My favorite place for Guobaorou (fried pork) and chicken skeleton 😍😍. Authentic and delicious! People are nice too.

Lamb skewers were great. Red roast beef noodle soup as well!! And the free candied strawberry desserts were surprisingly fire 🔥

I love this place. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. After my second time going, they included an order of candied strawberries as a surprise. They also have two young sons who are doing homework, playing games, or helping out around the restaurant. It's definitely a family business- a well-run and quality one at that, so please support this place if you can. The food is authentic! Can't go wrong :)

it is easy to miss this place—they are to the left of the thai place, big OPEN sign. it looks plain and unassuming but they have the best chinese food i've had in this part of town. i've been there 20+ times and have never been disappointed. except one time when a friend had peanut allergies, i would be very careful if you have strong allergies get the beef/lamb skewers!!! they're the best!! other great dishes: enoki mushrooms, chives (the BEST), garlic eggplant, chicken gizzard

Absolutely delicious! Literally one of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had in NYC. The skewer meat tastes just like the ones I had in Beijing. The cold noodle is also a must get! Love that chewy noodle! It even has a piece of apple in it :o my favorite is the tanghulu. 10/10 authentic food. The boss is really passionate and nice too! Would definitely come back again.

One of the best northeastern Chinese restaurants! Lamb soup and kebabs are awesome. Grilled chicken (鸡架) is rarely find and I do recommend it. This is our first time here and we ordered without checking the reviews, but everything is great! The place is tiny and clean. And they offer free candied strawberry, which is my favorite Chinese dessert!!! I do hope they can sell it in the future :)

I’ve done dine-in, take out and I love this local joint. I always order the cumin lamb skewers, chicken gizzard skewers, and the cold noodles (not quite Korean-style naengmyeon but the noodles are always the perfect, chewy consistency). It nothing fancy, but always reliable, delicious, and prompt for a quick weeknight dinner. Oh, and probably has the best priced beer in a restaurant ever. Seriously, a hidden neighborhood gem.

Plain but very delicious. Very clean and they check your temperature coming in. They give you kimchi, peanuts, and cheesy mashed potato on the house. The chopsticks are reusable, with only the tips being disposable. The noodles are made onsite and they also do grilled food. A+!

They gave us 草莓糖葫芦（sugarcoated strawberries on a stick）as the dessert on the house, and we were amazed to see this here in NY. It is a traditional snack in Northern China and we have never seen anyone selling it in the U.S. The most traditional way was using hawthorn, which is only found in China. They used to have hawthorn but now it’s harder to have it shipped from China, and expensive at the same time. The owner said they would not sell it, they would only give it for free if you dine in there, which was awesome. The risk of having the hawthorn confiscated at the U.S custom was high, so they had to keep trying and shipping it to the U.S. just so Chinese customers can find it nostalgic and less homesick if they can find it in their restaurant. They also have two young sons doing homework in the back of the restaurant, which made me feel good that we were supporting their family. The signs outside the restaurant might not seem that pretty, but their food was delicious and authentic.

东北大拉皮和酱棒骨挺好吃的。 羊汤味道可以，但放的羊肉有点少。 鸡架和烧烤都放了不少糖，口味偏甜。东北一锅出里放的是糯玉米。 工作日晚上，还下着雨，堂食的人不多。店面比较紧凑。

My younger sister and I were hunting for a Tanghulu spot, so we turned to Google and stumbled upon this place. Despite trying to call ahead to confirm, the person who answered the phone seemed to have missed our query and abruptly ended the call. So we decided to visit in person. Unfortunately, they didn't have Tanghulu, but other items caught our eye. We opted for beef sticks, lamb sticks, and peanuts. While the ambiance wasn't particularly inviting, the food itself was outstanding.

The food is beautifully prepared and delicious. However, of 5 dishes we ordered, only two arrived as ordered, 1 somewhat similar arrived, 1 came but the waiter could not identfy it, 1 never came. The side dishes were very tasty. We may think twice about going back.the waiter does not speak sufficient English

The lamb cumin were amazing. So was the crawfish fried rice. The stir fried instant noodle was sub par. But the portion sizes were small for the price.

Big big Con: Given the food quality I’m ok with the recent price lift, anyway everything else is getting pricier. But given its current price, this is not exactly a one-$-sign cheap eat anymore, so we are expecting at least a decent dining ambience: 1. Please hire a waiter, everyone there is already working as hard as they can, including the store owner‘s underaged kid serving as the main waiter. But they are still seriously understaffed, service is lacking, there’s a long wait between each step. No glass, no water… 2. Plz turn on the AC!! It’s hot and the chef are bbqing in the back, it’s really hot in the dining area and because the air is stagnant, it kinda smells bad too. Not a very pleasant experience 3. Please improve the store hygienic condition, I think this point goes back how much they are understaffed. The bathroom need to be better maintained, there’s an old toothbrush by the sink and three empty hand soap bottle… all the menus are torn up and greasy… To sum up, I really like this place and hope they could improve and stay in business. I will definitely come back if they could improve their store Maintenance.

Ordered from FanTuan Delivery, but the restaurant didn't take the order even after the time limit passed, so it got automatically refunded. Called them too, but the line was not in service. Why wouldn't they take orders or answer calls when they're open? That's ridiculous

第一次吃也是最后一次。点了小龙虾，全部都是冷冻或者死的龙虾，肉质很散又很硬，口味几乎没有，纯纯咸。龙虾个头基本跟手指的一节一样，比正常的虾仁都小，如果你想吃小龙虾的话，千万不要来这里吃，其他菜不知。

学校附近为数不多的中餐之一。点了烤串还有臭豆腐。两个人花了$100 + 臭豆腐是有汤汁的。其实有没有汤先不说。味道实在是一言难尽。串也是。爆踩雷。🙂‍↔️

The waitress is so rude. The service was terrible. Worst experience I had in my life. We didn't have utensils when food was served. We didn't have any water after we sat down for 20 minutes. The waitress was cleaning other tables and ignored our request for water. We asked her again to get some water, and she yelled at us! It's unbelievable! We explained that we were talking to you nicely to ask for some water, why was she yelling at us. She started yelling at us more. OMG, if you want to pay for an unhappy experience, go there!

I went there for lunch Monday just to show support for small Chinese business. The food was subpar but you can tell the man working there is trying his best. However, when I was eating there I smelled something so bad but just couldn’t tell where it exactly came from. I honestly feel the smell was all over the table. Today I went in and the younger guy asked me whether I wanted to dine in, after I said yes he took out the stinkiest rag to wipe the table. With the same budget, there are plenty of other restaurants offering better food and service. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
