Always friendly staff, and even recognize their regular's voices or by their order of you're unbeatable 'happy hour' (2-5pm daily) choices that include a decent sized frozen drink or good sized regular drink for $1!!! With our year round sunny weather here, I sometimes get one of each! And awesome drive thru hours for an inexpensive late night snack!

I got my order correct, hot and it was ready by the time I had filled my drink cup at the fountain. It was crazy quick. TB frequently doesn't put the extra cheese that I pay for on my burrito. These guys got it.

Great Taco Bell the employees are very nice, the place is very clean compared to most locations. They take their time but they make it great. Nothing beats the Cheesy gordita crunch!

These guys have figured out how to do drive through very well during Covid-19. The food is fast (duh), but now comes with the appropriate packing process where the bags are better sealed. Bravo guys!

I like this location a lot, very convenient for me to visit because there are a lot of Poké Stops for Pokémon GO to grab while I am waiting in the drive thru, not that I ever have time for that because they are always super fast here!

I had to review a Taco Bell because the service here is just SO GOOD. I don't know her name but the young lady working the drive thru in the morning is awesome. She's always smiling and joking and laughing and just genuinely friendly. I've worked in customer service and that is NOT an easy thing to do. Especially at 8:00 AM on a Wednesday morning. But it wasn't just today either, it's every time she's working in the morning. And when there are cars in front of me I hear them laughing and having a good time too. Whoever she is, she is a big asset to your location. If you haven't put her in charge of training other employees in the drive thru yet, jump on it! Seriously thank you for making my mornings a little brighter.

Yes it is Taco Bell, but the people here are amazing! The food has always been good, fresh and hot (I've never had undercooked rice like so many other bells)! I'd say I go 2 or 3 times a week.

Tonight our visit was good, the food was good and quick and put together well and made it very easy for us to get back on the road to get home and relax with good food! Thank you crew members for what you do Your doing a great job keep up the excellent efforts much appreciated!

The crew is always fast and friendly, the food is always fresh and made to order. But what I really wanna point out is how great the manager, Monica, is. She's always friendly, energetic, looking to solve problems with customers orders and always has a smile on her face no matter how busy the store is, and since its right next to a high school and elementary school it's no big surprise that it's always busy. Thanks for always being giving your best and being a shining star at this establishment.

Clean Taco Bell with pretty good service. A little busy at lunch but the food is good and fresh and they move along pretty well. One of the better Taco Bell's in the area.

Since I don't have Creole or Latinx as a part of my genealogy, the beans and salad were very spicy. However, my mobile order was prepared on time.

I wish substituting beef for chicken was free and they had more of those box deal options instead of 1 per whatever time period they're here for but it's pretty decent

They are really nice but forget things sometimes. The first time I asked for double meat and payed for it but I didn't get the extra meat. The second time they forgot to give me the cinnamon twists but luckily I checked before I left.

Gentleman who took my order fabulous. I asked for nachos and the bag had 5 nachos in it. I asked if that is how there nachos came cause that was a bit slight. Lady kind of snarled like I bothered her. Geese. Fill the bag up.

The manager on shift this Sunday evening. Blonde lady her name tag was too small to read the name. Maybe melissa or vanessa .. it did say shift leader or manager and he wore a different uniform from the others. Was very attentive and my quesadilla today was better then every other day. When they make it with minimal cheese. They had a great shift team.

Don't forget your drink because they usually will! I've had to come back on several occasions because they didn't give me all items in my order. It's not just one specific person, which makes me assume this is more of a training problem. Other than that, they're most of the time friendly and pretty speedy.

I had heard on the national news..that they were introducing a "Vegan or Plant ☘️🌵 based" menu? I have been back for one item. The bean and rice burrito 🌯. Taste delicious. This location is very popular with the local's of Newbury Park CA. Very clean 😊🪥 and lots of service from High School 🏫 students, parents, family. I included some pictures. I happened to order the 🍟 Fries.. They didn't taste so good..nor did they settle with my stomach either. So my fellow Vegan's..stick with the meatless burrito 🌯.

I miss the good old days of Taco Bell. Tostadas, bean burritos with beans in it.

Condiments no longer out and we're not told this. Had to ask after being served while food was getting cold.

Not that impressed with this Taco Bell. I asked for something and they said they didn't have it. Found out later they did have it, but you could only get it for breakfast.

Even after explaining three times that we didn't want lettuce on our order, they made with with lettuce and we had to go back inside. The person who had to remake the tacos was banging stuff around so we would know they were upset. Not a great experience.

I love the dollar menu but I was disappointed with the fact that they didn't even put hot sauce in the bag. I even went out of my way to ask for some extra... But I was in a hurry so I didn't check the bag. Maybe it's better to order inside then through drive thru. The place is clean and the staff is nice. Also it's really conveniently placed right across from the dollar store

The food is usually on point here.. today was an exception,my order was correct and all. Part of my ordered included 2 of the potato)/cheese tacos. It was disappointing to find that on both of those tacos only one side of it was warm, the other was very cold to the touch..

Order online.order for pick up was suppose to be ready at 6:20. Did not get it till 7:00. Drinks were bad, food cold and greasy.

Normally I am pleased with this particular Taco Bell but this visit didn't go well. I asked for drink with no ice, handed me drink 1/3 full of ice. Got that corrected right away. When I got home, 2 tacos were missing from my order.

I hate writing bad reviews but I just waited 20 min in the drive thru and there was only 2 cars in front of me! By the time I got my food it was all cold and all wrong idk if they are short staffed or what but I'm not coming back

STALE TACO SHELLS AT LUNCH TIME 12:20 PM. Went through the drive through and ordered 3 Doritos tacos all stall and totally gross. Gag me with a spoon.

Terrible experience. I went through the drive thru and wanted to pay using apple pay and the lady who was super rude said there was no apple pay when I had used apple pay at the same place the day before. I'm sorry but deal with it. Everyone is using apple pay these days.

Just went through the drive through and got a chalupa box. Simply asked for chicken in my chalupa, and a soft taco. What did I get? Beef in my chalupa and a crunchy taco. Every time I go to this location they mess something up. I was charged extra for the chicken and I'm not going to waste my gas going all the way back for them to MAYBE get it right. I'm disappointed. Won't be going back to this location, they've proved me wrong enough.

I was ther around 6pm. I specifically asked and requested fresh chalupas gor mi number 6 meal and had order a 3rd chalupa... crew or manager making my food did not care. "These ones are still good " she said to the cashier. Clearly they were not and my request had been ignored. These is how restaurants are losing business and business owners are losing money.

The beef tasted old and was very greasy - but the lettuce was fresh and crunchy. There was not enough cheese for me to comment on. All in - RIP OFF!!

It's a taco bell, the bar isn't very high to begin with...but wow this is the worst one. The only thing consistent is how often they get your order wrong and how long the food takes even if it isn't busy. The lady who appears to be a manager, does not care at all and constantly looks like she is ready to throw hands. Sorry it's an inconvenience for you that I want my order correct? Go work somewhere else if you don't like dealing with people 🤷🏼 Unbelievable.

We actually returned the food for a refund. So I am not sure if taco bell in newberry park saved any money.
