursday night and surprisingly, it wasn’t busy at all. We stuck with cocktails, and I got an old fashioned which the bartender said it’s the same as the fashionista. The cocktail was on the sweeter side but still enjoyed it. The bar is pretty intimate and would be a good date spot when it’s not busy (I think most people there were coupled up).
Nice vibe. Came in for the happy hour. Good times~

Drinks are garbage compared to what they offered last year. Last year they were more elevated, complex cocktails. Sad menu change.
It’s nice inside but was crowded with a broey vibe and the music was way too loud, making everybody yell to talk to each other. Too crowded to dance.
This place was recommended by, ironically, their two doors down neighbor Kisa. Needed to spend time waiting for a table to open. They were having a $10 martini happy hour. Espresso martini not super great but their dirty martini wasn't too shabby. Pretty fine price for the area. Easy enough to grab bar seats and let the time pass by. What I will say about the space is that it was extremely toasty. We came on a rainy day so not sure if they pumped up the heat but it was discordant to what was necessary.

I’ve visited this place multiple times, and his behavior has been consistently unpleasant. It leaves a negative impression and takes away from the overall experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures a respectful and welcoming environment for all guests.
I enjoyed the place very much at the very beginning until pretty much the last 10 minutes before I was about to leave. First I was looking for a bathroom where there would also be a sink. I know this sounds like TMI, but I had to use the bathroom for like 5-10 minutes rather than it just being an in and out. While I admit that it was a Friday night and it might’ve sounded like a while, I had no other choice. This bartender who might even be the owner had the audacity to start knocking nonstop right as I was just getting out of the bathroom and start interrogating and criticizing me for being in the bathroom for a while. Obviously I got pretty tight with him while telling him what I was doing in there, and though I think he could’ve been slightly apologizing to me, I was still very tight causing me to walk away from him and gave him the hand to leave me alone, and not to mention I was literally already on my way out. Despite on my way out, he decided to keep following me to the front entrance where security was instead of just let me leave peacefully, and I tried to tell him to stay away from me, but not only he wouldn’t do so, but he also decided to declare that I can’t be in the bar if I’m gonna talk a certain way to him while unnecessarily forcing me explain to security this conflict that there was no need to have at all. Security completely backed me up and agreed that I didn’t do anything wrong but believed it would be better I left only because there was too much heat in the situation and that it’d be better I come back any other day, but I was already going to other clubs anyways so it’s not like I intended to come back later that day anyways, but this place has some real nerves to not only judge you for being the bathroom for a while but also temporarily kick you out for expressing frustration to the bartenders for their unjustified treatment and harassment.
Disrespectful
Not sure who the bartender was but, he was extremely rude and entitled. Would not recommend unless you’re ready to argue with the bartender
Been here twice and friends had their phones stolen both times.
Trash staff and disrespectful
Bad service
A friend got too drunk and was sitting outside. Tried to bring her a plastic cup of water, but the bouncer and bartender both stopped saying I can't bring water outside. When I told them it's for a friend who really needs a drink, they told me it's not their problem. Shame on you for not letting someone get some water when they really need it even after spending the whole night at the bar
Owner of the bar is an Irish guy who was bartending downstairs and he was super aggressive and drunk and threw ice cubes at me and my friend. So disrespectful. Had a great lychee martini from the wonderful bartender upstairs though
The bartender is a jerk, as expressed by other reviewers — it’s always the same guy; some Irish bloke with bleached hair and a terrible attitude
Really strong espresso martini that was basically just vodka. When we asked if they could dilute it as it was not drinkable, we were rudely told no and that it’s a pre-made batch. Should not have been the price it was and did not appreciate the attitude. Nice ambiance so it’s a shame about the drinks and service
Bartender charged me for 2 extra drinks, then after I asked he fix it he charged me the correct amount. But he did not reverse the old charge so now I have been charged for 4 extra drinks. Now need to deal with my card and disputing the incorrect amount. Be careful if you drink here
I was here on Saturday night. My bill was $34, and because the service was honestly terrible, I didn’t leave a tip. I wrote $0 on the receipt. I just checked my bank statement and saw I was charged $40. So someone added a $6 tip after I signed, which is straight up fraud. That’s not just shady it’s illegal. I’ll be reporting this to my bank. How does a bartender think it’s okay to tip themselves on someone else’s card? Completely unacceptable. Watch your receipts if you come here.
