Pressed Juicery

This place is definitely trending and I can see why! It tastes just like ice cream but it's not! You just feel so healthy eating it. Was craving it bad one day and so I did wait in a pretty long line. There was only 1 girl working and everyone was ordering several items..minus 1 star for that.

Solid spot for a juice or “healthy” bowl. There are lots of options and everything that we tried was very flavorful.

Quality of freezes- 5 stars! Especially the acai and dragonfruit. Quality of customer service- hit or miss. :( One person working who was serving us was noticeably in a bad mood and unwelcoming. The other lady being the cashier was nice :)

Girl who worked there the night I bought my juices was super cool and allowed me to switch out some of the juices in one of the cleanses to juices I prefer more. Only bummer was the juices seem watered down to me. I’m either spoiled by my own awesome juicing at home or by some other juice bars but it just wasn’t that great.

Pressed is amazing, I frequent the fashion island location. This was my first time at the West Cliff store, and I had a horrible experience. Taylor was REAL light on those toppings but no-where near as light as her customer service capabilities. Yikes, I did not feel welcome, and will not be going back.

This is really a rating on the customer service. I had 2 orders of the juice cleanse and when I got home to put the juices in my fridge, I realized I only had 1 order. I called and told them and they said they can refund me or I can come back and pick it up. It’s a 20-25 minute drive one way. I wanted two days worth of cleanse so I obviously wanted 2 orders. No sorry, no discount, nothing. Just a quick “here you go bye” when I drove back to get my 2nd order. I spent $60 dollars on these juices and drove back the 10 miles , a simple sorry would’ve sufficed honestly. Just bad customer service. Not mad or anything, just bummed for my first time experience.

very bad service, rude and the toilet is always out of order

I love the products here but the employees are extremely rude and unwelcoming. They don't greet you and are very cold when taking your order. Also I'm part of the VIP membership but it doesn't show up when they enter my number. I had to ask about my discount and show the barcode. This should be part of their steps of service. I also had a free item that I has to ask to apply my points. I love the juices and freeze but I hate how rude the employees are

On 9.7.22 at around 9:30 pm I came to buy a freeze and the person at the counter was not nice, didn’t look at us in the face and was more interested in taking inventory. You should train your people how to give a good service and attention to Anyone walking into your store. Good product, but unfortunately bad service with this gal. No name tag on either & didn’t offer a receipt.

Hi. So sorry for giving this location a 1 star review when the location itself is not the issue. It’s Pressed Juicery itself. Moving from the simplicity of using a phone number to requiring customers to re-register and then provide a separate username when buying items in store is so annoying. What’s even more annoying? When I try to re-register on the website and there is no intuitive way to create a new membership/account. Leaving this review is more worth my time than trying to set up a whole new account. Way to alienate customers…
