The food here is so authentic! I absolutely loved the spicy crab, sweet potato, sliced potato, and BBQ. The tanghulu is a must-try! Ice cream is wonderful! I’ll definitely be back for more!

Great place for Chinese bbq. Would recommend beef and lamb skewers. You could either get a large skewer or two smaller ones for the same price. I think you get more meat with the former though. The lamb soup is also quite nice and refreshing. For veggies, consider trying the garlic eggplant. The place gets packed during dinner time so opt to come earlier.

I’ve been here a few times. Really authentic and delicious. Good service. I like their skewers, stinky tofu, Dongbei dishes, and Bing Tang Hu Lu (candied strawberries)!

The bbq was delicious, very authentic Northern Chinese flavor. It was a family business and the owner and his wife talked to us and we chatted quite a bit. They were very friendly and they said it was extremely hard for them to overcome the hardship due to the pandemic a few months ago and we were happy for them that they finally went through that hardest period. They gave us 草莓糖葫芦（sugarcoated strawberries on a stick）as the dessert on the house, and we were amazed to see this here in NY. It is a traditional snack in Northern China and we have never seen anyone selling it in the U.S. The most traditional way was using hawthorn, which is only found in China. They used to have hawthorn but now it’s harder to have it shipped from China, and expensive at the same time. The owner said they would not sell it, they would only give it for free if you dine in there, which was awesome. The risk of having the hawthorn confiscated at the U.S custom was high, so they had to keep trying and shipping it to the U.S. just so Chinese customers can find it nostalgic and less homesick if they can find it in their restaurant. They also have two young sons doing homework in the back of the restaurant, which made me feel good that we were supporting their family. The signs outside the restaurant might not seem that pretty, but their food was delicious and authentic.

I am a big fan of Chinese style skewer bbq and have tried in many cities in US. This place is by far the best Chinese style skewer bbq I have ever tried outside China. Highly recommend!

Small but mighty spot for true Dong Bei specialities - from North Korean cold noodles to sour cabbage pork soup to all the skewer bbq you can imagine. Skip the American Chinese menu, it's as you would expect.

A large selection of seafood and bbq. Very good taste and combination! The fries with crawfish is their signature, a must have! The crawfish I suggest garlic flavor, thirteen spices is also good.

I love this place. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. After my second time going, they included an order of candied strawberries as a surprise. They also have two young sons who are doing homework, playing games, or helping out around the restaurant. It's definitely a family business- a well-run and quality one at that, so please support this place if you can. The food is authentic! Can't go wrong :)

The a la carte skewers are larger chunks than the ones that came in the combo as I ordered from both. The skewers had great seasoning. The lamb soup was recommended by the kid as it was his favorite. He did not steer me wrong as it was very flavorful and hearty. The scallop was very nice as well.

The food was tasty but the service was poor. We never received water, we had a missed order of skewers that we had to remind the staff about, and the check was never given so I had to walk up to the register to pay.

Food is okay. Nearly authentic northeastern Chinese cuisine. However given the portion, the food is not worth the price. Only 3 pieces of pork chops in Braised pork chops with potatoes? It's a little pathetic :(

Ordered from FanTuan Delivery, but the restaurant didn't take the order even after the time limit passed, so it got automatically refunded. Called them too, but the line was not in service. Why wouldn't they take orders or answer calls when they're open? That's ridiculous

The owner of this shop is really blackhearted and ordered two grilled chicken racks, but only one served. When we checked out, we found that he insisted that the two chicken racks were served together on one plate (in fact, there was only one on the plate. Chicken frame) was discovered by us and then did not admit to being rude

With the same budget, there are plenty of other restaurants offering better food and service. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
